What can I say about Crystal Prestige? To be honest, in my opinion, the hotel does not quite live up to a five-star standard. I’ll start with the rooms. They already look quite “well-lived-in” and clearly need updating. Overall, the hotel gives the impression that it could really use a proper renovation and refurbishment of some of its areas. The hotel grounds are large, with outdoor pools, water slides, and various relaxation areas. However, the condition of some of the facilities raises concerns. In some places, the pool tiles were broken or damaged, which could potentially cause injuries. Some sun loungers had broken or damaged legs, making them unsafe to use. What was particularly unpleasant was using the pool ladders when getting out of the water. Some of the steps were unstable, and it was genuinely scary to climb them because you couldn’t be sure they would hold your weight. For a hotel that presents itself as a five-star property, I believe these kinds of issues are unacceptable. There is also another rather strange detail: there are no clocks anywhere on the hotel grounds. If you want to know what is happening, where it is taking place, and at what time, you constantly have to check your watch or phone. It’s unclear why the hotel couldn’t install clocks at least in the main areas. The food is also rather average — nothing particularly special. The selection of fruit, for example, left a lot to be desired. The main options that I actually wanted to eat were mostly watermelon and melon. But even for those, you had to go to the main building, as they were hardly available outside, near the pools, or at the other bars. In hot weather, it would be nice to have fruit readily available in the relaxation areas rather than having to make a special trip to the main restaurant. If you want decent drinks, it’s better to go to the Prestige Bar. However, there is a catch: the bar operates only during certain hours, so you can’t use it whenever it’s convenient for you. The biggest downside for me was the smoking everywhere. And it really doesn’t matter where you are — whether you’re in the adults-only area or even near the children’s pool. All children’s activities are also accompanied by people smoking nearby. In my opinion, this is a very serious issue to consider before booking the hotel, especially if you are travelling with children. I would really like to see at least the children’s areas completely free of tobacco smoke. The entertainment programme is fairly standard, similar to what you would find at many other hotels. I would also like to mention the music separately. Judging by the repertoire, the hotel seems to be more oriented towards a local clientele. Turkish music is fine for the first few days, but by the fourth day you start spending less time relaxing and more time counting down the days until you leave. At the same time, music is only played during certain hours, so you can’t simply spend the day relaxing by the pool with some pleasant background music. The kids’ club, however, really deserves special praise. You can see that the staff were chosen with care: they genuinely like children, know how to engage them, and really make an effort to provide them with an interesting and enjoyable experience. This is probably one of the hotel’s biggest advantages for families with children. I also want to give special credit to the service staff. There are no complaints here: the employees are friendly, polite, and attentive. You can see that they genuinely try to help and make your stay more comfortable. Overall, the hotel does have its advantages: large grounds, swimming pools, water slides, a good kids’ club, and friendly staff. But at the same time, there are too many things that negatively affect the overall experience: the condition of the rooms and some areas of the property, broken tiles, unsafe sun loungers and pool ladders, the lack of clocks around the hotel, the limited selection of fruit, and, most importantly, smoking everywhere. If a hotel positions itself as a five-star property, I would expect to see that level of quality in every aspect — not only in the service, but also in terms of safety, the condition of the facilities, food, and the overall organization of the holiday experience. So, before booking Crystal Prestige, I would recommend thinking carefully about how important these issues are to you. Personally, I was left with the feeling that the hotel still has some way to go before it can truly provide a full five-star experience.

We stayed here as a family with a small child and a baby, and overall it was a nice experience — with one big exception. The staff were lovely, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel has a great selection of pools and plenty of slides for kids, and it never felt crowded. The main issue was the evening entertainment. There's a stage set up right in the center of the hotel (not an amphitheater), and since the hotel buildings surround it, the loud music carries to every part of the property in the evening — you really can't escape it in your room. For families with young children or babies who need an early bedtime, this was a rough surprise and made evenings quite stressful. If you're traveling with small kids and are sensitive to noise, keep this in mind before booking.

