🇬🇧 ENGLISH Unfortunately, my experience at Transatlantik Spa & Hotel was disappointing, and I would not choose to stay here again. The hotel itself feels quite old and appears to need renovation. There was also a noticeable smell of dampness inside the hotel, which negatively affected my overall impression. I also had a very unpleasant experience with one of the spa staff members. He was rude, unprofessional, and did not show the level of respect I expected. I immediately reported the incident to Guest Relations. Regarding the room, we were placed at the very end of the hotel. It took around 10 minutes of walking to get from the pool area to our room, which was very inconvenient, especially when having to go back and forth several times during the day. The activities were generally very boring and not enjoyable. The only exception was the shows held at the theater, which were actually good. As for the disco, it was completely empty during my stay. So if you are looking for a hotel with a lively nightlife or a good disco, I would not recommend this hotel for that purpose. Unfortunately, the food was also a major disappointment. The variety was very limited, and some of the meat served looked extremely poor in quality. After eating the food, I experienced what felt like food poisoning, which made the experience even worse. The beach itself was nice, but it was also around a 10-minute walk from our room, which made accessing it less convenient. Overall, my experience was poor and far below my expectations. The old condition of the hotel, the smell of dampness, the long distance to the room and beach, the poor food selection, the unpleasant staff experience, and the lack of nightlife all contributed to my negative impression. L’hotel el lui meme tres ancien, besoin d’un raffraichissement, chambre decevante mobilier tres vieu lit inconfortable, rideau tres sale, parquet gonflee, mur papier peint decoller, en bref la chambre beaucoup trop decevante. Manque de climatisation, dans les chambre ça peut aller mais dans les couloirs on suffoque. Le resto pas de clim c’est dommage, et bcp de fumee si vs avez le malheur d’etre assis cotee cuisine. Tres dommage car c’est un tres beau concept architecturalement parlant, mais manque beaucoup d’entretien.

2 von 5 Sternen Wir waren im Hotel Transatlantik in Kemer und würden es leider nicht noch einmal buchen. Unserer Meinung nach entspricht das Hotel keinesfalls einem 5-Sterne-Hotel. Die gesamte Anlage und insbesondere die Zimmer sind deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und dringend renovierungsbedürftig. In unserem Zimmer funktionierte die Klimaanlage kaum – es kam nur ein wenig kühle Luft heraus, was bei den hohen Temperaturen sehr unangenehm war. Das Essen war insgesamt in Ordnung, allerdings nichts Besonderes. Leider war das Essen häufig nur lauwarm oder sogar kalt. Außerdem musste man oft lange auf Speisen und Getränke warten. Besonders am Omelettstand gab es jeden Morgen lange Warteschlangen, da nur eine Mitarbeiterin Omeletts für alle Gäste zubereitete. Ein weiteres großes Problem war die geringe Anzahl an Liegen. Wer nicht früh morgens reserviert hat, hatte kaum eine Chance, einen freien Platz zu bekommen. Auch die Handtuchausgabe fanden wir sehr unpraktisch. Dafür musste man jedes Mal bis in die unterste Etage laufen. Für ein paar Handtücher einen so langen Weg zurücklegen zu müssen, ist aus unserer Sicht nicht zeitgemäß. Bei unserer Ankunft war außerdem der Hotelparkplatz vollständig belegt, sodass wir zunächst keinen Parkplatz finden konnten. Positiv hervorheben möchten wir besonders den Mitarbeiter Rojat, der jederzeit freundlich, höflich und hilfsbereit war. Der Großteil des übrigen Personals wirkte auf uns hingegen eher lustlos und wenig motiviert, wodurch wir uns als Gäste nicht immer willkommen fühlten. Der Freizeitbereich ist ebenfalls stark veraltet. Die Billardtische sind alt und abgenutzt, die Queues teilweise kaum noch benutzbar. Auch die Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder sind sehr begrenzt und könnten deutlich verbessert werden. Hinzu kommen veraltete Stühle und Tische, die den renovierungsbedürftigen Gesamteindruck zusätzlich verstärken. Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt leider nicht überzeugt.

Очень вкусно кормили. Понравилась работа детских аниматоров. Шикарный бассейн. Хороший пляж. Красивый,уютный отель. Классно что все почти говорят по-русски.

Жаль что бассейн закрывался в 19. Некоторые бармены делали коктейли на глаз,очень крепкие невкусные коктейли. Одного бармена Марата мы оценили!

Не было нормальной дискотеки для взрослых,мало музыки,музыка была для конкурсов,которая вечно прерывалась ведущим

Хареса ми разнообразието от храна и плодове.Високото ниво на хигиена.Положителното отношение на персонала към гостите на хотела.Хубавото време,което случихме,басейна и водните пързалки доставящи удоволствие на внучката ми!

