Ann runs a well organised, friendly, very clean and comfortable guest house, with great guest relaxation areas both indoors and in the garden. Breakfast is freshly cooked each morning and there is a good choice. Plenty of car parking. Overall, a really enjoyable experience. Will stay again if we return to the area.

What a gem Hinton Guest House is. This is a lovely property featuring all you need for a comfortable stay. Clean, comfortable and featuring a lovely garden with spacious gazebo. Excellent value for money.

Ann, the owner was really nice, welcoming and helpful Location was lovely, right in the village centre and 5 minutes from the station in a taxi and walking distance to a Co-op and local pubs. Room was very well serviced, comfortable bed and a good size Bathroom was spacious, clean and had toiletries provided. Breakfast was very nice Great value for money overall

Everything was great - the only small ask would be some low volume background music in the breakfast dining room as it was a bit quiet for my liking (hearing myself and others eating!)

Room 7 was ideal, Very comfortable. Everything worked and nicely positioned. Spotless bathroom and shower. Very comfortable bed and fresh smelling linen. Excellent host & full tasting breakfast. Brilliant off road secure and safe parking. A most enjoyable overnight stay. Will return again one day.

Not the fault of the owner, just the aeroplane overhead noise not being far from Manchester airport and the village being under a flight-path for aeroplanes. It's only noticeable to those like me, who don't live week to week, in a noisy area in their own homes with traffic, rail or aeroplane noise nearby or overhead.

Anne the owner was very friendly and helpful. Everywhere was spotless. We sat in the garden for a while and I asked if there were any drinks available, Anne kindly made us squah, declining payment but said we could make a donation to charity if we wanted. Just a lovely property.

My husband felt the bedroom was a little small but I felt we had everything we needed and as we chose a double bedded room I felt it was fine.

Lovely location, pretty gardens, close to the airport for our flight but nestled in a beautiful quiet village. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

We were late arriving because of a diversion on road from airport but Anne was very accommodating and gave us a friendly welcome. Parking was free, bed was comfortable and breakfast was good.

Beautiful well maintained house with excellent parking facilities. Everything was spotless. Ann, the host was very helpful and informative and she very quickly arranged a taxi for us to the venue where we were attending a wedding. Our room was large and the bed was very comfortable, tea and coffee facilities were provided. Breakfast was really lovely; we ordered in advance and it was freshly cooked.

Only minor quibble was that the shower in the en suite could have been more powerful.

The room was clean and tidy and had an en-suite. The breakfast was delicious and plenty and the host was most kind and helpful and we would stay here again. Highly recommended.

Breakfast was served nice and hot plenty of it and very tasty. Bed was comfortable, room was a good size, tea and coffee facilities provided. The room was clean and fresh.

A great location, a short walk to the party venue that we were staying overnight for. Plenty of (free) parking and a warm welcome upon arrival. A lovely, comfortable room, a gorgeous garden with seating areas and an amazing breakfast. Our second time staying and it won’t be our last time either.

There wasn't anything not to like

Ann was so accommodating and her Guest house is spotlessly clean, warm and welcoming and just perfect for our little family of 4 for two nights.

Not a bad word to say about the property but I would advise people not to use the local taxi and get an uber instead. A 4.5 mile journey cost us £25 on the way there with the local service and £11.90 with an Uber on return.

Stunning guesthouse, exceptional rooms with 5* comfort and quality. Free parking and a little bar area make it the perfect place to stay close to Manchester airport. Excellent full English breakfast served with lots to choose from including fruits, juices, tea and coffee.

Great b&b - Ann was very accommodating with our stay - we had a few rooms and it was the night before my sisters wedding. We had a 3 yr old and 3 month old and nothing was too much trouble. Offer of cots high chairs etc. The family room is a great set up with an interconnecting room. Good value, friendly service nice breakfast and comfortable rooms short stay from knutsford and great if staying int he area for a wedding. Nice park just down the road for little kids and nice restaurants/ pubs in the vicinity. Thanks Ann!

It is a beautiful house, situated in a quiet village. The rooms were very clean. There were bathrobes and slippers which i thought was a nice touch. The breakfast was lovely and done to order so arrived now and hot.

Didn't bother us, however on the flight path to Manchester airport planes going over regularly during the day.

A wonderful home from home guest house. I stayed one night to be close to the airport in readiness for my flight the following day. My cooked breakfast was freshly prepared and was nice and hot. Ann is a lovely hard working host that keeps everything tip top. I walked to the Bulls Head pub for a nice drink and evening meal. I will differently stay here again.

The location is close to Manchester airport which isn't a problem as the flights stop over night so you can have a peaceful relaxing sleep.

Great spot if you have an early flight, only 20 min away from th airport. The town looked lovely and house was impeccably clean. The owner greeted us and did check out in person.

We checked out very early because of an early flight. Although breakfast was included in our booking,we asked if it's possible to get something to go but unfortunately we didn't get any alternative.