I would suggest that if this hotel primarily caters to non-English-speaking guests, this should be clearly communicated prior to booking. During our stay, it felt as though the hotel mainly accommodated Russian, German, and Ukrainian guests, which made communication challenging at times.It did not feel we was in Turkey but in Ukraine or Russia. We had come from the hotel Rixos Downtown to explore this area with our family, but the overall experience did not quite feel as though we were in Turkey, as there were very few Turkish staff members visible. The Vibe of Turkey was hidden That said, I would like to highlight that the guest relations representative was excellent very polite, professional, and genuinely helpful. Interestingly, the room cleaner was also able to understand our needs better than some of the restaurant staff, where communication proved more difficult. The hotel itself is good overall, but there are a few areas for improvement. The spa felt quite small, and some amenities closed at 8pm, whereas similar hotels often offer these services until 10pm. It also felt as though the hotel was trying to cater to certain international guests by focusing on more generic, western-style activities, rather than showcasing authentic Turkish culture and experiences. Highlighting local culture would, in my view, greatly enhance the uniqueness of the stay. For future guests, it’s worth noting that if you only speak English, you may find communication with some staff difficult. As a suggestion, it would be beneficial to have more English-speaking staff at the front reception. Upon arrival, there was some confusion at reception. Although I already had a booking through TUI, the receptionist initially thought I was trying to make a new reservation. Communication was difficult because the receptionist spoke very little English. I understand that staff are not required to speak English, especially in a non-English-speaking country. However, for a hotel that welcomes international guests and partners with companies like TUI, having front desk staff with at least a basic level of English would make a significant difference. If staff are able to communicate in Ukrainian, Russian, or German in Turkey, adding basic English skills would be especially helpful, as English is the most common language used by international travellers. Overall, The Stay was Ok.I would not return to this hotel again. But Guest Relation are very helpful. The 3 STARs are for them only.

Das Hotel bietet viele Möglichkeiten und eine gute Ausstattung für Kinder, daher können wir es Familien weiterempfehlen. Der Strand ist mit einem Golfbuggy erreichbar oder bequem zu Fuß über die Brücke des Hotels. Ein Dank geht an Banu vom Gästeservice, die sich um unsere Wünsche gekümmert hat. Wir haben außerdem einen Strand-Bungalow gegen Aufpreis gemietet. Das war angenehm und der zuständige Mitarbeiter war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Personal im Hotel wirkte häufig unorganisiert. Im Restaurant waren einige Mitarbeiter leider nicht besonders freundlich, vor allem wenn man um etwas gebeten hat. Auch die Organisation im Hotel, vom Frühstück bis zur Abendanimation, war aus unserer Sicht nicht gut und könnte deutlich verbessert werden.

Hele nette resort met meerdere zwembaden en glijbanen. Veel bars waar je een cocktail kunt halen en meerdere restaurants. Schone kamers.

Het eten was heel eentonig, elke dag hetzelfde. Ook was er geen verlichting in de douche cabine. De handdoeken ophaalstation was veel te ver.

We stayed for 4 nights and 5 days. It's a great value hotel with amazing mountain and sea views. Rooms were kept clean daily, and the food was tasty especially Kadah’s smash burger and sushi buffet.The exterior and rooms could use a refresh, and adding towel stations outside the SPA would be much better. Overall, a solid stay for the price!