Липсата на достатъчни парко -места за колите. Спирасе на улицата пред хотела и то ако намериш място. . .На плажа няма тоалетна.Използва се тоалетна,разположена в парка,която прилича на обществена защото се ползва и от други плажуващи и гости на курорта.

Alles war super, aber wirklich hervorzuheben ist das gigantisch tolle Buffet! Eine riesige Auswahl und alles mega lecker! Ein paar Getränke und eine Flasche Wein auf dem zimmer waren ein toller Bonus!

Gi Tonic wird manchmal einfach mit Sprite gemacht. 🙈

Mostly excellent hotel & stay. Interesting hotel design, really striking and unusual. Nice mountain view. Mostly clean. Rooms adequate size. Good selection of tasty food. Snack bar serving burgers, pizza was good, quick service. Amenities excellent: including huge indoor play area, pool tables, indoor swimming pool was brilliant. Prayer room with ablution facilities was useful too. Kids club was also excellent. Nurila was very kind and attentive to the children. Guests mainly Russian, Turkish and German, didn't see any Brits.

Main negatives: first part of our stay was brilliant however the hotel became more crowded near the Turkish national holiday. With lots more guests, the hotel particularly with regard to service and food, became less enjoyable. Food seemed to run out, cups/glasses unavailable, dirty plates, tables were messy, cutlery missing, seating for larger families difficult to find, ice creams/lollies from the freezer already melted. The hotel should have really anticipated this, especially when advertising themselves as a 5* 'ultra all inclusive hotel. Some bar staff were poorly trained, grumpy and lazy and seemed totally uninterested in making the non-alcoholic drinks listed on their menu properly. E.g. some rudely and dismissively refused to make ice coffee even at the tea and coffee bars unless you make a fuss (easiest drink to make compared to alcoholic cocktails - basically a latte with ice cubes). They would not make the drinks properly and we would have to tell them to remake them. They would often dismiss the children with whatever drink they felt like making rather than with what was ordered. However, no problems with the gentleman with glasses (sorry can't recall his name) who worked at 'Cafe Türk' - he always made sure drinks are made and presented well. Also the older gentleman (sorry no name) at the snack bar made the drinks correctly and with a smile. Aircon in the room was non existent, just a loud central air vent with weak air flow blowing warm air into the room. Must be awful in the heat of peak season. However, baring issues mentioned above, we had an excellent stay and I would definitely consider returning especially if staff training and customer service improves.

Transatlantik hotel & spa очень комфортный отель , нам очень понравился, оказался даже лучше, чем мы ожидали. Это действительно ностаящий All Inclusive. Большое спасибо всему персоналу. Отдельное спасибо Венере на ресепшене - она помогала нам во всём. Рахмат

В день заселения выдали нам зубную пасту только один раз, в остальные дни не дали. Поэтому лучше возьмите с собой зубную пасту.

There's nothing to like about it.

We arrived at this hotel with the "ultra all-inclusive" concept, but found the "all-inclusive" aspect quite limited. There was almost no meat in the meals, and the desserts were all the same type and of poor quality. We were told the alcoholic beverages were top-quality, but the products we encountered didn't meet that description at all. Even the most basic service needs were difficult to meet. At one point, even asking for cutlery became a hassle. Our room had rusty water constantly leaking, and despite reporting it, no solution was offered. I provided a photo showing the color of the water. Health is very important; I absolutely do not recommend going there. In the end, we decided to leave the resort on the first day of our two-day holiday. Although we requested a refund and were told by the hotel manager that it would be reviewed and we would be contacted within 1-2 hours, that didn't happen either. Furthermore, the hotel is not on the beachfront; you can only see the sea from a distance. In short, there is a serious discrepancy between expectations and reality. Don't be fooled; don't ruin your holiday.

Die Ausstattung des Hotels hat uns sofort angesprochen, da die Idee mit 'nem Schiff wirklich interessant ist. Aktivitäten waren nicht so oft während des Aufenthalts, "Animation" war immer dieselbe, fast gar nichts neues. Die Lage ist perfekt, weil viele Geschäfte in der Nähe sind, auch Migros (10 Min fußläufig). Was uns auch gefallen hat, dass wir über Booking einen kostenlosen Abend in 'nem A-la-Carte-Restaurant erhalten haben.

Das Restaurant des Hotels und das Verhalten der Touristen. Es war nur ein Abend, wenn Fisch und Sushi vorgeschlagen wurden, jedoch haben wir kaum davon bekommen, da Touristen sofort alles von Teller weggenommen haben. Schlimmste ist, dass zum Restaurant nur einen Eingang gab, und als ob die Zahl der Tische für Gäste drin falsch berechnet wurde. Das kann man auch sagen, wenn's um Strandplätze geht. Ewige Schlangen an jeder Bar - man soll immer dazu vorbereitet sein.

