Temizliyini, havuzunu, 12-16 arası çalışan Yürk mutfağı restoranını, plajını, çocuklar için oyun odası ve akşam çocuk gösterilerinin olması (her gece olması çok eğlenceliydi), eğelencelerinin olması ve bar hizmetlerini beğendik.

İnternetin olmayışını, plaja uzaklığını, çocuk odasında çocukla ilgilenen kişilerin bazılarının çocuklarla ilgilenmemesini, Türk gecesi konseptinde Türk lezzetlerinin beklentimizi karşılamaması, meyve çeşitlerinin sınırlı olması (örneğin 10 gün içerisinde hiç üzüm çıkmadı), odamızda temizlik malzemelrinin ve çay/kahve ürünlerinin yenilenmemesini (10 gün içinde bir kere yenilendi, 5 kez respsiyonla konuştuktan sonra) beğenmedik.

Gălăgia de la piscina si de la restaurant, presiunea mica la apa de la dus, lipsa balsamului de par, produsele de spălat pe corp se afla in dozatore lipite pe perete! Mai bine veniți cu produsele de ingrijire personala ! Cocktailuri incluse in pret sunt destul de diluate si nu par calitative! Nisipul de pe plaja si din mare este cu multe pietre mici si e necesar sa aveți încălțăminte de apa! Personalul de la recepție nu a fost prea amabil cu noi, se simte ca ii deranjează daca le ceri ceva!

Еда в основном ресторане вкусная и разнообразная. Спасибо руководству и всему персоналу отеля за наш отличный отдых. Особая благодарность сотрудникам рецепшн Тезжану и Василию. Они моментально решали все наши вопросы.

Единственная просьба - приобрести новые полотенца. В отелях такого уровня должны быть белоснежные полотенца.

Havet, vattnet var väldigt kristallklart och behaglig.

Rummen städades endast genom handduksbyten och bäddning av sängarna. Ytor torkades aldrig av och badrummet städades inte. Att man inte satsat mer på stranden som ändå låg ca 100m ifrån hotellet med mer utbud av dricka och tilltugg. Fanns utbud av olika maträtter men oftast var allt ej tillräckligt tillagad. Städpersonalen och kökspersonalen var för det mesta inte så glada. Underhållningteamet såg man aldrig på stranden och det fanns ingen som helst underhållning där.

Дуже позитивні враження від цього готелю. Територія маленька, зате ресторан, басейн, бар і лоббі знаходяться дуже близько. Хоча готель знаходиться на 2 лінії, до пляжу йти 2 хвилини. Їжа смачна, кімнати прибираються щоденно, територія теж дуже добре прибирається :) особливо позитивно вразив маленький ланч ресторанчик з турецькими стравами!

Friendly staff. The rooms were clean. The restaurant was okay, but definitely not at a true 5-star standard.

What we did not like was that the hotel advertises itself as a 5-star “Ultra All Inclusive” resort, but the reality was very different. There was no free internet in the rooms, beach, or hotel yards. Wi-Fi was only available near the reception area, which is not acceptable for this category of hotel. Also, some non-alcoholic beverages were not included and required extra payment, while we expected everything to be included under the “Ultra All Inclusive” package. We complained to the hotel management, but unfortunately they did not help or try to solve these issues. In our opinion, the term “Ultra All Inclusive” should be removed from this hotel’s advertisement on Booking.com because the services provided do not match what is being promoted.

We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. The staff were exceptionally friendly, polite, and attentive throughout our visit. The hotel is large, beautiful, and very well maintained. Our room was clean and comfortable, and complimentary bottled water was replenished daily. Coca-Cola, Fanta, and Sprite were provided in the minibar upon arrival. Drinks were available throughout the day by the pool, and the lobby bar was open 24 hours a day with staff always available. Daily entertainment and activities around the pool started at around 10:00 a.m., including yoga, fitness sessions, skill games, volleyball, and other fun activities. One thing we particularly appreciated was that the music and entertainment ended at 11:00 p.m., allowing guests who preferred a peaceful night’s sleep to enjoy complete quiet. There were plenty of sun loungers available both around the pool and on the beach. The food was good, with a wide variety of options available throughout the day, including choices for guests who prefer more European-style cuisine. The coffee was especially enjoyable. Twice a week, the entertainment team organized trips to a nightclub in Kemer for those who wished to join. There is also a local shopping street nearby. Although it is relatively modest compared to Kemer, it is convenient for finding everyday necessities and small souvenirs. A bus to Kemer departs directly from the front of the hotel every 20 minutes, and the fare is €2 per person each way. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would happily recommend this hotel to others.

