A lovely couple who own this hotel who are very helpful and friendly. Breakfasts are really good and they are doing evening meals now which we had and food was delicious,highly recommend. Central for buses and trams to get around. Second time we have been and will return next year.

Excellent value 2 night stay. 2 minute walk to tram stop which was ideal. Lovely dining room where breakfast was served each morning. Breakfast was very good and included in the booking. Excellent choice and freshly cooked. Smart TV in room. Good hot shower

The room and bathroom wasn't what we expected,we didn't think we got the room we should have on our booking,because there was a mix up on the dates ,but as for hosts couldn't have been better and dinning facilities were exceptional ,

Great location, seconds away from the seafront, very handy for trams and buses. Beautiful dining room, plentiful freshly prepared, tasty cooked breakfast, plus cereals, juices etc. Wonderful, welcoming hosts, couldn't do enough for us. Very comfortable bedrooms. Our rooms were at the back of the hotel so view not amazing, BUT due to the heatwave, couldn't have been better, lovely and cool. .

It was a very good breakfast. Location was very nice And close to the beach. They do need irons and some better spring mattresses.

Only mattresses were bit shaky .

Great place for a short stay with a family, the food was excellent. I would definitely come back in future and highly recommend Brooklyn hotel to anyone coming to Blackpool.

A great stay at this lovely, quiet, calm hotel. Hosts were very welcoming. Room was very clean. Breakfast was served promptly, with good quality food. We had the 3 course evening meal on the 2nd night. Wow! Excellent quality and presentation. Easy walk to busy promenade and town. Tram stop near bottom of road. Free off and on street parking. Thankyou Zyta and Maciek for a fabulous last minute break 🤩

Everything about this hotel is amazing so clean the owners are so friendly and the breakfast was first class we have found our go too

Owners are passionate about satisfying their customers. Good breakfast with great variety. Excellent location within walking distance to Blackpool tower, beach and downtown. Near public transport and access to the promenade.

Rooms very small. Pillows need to be replaced

The location was great specially the free parking!

The toilet and furniture needs some maintenance specially the mattress seems a bit old and doesn’t hold itself anymore.

All was good

Warm welcome every day ,anytime by the host, that's what makes this accomodation soo special.Feels like I'm going home to visit an old well known friend. We had breakfast normal english and also special requests for pancakes (ofcourse the kids requrested, you know) what's not listed on menu. Maciek sorted out no problem and it was great. We had dinner which was a massive size not to mention was delicious and reasonably priced as well. Dinig room is absolutely pristine. Parking was fairly easy on street most of the time front of the motel and it's FREE. Tram STOP is 1 min. walk away down to the bottom of the street. For a family all day ticket 2 adults and kids. £15 and you can use it on buses as well. Blackpool tower 🗼 about 25min easy walk. We had the family room which lacks of furniture, but had a hanger rail for coats and hoodies& jumpers and 3 sidetables, which were perfect for the summer light clothes and shorts, depend how many nights you stay. Obviously we had few things with 2 kids for 4 nights. Not really an issue just would point this out. Although the place is under refurbishment so it's improving every year.

We have been coming to Blackpool for quite a few years and finally found the one place where we won’t need to look anywhere else

Going home

As a parkrunner the breakfast times clashed as it starts at 9 they saved my breakfast till I got back afterwards can't thank them enough really welcoming and nothing too much trouble

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, always checking up on us to makesure we have enough toilet rolls and if we need fresh towels etc or help with anything. I also liked the breakfast was good options and tasted really nice.

The staff couldn't do enough for us. Explained everything on arrival. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast choice was outstanding, hot and tasty. It was a 10 min walk to North Pier or you could get a bus or tram at the bottom of the street.

Could do with some new garden furniture, but it wouldn't put us off.

Our hosts were lovely and the dining area was beautiful.

The shower was terrible.

The owners were very welcoming and helpful . The rooms basic but very clean. Beds were extremely comfortable. Parking was available and location was great away from the noise but everything within walking distance.

Some bits were a little bit tired eg curtain were hanging off (but they still shut). Shower was difficult to put on but as only there for 2 nights wasn't a problem and didn't spoil our stay

This hotel is being upgrading, our room was yet to be updated with new furniture but the beds were really comfortable, bed linen, pillows & towels were excellent. Breakfast was outstanding, the owners were fantastic, really lovely couple, very friendly. Would definitely stay again (I ordered a couple of cooked items for breakfast as the full English breakfast was too big for me - absolutely delicious)

Bedroom furniture in our room needed updating but the hotel is being upgraded - otherwise would’ve been 10/10.

Everything! The staff were so kind and welcoming and so pleasant to talk too!! The room was lovely, decent size, breakfast was so good and all for a really good price too!! Already planning to have our wedding there!! Will 100% be going back!! Couldn't of asked for nicer people!!

It was opposite the sea, near to the north pier and quiet. The breakfasts every morning were accommodating to your requests and service with a smile.

The staff and cleanliness

The restaurant is well appointed, clean and set out beautifully. The China and cutlery looked new. The breakfast was excellent, full breakfast with many additional items that could be added free of charge. Nothing was wanting

My room was small, literally just enough room for a double bed and the bathroom clean but basically with a few of the items broken, eg. broken fittings for a shelf that had subsequently gone missing.

I spent 3 nights here very clean and tidy hotel i was met by the owner who was very friendly and carried my suitcase up the stairs for me my room was clean and tidy had towels and there was good size tv kettle with tea and coffee my bed was so comfy slept like a log the breakfast was also good with extra items you could have so this hotel was very good ill be definitely staying here again.

We stayed here as a family of 4 one child being 12 and the other 2 so a cot was needed which was given with no problems at all, they kept our pushchair locked up in the bar area overnight to prevent us from getting it up and down the stairs. Both of the owners were so friendly and helpful. This hotel is so clean and tidy and the breakfast area is designed so lovely and the full English breakfast was delicious and so fresh great way to start your day, such great value for your money, would definately recommend. The location is alao perfect 10 minute walk if that to the Pier.

Lovely welcome. Exceptionally clean throughout. Really, really comfortable bed, we both had a good night's sleep. Had a problem with the TV, it was sorted out immediately. Asked for extra pillows and they were brought to our room straight away. The breakfast was the best that we have had recently. Will definitely be booking again. A perfect stay

I've previously used the hotel when it was with the previous owners, nothing has really changed and the new owners were lovely, went out of their way to make your stay easier. Breakfast, we missed the first day as we didn't get up in time 😫 but we managed on the last day, and the full English breakfast certainly kept us going. The room was spotless, nice and clean. The hotel is near the seafront where you can catch trams to get to the main attractions and literally a two minute walk.

The breakfast times were a little restrictive 8 30 to 9.30 am, but nothing we couldn't work around.