We have been returning to your hotel for the fourth consecutive year, and we have also had the pleasure of staying at Crystal Tat Beach. Because of this, we believe we can provide honest feedback from the perspective of loyal guests who genuinely enjoy returning to your hotels year after year. This year, we will once again be staying at Crystal Prestige from July 25th to August 8th, and we are truly looking forward to our visit. We hope you will find our suggestions helpful. If we happen to mention something that has already been introduced since our last stay, please excuse us, as our previous visit was in 2023. Rooms & Cleanliness During our previous stays, we have experienced the Family Duplex, Standard Room, and Pool Room. We were very satisfied with both the Standard Room and the Family Duplex. However, we noticed an unpleasant odor in the Pool Room, and since we have booked the same room category again this year, we hope this issue has been resolved. We would also like to compliment your housekeeping team. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly every day, and we often found beautiful towel decorations such as swans and flowers on our beds, which was a lovely touch. The entire hotel was always clean, well maintained, and smelled pleasant. One area where we also noticed an unpleasant smell was around the pool near the beach, behind the Adagio Beach Bar. We believe this area could receive some additional attention. In our opinion, some of the room furniture is beginning to show its age and could gradually be renewed to better match the high standard of service your hotel provides. One feature we particularly appreciated at Crystal Tat Beach was the pillow menu. Guests were able to choose the type of pillow that suited them best, which made our stay even more comfortable. We would love to see a similar service introduced at Crystal Prestige. Food The variety and quality of the food have always impressed us. Everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. We especially enjoyed the themed dinner options, including grilled specialties, fresh fish, sushi, lamb, veal, and many other dishes that made dinner exciting every evening. Since many guests stay for 10–14 days, the menu naturally begins to feel a little repetitive after some time. Introducing a few additional menu rotations would make the dining experience even more enjoyable. We would also love to see fresh mango offered more often and avocado included at breakfast. Staff Your staff members are friendly, professional, and always willing to help. We even tried learning a few Turkish words to thank the staff, and they always smiled when they heard us speaking Turkish, which made us feel very welcome. The only suggestion we would like to make is regarding English communication. We noticed that some staff members are not fully comfortable speaking English, which occasionally made communication difficult. We believe that additional English language training could further improve the experience for international guests. Entertainment Without a doubt, the entertainment program is our favorite part of staying at Crystal Prestige. We would like to sincerely congratulate the entire Entertainment Team for their enthusiasm, kindness, and dedication. The evening shows, dance performances, beach music, and parties held on the green area of the hotel were all fantastic. We believe that the daytime entertainment schedule has the greatest potential for improvement. During longer stays, many activities repeat almost every day, such as aqua aerobics, beach volleyball, water polo, pool games, and Zumba. We would love to see a wider variety of activities throughout the week. Here are a few ideas that we believe would be a great fit for your hotel: * Foam Party at the pool * Treasure Hunt around the hotel with maps, clues, and prizes such as a complimentary massage, banana boat ride, or professional photoshoot. * Pub Quiz with prizes (general knowledge, music, movies, geography) * Karaoke Night * Night Pool Party with a DJ (16+) * Sunset Yoga or Pilates sessions * White Party (where guests would be asked to follow a white dress code with white decorations all over the party place) * Beach Party with a bonfire, DJs, dancers, cocktails, and music (our personal favorite) * Outdoor Movie Night on the beach or lawn with a large screen, bean bags, popcorn, and drinks * Talent Show where guests can showcase their talents * Board Game Tournament * Cocktail Workshop or Mocktail Making Class * Turkish Cooking Workshop where guests can learn to prepare traditional Turkish dishes Of course, these are simply friendly suggestions, and we are confident that your creative Entertainment Team could adapt them in the best possible way. If you ever need enthusiastic guests to support the organization of activities, our family would be more than happy to contribute. Final Thoughts We are very excited to return at the end of July and wish you a successful summer season. Отель супер по цене /качеству. Были в нескольких той же ценовой категории, этот отель определенно того стоит! Очень внимательные девушки на гест релейшене, при заселении администраторы просто супер! Еда разнообразная и вкусная, алкоголь в лобби хорош. Территорию можно немного улучшить, покрасить заборы, к примеру. Очень понравились детские активити, фестиваль, сами аниматоры очень позитивные и заряженные! Ребенок постоянно просился в детский клуб. С лежаками проблем никогда не было, что в детской зоне, что во взрослой. Спасибо, вернулись бы с удовольствием еще.

Perfect holiday for a family with 3 kids. The village is wonderful, with clean and wide rooms (I had a pool view from my terrace), beautiful beach and amazing waterpark. The main restaurant provide a wide choice of food in each meal (breakfast, lunch and dinner), but there are many cafes and restaurants in the village (also a 24-h restaurant, everything included in the price), so you can eat and drink whenever and whatever you want! The Guest Relations team was very kind and helped us finding all the keypoints and services in the hotel. Also the people at the reception and at the restaurant was very polite and friendly. The position is also great, in the main street of Goynuk, with many shops. With a rented car, we visited Antalya, Kursunlu and Perge. I greatly recommend the Crystal Prestige Elite!

