Everything about the place was spot on, excellent location right on the beach, breakfast was spot on with an excellent variety of options

We stopped for a week. The food was nice and the staff helpfully.

Could do with net curtains at the window. The window is 6ft square and a foot off the floor, other wise very good.

The location is stunning, right on a beach that is super quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. The shop had everything you might need at a reasonable price. The site is well maintained with benches looking out over the sea. The club house had a great range of evening activities if you wanted that. Power shower was great, warm and clean. The towels provided were clean, soft and plentiful!

The beds were a little uncomfortable for us, but for other people they might not even notice.

Staff member at bar was very helpful in checking us in. Sea view. Sachet of drinking chocolate which you don't often get. Complimentary biscuits

Misrepresented as "Deluxe room. " Some areas not dusted for a very long time & spiders lurking. 2-3 inches bad stain on sheet. Carpet worn, needs replacing. Very strong Indian cooking smell through corridors by bedroom. May have been guests. Couldn't have a shower. Water boiling hot, no cold water. TV looked like it could fall whilst we were in bed and hit us.

Great location and so easy to access the beach. Lovely room with everything you need including biscuits!!! Staff were lovely and breakfast definitely hit the spot.

A reasonably good breakfast. Good quality coffee. Very comfortable bed. Very close to the beach.

For dinner we ordered the vegetarian lasagne as we are vegetarian. This should have come with rice and garlic bread but the rice was missing - no matter, there was enough to eat. While eating it I wondered if it was meat but then there are some very good plant-based meat substitutes. Checking the bill later I found we were charged for two beef lasagnes. I've not eaten beef for 40 years. Then next morning we were woken up by the family in the room next door just before 7 am due to poor soundproofing. I could follow her one-sided conversation on her mobile phone which lasted more than an hour while she waited for breakfast to be served downstairs. As soon as she ended the call it was a loud chorus of 'The Grand Old Duke of York' for her children and then down to breakfast at about 8.15 am.

The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean, the throw was not clean and was stained.

The shower was unusable as it was one temperature which was scalding hot - I have written to the hotel and I left a note to housekeeping to advise. The location was right next to the gas works. The internal doors were constantly banging with guests coming and going.

The staff were lovely, friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Went above and beyond. We stayed an extra night and it wasn’t a bother to fit us in.

We came away for a night and we liked the location near the beach and it being close to Cromer.

The accommodation was very tired and outdated. The room we were given had a very poor view. It felt like a hostel. We requested poached egg on toast and we received 2 eggs on a plate drowning in oil. The toast came out prior to the eggs cold. Still got charged for the awful breakfast. Very. disappointed.

Quiet area on the edge of Bacton. Right on the coast, steps down to the beach were just outside. Friendly staff and comfy bed. Great for our one-night stay. Nice meal in the bar/restaurant.

Excellent place to stay with clean room, helpful and friendly owners, delicious breakfast. Close to the beach with golden sand. Decided not to attach photos as this place is worthy to visit and see on your own eyes.

The location to the beach and views

Site was small with to many caravans and not enough parking. Staff were polite on check in however the bar staff were more interested in talking with the large number of children sat at the bar, and when I went to order food it was like I was invisible, so ended up leaving and going to the chippy down the road. Also I booked the sea view room but was unable to have the windows open due to the guest in the next room smoking out the window, this in turn meant the smoke was coming into my room. Also the corridor stunk of smoke when we came back from having lunch out. On check out the reception was unmanned so was unable to let them know this

Our room was quiet, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was great and allergies catered for.
