Member of staff attitude and demeanour very poor. Made to feel uncomfortable by glaring at us out the window.

A lovely room right at the top of the house with an excellent view over the Wash. Two comfortable armchairs to sit in to watch TV, so often overlooked by many establishments. Excellent breakfast and excellent host. This is a very quiet road, but only a 5 minute walk from the centre of Hunstanton. Chip shops, takeaways etc within a very short walk. The sea (Wash) is only a few minutes walk with spectacular views across to Lincolnshire. Good bus links to Kings Lynn, so you could travel by train and then bus. Buses also go along the north Norfolk coastal road, so easy to explore without a car.

We were very happy with room 8 right at the top of the house, except for the shower control box. It must have been installed by a very tall person. My wife couldn't reach the knobs! Needs a re-plumb.

Room layout not ideal, shower in main room. Curtains barely met, had already been pulled off hook by someone trying to close them. More power and usb points would be useful.

Location was fantastic. Lovely sea view from our room (room 4). No problems parking at the guest house or on the road nearby. Great cooked breakfast.

The guest house is spotlessly clean, had very good sized room, nice hot shower, comfortable bed, very good location very close to the promenade and other amenities. Highly recommended!

The room was super clean and very comfortable. The breakfast is excellent and very hearty really sets you up for the day.The room had a lovely sea view and was very thoughtfully supplied with a fan.

My room was charming, themed with absolutely everything right for the theme and subtly matching. Everything I want in a room was there - power points, coat hangers, walk in shower that worked well, plenty of hooks for hanging towels and outdoor clothes. Grab rail in the right place for getting out of the shower and by the steps to the front door.

The location is so close to the seafront and the staff very friendly.

If possible more parking off road but I don’t know how they could. There was always parking on the road adjacent to it ,with no restriction on the length of time you parked

The room no 6 was up two flights of stairs and overlooked the back of the house. There was a tiny sofa so the only place you could sit was on the bed. The room was very small. Typical bed and breakfast House

Sehr freundlicher und persönlicher Empfang, schönes Zimmer mit Balkon (verglast, öffenbar) und kleinem Meerblick, sehr gutes Full English Breakfast, frisch nach Wunsch zubereitet, kostenfreie Parkplätze vor der Tür oder am Straßenrand in der Nähe, sehr nah am Cliff und der Promenade, am Lookout Point gibt es die Chance auf einen schönen Sonnenuntergang.

Wi Fi poor in our room as we were at the top of the house. Would have preferred a buffet breakfast - choice continental or full English. I would have preferred a small amount of each. Quite difficult to work out how shower worked and could not work out soap dispenser.

Great location, only 5 min walk from sea front. Sea and park view from our room. Easy check in process. Parking at property. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were large and very comfortable.

Only one complaint from my friends in their room, the shower wasn’t great. Otherwise we were all very happy and would stay there again.

Location was spot on! Within walking distance of town and old Hunstanton beach, in a very nice area. My room had a sea view and everything you would need. Breakfast was delicious with a good choice of options. Staff were amazing and very friendly

Didn’t go on holiday to watch the TV but rec was Bad kept changing station without our help Shower could g have been bigger these are not complaint’s but facts

Breakfast was extra but well worth it, staff were very good, excellent tea tray in the room. Wife loved the decor of our French themed room.

The en suite was a shower and sink in the room behind a screen, no lighting over either, shower extractor fan was very noisy and hot water was slow to come out, toilet cubicle dimly lit and not ventilated, needed air freshener.

Ideally situated to explore. Lovely warm welcome by Michelle and her staff. Although small (as expected as it was a single), there was everything I needed in my room. Super breakfast, nicely presented.

Although I was appreciative of a long mirror in the room, it was a bit disconcerting to see myself via the glass window whilst using ALL the facilities in the en-suite! Perhaps some window film may have spared my blushes? 😊

This has been the fourth time I’ve stayed here which should explain itself, nice and clean accommodation in a great location. Expect I’ll use again.

The location was quiet but only a short walk to the main attractions. Breakfast was a full English and cooked perfectly.

There really wasn’t much we didn’t like. The bathroom was very small but you can work with it.

The Location was brilliant the sunset inn is nice and quiet the breakfast is exceptional the owner is very friendly and welcoming couldn’t fault the place will definitely recommend it and will be returning our selfs.

We were searching for a somewhere to stay at short notice and Sunset Inn had a standard double room available. The hotel is conveniently situated for the sea front, shops and restaurants and our room was very clean, comfortably furnished and had a great view over gardens to the sea. We sampled both the Full English and Continental breakfasts, which were substantial and delicious. Recommended

A peaceful and pleasant bed and breakfast, with clean and tidy rooms, a delicious English breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. A wonderful sea view from the room and attractive interior decoration. A comfortable bed and very close to the seafront. We enjoyed Old Hunstanton beach 15 minute walk along the coast.

The pre-visit email was a bit heavy-handed with managing expectations of guests. The limited parking onsite without explaining other options for parking in the email was a bit off-putting.

Spacious and comfortable room, all spotless, with high quality bedding and towels. I sampled both the continental and cooked breakfasts. The former included fresh fruit and warm croissants, the cooked was of high quality and hot, and apart from your choice of egg, was beautifully presented separately so you could help yourself to what you wanted. Location close to town and to beach. I was able to park on the drive, but plenty of spaces nearby should these be full.

This is not a complaint, because I was happy to switch off from technology for a few days, but the wifi was a little unstable and also tv reception.

Sea view room only had 2 tiny windows so couldn't let much air in to circulate, was given a small fan in the room to accommodate for this but still struggled with the heat.

Lovely place a stones throw from the sea. Clean warm mins from the Lovely town. Can't fault in anyway. Also the cafe sunset cafe which the Lovely staff also run is the same lovely food warm welcome great staff. And great value for money. All in all a lovely weekend away.

I was made very welcome on arrival. The room was perfect with a comfortable bed and lovely additions like a kitkat with the coffee and hot chocolate! There was a parking space and the guesthouse is 5 minutes away from the sea.

The room was clean and pleasant with a comfy bed. There was also a sea view from our room. Breakfast was excellent and good value and the staff were friendly and efficient. The guest house was located within easy walking distance of all the local amenities. Parking was available for four vehicles and we managed to get one of the spaces. Finding street parking would not have been a problem either but it may be difficult in the summer.

There was nothing to complain about.

Host was very friendly and give good advice about local restaurants and attractions. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, Bathroom was compact with all facilities clean and working perfectly. Breakfast was superb - not to be missed!

A lovely seaside guest house which was a perfect fit for our group travelling over the weekend to play golf at Royal West Norfolk Golf Club, and so well located just a few hundred metres from shops and restaurants.

Room/bed/shower good. Location is ideal, just the right distance too the town.

Lovely decor, exceptionally clean and excellent location. We stayed in a deluxe room on 2nd floor. It was lovely and quiet. The room was well equipped with fan, hairdryer, soap & bodywash. Plus excellent tea & coffee tray that was topped up daily. Towels were beautiful and extra fluffy. We’ll definitely stay there again 🙂
