The location and breakfast were excellent. The room was clean and tidy.

The treadmill at the gyn was out of order

Location, despite being very close to a very busy freeway.

It was all a bit “cheap and minimalist”. I stopped going to the mediocre breakfast buffet after a few days and ended up cooking eggs in my own frying pan. The room was not equipped with a hairdryer, wine glass, bottle opener, etc. you had to ask for these things at the reception. The kitchen had also very limited supplies/utensils, no kitchen towels and no soap. The kitchen sink water did not get hot. The electrical machines at the gym did not work. No free Netflix.

I'd like to have aircon in the bedrooms and sitting rooms.

The aircon wasn't user friendly. Not sure if it didn't work or what. It was quite cold.

I use the appartments so it feels like home away from home.

I would prefer mugs as apposed to cups. I like having coffee but I much prefer a mug. i dont even use cups at home. Also your pillows are not very comfortable. As a result, i always end up sleeping on the couch and use the back rest of the couch as a pillow.

The hotel was close the the mall and restaurants.

-I requested a room on a high floor and a double bed and received the opposite. Low floor, 2 single beds. I was moved to a room with a double bed but still on the 2nd floor, the hotel has 9 floors or so. -There’s no smoking allowed on the room floors but the pool area with chairs is closed at 6pm so you’re forced to smoke on the entrance side. This is just an area where you stand and smoke like a homeless person. It’s so embarrassing with other guests coming in and out, anyone who is not a smoker might think you’re over there waiting to rob them! -The hotel has a LOT of rooms and apartments but 8 pool loungers, how? -The breakfast room is so tiny, gets crowded after 9am and smells so bad with every guest so close to each other. -If you decide to order room service, it comes in a plate covered with plastic wrap and in there is a single piece of bacon, huge slices of toast and one stick of butter! The portions are what we dish for my 3 year old. -There was no rooibos tea in our room so I went downstairs to ask for it, the man gave me 2 uncovered teabags and one that was in a bag! How insane, unhygienic! -The tea station in the room looked shocking and the tea wrappers looked so old! Didn’t touch that. We also didn’t have enough sugar. -Our towels, which were white-turned-brown were collected every morning and brought back in the afternoon, odd. -On arrival day, which was the 31st, a busy night, the pregnant lady at the restaurant told me that service was closed for the night and when I showed her a message from the hotel confirming the operating hours she said she was sorry I received the wrong information and had me on my way. No one even offered me a dry piece of bread! The following days were unbelievable because she and her colleagues were acting like they were the guest who wasn’t assisted with a meal on New Year’s Eve, that pregnant lady looked especially displeased to see me. -The iron brought to our room was scary and shocking! -This isn’t 4 star!

the room was very clean and they even upgraded our room and it was so specious.

we booked for the apartment and we expected to arrive at 2 pm but since we were travelling from Durban and had some delays we arrived around 3:30 pm but when we arrived the room was still not ready.

This is one of the best hotels to stay when traveling alone of with family & friends .. the staff are amazingly helpful, venue location easy accessible, the rooms feel like home , clean and spotless .. comfortable and gorgeous atmosphere .. I truly recommend and love staying here 🤍🌻🫶

J ai pas vraiment eu un appartement mais plutôt une chambre.il y a quand même frigidaire et micro-ondes mais pas assez de place pour pouvoir déjeuner tranquille.

Third time staying here it feels like home. Location is great, quiet area despite being close to the main road we could hardly hear any noise. All staff were pleasant. Will definitely stay here again

With horrible staff attitude there is no hope for that establishment. From Snr management to reception staff ( especiallycthe indian lady @ reception as well as her direct report) All the males who assisted us were good.

I booked one large bed,I was given two single beds and told it's the same price.i had to fight for them to change it,worse I left in the morning and still found my room dirty in the afternoon then am told they will clean,imagine I'm from work tired.The reception Indian lady she looks people down,she looks at me and sees me as fit to sleep in single beds.That place used to have great service and was clean but this people I met this time around.very poor and bad,even the service bed.their beds are painful not comfortable at all.

Breakfast was superb. The room was as we requested, clean comfortable, the two rooms had adjoining doors which become an apartment for us Overal we enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back,

My room.. it was 3 bedroom ..open plan kitchen n dining.. my kids had fun ..if they are happy my world 🌎 is Alright

I ask for maintenance from day one to come fix the lights kitchen n upstairs..they never came..air-conditioning you must go ask at the reception aiybooo..then breakfast i though it's a buffet..if it's finished..it's yr problem...come late 9:45

I’ve been to other hotels so i assumed that bath towels were gonna be provided so i left mine at home hoping that they were gonna be provided.

Need new sheets and new towels. Please add blankets. Also the duvets were not closets….but this is a small adjustment. The place overall is amazing