A fantastic holiday at Crystal Prestige Elite! The combination of views—beautiful mountains and the clear sea—is truly impressive. The hotel is excellent, but the entertainment team deserves the biggest round of applause. They do a brilliant job, and their programs and energy are an absolute hit. Highly recommended!

The location was fantastic and we tried to enjoy the holidays but there were some really negative points The air conditioning was not working,after we told the reception they changed the room.Even in the second room it was not working properly,with two little kids it was terrible specially at night.We told our concerns multiple time at the reception but they didnt really care telling that a tecnician checked and everything was ok.Only after I contacted the travel agency the problem was solved.So a big no for the way of treating the customer The hotel was old and outdated Another big problem we had was at the pools,the tiles were super slippery,my children fell multiple times The food was ok but very repetitive

Я отдыхать летаю 20 лет и в разные отели, но хочу оставить честный отзыв из своих ощущений По отелю - если вы привыкли к сетевым хорошим 5, сразу отметать этот вариант Почему: - все очень старенькое, прям потрепанное - тренажерный зал в очень плохом состоянии, покрытие на полу ужас, запах, не проветривается, само оборудование очень старое ну и просто внешний вид - Бассейны, которые на территории отеля - ужасные мягко говоря, как в пансионате для стариков - Территория до моста прям не облагороженная, никакой зеленой травки, ужасные бордюры, детский комплекс совсем бедненький, все убитое, обшарпанное - Фен 🤣 - я дую сильнее, когда разговариваю, гель для душа - как будто ограбили фабрику в Африке и разбавили водой 1 каплю на отель - Еда - если вы приехали, чтобы объедаться мукой и тоннами удачной еды - да! Для тех, кто хоть как-то любит выбирать вкусную еду - будет нечего есть, столы ломятся хрючевом прям, намешано всякое в один котел, с ребенком очень тяжело выбрать еду - Самые дешевые ингредиенты прям, только овощные нарезки понравились и что ничего не соленое заранее. От «свежевыжатого» сока пахнет химией, выглядит как натуральный, официант говорит фреш и наливает из пакета)))) - Жарят все на одном масле лет 10, мне было прям жалко желудки людей - Напитки - лучше не пить, самое дешевое со вкусом спирта - Запах в отеле - старый, от этого лицо весь отпуск сморщенное - Лифты грязнючие, прям заляпанные - Контингент - я думала это 5*, но по факту твердая двоечка, люди а халатах с пластиковыми стаканами и булками - Неудачное положение, погулять за территорией отеля негде толком, ну все вместе туда и обратно 6 км вдоль лавок с ненужными сувенирами

Great hotel, staff is amazing. Animation team is great. Daily shows are fun and kids are welcome. Great place for a family vacation, romantic gateway and active relaxation. Food is omg cannot even describe. All extra exclusive. Eat drink relax and repeat. Mountain and sea view all in one and all super clean and well maintained. Will be back again and again. My new spot between the cruises.

Viešbučio registratūroje dirba labai nemalonūs ir neprofesionalūs darbuotojai. Pirmoje eilėje aptarnaujami vietiniai Turkijos turistai, į kitų šalių turistus nekreipia dėmesio, šaiposi. Numeris gautas tik 15.30val., nors pagal viešbučio standartus turi būti 14.00val. Numerį davė su sugedusia elektra ,tik įjungus kondicionierių išsijungė visa numerio elektra, dar dvi valandas aiškinomės , kad pakeistų numerį, sakė, kad nėra numerių ir jie neprivalo mums jo keisti ir pakeis tik rytoj, tarpusavyje kalba turkiškai ir juokiasi. Numeriai labai seni ,reikia remonto. Baseino paplūdimio rankšluosčiai labai maži ploni , dengia vos pusę gulto, dar nei viename viešbutyje nesam tokių matę. Daug vietinių turistų kuriems visur pirmumo teisė, labai nemalonu kai jie rūko visur prie baseinų ir prie vaikų. Susidarė toks įspūdis kad kiti turistai čia nelaukiami. Esam aplankę daug viešbučių įvairiose šalyse, nesam išrankūs, bet su tokiu aptarnavimu ir požiūriu į turistus susiduriam pirmą kartą.