Where to start? Worst hotel ever! On the arrival we were placed in a tiny room in the old building which waa really not what we booked. After complaining at the front desk they moved to another room but next day! What a joke they do this to many people and the front desk even asked tips and money to do that! Some clients unfortunately paid!! Very bad Hotel is very old and out to date. Matresses old as well and not comfy. Aircon in the room up and down. Mostly hotels 2 and 3 stars are much better. No english at all!!! Only russian, so if you are not russian better dont go Sea and beach are fine as well as pool. Let s go to the main part: Food. Simply disgusting Very very cheap, overcooked food. Everyday same, using frozen and cans ingredients. Mosquitos everywhere, dirty plates, we found in different times also that oue crokery and glasses they were so dirty!! Felt sick !! Guest relation ignored my points. This waa really worst vacation ever. Just want to help that what happened to me will not happen to others

Food is a very big disappointment. Very limited options, no taste, often overcooked meat and undercooked rice. Very limited choice of fruits and vegetables. Only apples, oranges, pears and tomatoes and cucumbers. Animation not so great as well. There is no space for everyone to sit and watch show. No music in the bars. Beach is far, you have to go via busy street. Very limited sun loungers at the beach, very small bar and snack cafe.

My experience at the hotel was generally good. However, I was expecting more activities to be available, such as a nightclub, billiards table, ping pong, and others, which unfortunately were not present during my stay. I was informed that these would be available by the end of May, which was a bit disappointing. Fortunately, we met someone named Coach Murat, who truly made our stay more enjoyable. He introduced us to fun activities like dart throwing and air gun shooting, and we had a great time in his company. Even during quiet moments when we had nothing planned, he would bring us games and spend time playing with us. We played UNO and Jenga, where we challenged each other to pull out blocks without collapsing the tower — those evenings were full of laughter and fun. A special thanks to Coach Murat for his energy, kindness, and for turning our stay into something special. We were also lucky enough to win some prizes, which made the experience even more memorable!

Foods and drinks very good. Swimming pool is enough. Architecture of hotel is very exiciting.

This place offers top-notch entertainment, with a wide variety of games and activities throughout the day and captivating shows in the evening. There's also dedicated entertainment for kids, ensuring everyone has a great time. The large pool, complete with fun slides, is perfect for all ages. The entertainment crew goes above and beyond to keep guests engaged, and every staff member is incredibly polite and attentive. Mustafa, in particular, was exceptionally kind and helpful. The food is delicious, with an extensive array of choices. The rooms are spotless, and the massages are equally relaxing. It's truly a fantastic place to stay.

Pool, scenery and cleanliness is extremely good.

There are a lot of food and drink options however they dont taste good at all, food quality and wifi needs to be improved.

What a fantastic concept hotel! The food and drinks was great, the pool enormous, the hotel amazing looking... just like a cruise ship, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. We loved it and we extended our stay because we didn't want to leave.

Transatlantik hotel mimics a cruise ship inside and outside. We weren't sure what to expect but it was fantastic. Everything is included - food, drinks, entertainment and a massive pool area. The food was excellent at the buffet restaurant, we enjoyed good Turkish wines and lots of cocktails and spirits, the outdoor disco and band were great and the night time pianist in the lobby was so talented. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we had so much fun we kept extending our stay. Thank you for such a wonderful time.

The moment we arrived at the hotel, we were made to feel welcome. The people working there were very friendly. A man named Burak at the reception was really nice. He helped with all our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. The hotel rooms are big and clean. The bed we slept in was super comfortable. Our room had two bedrooms, perfect for our big family. There was a king-size bed for adults and two other beds for the kids. The hotel also has some fun things to do. There is a spa center with a swimming pool, a sauna, and a Turkish bath. There is also a tennis court and a place to play billiards. For the kids, there is a fun playground and a special room where they can play. The food at this hotel is great. They have tasty meals all day and everything is included in the price. Very close to the hotel, just 5 to10 minutes of walking, you can find a beautiful beach. We also enjoyed spending time at the outdoor swimming pool at the hotel. It's big and clean. During warm days, it is an excellent place to cool off and relax.

It would be better to have more variety of fruits, exotic seaside meals, or Turkish meals.

It is my second time in Transatlantic me and my family love that place so much.. Everything was perfect , the pool , food, and other facilities.. Easy check in process, and they give us a free room upgrade which was fantastic

The hotel looks nice and that's why i have chosen it

We were given a room outside the beautiful boat like building. They said it is because it is fully booked, knowing that we have made our reservation via booking months ago. It is a small old building that needs renovation and looks like a three stars hotel building. It was not clean. They made us pay same price as for other rooms that are of Completely other level. The staff are very rude. They say the buffes are until like 9 but they start removing food 15 minutes earlier. And for the quality of the food, they put lots of options but are very similar and all tasteless, litterly no taste at all.
