Property is good but just for a last minute stay

Short staffed due to which it heavily affects their service

Location-wise property is well located.

Bathroom can be cleaner than what it is. Even they shouldn’t permit smoking in all rooms, separate floor or rooms can be designated for smoking. Mattresses weren’t comfortable at all.

Superb location, if on vacation to explore Indore and the delicacies, its a nice and right place to stay.

I was surprised as there were no lights on the common spaces in the hotel on our floor, around 12:30 AM, it was late in the night and the floor looked scary. Basic lighting is an absolute must!

Worst hotel ever in India! The rooms and bathroom were very dirty. There were no lifts to go to the higher floors. Even the breakfast was horrible. Do not book this room.

The location is very good. Always accessible by any means. near to famous food joint.

Rooms are not adequate at par to the claimed 3 star rating. Rooms are fully enclosed, dark. Bathrooms are outdated. Rooms are re-furbished from old property somehow managing the space requirement. Overall it was not a plesant stay.

Rooms lacked service - risky lift, unless asked water, towels, tea coffee sugar, toiletries were never provided. We stayed for 5 nights, bedsheets were never changed. Bathroom had slippery floor tile, glass door, no door mat. The most horrible was the restaurant downstairs - were they had strange rules like not to share a special thali, they wouldnt even agree when we asked them to take away the glasses so that the table has space. We had planned this trip with our parents, who are senior citizens and we felt disrespected and unwelcomed even after spending 20,000 rupees.

No clean towels or bed lining. They promised a fridge we hich wasn't there. Staff was hesitant to provide for extra bucket. Staff was lazy

Location was excellent. Close to Food hub ' chhappan'. Intersection point of two best roads- MG Road and AB Road.

Steps at the entrance are too many. Clothes hangars in the Almirah were stuck at the rod. Hangars could not be pulled out.

This is 3rd class hotel.. I have asked sunrise checkin before booking but they refused to give. I had to look for another hotel at 6 am.. They have foolish reason of water shortage in this winter reason & refused to give accomodation.

Such unprofessional hotel should not be empanelled by TREEBO & BOOKING.COM.

We are older persons so moving through steps to reach at the hotel is not acceptable and the charges taken for complementary b'fast and the varieties may need improvement as well as food was not at all tasty.

Breakfast was really poor. The room size for standard room was not mentioned in booking.com . I booked standard room which was very small.

The room size should be clearly mentioned in booking,com. A slightly bigger room would have made the stay more comfortable. To reach the reception you have to climb to first floor as there is no lift upto reception. It is a problem for aged people.

Value for money stay food was really good and price is okay. If I talk about the room was small but clean with all working amenities. Had a good experience.

Their location, their behavior. They gave us room on 3rd floor although 1st n 2nd floor was vacant. They don't have lift also. I had to carry whole luggage from 3rd floor to ground floor and later 1 km walk to reach main road to get transport.

The room was spacious but not the one advertised but still decent.

The manager was very ignorant- no customer service skills at all - felt bad for the other staff. Treebo properties want half payment upfront immediately otherwise they cancel bookings within the hour.

friendly staff, some items were not working but they tried their best to fix those.

even though the booking mentioned complimentary breakfast, when we checked in they said that we have to pay for breakfast, it was not included in the booking. there were many steps to the reception level, after which there was a lift. this was not clear at the time of booking. while checking, even though they should have known that we are overseas visitors, they asked for a lot of documentation. they took photocopies. we are worried about the security of storage of our personal information. hot water was a problem, as it is centralised tank and not individual geysers in each bathroom. i wasted a lot of water as it took ages for hot water to start flowing from the centralised tank, this happens if you take an early bath. but later on it was ok.

I am traveling for ujjain darshan and i stay at indore cherry tree.the hotel was very good and hospitality was awesome. They serve complimentary breakfast that was yummy. Staff was decent and well behaved. Room was specious and well clean and maintained. Overall the hotel are very good in idore in budget segments

Spacious rooms, bath room, cleanliness. Nearby chaappan dukan but away from Rajwada and sarafa bazar.

Daily fill of drinking water and tea coffee pouch required to be asked. The attached restaurant was the worst and I did not have enough experience. Hot bathing water has issues.