Spa dan havlu alma zorunluluğunu, spada misafirlere gereksiz yakınlık gösteren o adamı hic sevmedim. Birde İtalyan restoran da ekmek bitti dendi vermediler. Sabah kahvaltıya 10.30da indik. Pişi bitti, waffle bitti, pancake bitti ve yenilenmedi. Akşam yemeğine geç indik keza aynı sekilde tandır ve benzeri pek cok sey bitmişti. Erkenden koşun yiyin mantığını hiç sevmedim.

My experience here was not the best, comparing to marmias last year, this holiday was not the best but not the worst, many people do not know english, the food was dry and had no taste on many occasions, the night social life was so bad i went sleep at midnight sometimes even before it was not very good, i would like to also add that for nearly £700 per person i feel like i was scammed i paid £800 for marmias and it was good, the night life was good, food was good, people spoke english i did not feel like a stranger once but here i did and the staff keep asking us to go clubbing which was annoying and they only kept coming to ask about that, not all the time but very often, i can carry on but i will leave this here and would not reccomnd this place to anyone and i will not be coming back i promise

The most disappointing holiday experience I have ever had. This hotel has absolutely nothing to do with the 5-star standard it advertises. I stayed here with my family in July 2025, and honestly I am still angry about the experience we had. You pay a significant amount of money expecting a luxury holiday and end up in a worn-out, dirty hotel with no serious organization or proper management. The rooms were in terrible condition: damaged furniture, poor cleanliness, a bathroom smelling of mold, and an air conditioner that worked whenever it wanted. The overall hygiene was far below what anyone would expect from a hotel claiming to be 5 stars. The restaurant was a disaster. Sticky tables, dirty chairs, repetitive food every single day, and very low-quality meals. In some areas, water was dripping from the ceiling, making the whole place feel more like an old cafeteria than a “luxury” resort. The pools were clearly not cleaned properly. In the mornings you could see dirt and green slime around the edges. The children’s aquapark had damaged and unsafe areas covered only with warning tape for days without being repaired. The beach was full of plastic waste and nobody seemed to care about cleaning it. In many situations, the staff behaved as if they were doing you a favor just by letting you stay there. The worst moment was when the elevator near our room malfunctioned and my wife and daughter got trapped inside for several minutes. It was a frightening experience and nobody reacted seriously to such an important safety issue. This hotel is nowhere near a real 5-star resort. For me, it completely ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing family holiday, and I would never recommend it to anyone looking for cleanliness, safety, comfort, or professionalism.

I went with my daughter and friends and we had a blast. The hotel was very clean and food range was great especially for kids. The pools had peaceful places and kids section was fantastic. My daughter loved the kids club even though their English wasn't great it didn't stop her from having a great time. The evening entertainment every night was top notch! Would definitely come back!

We had an amazing family holiday at crystal prestige elite hotel. The hotel was beautiful , clean,and very comfortable. The food was delicious. With plenty of variety every day. And atmosphere was perfect. For both relaxation and fun. The staff were always friendly, helpful and welcoming , whic made us feel at home from the first day. Antertainment and overall service were excellent. It was a wonderful experience for our whole family and we truly enjoyed every moment.

