Super freundliches Personal tolle Lage

Für einen speziellen Anlass aufmerksam dekoriertes Zimmer mit mobiler Klimaanlage erhalten. Das Frühstück ist sehr fein und hat alles, was man sich wünscht. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und weiss Bescheid.

Mir kommt nichts in den Sinn.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Lage so nahe am Bahnhof und auch zu den Bädern ist optimal! Und auch das Zimmer war sehr gross und komfortabel. Auch die Möglichkeit selbst einen Kaffee oder Tee zu machen hat uns sehr gefallen.

Das Hotel liegt direkt beim Bahnhof Baden. Unser Zimmer war geräumig und stilvoll eingerichtet.

Everything was perfect and beautiful, I enjoyed the stay very much.

Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig. Suite sehr geräumig. Betten bequem, Badzimmer gross. Nette Willkommensgeste mit Portwein, Whisky, Kaffee, Guetzli und handgeschriebenem Kärtchen.

Benutzung des Zimmersafes war etwas kompliziert, weil der Schlüssel immer wieder abgegeben werden musste.

La camera era veramente carina e in generale accogliente. Ideale per camminare e andare alle splendide terme della città.

Das offene Badezimmer, welches vom Bett/Zimmer aus voll einsehbar war, bietete für unseren Geschmack zu wenig Privatsphäre. Hier wäre wenigstens ein blickdichter Vorhang angebracht (vorhanden war nur ein komplett transparenter Vorhang). Die Lage ist ziemlich laut (viel Verkehr und auch nachts waren immer laute Stimmen von draussen hörbar). Badezimmerboden war in einer Ecke noch voller Rasierstoppeln/Haare. Bettüberwurf hatte sichtbaren Flecken. Das Doppelbett war kein Doppelbett, sondern bestand aus zwei zusammengeschobenen Einzelbetten, die ständig auseinanderrutschten.

Das Zimmer war schlicht sehr schön und grosszügig.

Wunderschönes Zimmer mit Kaminfeuer - perfekt zur Entspannung. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr lecker und das Personal freundlich.

Morgenessen nur bis 10.00 Uhr am Wochenende, obwohl checkout erst um 12.00 Uhr. Parkplatz wird nochmals separat verrechnet

The location was great and the room very spacious. Very friendly staff.

There was too much noise coming from the outside into the room. The windows are not very sound proofed.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war ziemlich enttäuschend. Wenig Auswahl und Käse/Lachs/Charcuterie wirkten nicht sehr frisch. Keine Bedienung und wirkt etwas „gebastelt“. Für 250.- pro Nacht hätten wir mehr erwartet.

Der Frühstücksraum ist nicht seh gemütlich und als wir da waren, war er auch sehr dunkel.

Das Personal, die Unterkunft muss dringend renoviert werden!

Die Unterkunft ist in die Jahre gekommen und alles ist verwahrlost.

Sehr nettes Personal, schöne Einrichtung, gute Betten, abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksbuffet. Top Lage! Man erreicht das Fortyseven wie auch die Altstadt und den Bahnhof gut zu Fuss.

Die Strasse ist auch am Wochenende recht gut befahren. Mit geschlossenem Fenster hat es aber nicht gestört.

Utterly underwhelming in almost every respect. The weather was hot and the AC was a noisy portable contraption which was ore of an irritation than an advantage. The staff were variable other than those in the F & B team all of whom were fairly horrendous. Dinner on the first night was inexecrable and breakfast on both mornings was depressing in terms of both location and offering The room was not user friendly and I struggle to find anything positive to say other than we managed to secure one of the two parking spaces and that the hotel is handy for the bus and train stations

Shower curtains, no hotel should use shower curtains ever.

Rooms were spacious, good location, close to train station, rooftop bar cocktails and snacks very good.

Breakfast was very limited and poor quality for a 4 start hotel. Bathrooms need an upgrade, shower leaked continuously. Rooftop closed for most of the stay. Had to follow up on room cleaning twice. Room service not available.

Perfekte Unterkunft für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Baden. Freundlicher Service. Frühstücksauswahl in Ordnung, dürfte für den Preis aber etwas grösser ausfallen. Alles in allem aber sehr gut und ich würde wieder buchen.

On 2 occasions staff walked into the room to clean without knocking.

Durch geschlossene Fenster sehr laut. Klimaanlage, bei 32 Grad nötig und offene Fenster zu laut, hat laute Geräusche gemacht. Frühstück war kaum Auswahl vorhanden und eigentlich warme Speisen, wie Speck und rühreier waren leider kalt. Für den Preis nicht zu empfehlen.

Location was good

We were assigned a room that we believe was arguably the worst in the hotel. It overlooked a restaurant garden, which resulted in constant noise until late hours, and people were able to look directly into our room. There was also a party in the roof top which added to the noise. Furthermore, the portable air conditioning unit in the room was also quite loud and emitted a very unpleasant odor, likely from the unit itself. In addition to the issues with the room, we were unfortunately double-charged by the hotel despite having already been charged by Booking.com. We have attempted to resolve this matter by writing to the hotel, but we have not received any response. To date, we have not been compensated for this double charge.

The room was very clean, spacious and nice.

There are only 2 parking spots at the hotel. If there is no space there, the hotel staff suggest to park in a public parking lot (that you have to pay separately) not far from the hotel. If you have an electric car, there are only 2 spots for charging the car (the 2 parking spaces at the hotel). These 2 were always occupied by cars not charging the vehicle. The last thing that we did not like was the breakfast. It was lacking options.. I have never seen such a poor selection in a 4stars hotel before..the food was not bad, but very limited options and no staff around. We were not expecting this from what we saw and read in booking.

Good central location and easy access to train station. Room and bathroom are good size for 2 people.

Air conditioner was temporary and very loud, but thank goodness we had it as it was very hot. No mini bar/fridge in the room or tea making facility even though this is advertised.

Totally unacceptable and non polite service in the restaurante by waiters. AC not working in the room. I will not repeat anymore here.

Nice hotel, close to the train station. Kind and competent personnel, the room was cosy and with a suitable size and comfort for the category. Breakfast a bit biased towards local food and with little choice of sweet food, but anyway very tasty.

Die Zimmer im Blue City Hotel sind sehr schön und das Personal sehr freundlich. Leider war das Zimmer sehr kalt und daher eher ungemütlich. Frühstück war nichts Besonderes (Scheibenkäse, Rührei aus flüssigen, pfannenfertiger Eiermasse)
