La chambre très grande avec tous les équipement qu’il faut. Le personnel très sympathique et attentionné, le petit dej super et le mR qui nous a servie toute la semaine était vraiment très gentil, souriant et accueillant. L’emplacement parfait car à proximité de tout.. en supplément un petit chat trop mignon qui nous a accompagné chaque matin 😊 ma fifille a adoré

The room was cleaned everyday and was always tidy. Ruth responded promptly to my concerns. The property was walking distance to nearby shops and the beach.

The bathroom needs some repair works. The rail on the shower door kept falling off. The door handle in the bathroom was loose. No shower gel was available in the bathroom.

Nous avons été surclassé et avons eu un studio avec une chambre séparée alors que nous n'avions réservé qu'une chambre. Personnel souriant et de bon conseil. La proximité avec les commerces a été très apprécié.

Des voisins (hors de l’etablissement) un peu bruyant le soir.

Le personnel est très sympa et très à l'écoute. L'emplacement par rapport à la ville est super, près des commerces et du bord de mer. Notre chauffeur/guide est également très intéressant et très cultivé.

Tamanho das comodidades, com quarto, casa de banho, kitchenette e uma óptima varanda. Anfitriões muito simpáticos e prestáveis.

Très bonne accueil, surtout Ruth, ainsi que tout le personnel, établissement avec un bon rapport qualité prix, très bien équipé et proche du centre ville de grand Bay. Idéal pour le côté convivial et famille. Entretien des chambres au quotidien. Piscine agréable. Petit déjeuner simple, complet et efficace. On recommande fortement.

Parking limited to 3 cars. Check in after 5pm - shocking Air conditioner - took 2,hours to cool the room Breakfast day 1, offered tea & coffee, toast and jam. I had to ask if they could offer eggs. Breakfast Day 2 - big improvement.

La grande chambre très lumineuse et spacieuse, la place de parking. La climatisation, L'Établissement est à 7 minutes en voiture du centre ville.

Désolé mais je ne vais pas être très généreux sur mon commentaire. Une réservation faite très longtemps à l'avance et confirmée par mail à la demande de Ruth, qui lors de notre arrivée n'a pas été très chaleureuse par une affirmation, "j'ai faili annuler votre réservation". Le paiement se faisant sur place. Après avoir fait les différentes formalités, nous sommes arrivé dans la chambre, cependant au moment de prendre la douche, il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude, nous avons alerté le gardien mais en vain, il ne s'est occupé de rien et au final nous avons pris la douche à l'eau froide... Il n'y a pas de convertisseur de prises de courant européenne dans la chambre. La literie est déplorable, le matelas dans un état pitoyable, c'est du jamais vu dans tous mes voyages. Dans la série pas de chance, nous sommes tombés sur des vacanciers très bruyants jusqu'à 23h00 et des chiens qui ont aboyé une grande partie de la nuit. Heureusement, nous avons réservé pour une seule nuit. Au vu de cette expérience, Je ne conseille pas cet établissement. Dommage.

Le logement est très confortable et le personnel Oumed , Raquesh et tout le personnel des dames de ménages aux veilleurs de nuit sont très sympathiques , disponibles et attentifs au bien être de leurs hôtes .Belle piscine et proximité des commerces et activités.

El ambiente familiar, la comodidad de la habitación y lo bien que funcionaba la ducha. Además tenían una gata encantadora, que nos dejó enamorados.

Nice large spacious 2 bed room hall with dining and kitchen facilities. Perfect for 4 member family , including kettle stove and untencils to cook. Great location very close to Grand Baie Super U super market, restaurants with many variety food options. Good continental simple break fast with bread toast, jam,omelette, coffee and tea and yogurt, fruits every day enjoyed by my family.

A water bottle or 2 per day based on guests count and probably couple of coffee, tea and milk powder packs per day would have been excellent offering to guests, i would have given 10 out of 10 if those are included.

Very warm welcome, staffs are very helpful and kind. Very calm and quiet with swimming pool.