The only areas where we felt there was room for improvement were the breakfast fruit selection and the beach bar. At breakfast, we would have appreciated a wider variety of fresh fruit. Watermelon was available every day at lunch and dinner, but it was never offered at breakfast during our stay. The morning selection was generally limited to apples, pears, and oranges. We were also somewhat disappointed with the beach bar. During our visit, the selection was very limited, consisting mainly of water, apples, and biscuits. We had expected a broader range of drinks and snacks to be available throughout the day.

The property is in a good location, not bad

The cleaning was not perfect, no sea food at all just a few and everyday almost the same menu and the alcohol wasn’t great. There are less program at all. Too much noise from other room when they close the door.

-не тянет на Ultra All Inclusive совсем -WiFi в номерах платный, оплата ЗА КАЖДОЕ УСТРОЙСТВО -еда однообразная, невкусная -за бокс с утра, если не успеваете на завтрак 10 евро -если уезжаете позже , то браслет меняют на другой и можете только пить (безалко) -бассейн не подогревается, только внутри -возле моря СМЕШНОЙ БИЧ БАР -Мини бар обновился только в день приезда

We like the ambience of the facility, the abundant food, and the people who work here—they are very nice and helpful. I feel like I’m in paradise in this place. I highly recommend this hotel, and we will definitely be back. They truly deliver all the all-inclusive features advertised online.

L'eau froide de la piscine togobban Le bruit du hall qui résonne jusqu'à dans la chambre. Le bruit dans la chambre venant de la porte d'entre. Côté piscine ça va.

Le personnel était souriant et sympathique. La mer n’est à quelques pas et c’est super. La piscine intérieure était sympa également. Le rapport qualité/prix est bon.

La piscine était beaucoup trop froide, ils pourraient la chauffer un minimum. Les chambres étaient beaucoup trop bruyantes (on entendait bcp trop l’animation et tout ce qui se passait dans les couloirs également) = nuit pas reposante. La nourriture n’était pas assez variée.

Очень чисто, прекрасное питание, очень ухоженная территория и пляж. Уборка и смена полотенец каждый день, смена белья через день.

Это не 1я линия, скорее 2я, до пляжа идти 10 минут, через дорогу.. Wi-fi только на лобби, в остальных местах платно. На пляже не хватало лежаков. В ванной только мыло/шампунь в больших дозаторах, больше ничего

Der Boden im Zimmer war immer schmutzig. Das Zimmer war sehr laut. Balkon konnte ich nicht benutzen weil auf der anderen Seite war das andere Hotel mit der lauten Lüftung von der Küche. Geruchsbelästigung war auch vom anderen Hotel sehr unangenehm.

Situated close to beach, motorway and Göynük city centre. Long street of tourist shops as well as ordinary shops beyond the motorway. The hotel itself is compact with two wings of the building, a nice outdoor pool with an island in the middle, pretty nice shape. It has all the bar, fastfood outdoor terrace, cafe and toilets around the pool. There are also a few waterslides. The main all-inclusive breakfast, lunch, dinner was of good selection but not overly traditional Turkish, more touristy style where you can find your usual favourites. All the hotels are next to each other in this area, the music is on until about 23.00 in the evening events, but you can still get some sleep even if having full day trips planned. The cocktails suggested on menu all have lots of syrups and strange combinations, not all that great, but one can ask for own custom mixes as you please, tips can go long way to have better relationship with the bar. The room service provides a new 1.5l bottle of water every day. The water pressure in shower is good, beds all comfortable. The balcony has some chairs, table, drying rack.

The air conditioning in the lobby is on a timer, so it can be pretty warm in the morning if you need to sit around there. The WiFi is to be payed per device, 20 euro per 7 days, or minimal texting WiFi is in the lobby but it was very slow for anything beyond text comms. The paid WiFi worked well enough around the premises. The gym is pretty small with old equipment, it does the job with two threadmills and bikes, the elliptical was broken the whole week. There are weights from 2-20kg, a single bench, and multifunctional machine in the middle for lat press, pull etc.

