A fantastic hotel with a great location in Beijing. Stunning to see the interior of the hotel as you enter. We had a Grand deluxe room on the 5th floor with city views which was spacious. Large double door bathroom with separate glass door shower cubicle and toilet cubicle and also a bath. Large double bed with wardrobe, writing desk and chair and a separate lounge chair and footstool.

Siamo tornati per la seconda volta al Legendale. E' una struttura molto bella in una posizione super centrale vicino alla Città Proibita. Molto bella la spa e le camere sono spaziose con letti molto comodi. Colazione spettacolare

Eigenlijk alles, behalve het ontbijt was kwaliteit/prijs niet helemaal in verhouding. Verder was het top! Babybedje werd gebracht voor onze 2 maanden oude baby en we hadden mooie kamers op de 17e verdieping met uitzicht over de verboden stad.

Ontbijt was qua prijs/kwaliteit aan de dure kant.

В 23:00 в наш номер пришли сотрудники полиции для проверки документов. В моём опыте это первый случай, когда полиция в столь позднее время беспокоит гостей отеля и просит предъявить паспорта. Отель позиционирует себя как пятизвёздочный. При заселении мы уже предоставили паспорта сотрудникам отеля, и с них были сделаны копии. Поэтому мне непонятно, почему отель не мог самостоятельно предоставить полиции необходимые регистрационные данные, не нарушая покой и приватность гостей. Даже если подобные проверки предусмотрены местными правилами, о такой возможности необходимо заранее предупреждать гостей. В нашем случае никакой информации об этом предоставлено не было. Особенно возмутило то, что моя жена открыла дверь и предъявила паспорта, однако сотрудники полиции попросили разбудить меня, чтобы лично убедиться, что я действительно являюсь её мужем. Подобная ситуация вызывает серьёзные вопросы к уровню безопасности, конфиденциальности и качеству сервиса в отеле. Складывается впечатление, что отель находится под особым вниманием полиции и в нём ранее могли происходить сомнительные ситуации, из-за которых теперь проверяют постояльцев. Считаю недопустимым, чтобы гостей пятизвёздочного отеля без предварительного уведомления беспокоили поздно вечером и заставляли подтверждать личные отношения. Прошу предоставить официальное объяснение произошедшего и сообщить, на каком основании проводилась данная проверка.

Mancanza di cura di alcuni dettagli delll arredamento, non te lo aspetti da un cinque stelle. Moquette alzata, pareti un poco scrostate. Dettagli ma si notano Suggerirei anche di ampliare l offerta della colazione europea. La selezione di dolci lascia a desiderare, i pancakes potrebbero essere un aggiunta piacevole

We enjoyed the breakfast. The hotel had a lovely feel. The door man was very friendly. The concierge helped one evening giving us water late at night.

I thought the check-in staff should have greeted us with a smile. The same with the breakfast lady that was on duty Friday 18th September at 6.40am. A smile will go a long way. One evening there were children running up and down the stair case and screaming. We could hear their screams on level 9 with our door closed. No one asked them to stop.

We loved the elegant ambiance of the hotel. Wonderful breakfast and very friendly, smiling attentive staff. A very welcome Happy Hour and great Old Fashioneds! The porters who met us every day at the front of the hotel were excellent. We particularly want to congratulate and thank JASON for his amazing hospitality - he was willing and able to help whenever we needed. He is a great asset to your hotel!

Отель поражает атмосферой европейского дворца: мраморные холлы, хрустальные люстры, изящная мебель, позолота - роскошно и торжественно. Хороший большой номер с кроватью king size, хорошо оборудован.

Отель красивый, но местами требуют обновления, часть персонала слабо владеет английским, в меню завтрака хотелось бы добавить больше видов мясных деликатесов и сыров.

