Beautiful location and beautiful set up.

Very comfortable beds and clean bathroom. Delicious breakfast with friendly servers. This hotel exceeded our expectations for a city stay. The parking was secure and attached to the hotel.

We didn't have any complaints.

Hotel confortável, com café da manhã muito bom e bem localizado, considerando o tamanho da cidade de Galway. Equipe de atendimento muito simpática e resolutiva.

Talvez a diária pudesse ter um valor um pouco menor.

More Coeliac friendly. No cross contamination. GF food away from all other food. One choice on dinner menu. Had to go to another hotel the second night and it was 100% coeliac friendly and food was extremely good. The best ever.

The Room had only one chair and was very small for a double. Breakfast had no fried eggs the two mornings we were there

Posizione centrale seppur zona portuale, Centro città a 3minuti a piedi. Camera spaziosa, pulita e ben insonorizzata dotata di prese usb e sveglia. Posteggio a pagamento attaccato alla struttura e al coperto.

Moquette in tutta la struttura, anche in camera. Ventola del bagno che si accende con la luce ed estremamente rumorosa.

Niente perché non ne ho usufruito!

Good location for walking into central Galway City, and for the ferries to the islands. Excellent parking facility.

Schönes, bequemes und sauberes Hotel/Zimmer. Der Hotelparkplatz für 13€ pro Nacht war sehr praktisch. Die Lage um Galway und die umlegende Gegend zu erkunden war top. Das Frühstück war gut und das Personal freundlich.

Die Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet war übersichtlich, aber es wurde immer aufgefüllt.

The room was very clean and tidy, we had everything we needed

Everything was perfect. It's my 4th time to stay. The only thing I wasn't happy about that for the 1st time i had to pay for parking. And that was the 1st time. I think residents should not have to pay for parking.

Una mattina ci hanno cambiato solo gli asciugamani, ma non hanno rifatto il letto e neanche rimesso la carta igienica. Ancora non ho capito il perché. Non è realmente un 4 stelle. In più non c'era la doccia ma solo vasca senza doccino che facilita.

Loved the prime location, hotel decor, staff were lovely and helpful and the hotel was nice and quiet. Really enjoyed the breakfast with plenty of variety. Overall would recommend hotel

It’s only a small thing and wouldn’t stop me staying in the hotel again but I was in one of the triple rooms with 2 friends on the ground floor and whilst the room was lovely and comfortable and clean we didn’t like the fact we didn’t have a window in the room. And maybe if we’d asked we might have gotten a different room. But like I said it wouldn’t stop me staying there again or recommending it to my friends

Le personnel de l'hôtel est très aimable. Les lits sont très confortables. Localisé dans une zone portuaire pas très jolie, mais à 5min du centre.

L'absence d'eau potable dans la chambre, 500ml par personne en bouteille le 1er jour, rien les jours suivants à moins d'aller réclamer à l'accueil, et on a droit à 500ml par personne seulement chaque jour. L'eau du robinet n'est pas potable et sent fort la boue et la vase. Pas agréable pour la douche et le brossage des dents. La baignoire et la robinetterie sont vétustes et peu fonctionnels. Pas de petit déjeuner inclus dans le tarif de 300€ par nuit.

De bedden lagen heerlijk!! Goede locatie, dichtbij het centrum. Heel vriendelijk personeel.

Food, cocktails. Relaxing bar and restaurant.Liked the music playing in bar especially during the day. Very comfortable bed and pillows.

The coffee in bar was not great not barista type. The fan in bathroom was very loud. The bedroom was a bit dark.

Reasonably central location with parking nearby

Breakfast: everything is self service and when busy (as it was often due to bus parties) the experience was stressful - result mayhem! The cooked breakfast is not freshly prepared to order. The Bedroom en-suite extractor was loud enough to waken the dead - not desirable for early morning visits in a shared room.

l'inesistente apertura delle finestre permette un riciclo di aria quasi insufficiente, inoltre il tappeto posto nella stanza sotto ai letti sembrava vecchio ed emanava un odore strano di sporco. Il bagno infine aveva una vasca con vetro; ormai questa tipologia di bagno è superata! Ritengo che negli alberghi i bagni debbano avere docce e non vasche. Rapporto qualità prezzo non adeguato, albergo troppo caro per tipologia stanza e bagno e tipo di colazione.

Stayed in a chalet. Walk to chalet not suitable for senior people. We are in our 70’s. Steps down to same I struggled with.

Breakfast was average nothing special

The location was nice, just off the town but close enough to walk to comfortably. The parking was tight, and I do begrudge having to pay to park in a hotel where you are paying to stay already, especially as I had emailed ahead about disabled parking (not like I have a choice really). I expected the room to be better, as I had paid an upgrade fee. The lack of a bath was very disappointing ( I don't often need a traditionally accessible room, as a bath normally does the trick) and it didn't feel like an upgrade ( unless 2 personal wee boxes of nice chocolates were the upgrade?). The beds were nice and big and the staff accommodating. There was a distinct lack of vegetarian options in the menus, which was a shame, however the bread selection for breakfast was delicious. Don't think I would stay again, as the upgrade was such a disappointment ( my husband didn't realise that I had paid for an upgrade!), and the lack of a bath in a premium room is very odd, as well as disabled parking being g very expensive for what it was. I don't normally have to declare my 'needs', as long as there is parking and a bath I can generally use any room ( most hotel corridors and lifts are fine with my mobility scooter).

No bath, paying for parking, very few vegetarian options, very disappointing room 'upgrade'.

It was lovely and clean. The room we had very lovely.

I thought the breakfast was ok. The hot food was not refilled when we went down for breakfast, so therefore not everything was available to choose from. The toaster was extremely slow maybe you could look into changing the way you make toast. I have to say the selection of fruit and yogurt was lovely as was the cereal selection and croissants

There was nothing i didn't like

The so called hot breakfast was cold and a bit tasteless. I asked for porridge off two different members of staff. Iam still waiting for that. Bit disappointed to be honest.

The parking garage is very tight!

Местоположението - на 5 минути от всичко, не е необходим транспорт до забележителностите и до спирката на автобуса за разглеждане на града. Има платен паркинг. Отлична закуска. Прозорците се отварят. Обиколката с автобуса е много прията, а екскурзоводът - много забавен.

Наехме две стаи. Още при пристигането картите - ключове за стая 204 не работеха и трябваше да се върна до рецепцията. Това се повтори още два пъти през същия и следващия ден. Когато за трети път се наложи да се поправи картата, човекът на рецепцията ме обвини, че съм сложила картата-ключ до мобилния си телефон и до кредитната си карта и това е повредилно картата - ключ, забравяйки, че картата не работеше още при пристигането. Когато все пак успях да вляза в стаята при пристигането ни, на пода пред хладилника имаше вода, а дръжката за пускане на вода в тоалетната не работеше. Сигнализирахме, веднага оправиха хладилника, а на следващия ден картата ключ и копчето на тоалетната.

The location is brilliant easy walking distance to the centre .Their signature cocktail is fantastic. Staff are great and rooms very nice 👌

Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes, gut renoviertes Zimmer mit schönem modernen Badezimmer. Das Bett war groß und bequem. Alles sehr sauber. Personal an der Rezeption war gleichermaßen freundlich und effizient. Parkplatz (kostenpflichtig) mit direktem Zugang zum Hotel. Wege in die Innenstadt praktisch kurz

Die Lüftung im Bad hat zwar gut funktioniert, war aber extrem laut.

Muy cerca de los bares y tiendas El desayuno estaba incluido, muy rico todo y trabaja una chica argentina amorosa. Fue bueno encontrar alguien que hablara Español!
