Beautiful hotel and good location
Our room on the ground floor was dark and cold and had a view over the back of the hotel that wasn't that pleasant and clean
Very clean and comfortable and enjoyable time in Dublin
Nothing all good

La amabilidad del personal
Pero las instalaciones muy antiguas. La ducha era pésima.
It was accessible to the city.
The rooms were outdated, the picture on the advert didn't match the outcome at all.
Comfortable bed, spacious room and bathroom, and a good breakfast.
Expensive!
The breakfast was great. Very good selection of foods. The scrambled egg wasn't the best but ok. The beds were extremely comfy. We went to Dun Laoghaire to watch the sailing event & walked the pier. Then swam in our undies at the Forty Foot. Not bad for 3 seniors !!
The room was extremely hot at night & only one side of the window would open. We couldn't find the air-conditioning unit to adjust.
Excellent location, comfy room and a lovely bar/lobby area. Covered parking was a plus.
We had upgraded our booking to 2 rooms on Booking.com, but unbeknownst to us the upgrade was cancelled, and we were told we had to pay full price when we checked in if we wanted the additonal room.
Generous breakfast. Delicious porridge with fresh berries.
The basement toilets could have smelled fresher.

Room rather old and dark Room not serviced
Location
There was a constant banging outside our room. When we asked to move rooms because it was keeping us awake, the staff were unhelpful and only moved us to a new room when I insisted after an hour of trying to get the problem resolved.
Parking at the hotel a big plus
No lounge/bar area or perhaps I didn’t find it? Also I would have liked the tea/coffee to be replenished on the room freshen up
Whole hotel in general was beautiful
Room was very small and tight.
Room was too warm

El personal, la ubicacion un 10!
Love the location! The underground parking & the lovely quiet rooms . The breakfast is excellent.
Nothing
location was nice but not in the center of town
I arrived at 11 and they charged me 30 euros to enter my room before 3 p.m. That was tacky. NO AIRCONDITIONING. It rained and you had to pay 3 euros to borrow an umbrella. This was not a cheap hotel so i didn't expect to be nickel and dimed. Plus the facilities were scuffed.
Was clean and beautiful
The cost €554 for 1 night ! No breakfast
The staff was friendly, the location is perfect, the room and beds were comfortable.
We had to get maintenance to unclog the bathtub drain, and our room didn’t have AC.
Hotel was in the location we required. The room was clean breakfast was very good.
We did request a quiet room, the room was on the side of the customer underground carpark and delivery car park so that is not a quiet location. .
The hotel is located in a beautiful area, a short distance from the city centre. The bus stop was outside the hotel and the bus service was excellent. The room was spacious. However, the bathroom was designed for disabled people and it was not as comfortable. For example, there were not enough towel fixtures to hang the bathroom towels. The hotel staff (both in the reception and the restaurant) was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was quite good with a good selection of food.
We would have preferred not to be given a room for disabled people.
Comfortable beds. Great breakfast.
The car park is very tricky to get into with a bigger vehicle.

One of the people behind the desk kept interrupting the person helping us. It was a little rude but sorry I don’t have names
See above
Was a nights stay for an appointment in blackrock clinic in a good location for it Very happy with our stay would stay again
Breakfast was very disorganised had to ask for fried eggs by the time I got them the rest of my Breakfast was cold If you have to order eggs porridge ect there should be staff available to take the order
location is very good for dublin 4 area and short journey to city center. staff were pleasant
while the hotel is nice the rooms are a bit dated. it was very warm and while small fan was provided air con would have been very welcome.
Location for horse show
No Air conditioning
The hotel is beautiful, clean, and located in a lovely area. The room was very comfortable and quiet. All the staff members were incredibly helpful and polite throughout our stay.
Everything was perfect, I have absolutely no complaints.
Room was clean and very little city noise
We stayed two nights, each morning at breakfast we ordered cooked eggs, each morning 30 mins later we had to chase up the eggs. On the second day it was obvious they had forgotten, when I asked the floor manager to assist she apologised and the eggs appeared rather quickly.
Breakfast was really good, there was a lot of choice and the food was well cooked. The hotel was very clean and very comfortable.
Maybe it’s time to get rid of the bath/shower and install a walk in shower in the rooms. However, I know some people love a bath.
All round good stay, very clean and pleasant staff.

Excellent location
Very high price increase for Horse Show dates
Very clean, comfortable bed, safe and secure
Little too far from where we needed to be but we managed with taxis
It’s close proximity to the RDS which we attend annually
The only fault is the car park entrance is a bit tight
Beautiful area
No walk in showers
Comfortable, close to public transportation
Nothing!
Everything was nice.
Weather in the evening ;-)
La taille des chambres pour trois. L’emplacement, le parking.
Location
Room was awful - zero light and old fashioned. Super expensive - bad value for money
Room was spacious , location was ideal for reason why we visited , breakfast was as good as any I have had in a hotel , a special mention to Stefano, who looked after us on Saturday night , in all my hotel stays which are numerous, I havnt come across a more genuine and helpful member of hotel staff , also we had a small issue on Sunday morning and a very helpful receptionist resolved it very quickly
There was nothing I didn’t like
Old & history
Parking very stressful when one is stressed
We had a fantastic experience overall and cant wait to get back . Only place we will be staying when in Dublin
That we couldn't stay longer
Well located to get to most places in Dublin RDS walking distance the rest by car or public transport. Restaurant and bar food was nice.
Rooms don't have a refrigerator even when you stay for 5 nights. Ridiculous especially with the prices you are paying. Bathroom had spiders. The window frames had cobwebs. You couldn't open the windows for air completely only ajar which wasn't sufficient during 20 degrees in Dublin. There is no air conditioning in the rooms. Beds had no sheets to cover you it was either a duvet or nothing. Executive suits only had coffee machines n fridges which is ridiculous as you can't up grade because there are 2 adults and 1 child. Parking you have to pay additional charges per day even though it is under the building. This should be free for hotel customers use especially if you are there longer than 2 days or just staying there. Water, tea, milk were left in the rooms daily in scarcity. 2 waters for 3 people etc.
THE BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD FOR ALL TASTES ALOT OF VERIETY HOT AND TASTY
THE EVENING BAR FOOD VERY LITTLE FOR THE AMMOUNT OF MONEY PAID THE CARROTS WERE COLD AND THE PRICE OF A JUG OF CHIPS WAS ASTRONOMICAL