The hotel itself is large. And the pools are great. Beach is like most beaches in the med. It's nice facilities etc but a few stones so take beach shoes. Slides were a lot of fun for the family which covered all different age groups. Our young toddler and then child loved it. Our 5 year old would be on them hours a day. They were only open 4 hours a day when we arrived This was some feedback we gave the the guest service team which acted on it and had extended during our stay which was well received. The guest service team approaches you throughout your stay for feedback and give you contact details. I must say I lazily used this just to text to confirm where a restaurant was and opening hours etc but always received response within minutes. I also hurt my leg while at the hotel and was seen by a nurse free of charge within minutes organised by the guest relations team. Cocktails: not done the same in turkey as in Australia and New Zealand given they don't actually drink alcohol much so you need to explain the first few times but after a few days they get it and know your preferences. Turkish spa workers can come across as a bit pushy at times with trying to sell massages etc but I think this could of been due to lower occupancy while we were there. I did book a mixed therapy massage which I have to say was brilliant. The lady from Nepal did amazing and even fixed some problem in my shoulder I didn't even mention. The events at night were well organised and catered to kids and then also adults. We were beach side of the hotel which was surprisingly OK for noise but if you are a super lite sleeper maybe recommend taking the mountain view which is also stunning views. Overall I would recommend the hotel but a special thanks for making the stay more enjoyable was the guest relations team. They made this hotel that much better!

We arrived on the 25 April and received a very warm welcome all the staff were very friendly but some staff went far beyond a smile they really made our holiday it was our anniversary and what a effort they went too to create a day to remember the bed was covered in red rose petals and swans made from the towels we was left a card and large bottle of red wine and cake it was amazing but I want to mention Gökhan Ayvaz he went out of his way to make our whole holiday extra special he was a credit to the hotel. Also I would like to mention Omer G he was another person who the hotel should be proud to have he helped inform me of everything that was available totally had a fantastic experience here and would definitely be back in the future we spent two weeks here.

We tried most of the restaurants, which were 3 different in the hotel - all great and reasonably priced, but the service and food were varied. Second year in the same hotel with the whole family and we highly recommend it.

Very good service, nice food, nice nature around the hotel

Location is great in-between kemer and Antalya have nice options to visit picturous locations. Rooms and nice and tidy, room cleaning can take a bit of time but they are left spotless. Nose level is good of course there is kids but that's reasonable for family based hotel, still should be fine with sleeping and everything else. Service is supperb everything is great and everyone is forward coming and helpful.

Great location, beautiful views, sea on one side, mountains on the other. Nice atmosphere, perfect service, nice end helpful employees. For children daily evening danses with animators who love children end have nice contact with them. Rooms clean, always fresh water in fridge, Some small things need renovation but generally everything ok. Attractions for children: swimming pools, playgrounds, games room etc. We reccomend! 💪

Very Good atmosphere in the hotel, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Especially Derdar from sunset bar. The food is very good and lots to choose from fresh omelettes every morning in the buffet. The Turkish Ala carte is my favourite, dont go unless your hungry. The snack bara are very good. Special thanks to Gokhan from Guest relations. He was very helpful. I would recommend coming here.

Everything was good, especially alacarte fish restaurant (both the service and food). The room was clean, everyday we had an attention from stuff. I would recommend that more stuff talk in English or Russian because of guests.

- старые номера: кондиционеры из 90х - не работал сейф - Аля -карт отдельная история. Зачем он нужен? Мы пришли отпраздновать мой день рождение в итальянский Аля-карт. Все цивилизованно: скатерти, 4 вилки и ножа, меню с интересными названиями. Но когда начали приносить, это было нечто, я просто смеялась , это все было невозможно есть: ролл из кальмара- это пресный кусочек кальмара, который просто свернулся , к мясу, рыбе и курице был предложен один и тот же наваленный гарнир как в столовой и один и тот же отвратительный соус, пицца от шефа была из бара . Видимо в обед сделали и вечером принесли. Самая ужасная пицца, которую я когда либо пробовала. Я с семьей и еще одна пара, которую я заметили, потом пошли в основной ресторан есть нормальную еду. - Десерты . Зачем вы их делаете? Они отвратительны? Я попробовала все начиная от медовика до тирамису. Не надо их так называть, это не они. Почему вы не можете нормально научиться их готовить, зачем столько сахара и желатина? Зачем переводить продукты? Когда их ешь, не получаешь никакого удовольствия. - Машинки, которые возят до пляжа на дизеле, пахнут. Надо заменить на электромобили. Там идти 100м, зачем они нужны? Некомфортно идти до пляжа и сидеть у гезлеме - На такой большой территории, нет места, где можно уединиться, везде шум и гам - С самого утра уже запах низкосортного алкоголя. - детская игровая ужасная - ледяная вода на горках - при уборке забрали футболку и не вернули

Nice location, very good Hamam which is included, nice staff, very large buffet which could be a bit more varied, unfortunately cold pools outside especially the kids pool very cold! Indoor pool was warmed, nice evening shows and kids had fun with the kids club and mini disco!