The noise! If you like blasting music; screaming, undisciplined children; and ignorant families who yell at each other from all over the property, then, between the direct neighbours partying all day (10:00 am to midnight) for three days straight and the ignorant guests yelling at each other from all over the property, as if it's their private estate, Villa Narmada is the place for you! You'll also be content if you feel "security" means a wide open front lobby door at 1:30 am and the "guard" (the elderly grandfather of the owning family) fast asleep on the sofa, such that I just walked in and past him without waking him at all. (I mean, Mauritius is a very safe country. But, still, other places have gates and alert attendants.) The safe in my room was also an ancient relic, the instructions for which were impossible to understand. At least the closet had a lock and key. Otherwise, sure, the furniture is second-hand, but, the cleaning staff do a dilligent job, everything worked, the pool was well maintained, and management was friendly.

The staff is very kind, each and every one of them. Maybe not too swift in replying the emails, that has to be improved, for sure. The structure is in a great spot, 5 minutes walking to many restaurants and to the beachfront, however it is pretty quiet given the fact that it is located in a secondary alley. The room is huge and has all the facilities for cooking, if you want to dine inside, and it had a lovely patio with pool view where you can chill out. Breakfast was nothing special but anyway was good and did its job. The room was cleaned every day, but definitely not thouroughly, they could do a lot better on that aspect. I had hair both in the shower and on the kitchen floor (and I'm balding, so I dare anyone to say it was mine!). The pillow cover was stained from the beginning and never changed. And please, provide at least one little soapbar or something to shower...I get that this is a cheap accommodation (and I always bring some emergency stuff), but a hotel soapbar costs pretty much nothing and makes every guest happier.

The rooms are meant for self catering hence you have a dining room and kitchenette for you. The fact that almost every wall comes with a big window makes the room bright and enjoyable.

Probably because of covid, the structure is in need of refurbishing and renovation as it’s a bit old. Inexpensive details could also be bettered (new table cloths, bed linens, kitchen utensils).

The concerns I raised could have been handled better. Pics in booking .com are outdated. I was charged 40 euros for a taxi from airport to villa Narmada - a taxi I had not booked. I stayed in room A10 from Tue 12/11/24 to Thu 21/11/24. Safety concerns in the room - TV wire was cut and joined with blue tape and the wires in the plug were melted. Bedframe was moving/fitted loose in the headboard, mattress not aligning,, and had to ask for linen to be changed. I requested change of room but receptionist said its fully booked, but another staff told me otherwise. After just 2 nights I decided to leave. Ramesh the night staff was really helpful and he persuaded me to stay. On Saturday 16/11/24 the receptionist provided with a pack of 6 bottles of water and "apologies for the inconvenience caused". I was then offered a rear facing room on the 2nd floor which I declined. I was reminded more than once that I have to vacate room by 12:00 on Thursday 21/11.24. There were other not so positives which I won't even bother mentioning.

The staff could not be more helpful. They went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming especially Ruth and the night guy. Very nice pool and a quiet location. Very convenient for the super U, mall and local restaurants. They upgraded us from a studio to a one bed which was really nice, with a small terrace by the pool.

Everything was fine but maybe there could be a little more things in the kitchen, just sharp knives and some plastic mixing bowls etc

The location is great - walking distance to the shops and food court and only a short drive to the beach and to the restaurants in the area.

The screaming children!! We felt as though we were in a primary school boarding house. Even after complaining to management, the noise did not stop. There is construction happening next door to the Villa which contributed to more noise. The “continental breakfast” was very underwhelming.

Staff was very helpful and nice. Well setup room and kitchen with all necessary things.

I would recommend the Receptionist Ruth who was most helpful in my devastation when my fiance was not permitted by Mauritian immigration to meet with me on this holiday as we had planned. through a minor technicality,. Ruth helped me through a very trying time as I was in a strange country. I would if possible in the future would like to return with my fianace.

Good value for money. Located close to beach and supermarket. Spacious. Very friendly staff, allowed us to check in earlier as room was available. Good wi-fi.

We found dead scorpion under the bed. Last day there was no electricity in our room and till the checkout no-one did not fixed this issue.

Rooms are hot. Aircon not working well. Ants in room. Check in was bad as the person there was security and did not know much. Down a dirt road. Building going on on site. No HOT WATER.

Nice one bedroom apartment. Well equipped. The pool was clean, the location was quiet. Approximately 5 min walk from the supermarket and 10-15 min walk from the beach.

The AC is above the bed.

It was beautiful and very convenient, with the patio and the pool and, above all, the air conditioning!

The property behind it was a building site and what looked like a rubbish dump. I know there is nothing they can do about that, but maybe warn people about noise?