حصلت لي مشكلة خلال عملية الدفع حيث قام الموظف بالخطأ بسحب مبلغ مالي ضعف المبلغ المطلوب طبعا الموضوع ازعجني كثيرا ولكن ولله الحمد تم حل المشكلة، لكن الموظف اعتذر كثيرا وتابع الموضوع بنفسه حتى استعدت اموالي و كذلك عطاني ترقية مجانية لغرفتي تعويضا

Het was een geweldige ervaring! Je werd in alles geholpen door het personeel en ze waren super aardig. De faciliteiten waren uitstekend. Het bed lag heerlijk, de douche was fijn en in de kamer had je alle ruimte. Het ontbijt was ontzettend uitgebreid en Happy Hour was ook een goed verzorgde ervaring. De locatie is centraal gelegen, binnen een paar minuten lopen was je bij Wanfujing Street. De Verboden Stad was ook te lopen. Als je je in de klassieke glamour van vroeger wilt wanen en verwend wilt worden, zit je hier goed. We willen absoluut terugkomen naar dit hotel.

Het hotel is wat verouderd, maar alles is goed onderhouden.

Some things were also a bit outdated, like the TV, but also the room in general.

На обед заказали пиццу, то что принесли даже близко не назовешь пиццей, замороженный коржик из магазина, помазанный томатным соусом, посыпанный сыром и разогретый в печи, стоило это удовольствие 119 юаней. Совет не заказывайте европейские блюда. Что касается китайской кухни все отлично

El hotel está muy céntrico, cerca de la zona comercial y de la Ciudad Prohibida, así que la ubicación es perfecta para moverse por la ciudad. El hotel es muy bonito y tiene un estilo que recuerda un poco a París. El personal es muy atento y siempre está dispuesto a ayudarte con lo que necesites. La habitación era bastante espaciosa y, en general, estuvimos muy cómodos. Lo único que destacaría como punto negativo es el olor de la moqueta, tanto en la habitación como en algunas zonas comunes. Aun así, las habitaciones están muy bien insonorizadas y no se escucha prácticamente nada del exterior. Pedimos room service en varias ocasiones y la verdad es que nos sorprendió para bien. Tiene muy buena relación calidad-precio, especialmente si después de varios días de comida china te apetece comer algo más europeo. En general, recomendamos el hotel y volveríamos a repetir.

Lo único que no nos gustó fue el olor de la moqueta, que se notaba bastante tanto en la habitación como en algunas zonas comunes. Es una pena porque, por lo demás, el hotel está muy bien.

Great staff, great location, interior was beautiful, easy to walk to shopping areas, breakfast was good quality and lots of options.

Un hotel increíble. En cuanto a su arquitectura es una pasada por dentro y por fuera. Las habitaciones amplias con camas muy cómodas. Lo mejor para los niños la piscina y la zona de SPA con sauna, piscinas de agua fría y caliente. Una pasada. En cuanto a la ubicación también está muy bien, andando en 5 minutos estás en Wangfujing Street.

The style is nice, well made Louis XV is in China.

Hotel jest fantastyczny. Klimat tworzy niesamowicie uprzejma obsługa, która bardzo dba o gości. Śniadania są pyszne i zróżnicowane, pokoje czyste i duże. Polecam każdemu żeby zatrzymać się chociaż na jedną noc.

Сотрудники на рецепшене врут прямо в глаза, блокируют деньги на карте, причем все. Когда выезжаешь прямо при тебе разблокировали деньги и как будто они не помнят что с ними несколько дней говорили об этом же.

It was clean and the bad was sleeping amazing.

Fun experience but it think it lost its stature. You could feel and see it really was fabulous 10 years ago. But now it could use a renovation on some things. But never the less for the money a experience your not gone have soon anywhere else in the city

Stayed here for a few days. Location is good and the hotel looks quite grand, but honestly, for the price, I expected better service. Breakfast at L Café was quite repetitive, especially when staying for a few days. We were a group of 6 and asked the staff to help us get a table, but they basically just told us to look around ourselves. In the end, we had to find one ourselves. Felt like they were not really bothered. For online delivery, they don’t send it up to the room. I understand maybe due to manpower, but for a 5-star hotel, they can consider using delivery robots like some other hotels. Would be much more convenient. The doorman and concierge are there, but don’t really feel very welcoming or friendly. Nothing majorly wrong, just not the level of service I expected from a 5-star hotel. Hmmm.. so....I felt a bit overpriced.....🥺

Super séjour avec un personnel adorable surtout Monsieur Jason Zhiang à la conciergerie qui nous a réservé des guides très rapidement et bien conseillé ! Le petit déjeuner était super bon et de large choix et les chambres vraiment spacieuses.

