الراحه ، الهدوء ، حتى فعاليات الاغاني و فعاليات باليل بتكون على الشط بعيد عن الغرف لتوفير الهدوء و الرحه للنزلاء ط كل يوم في فعاليات للاطفال وبعدها للكبار ( العاب نار ، راقص التنوره ، رقصه ...) شكرا خاص للطباخ وائل فنان عالمي وطبعا له محمد مسؤول عن صله المطاعم و المطبخ ..

مرحبا ، الدافع فقظ بالدولار ، حتى انه بالجنيه ما قبلو للاسف ، كان الحل الوحيد الدفع من خلال الفيزا الفندق بعيد ربع ساعه غن المعبر و الجمارك ما بترجع الضريبه المدفوعه الفندق كان 5 نجوم ولكن بالواقع 3 نجوم يجيب التجديد الغرف و المباني و الوان للاسف مشروب الاستقبال كان بكاسات بلاستك بدون تزين ( المفضل العمل على طريقه التقديم و جداب السياح ) و تنويع بالمشروبات . حدث مع زوجي موقف طلب من البار كاسه مخيتوا للاسف كانت المعامله لاجانب مميزه كاسات زجاج مزينه جدابه ملفته للنظر و زوجي اعطي كاسه بلاستك استم استهتار ( رغم اانه احنا العرب ما منقصر وكرمه جدا مع احترامي لكل الاجانب الب بحسبوها على شيكل ) خلال 3 ايام بالفندق لم يتم تنظيف الغرفه و لاتغير المناشف للاسف الفندق نظيف جدا بشكل عام و البركه نظيفه جدا ولكن خدمة الغرف كانت سيئه الطعام بالوجبات 3 عادي و قليل من خيارات ومتكرره وليست بالجوده المتوقعه بالرغم انه طلبت وجبه خاصه من طباخ بشكل خاص مع دافع طبعا يكون فاخر ليس هنالك العب مائيه لا للكبار و لا صغار .

החדר מאוד נקי, מסודר ויש בו כל מה שצריך! הנוף מהקומה ה16 מרהיב. המחיר היה מאוד נמוך, והתמורה הייתה בהחלט מצוינת עבור המחיר.

העובדה שהמלון מופיע גם כמלון "פיק חיפה" וגם ב"מלון מגדל" מבלבלת... למה באתר של בוקינג אלו שני מלונות שונים עם מחירים שונים, תמונות שונות וציונים שונים, אם בפועל זה אותו המלון? סביבת המלון, כמו עוד חלקים בחיפה, עלובה ומוזנחת, אך, כאמור, המחיר מצוין והחדר היה סבבה לגמרי.

Overall, this was a great hotel. It's actually the Haifa Tower, not Haifa Peak. I couldn't find it, then finally wandered in to ask and the front desk explained. The location was fine. It's not close to the water, so you'll need transportation to get to the beach. The rooms are minimalist but have the necessities and were very clean. Overall, I just needed a place to stay and it worked perfectly. It's not a resort hotel, but if you are looking for a clean place to stay with a comfortable bed, I recommend it here.

The location was kind of away from everything, but staying down by the water is extremely expensive. Or was, at least, the weekend I went.

The hotel was good value for the price, the view was spectacular and one of the rooms even had an amazing view of the entire harbor, the place is a bit old but really clean, the air conditioner in the rooms was excellent, we enjoyed the central location.

There was no response at all to the messages sent through Booking - we asked for a bed for a child and a baby bed for an additional fee in the reservation and we did not receive it at the hotel, we had to sleep with the children in our own bed but at least they did not charge extra.

The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful. But the address on our confirmation was incorrect so it took us about an hour to find 95 instead of 93. It was a good location and we liked it very much.

The address on the confirmation letter was wrong. I suggest you figure that out.

I liked the welcoming staff and the manager there is very supportive and helpful. Highly recommend if you are looking for a great time to spend as there is great Mountain View and Carmiel beach. Great location and easy to relocate

I liked how clean the room was and very tidy , the view from up there was just amazing and it was so quiet ! but there wasn’t too many options to get food . And I expected a much more comfortable bed quality . The mattress wasn’t as comfy . And also we paid for the parking .. it should be for free !

First of all: this is not a five-star hotel. The main point here is that this is a sub-100 bucks hotel that actually doesn't suck. We got accommodation for around 50 EUR per night here, when all the stays at Haifa would have been 100 EUR and more, AND it was not only bearable, actually it was quite ok. Plus the staff was very kind and proactively helpful.

The location is very accessible.all the staff are approachable and helpful especially the manager ilan.I highly recommend this hotel for tourists and couples.the price is fair enough but the service is beyond my expectation.salute to all the staff for this hotel.🙂🙂

I don’t like the toilet because it doesn’t have drainage so that I can clean the toilet bowl with water every time that I will use it.

the hotel is very good, the rooms are very clean, everything is neat. But there is one minus of our stay in this hotel. We booked a room for 4 people, 2 adults and 2 children, we were given two separate rooms (it was not convenient. at the reception they told us that the rooms were occupied (although we called and warned that we were with children. this is the only minus of the hotel. basically a hotel very good, very clean and calm.I advise couples but not with children.

The market area is charming. Good vibe. The view from the window is astonishing !! Friendly staff.

The neighborhoid is a little run down and can feel abit creepy. Can be noisy. Very urban.

Really good experience. Stuff is very kind and responsive. Rooms are not really big, but the view compensates it. Everything was clean and tidy. Suggested place to stay.

A bit rough around the edges. But for one night I found it acceptable. I would not for stay longer than one night.

First it was hard to find. It is in a mall and doesn't have the proper name on it. Good thing we had address. The view was good but didn't look like the pictures. I could say once in side it was clean. Glad I had only one night. I was wondering if Expedia ever looked at it.
