Fridge needs fixing. It wobbled and the freezer over froze

Anthony was so helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived, helping settle us in and showing us various attractions to see in the area. Our room was very spacious, warm and comfortable with everything we needed. There is a laundry which was very helpful for us. This motel is ideally located and the rooms substantial enough for staying put for the several days to a week that you need to see and experience everything Taupo and surrounding areas have to offer.

Anthony was very welcoming. The room was well presented and had everything I needed. It was clean and the position was excellent.

Parking was a bit difficult.

The only thing wrong was there was a plate of food left in the microwave from previous guest.

Booked for a spa bath, unfortunately only half of the jets worked and the hot water was only warm.

The motel was well described. Comfy, simple and spacious room that suited a one night stay for me.

Easy to find and across the road from Lake Taupo. Thankyou Anthony and Noel. Clean and tidy unit which suited our short stay

Not much , minor size issue of the dining table size but that would be all. Perfectly adequate but on the small size.

L'ensemble du mobilier et de la chambre était confortable. Le calme etait présent, de plus nous étions à l'étage. Le gérant a été très serviable et compréhensif à l'ensemble de nos demandes.

Ce n'est pas réellement apprécié, c'est juste un défaut présent pour l'ensemble des prestations en NZ. Il n'y a pas de double vitrage, du coup il y a une forte consommation en électricité sur le chauffage durant notre séjour en hiver et donc une forte condensation sur les fenetres.

The host, Anthony, was so pleasant and fun to talk with. The room is lovely, the location is great, and the tap water in Taupo is pristine and delicious.

We had a friendly and helpful welcome from our host who showed us our unit and advised on parking and where to go for dinner. The unit was spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. We especially enjoyed the spa bath.

Super friendly service, comfortable bed, warm and dry room (despite it being -1 degree outside and not actually using a heater during my stay). It was quiet too. I’ll definitely stay there again.

This is out with little things, no toiletries! A very large spa bath which are very outdated in the middle of the space no hanging space for clothes no hooks in the bathroom nowhere to put coats.

Great location and friendly staff. We arrived an hour early and were grateful that our rooms were ready and therefore were able to check in early.

Nothing we didn’t like. Only small problem was the standard tv connection wasn’t connecting properly, however Netflix worked fine. We weren’t really fussed about the standard connection anyway.

Great location right on the waterfront, although our room didn’t have a lake view as it was facing the wrong way. There was quite a strong damp smell when we first entered, and the carpets were very stained and dated. The spa was great though and exactly what we needed. The heated bedding was also a nice touch. Overall, the place has potential, but it could really do with a serious refresh and redecoration. Because of that I wouldn't say the price matched the room

The room was wonderfully spacious and spotless, stocked with everything we needed and more. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The bathroom was A+++ — the spa was such a bonus, and the shower was absolutely perfect.

Lovely motel on the front at the end of Taupo. Anthony was amazing with a load of information about the area.

Parking is tight. Apartment was a little tied.

Anthony was amazing, very attentive and friendly. Gave us many different pamphlets and maps and directed us to things to do. Dried some of our washing for us in their commercial dryer and brought it up to our room. He is what makes the stay!! Had everything we could need in the room and were made very aware that if we needed anything not to hesitate and ask. Amazing views too.

We prepared our own breakfast. Only a small bottle of milk was given to cater for 3 of us when we checked in. We were asked by the owner whether we want it or not.

Heater in the room was very noisy. We had to switch it off in the night . There wad no hand wash provided.

The wifi often did not work the whole weekend we were there. Had to constantly sign in and out of it. Maybe half the time we were there we had to use our data
