Mandy and all the staff were wonderful accommodating and friendly. I had heard about the breakfast and how good they were, and we were not disappointed. Nothing was too much trouble, and we would definitely go again. Room great. View great. Holiday great.

Breakfast was very good plenty of choice and tea in a proper teapot,very pleasant dining room. The view from our room was beautiful looking out to the sea.

From the moment I arrived, to when I departed I felt welcome. Mandy and the other staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and a high standard with everything I needed to enjoy my stay. Breakfast each morning was delicious with plenty of choice and the location is a great base to explore from. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Mandy was very welcoming and went out of her way to help us with our bikes. The location on the beach is wonderful and the breakfast a great way to start the day.

It was decorated beautifully right up today in modern and the fact that it went straight onto the beach was an absolute 10 out of 10 Mandy was the most perfect hostess, breakfast was delicious plenty on the menu freshly cooked

I booked a double room to have a quiet night away for my boyfriends birthday, Mandy kindly hung banners and sorted balloons for me which was lovely. The room was cosy and had everything we needed.

The only issue we had was our bath/shower tripped which meant we couldn't have a shower before bed as nobody was around. This wouldnt stop us booking again and we cannot wait to return.

From the moment we arrived Mandy and her staff made us feel welcome. Nothing was too much trouble and they were there if you needed them without being intrusive. Walks straight from the hotel at the back to the beech. Shop within 10 minutes walk plus fish and chips shop. Chinese about 20 minute walk. The breakfast was just outstanding and you could swap anything you wanted more or less of.

Seals was such a delightful surprise- even better than the photos we had seen and the rooms were unique and thoughtfully designed. The breakfast menu was brilliant 😋 The staff, without exception, were friendly, kind and helpful make the experience of staying here very special.

Fantastic location, right on a lovely sandy beach. The beach was never crowded apart from a bit further down from the hotel near the public car park. Room was nice and spacious bathroom. The breakfast was incredible every morning. Every single member of staff we encountered were lovely, just genuinely nice, friendly, helpful people.

What a find should keep it a secret really incase it is always full when we want to visit but I will be yelling all my friends and family. Stunning location we had the room with French doors opening out to the ocean/beach slept with the doors open all night to just the sound of the waves and the stars above. Mandy has thought of everything the rooms were clean spacious comfortable beds! fridge fluffy towels and amazing breakfast with so much choice you can stay a week without having the same thing. Mandy clearly loves what she does a super host and works hard. We will be back very soon thank is for the most relaxing stay .

Wasn't actually me staying there it was my parents but they have said everything was perfect... Breakfast was amazing, the place was clean & comfortable & happy friendly staff. Tiny little issue, we mentioned in the booking about a walk in shower, but it was a stand in bath shower. Not a big problem but they found it a little awkward getting in & out the shower. Apart from that it was perfect... Thank you

This was our third visit to “Seals” so that alone speaks for itself. Mandy is great, so helpful and kind, she also has a great team behind her. Room was beautifully decorated, with all you can need. Bathroom was lovely. Breakfast was amazing 😊 Hope to be back in the future, next time with a fluffy four legged friend!

Fantastic hotel on seafront. Mandy is a brilliant host, we were upgraded to the new suite (slipper bath!) without additional cost and the breakfast service was scrummy! Would not hesitate to return. Thankyou all for a wonderful stay .

We had a wonderful stay! Mandy gave us such a lovely welcome and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The location is fantastic, right on the beach, with a pub next door and a lovely fish and chip shop just a five-minute walk away. The room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were really comfortable, and we had a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was outstanding, with plenty of choice and delicious food. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, giving the place a real homely feel. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing seaside getaway

It was easy to find and right on the beach with fabulous views of the bay. Great and ample parking, convenient for local attractions and dining. Mandy and the team were very accommodating and nothing was ever too much trouble. As locals they know the area very well so could recommend great places to visit and eat. The rooms were spotless and the breakfast was awesome. My wife is coeliac and they had no problems accommodating her dietary requirements and as a result she was very comfortable and relaxed a breakfast time, making the experience very enjoyable not concerning. A fabulous place and we will be back.

Fantastic location, beautiful room, delicious breakfast. Watching the sunrise from our room, and seeing the seals bobbing about in the sea made our stay very special. Mandy is a wonderful host and we will most definitely be back!

We booked a Deluxe King room for a mid week stay and had a fantastic time. The room was modern, spacious and exceeded our expectations with four windows overlooking the sea. Mandy was a brilliant host and all the staff work really hard to make your stay pleasurable. Breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious. Bacton is quiet but the beach and outlook was just what we were looking for. The great weather was a bonus! Thank you very much.

The rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable with very nice furniture/furnishings.

Breakfast was disappointing as waiting time to be asked what drinks we wanted was long and longer still to receive breakfast which was staggered , instead of the three of us all receiving at the same time.

The location was excellent - just through a little archway and straight onto the gorgeous beach. Breakfast was amazing - local produce, and beautifully cooked. Can recommend the poached eggs and mushrooms on crumpets! Mandy and her family & staff were super hosts - so friendly, welcoming and accommodating.

Best to ask for a sea view room as the other side is quite near the road.

Everything it was such a lovely place the room was so clean and tidy and the bed was so comfortable. All the staff were brilliant and friendly. The breakfast was exceptional with a decent portion. The lovely lady that served us at breakfast (can’t remember her name ) was brilliant and had a good laugh. Was lovely being able to walk outside and be on the beach. The stay from start to finish was amazing the property was so clean and inviting with Mandy greeting us when we arrived making us feel very welcome. We can’t wait to return 100% recommend

Quiet large room with sea views and mini balconies. Comfortable bed plus all amenities..tv, tea making facilities, charging points etc. Fantastic breakfast.

I loved the wet room,but would have felt safer if there had been grab handles in case of a slip..there again I am a bit wobbly as an eighty year old after a days walking!

Unfortunately there was a constant hmmming or fan whirling, so remember your ear plugs. It's nothing to do with seals, but there aren't many places around for dinner, I advise you don't go to Poachers.

The description on booking.com said 1 extra large double bed and 1 sofa bed. This was incorrect. It was a single chair-bed (significantly smaller than a sofa bed). It was very firm and my daughters, aged 15 & 19 (and both 5ft 8") found too uncomfortable and neither wanted to sleep on it so all 3 of us slept in the bed, not ideal! It would suit a younger child maybe but I input my youngest daughters age as 15 so that should have been taken into account but this room was recommended. Very misleading when expecting a sofa bed, as had been stated.

Loads of parking, beautiful rooms, lovely views! Also had very friendly, helpful staff and had a fantastic breakfast!

Only negative was the light in the bathroom mirror was quite bright and I didn't know how to turn it off.

I stayed here while hiking the Norfolk Coast Path, and the experience exceeded my expectations. I was given a better room than I had originally booked, which made it much easier to relax after a long day on the trail. The owner was incredibly friendly, the food was excellent, and the place itself is truly wonderful.

A warm welcome, comfortable and spotlessly clean room, and one of the best breakfasts you will find. Excellent value for money.

Mandy, who runs Seals, is wonderful. She was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfasts are great, plenty of options, including vegan ones, and the food itself was lovely. The room we had was spacious, clean, with great facilities and a lovely sea view. It’s right on the beach, so the location was perfect for us.

We received a warm and friendly welcome and were immediately treated to a free room uograde. Room was spacious and luxurious. Washing facilities were above 100%! Everyday we were treated to an amazing all you can eat breakfast which gave us all the energy for the day. Mandy was an amazing host and we miss her dearly. She really made us feel welcome and like family. We will definitely be back this year aswell! Thank you so much