The hotel is a scam in one word. On the booking website, for example, they stated that the internet is free, but when we got there, we were told that the internet is paid per device per day (2 eur) in each room, and it is free only in the lobby. We are talking about a hotel that advertises itself as ultra all inclusive, whatever that means to them. The staff are very unpleasant and act generally as if someone forced them to be there and it is not impossible for them to be unpleasant to the guests as well, they generally do their job and if they can bypass you with any service they don't have to do they will skip it. The hotel management is decent and they listen to your problems during your stay, but they are few and you rarely come into contact with them. All in all, the impression that we were deceived. I am not recommending this hotel to anyone. Save your money and time.

No non-smoking outside areas at the restaurant. So if one doesn’t want smoke flying into their face while enjoying your meal, one has to sit inside.

- De zee was prachtig, het service was goed van de personeel en natuurlijk het belangrijkse de hygiene van de hotel was goed. Er zijn zelfs per afdeling een personeel dat verantwoordelijk is voor het schoonmaak, - de eten waren lekker maar er waren geen verschillende soorten eten, dagelijks hetzelfde eten. - de eten bij de beachbar vooral de turkse pizza was uitstekend lekker, de beste van de hotel waar ik echt genoten heb.

- er waren geen regels voor de zwembad, Er konden zelfs kinderen met luiers zwemmen en dit vond ik zelf niet hygiënisch. - in de beachbar had je verschillende soorten keuzes dan de poolbar,

J'ai bien aimé la piscine, les activités proposées, les différents restaurants pour se restaurer. J'ai bien aimé la plage : propre et toujours de la place.

La chambre : pas de chambre disponible et proposée avec vue agréable, malgré ma demande lors de la réservation. Nous avions une vue sur le parking auto. Le réfrigérateur ne fonctionnait pas.

Aile odasında kaldık. Odalar geniş ve ferahtı. Resepsiyon çalışanları (sadece baylar. Maalesef kadın çalışanlar çok zorluk çıkartıp kapris yaparak saçma isteklerde bulundular) çok ilgili ve profesyoneldiler. Yemekleri harikaydı, özellikle gözleme lahmacun bölümü ( odun ateşinde pideleri) muhteşemdi. Garsonların masaları sürekli temiz tutması, servisleri, ilgileri çok iyiydi. Yeterli sayıda şezlong mevcuttu. Odalardaki klimalar süper çalışıyordu ( Civardaki daha lüx otellerde klimaların doğru düzgün çalış çalışmamasına veya özellikle kapatılmasına daha önceki konaklamalarımızda bir kaç kere şahit olduk) Gelmeden önce okuduğum yorumların aksine et yemekleri mevcuttu bol çeşitte vardı.

Otelin genel olarak temizliği odalar da dahil orta seviyedeydi.lobi bölümündeki koltuklar pisti. Spa bölümündeki masaj servisi ortalamanın çok altında yani vasattı. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum zaman ve para kaybıydı. Animasyonlar yok denecek kadar azdı olanlar da hiç enteresan değildi ne yetişkin ne de çocuklar için. Mini club yada çocuklar için aktivite bölümü yoktu bu büyük bir eksikti. Wifi ücretliydi ve fiyatı çok yüksekti. Bu gerçekten büyük bi saçmalıktı ve eğer rezervasyondan önce dikkat etmiş olsaydım kesinlikle sırf bu yüzden başka konaklama yeri seçerdim. Snack bar da seçenekler çok kısıtlıydı ve meyve yada tatlı yoktu. Sabah kahvaltılarında kuruyemiş( ceviz badem vs. kuru meyve yoktu olmasını şahsen isterdim.

The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and well-maintained – we truly appreciated that. However, the food variety could be improved, especially for children (more options like pizza or hot dogs). The kids’ party was suitable mainly for ages 3–5, and older children got bored. The children’s water area has only one pool and no extra facilities. Check-in took about two hours due to confusion with two separate bookings. With a few improvements, this could easily meet the expectations of a 5-star hotel.

Belle établissement propre avec des activités tout au long de la journée un petit coin enfant une belle piscine et un bon personnel. La cuisine et suffisantes et y’a du goût dans ce qu’on mange !