Un hotel de 5 estrellas, pues poco más hay que decir - el gimnasio, la piscina y los jacuzzi eran excepcionales. El personal muy amable y atento. La ubicación, al lado de la ciudad prohibida (se puede ir andando), es excepcional.

Nous avions réservé un appartement pour 4, avec un canapé lit dans le salon qui était très inconfortable. L'amabilité du personnel assez inégale en fonction des personnes.

I highly recommend it. The location, price, and quality were all as described. However, everything actually exceeded expectations. The friendly staff is happy to answer any questions. 7 minutes walk to the main pedestrian street. There are many shops nearby, including a grocery store.

Hôtel très bien placé à 15min à pied de la cité interdite, la piscine est top et la literie excellente. Très propre.

L’hôtel doit se moderniser, il vieilli mal à certains endroits notamment le spa et les commodités dans les chambres et c’est bien dommage car le thème est magnifique.

The hotel is well-located, luxurious, elegant, and tastefully decorated. It's old, but its facilities are showing their age, which is something the management should improve. It's spacious, photogenic and bustling all the time.

The staff in general, but especially the shift manager and the check-in receptionist. They lack friendliness and, above all, warmth; you can tell they’re tired, they seem unsure of themselves, and they don’t make you feel welcome at any point.

Alles was voortreffelijk, we hebben ervan genoten! Prachtig hotel, lekker bed, de kamer werd iedere dag schoon gemaakt. Het ontbijt was erg lekker en veel keuzes!

Het toilet! Zo een toilet hoort bij zo een hotel maar een smart toilet had het verblijf nog aangenamer gemaakt!

The hotel is beautiful and very well located. You can easily reach wanfujing road, silk street and hutong area both by didi or even better shared bikes. More over the hotel itself is beautiful, brekfast was fantastic and the spa is really really great. Not only there is a swimming pool with integrated jacuzzi seat, but in the chnaging rooms for women you have a sauna, a jacuzzi, a resting area and ice bath (and prett big too). I would certainly come back to this hotel if I come back to Beijing!

Please be prepared that you need to leave a deposit either in cash or by Alipay. I do not know why they do not mention it on the booking page: please do mention it so guests are prepared. Anyway, the staff was kind, and they gave me the option to leave some euros in cash.

We really enjoyed our stay at Legendale hotel. The entry hall was quite impressive, the rooms are spacious and clean. The swimming pools, spa and sauna were also well maintained. All staff were very welcoming and kind and had good sense of service.

One of our room had a musty smell, but it was bearable.

Das die Lounge ein Witz war, als Suite Kunde. Das Personal spricht Null Englisch für ein 5 Sterne Haus nicht akzeptabel. Ferner war der Haupteingang immer geschlossen. Wir waren 1 Woche vor Ort. Ich kenne Lounges wo es Cocktails gibt, und einen Separaten Raum.

Bar closes at 22:30. Jim opens at 7:00 AM, maybe more flexible time should be better.

They took my 1000 rmb deposit + 30 rmb fee and didn’t refund any of it. I didn’t use a single thing from the minibar, restaurant, etc Also the construction outside the building can be heard clearly in the rooms. No guarantee there’s no construction. It stopped around 10:30pm

Struttura elegante che soddisfa a pieno le aspettative. Tutto molto curato in un ambiente sofisticato. Centralissimo e posizionato all'inizio della famosa via dello shopping (Wangfujing). A piedi è facilmente raggiungibile p.zza Tienanmen e la Città Proibita.
