Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Zur Verfügung stellen eines rollstuhlgängigen Zimmers auf Anfrage. Das grosse Bad war toll und das Bett sehr bequem. Sehr positiv aufgefallen ist der Waschtisch, welchen man mit dem Rollstuhl unterfahren konnte.
Für ein rollstuhlgängiges Zimmer war es zwar knapp gross genug für die Durchfahrt mit einem Rollstuhl, jedoch war kein Zugang zum Bett möglich, weil da zwei Tischchen und Stühle standen. Wir mussten zuerst umräumen, wofür das Zimmer eigentlich zu klein war. Ausserdem wurde beim Vorbereiten des Zimmers vergessen, im Bad die Seife in der Dusche aufzufüllen und da waren auch keine Seifen auf dem Waschtisch. Bei der Meldung am nächsten Morgen an der Reception beim Auschecken wurde es zwar zur Kenntnis genommen, es gab jedoch nicht einmal eine kurze Entschuldigung.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Das Hotel hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich (4-Sterne Level) und auch sehr lecker. Im Zimmer gab es einen kleinen Kühlschrank, Kaffee-Station und im Bad einen guten Haartrockner. Das Einzelzimmer ist gross und hat ein breites (ca. 120 cm) Bett. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut! Und die Lage zwischen Bäderquartier und Museum Langmatt ist sehr gut. Auch die Nähe zum Bahnhof.
Der Boden im Zimmer ist alt mit vielen Spuren.

Die Möbel sind sehr heruntergekommen und teilweise beschädigt. Im Badezimmer war Schimmel und alles war sehr schmutzig. Die Türe war von der Feuchtigkeit total ausgequollen. Unter dem Bett waren noch lange Haare von den Vormietern.

I paid for a double room and they stuck me in a single room. It was terrible. Fridge didn’t work coffee machine leak one bedside cabinet one bedside light rubbish.

The tablet is a little slow and its placement, personal preference would be to dock not pointing to the living area maybe next to the door. With cybersecurity on my mind i would rather it not be so close unless I pick it up and bring it over. Also a discount at 47 would be a welcome bonus. All in all it was great. Some table cards at the buffet could give insight into Swiss culinary culture, maybe just something brief about the food selection for travelers. Or on a table card?

There was no air-conditioning in the hotel and it was very hot in swizerland. Difficult to sleep. Room needed to be cleaned. Head board stripped and in poor condition.

The noise in the ceiling in my bathroom throughout the 4 nights. The room was not cleaned, I had to ask for fresh towels. There were enormous bugs. No air conditioning and it was super hot and they didn’t change the sheets. The only good thing is the location is close to train station and bus stops, restaurants, cafes, shopping centre and park.

Geen airco !!!! Zowel op de kamer niet als in de andere ruimtes niet !!! Te weinig bergruimte voor kleding op de kamer. Koelkastje in garderobe waardoor kleding aan hangers erboven warm werd . Kluisje op verkeerde plek, als je het deurtje open deed kwamen de bedieningsknoppen tegen de wand. Raam kon niet open, anders insecten naar binnen.

Er is geen air conditioning. Het was 30+ graden buiten en in de kamer was het niet koel. Ik heb een eigen ventilator mee moeten nemen. Op 1 ochtend werd ik wakker met hoofdpijn en dat komt wellicht door de temperatuur in de kamer. De kamer is zelf ook behoorlijk klein en er is amper mogelijkheid om je kleding op te bergen.

One elevator did not work, the ambient temperature was too hot (hotel areas and rooms), the room lights do not allow granularity to switch on/off specific lights (bed sides didn’t even work), electrical plugs not close to bed (to charge your phone next to you), once croissants or bread is finished at breakfast it was not refilled.

Non esiste aria condizionata e tanto meno zanzariere.. quindi se tenevamo le finestre aperte ci trovavamo le cimici nel letto e non solo. Noi siamo stati lì con 32 gradi percepiti e obbligati alle finestre chiuse.. mini ventilatore offerto dallo staff! Parcheggi inesistenti, anche per disabili.. L’unico disponibile è quello dell’hotel ad un prezzo decisamente troppo alto! 25 franchi al giorno.. pagati 54€ per due giorni (pazzesco)

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Ruhige Lage, freundliches Personal, super gutes Essen und die Zimmer waren sauber. Frühstück war auch super! Und vor allem man kann den Hund mitnehmen.
Die Zimmer fangen an so langsam bisschen alt zu werden und müssten ein bisschen renoviert werden. Es war sehr warm im Zimmer da nur ein Ventilator vorhanden war und keine Klimaanlage.
