Ibis Styles Solo

Always love staying in Ibis, the pool area is great and staff are friendly.

Not much choice on breakfast, need more preparation as they run out of eggs and coffee. It’s more to do with training and management improvements.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast buffet was great. At breakfast, one staff member came to our table and asked if there was anything else that could be done to improve the breakfast, hotel or our stay. A nice unexpected touch.

The beer in the bar was really overpriced. In the room, there was one bathroom light that was out and should have been replaced. Even with that, lighting in the bathroom was poor.

لا يوجد شطاف وانما يوجد شطاف اوتماتيكي مع المرحاض وكذالك لا توجد قنينة مياه للشرب وانما تعبء من الثلاجة من قبلهم

The breakfast variation quite few. The towel at the room stinks, smell so bad like it was wiped from people’s pee. We asked for prayer robe and sejadah, the staff gave us the “used” prayer robe (hasn’t washed) and it also smell so bad that it made us asked the staff to change for twice. Next time please laundry it first so it doesn’t smell like that. In the 3rd times they gave us the prayer robe it still smell bad so I sprayed my perfume to it to made it smell better.

Location was good, a city center.

Room Gloomy. Staff didnt attentitve - when I arrived the connecting door still locked, soap didnt refilled, amenities were lacking. Too bad since we already booked for quite sometime and had the prepayment done.

so far ngga ada sih.. karena ini moment new year ke-2 di Ibis Solo , cuma tumben aja kok sarapannya variannya sedikit dibandingkan kunjungan saya sebelumnya .

Mohon maaf sebagai perbandingan malam sebelumnya saya nginap di Ibis Styles Yogya aman & nyaman tapi ketika besoknya saya nginap ke hotel Ibis Styles Solo mengalami kunci kamar tidak bisa di buka (mas receptionis juga tidak bisa buka lalu panggil tim IT), kamar kecil, parkiran aromanya kurang enak,dan lift agak panas .Terimakasih

Le silence dans la chambre

La douche qui évacue très mal Une brosse a dent pour deux, une cuillère pour deux, une paire de chaussons pour deux. Et ce malgré un message envoyé a l'accueil. L'accès n'est pas évident de nuit. Le personnel du Novotel voisin a dû nous emmener a l'accueil de l'ibis. La carte d'entrée de la chambre est très capricieuse. Le petit déjeuner est très cher.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.... from the managers and reception, the restaurant staff and especially the room cleaning crew who were all so flexible and attentive. Room was great and imo unbeatable location for our needs.

Breakfast menu could do with a little more variation as we had a long stay , although we were always asked if we had any special requests or suggestions.

Good location, nice view room, little bit tight room, great food but need AC around dinning room and elevator because too hot while have breakfast and while in the elevator. Have pool is great but I think is too deep with 1.5 meter pool. Overall is still good place to stay while on vacation in this city of Solo.

Great service from all the staff. Plenty of choices for breakfast. The pool and its area feels like an oasis in the middle of the city.

I been traveling around the work part of my job , this one one the most downgrading ACCER group , please train your staff to be there for the guests

Sauna was just a cabin with no relax area. Steamroom, etc were closed and in need of repair. Did not look like the pics of Expedia at all.

Location was really close to the main road and center of activities. Staff were helpful and warm. Room was nice for the price.

Lobby was hot due to aircon was turned off when we arrived in the afternoon. The shower door was not designed to avoid the water to leak out. So the floor was always very wet after shower.

The path to Novotel, which is between the pool and the waterfall was often slippery and wet. The wall next to the pool needs to be made a little higher to stop the water splashing over the path
