There is only 1 key per room and the lift operates only by room key. It is very inconvenient for the 2 people sharing a room if they arrive at the hoel at different times

It appeared a fare hotel. Not really upmarket but decent one. The room design is good.

the property didn't gave the upmarket vibe compared to few of other Lemon Tree hotel chain.

1) Reception and House Keeping was super slow; No bath towels in the room - had to remind literally 4 times on the phone and then come down personally to complain to duty manager 2) Inconvenient & unsafe tub in the bathrooms

The hotel is in the prime location. The food is good, and the room size is decent.

Compare with other cities. Indore Lemon Tree Hotel rooms have an old look, Bathroom size is very small and fittings are very old. Not at all worth paying so much. Damn Waste!!!!!

The staff were extremely friendly, courteous, and supportive throughout our stay. We initially faced a leakage issue in our room, but as soon as we informed the management, they responded promptly and upgraded us to a luxurious room. Their quick action and excellent hospitality made our experience comfortable and enjoyable.

Room not Ean and maintained Toilet flush not working and no comolete flushing. No bucket, mug, Chappal in room. Small bath tub. Water leakage from shower knob Irritating behaviour of reception counter people. Poor room service response. Room was hot when reached

The ac in the room did not function properly and then finally late night we had to change the room

Overall experience was excellent. The front staff was very cordial and cooperative, specially Surbhi. The chef was able to understand my food related issues and serve as requiree.

The toilet pot was not cleaned properly and the bath are not ventilated adequately. Need to be attended by the service staff.

All the aspects essential for a two day stay were provided. There was feel of warmth and ideal hospitality. The staff, dining department, in room dining all was ideal. No reason to complain. The very fact that you employ special people with disability was a total PHILANTHROPIC GESTURE.I really appreciated that.

A problem i faced the last time I stayed here. I had a big problem with the food. I have certain allergies and prefeences w.r.t. food. So i had ordered for a sandwich specifically saying I do not want cheese or mayaonnaise put in it and i got a sandwich with cream cheese put. Then i had ordered a dal saying I do not want spice in it and it was spicy with green chillies. So inspite of specific instructions, they were not followed.

It was value for money stay. I stayed 4 nights at Suite room #114 with quite affordable price. When I checked in the room the hotel offered was facing the road with traffic, then I complained before accepting. It was super speedy reaction and I could get the similar sized room at the opposite side of the hotel which was really calm and enough big room. Thanks to this speedy update, my stay was comfortable. The food at the restaurant was really good and the staff Sazid helped me a lot. He was really supportive member there. Although the bathroom never gave me a good impression from a look, the shower with really hot water with rich volume soothed my body which got tired under high temperatures outside.

The hotel is relatively old and bathroom gave me an impression the hotel is really old.

The rooms were tidy and spacious. The staff was very polite and helpful. Pleasant stay. 100% recommended.

Location was good ...staff was courteous

Cleanliness was not up to the mark. Moment on starts taking bath in the tub, drain worms started coming out of the drain. Filthy.

Balcony was locked for some security reason even though we were looking for rooms with balcony.

Average hotel but big size rooms

Staff didn’t tell me that they have charged me optional service charge which was huge. I ended up paying a lot more than anticipated.

The location is excellent, just 5 minutes by auto from the railway station. We used a taxi service to visit Mahakaleshwar Temple in Ujjain and various other temple on the way, and our driver, Mr. Babblu, was an excellent guide who made our overall experience very pleasant and enjoyable.

Breakfast spread was good but I missed the dry fruits which is very common these days in all the hotels of this scale . The quality of the food was good . The staff at Citrus were polite and quick to the requisitions .

As I mentioned above , the absence of dry fruits was felt . There were minor issues with the main door of room no 408 . We had to push it to close it . There were some issues in room no 411 also which were attended to by the staff .

My overall experience was good. The staff was amicable and helpful-Shivankar,Dharmendra,Gautam,Vishal,Aman,Hina,Sushmita everyone was eager to help and made sure we had comfortable and good stay.Thank you for your support and service.

AC of our room was quiet noisy and lights can be more and brighter as compared to size of the room and it would be better if the mirror had a dressing table.
