No human presence as checkin by key locks and no breakfasts. So lacking personality and boring. I wont be staying in places like this again!

Superb location. Very easy communication and check-in. Compact room but comfortable.

It was hot inside and there was not many options to air out. There was a very strong perfume (probably from a cleaning supply) in rooms and hallways. One of us has lung issues and it really impacted the breathing.

Great location, access was so easy and stress free. Would definitely stay again, room was clean and bed comfortable. Great shower pressure too!

We had a small double and it was definitely on the smaller side- not a problem for us but others might have an issue

My room was comfortable, clean and servicing daily. The central location with a great view of the marina was just what I wanted, close to station, town and Falmouth’s many amenities. Appreciated the ease of access.

The entrance area and stairs could do with a bit of TLC.

Stanza amplia, luminosissima ed immersa nel verde; pulita, dotata anche di microonde e di piattini di carta compostabile. Ottima la posizione, vicina alla stazione ferroviaria ed all'inizio della passeggiata verso il centro ed il porto della città. Ottima.

Location of hotel is excellent. It is on the main street, opposite several restaurants, cafes and shops. It is at ground level to the quayside (most properties in Falmouth are not) with close proximity to the quays and a wealth of other shops, bars and eateries. Each room has a microwave and fridge and the rooms are comfortable and clean and our bedroom was spacious.

The bathroom was very small with no space for washbags or hooks for clothes. There is no lift and four flights of stairs to the second floor as well as steps up to the property (fine for us but would not be for some).

Very close to the town centre pretty clean kitchen had everything you could need if cooking included well sized fridge with small freezer and a dishwasher bunk beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was a great size and very clean too.

Master bedroom was lovely however the mattress was extremely hard like sleeping on a brick 🙈 and the pillows were very flat and seem to have lost all there feathers. Lampshades in were very dusty, the lamps in the second bedroom didn’t work at all.

Location was excellent - right in the town close to all shops/bars/restaurants etc, good facilities in the room, fruit in the fridge on arrival.

1)Quite old house and in need of renovating 2)Doors (there were two for the room) were extremely heavy and difficult to open and close 3)Pillows very old, they smelled despite the clean pillowcases 4)Very old and heavy window, difficult to open/close 5)Not the cleanest, cobwebs on the ceiling light, dust on the nightstand lower surfaces, armchairs and chairs dusty as was bed headboard 6)The milk offered on the tea/coffee tray must have been there quite a while

It’s a nice, cozy hotel with a really warm feel to it. Having a room overlooking the harbour was an absolute treat — bright, sunny, and such a lovely view to wake up to. The location is brilliant, just a short walk to the high street, the harbour, and the beach. Highly recommend!

Its a historical house, so only stairs, no elevator, but for me it was fine.

The location was ideal, the property itself was clean and quiet. The facilities were great and staff were friendly, available and willing to go the extra mile for my son & I during our stay.

The offsite laundry service collection falls within specific times- would be helpful to have printed information for planning outside the launderettes opening hours. Otherwise, couldn’t fault it.

The location was fantastic. Very Central . The rooms were cleaned daily. We have picked a small room. There are bigger nicer rooms .Did not realize when we booked.

Grand parking en face (payant mais peu cher la nuit) mais vous pouvez aussi vous garer dans la rue si vous trouvez une place

Price was a little higher than we would normally pay, but overall enjoyed the stay.

Grove is clean, neat and comfortable. Bed was like a massive hug. Lovely bathroom. Nice to have a fridge and a microwave as well as a kettle.

If you’re a light sleeper Falmouth isn’t for you! It’s for the seagulls!! They are all noisy Kevin’s and they start at the crack of dawn. This is not the hotels fault at all!

Location was great. The view was terrific.

A fan would have been handy for the unusual high temps. The details for getting in did not come through until too late however the host was very efficient once he knew we could not gain access.

The Grove is in a great location, just on the main street, so less than a minute to bars, restaurants and a Tesco Express across from the property. Despite this, we weren't disrupted by noise. The room was very clean, with a comfortable bed and well equipped facilities. The tea making supplies were plentiful and there was also a fridge and microwave. We'd definitely stay here again.

There's no parking but we got lucky and found a space immediately outside in an unrestricted slot. It doesn't bother us but this is self check in so there's no staff available.

It's proximity to the town, it was clean and had a cooler and tea and coffee making facilities. Four poster bed. Spacious room lovely window overlooking street.

Door to en suite wouldn't close properly ,door springs to bedroom very sharp and parking outside was difficult, we got lucky and just managed to get a space but could see it could problematic.

Excellent location beside town and handy for eating out and tesco express right on doorstep. Beach only 10mins walk. Room was spotless, and loved they had a fridge and microwave. The nighttime herbal teas were a beautiful touch. I was offered a free upgrade as they were not full.. So grateful 🙏 They even had paper plates, napkins, and disposable cutlery, so great if you want a wee snack in room. Bed was comfy and my bins and bed made every day.. Definitely recommend.

We have not seen any staff but everything was well arranged. Large room, very good amenities, clean and excellent location.

The property is located in the centre of Falmouth, in very near walking distance to all the attractions that I wanted to visit. There are long stay car parks nearby. Our room had a view over the harbour and museum with some chairs and a table by a big sash window that could be opened (it was a very hot weekend) Tea coffee milk and toilet paper was replenished daily and we had a fridge to keep drinks cool. Although we didnt use it, there was a microwaves too. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms were spotlessly clean. I arrived by car, my partner arrived by train. Long stay car parks and the railway station are in easy walking distance. My visit was in late May, and there was plenty of parking available, however in the peal summer holiday season I'm not sure if there would be plenty of parking. One car park is directly accross the road from the Grove, but I parked in the nearby Dell long stay car park which is directly next to Falmouth Town railway station. If it is your intent to enjoy the restaurants in the centre of Falmouth and the museum I would highly recommend the Grove. The next time I visit Falmouth then this is where I shall stay if possible

Die Lage ist perfekt um Falmouth und Umgebung zu Fuß zu erkunden. Großes Zimmer mit bequemen Bett, liebevoll eingerichtet. Sehr sauber, gute und genügend Handtücher, gute Dusche. Zugang mittels Codes sehr gut gelöst. Unser Motorrad konnten wir gut auf dem gegenüberliegenden Parkplatz kostenlos abstellen.

Great location

First of all, the hotel is in an excellent location, just off the main street while also offering direct sea views. Thanks to the host’s thoughtful arrangement, I was given a room on a higher floor, where I could enjoy an uninterrupted view of the sea. In addition, the host kindly upgraded my room free of charge, and both the room and the bed were very spacious. The service was also very warm, thoughtful, and attentive. Another advantage was the relatively early check-in time, which connected smoothly with my train journey. Overall, it was a very comfortable and perfect three-night stay. Highly recommended!