I really like that hotel is near street where are a lot of shops. Hotel staff is friendly and hotel room is clean. We paid more to get sea view but all sea view rooms are located to show area and music is so loud that I can hear songs to my bed, word by word and this show is until 01:00 maybe even more. I dont recommend to family or people who wants silent nights and vacation. Pools are not heated, this water is cold. Sea is better but rocks so unpleasent also. Kids club/area- old and used, not so much activities, toys etc.

Walls are so thin, could not sleep. Too many people mostly Russians and very loud. Food avarage. Several babys got a rash from the childrens pool. Very loud hotel. You could get better hotel for your money. More people means worse quality for sure.

AC and mini bar didn’t work no one came to fix after 4 days of letting them know. Very unprofessional personal at reception. Save your money and don’t waste your time.

The hotel is in a great location with plenty of opportunities to relax or enjoy various activities. Food and drinks are available at multiple spots throughout the property, which adds to the convenience. However, our experience was affected by several cleanliness and maintenance issues. Our room was not properly cleaned — we found hair on the bathroom walls and floor. The gym was also in poor condition: it had not been cleaned, several machines were out of order, there was no water available, and it appeared to lack air conditioning. Communication was often challenging, as only a few staff members spoke English. Additionally, a serious concern arose when an 9-month-old baby in our group became ill, most likely due to the children's pool. We noticed that several other children were experiencing similar symptoms around the same time.

The hotel has an extremely attentive staff, a very rich and delicious menu, and truly tasty food. The evening shows are interesting, and there are great slides for the kids. Overall, everything is top-notch, and we are very satisfied.

Every thing is good, the staff is very kind. The meal is wonderful, many attractions. We can choose from many programs. The sea and weather is excellent.

The check-in was a bit messy, but the staff is very nice and the catering is good. The aquapark has many options for all generations. The hotel offers so many things to do.

This hotel has deeply disappointed me — it has changed for the worse in just two years. I was assaulted, ended up with broken ribs, and was robbed during my stay. Shockingly, the staff never even asked if I was okay. The hotel is unsafe and feels corrupt. I was intimidated for no reason and pressured to take the blame for something I had nothing to do with — completely absurd. I sincerely hope that the money you stole will bring you “happiness,” because you have certainly destroyed the trust and safety that any guest should feel here.

Leider wurden unsere Zimmer an 2 von 7 Tagen nicht sauber gemacht unteranderem auch nicht richtig. Das Zimmer das wir bekommen hatten sah überhaupt nicht so aus wie auf den Bildern und gestunken hatte es auch jedes Mal aufs Neue nach Abfluss, Toilette. In den pool’s leider ab und an auch. Die Leute waren auch sehr unverschämt und haben keine Manieren (die Gäste) Katastrophal.. der Kiosk der dort drinne ist, die reinste abzocke 😃 die Preise sind unverschämt. Und leider ist der Preis dieses Hotels auch nicht gerechtfertigt. Sie sollten lieber mal aktuelle Fotos des Hotels ins Internet stellen. Wir waren am Ende des Hotels im Zimmer , die Lüftung oder was auch immer war sehr laut und jedes Mal hat es getropft. 5 Sterne sind etwas anderes. Das Essen lässt zu wünschen übrig, es war fast immer das selbe jeden Tag. Und morgens und mittags sowieso.

