Mini appartamenti in buonissima posizione a 30 min. dall'aeroporto e vicino ad un Centro commerciale. L'albergo offre in dotazione negli alloggi bollitore elettrico, thè e caffè. Ottima e abbondante la colazione a buffet nell'area ristorante.

Ambienti molto freddi: le pompe di calore non sono sufficienti per riscaldare.

The location was absolutely stunning and extremely safe, I drive a highly targeted vehicle and I could sleep without worrying about safety.

Didn't receive a bottle of water every day My bed not made and some days it was just pulled closed and not properly made. When my bed was not made, fresh towels were not provided. Broken coffee tray.

Cleanliness, comfortable bed and bedding, close to different malls, friendly staff and Very Beautiful inside and outside (as shown in the pictures). They also have Buffet breakfast in their kitchen or restaurant should I say.

Loved the property, clean and cosy. Fully equipped kitchen with appliances however no pots for cooking. Loved that they provided water and tea stuff.

The breakfast could honestly be better. The food is replaced on demand and not always refilled and ready for guests also there was scrambled eggs offered in the buffet only had to ask the lady at the front of the restaurant for eggs cooked to our preference and for our bread to be toasted which took a while to prepare. If these could be moved to the buffet station would be very convenient.

Dissatisfactory for the amount we paid, buffet with minimum food,4 x hot meals, scramble eggs, gravy, bacon and potatoes. 2x cereals, no milk on the table, no toaster, no brown sugar, no weetbix. All bran and oatmeal, only cornflakes.

Whenever using the bathroom sink, mainly at night, there was an awful drain smell. It would get so bad that it would fill the entire apartment at times.

Location is easy to find, closer to the malls and check-in and check-out is so seamless

There is no policy to manage noise, anyone booked could have party and events, the management does not seem bothered or even care about the other peace of mind for other guests who are booked. I could barely play even TV in my apartment due to the noise,from teenage parties and adults ululating loudly over the music, it was horrible. I needed peace and quietness and like any other hotel there should be policy to manage noisy guests, the hotel felt more like a hostel but worse there was no apology from the host, the response was just like 'there is a party next door'!!!

Ficamos apenas uma noite, mas tivemos uma ótima experiência. O hotel é uma excelente opção para quem precisa passar a noite antes de seguir para o aeroporto. Tudo foi muito prático, confortável e tranquilo, exatamente o que precisávamos para uma estadia curta. O quarto era confortável, o atendimento foi muito bom e conseguimos descansar bem antes da viagem. Para quem busca praticidade e conforto próximo ao aeroporto, com certeza é uma ótima escolha!

The food at the restutany as amazing , from breakfast to lunch and dinner , chef does an amazing job

The tissues have an unplrasant smell ,sheets have stains ,there were no glasses in the room , which is strange

There was a smell in the air. The couch was dirty and the roverall room was very small in comparision to other accommodation in the aera

Breakfast was average. If you arrive anytime after 7am breakfast is guaranteed to be cold.

The receptionist was very kind and welcoming upon our arrival, which we appreciated. However, as it was our first stay, very little information was provided about the facilities or how things worked, so we had to figure most of it out ourselves. The rooms were extremely cold. Although the kitchen was beautifully fitted, there was no crockery, cutlery, pots, or other basic kitchenware available. After enquiring, I was informed that these items are only provided upon request, which would have been helpful to know at check-in. I also had to be moved from my first room because it was unbearably cold. In addition, there was a persistent unpleasant odour throughout the building, which unfortunately affected our overall experience. With a few improvements to the check-in process, room comfort, and building maintenance, this could be a much more enjoyable place to stay.

The staff was so responsive and helpful. The whatsapp helpline was excellent and so helpful. The rooms clean and the beds very comfortable.

The air-conditioners/heaters were very very loud and could not sleep with them running. The door keycards kept glitching and we had to continuously get them re-scanned at reception. There was a very bad smell alot of the time in the parking garage and around the area (thankfully this did not carry into the rooms.

Brekkie was okay. If you arrive any time after 7 food is cold. Location is great

No crockery pots etc in the fully fitted beautiful kitchen. Couches are filthy. Rooms on the one side of the building are iced cold! I got so ill after the 1st night I had to request to be relocated.

There is a terrible sewage smell throughout the property. There is a definite drainage issue as the smell that came out of the drains was horrible. In addition, there is also a river of sorts that runs below the property which could be a contributing factor to the overall stench. We had to move rooms as the first room was INFESTED with cockroaches of all sizes. Climbing walls!!!!!! When informed, the staff did not bat an eyelid which leads me to believe they are aware of the roach issue. The rooms are extremely cold. Couch was extremely used Curtains looked and felt like they have not been cleaned in forever Very dull No enough ventilation Breakfast was below average No pots or dish cloths etc This was an overall TERRIBLE experience. Non refundable so once you are there you are stuck or be willing to lose your money.

I had a lovely stay and felt it was great value for money. It was spacious and well thought out, with a functional kitchen, comfortable lounge, and a private outdoor area which was a lovely bonus. The bed was extremely comfortable and the whole place was peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was also delicious!

The only small issue was that the towels smelled of cigarette smoke, and I had requested a hair dryer which I did not receive, otherwise everything was wonderful.