The best thing about this hotel is definitely the activities and facilities for children – I would really highlight that. There are several pools and we always managed to find a spot for our towels. However, the hotel itself is quite old, which shows in a number of ways. In the room we found some shortcomings such as exposed wires, a broken hairdryer, and worn furniture. The overall cleanliness of the room was acceptable, although on some days the housekeeping only came in the late afternoon. From the outside, though, the hotel looks neglected – especially the windows and glass surfaces, which are very dirty and really take away from the overall impression. What disappointed us the most was the food. We were really looking forward to it, but although the variety is enormous with plenty of options, quantity clearly wins over quality. Most dishes were bland and lacked seasoning, which was very disappointing. Since it is a large hotel, you also need to expect waiting for a table during peak meal times, and the dining area often feels messy after previous guests. The staff do try, but they simply can’t keep up with cleaning everything thoroughly.

Hotel bring more than we expected. Nice beach, good service, lot of entertainment content (slides, evening show, kids animators...). Also, there is lot of restaurants and bars. Overall great experience. Little minus is that English language is not so good spoken by staff, but you can manage easily.

The hotel is big but old. The rooms are small, the furniture are old. The bathroom are small. The others, food, pool, bar, aquapark the night show are ok.

“Shocking experience – this is not a 5-star hotel, barely 2 stars” I have been working in the luxury hotel industry for 25 years, currently as a Corporate Head Chef and F&B Manager — and I have never stayed in a hotel room of such poor quality. The room we were given, and every room we have seen so far, appears to be at least 30–35 years old with no sign of proper renovation or maintenance. The furniture is worn out, the faucet is corroded, the mirror and lamp are broken, there is even a hole in the floor. The bathtub is dirty, the pillow is hard, high and extremely uncomfortable, the TV is a tiny no-name brand, and the air conditioning unit is so old and noisy that I didn’t even know such systems still existed. The entire place feels like a haunted house. When I raised these concerns at reception, the Front Office Manager smiled and told me our room was “not that bad” and “only 10 years old.” That is simply not true. This is clearly a 30–35-year-old room that has been completely neglected. The owner seems to be taking profits without reinvesting in basic upkeep. We spent $3,200 on this holiday and ended up in a room worse than an old roadside motel. Of course, we weren’t expecting a suite, but at the very least we expected a clean and well-maintained room. The public areas are dirty, the entire hotel is run-down, but the guest rooms are by far the worst. I strongly advise anyone considering this property to stay away. I genuinely don’t understand how this hotel can claim a 5-star rating — in my professional opinion, it barely qualifies as 2 stars. Where is the quality control in Turkey? Great hotel for families. Clean and spacious rooms. Professional staff who are always ready to help. The all inclusive buffet is very good with a lot of variety.

We stayed at Crystal Prestige Elite in Kemer for 10 days and overall had a very good experience. The staff were extremely nice, friendly, and helpful – most of them spoke English, which made communication very easy. The hotel itself has excellent facilities: everything felt clean, well-maintained, and well-organised. The highlight for us was definitely the kitchen – every meal we tried was truly delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared. A huge thank you to the kitchen staff for working so hard in the heat and still managing to provide such great food every day. The beach area was another big plus – very clean, with lovely sand and a stunning view of the surrounding mountains. It was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean atmosphere. The evening show we attended was also a highlight – professional, entertaining, and very enjoyable. We also want to give special thanks to the staff for their kindness and thoughtful attention during our stay. They found out it was our older daughter’s birthday and surprised us in the room with a birthday cake, a fruit platter, and a bottle of wine for us. This gesture made our daughter feel very special and added a wonderful personal touch to our holiday. There are, however, a few areas that could be improved. The rooms felt quite dark and the furniture/decor was a bit old-fashioned, which didn’t match the otherwise modern facilities. Another downside was the amount of smoking everywhere – around the pool, on the beach, and especially during the children’s activities such as the mini disco. It was unpleasant to have children exposed to so much smoke in what should be a safe and healthy environment. We also felt the extra charges for additional services were not always fair, particularly when it came to children’s activities (for example, charging $10 for a simple sand-colour paper). While we understand extra costs for certain services, this kind of pricing didn’t feel reasonable. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay at Crystal Prestige Elite and would definitely recommend the hotel, especially for its friendly staff, high-quality food, clean facilities, and beautiful beach. Thank you for looking after us during our holiday – we left with wonderful memories and a very happy birthday girl!
