Quality Inn & Suites Quispamsis

They let me bring my dog and it was very reasonable.

That I didn't get to spend more time in the area. Loved it. Easy check-in and in a good area.

We booked our room for our wedding day, the groom and groomsmen got ready there and had some friends over for a drink before the ceremony. The room was spacious and clean, very comfortable. My husband and I stayed there after our wedding and it was great. Bed was very comfortable and clean. Would highly recommend

Pleasant staff, clean room, comfortable bed, great breakfast!

All good!

I liked everything about the hotel I will be back again

Tout était parfait, merci 😀

The location

My room was stinky and other rooms that were with our group smelled bad as well. They need better ventilation and the fans in the bathroom smelled like chinese take out

Everything was fine and I'm its place. The property was quiet and very clean

The only thing that stands out is o asked for late checkout when I first arrived and registered. The lady on the desk told me i could have until noon, a one hour extension which was perfect. The next morning, around 10:30 am one of the cleaning staff knocked on my door to let me know my time was almost up. I told her i was given an extra hour, which she disagreed with. I was out of my room before the 11 am deadline to avoid any extra charges on my stay..

There was a domestic dispute(screaming, crying, banging &hitting) going on in the hallway at midnight, we had to call down to the main desk and have the police break it up. They were separated but allowed back into the hotel at 3am and continued arguing. We were also able to hear conversations of people above and beside us through the walls. We spoke to the front desk in the morning about how we did not get any sleep and were disappointed with our stay but we were rudely told that it was too bad

Location

The room smelled and breakfast was not that great

I found the staff to be super helpful and very friendly. I really appreciated the young man at the front desk who came out, took all my luggage out of my vehicle and pushed the two very heavy suitcases up to my room😊👍

The breakfast was pretty good however, just bananas for fruit and no muffins The beds were comfy and clean, fast checking in and informative staff

The price on Friday night that we stayed, cost more than I ever paid for a hotel, I am a senior and travelled a lot in the past 40 years. It would have to be a much higher end hotel than this one to pay $380 for weekend rates. We were desperate so we stayed one night and relocated for a cheaper elsewhere

So convenient. Gave us a door on ground floor for our dog which made it so nice!

No complaints

Clean space friendly staff. Comfortable bed

Pillow was to thin and breakfast was ok

Emplacement Propreté Personnel très agréable.

Chambre humide à notre arrivée. Choix limitée du déjeuner, mais quand même très bien

Really nice pool--fresh paint and very clean. Breakfast was great.

Some traffic noise, especially at night. Ask for a room facing the rear of the property to have less traffic noise.

A very quiet, clean, well-managed hotel. Would highly recommend! Great for families, the rooms were comfortable and the pool area is very nice.

Le climatiseur, l’horaire du déjeuner, vu gym et de la piscine.

Prompt in my request for an extra blanket.

Quiet. Easy to get to. Nice to have a breakfast in the am.

Location to highway for passing through

The price was very high for the space and the quality of hotel! Over 250$ for a quick sleep in a not very nice bed and low quality hotel is crazy and the toilet hardly worked

Very comfortable ,met all our requirements. Breakfast was okay except the eggs and bacon and or sausage we’re almost cold . The coffee was very good and they did supply gluten free bread on request.

Clean and bright right from the entrance into the building and throughout. Friendly helpful and courteous staff. Breakfast was delicious and provided a great selection of options. Parking was plenty. Rooms very clean, bright and very comfortable.

The outside door. Loved the pool as well. Great location to be able to see our grandbabies

The staff at check in were not the happiest. Tried to converse and felt like I was a chore.

Very clean and quiet. The room was spacious. Staff were helpful.

Quality Inns don't have a ton of character, but I was tired from a long drive, and I really appreciated the clean, comfy night's rest.

I liked the location

My room wasn't cleaned it was just topped up with towels and coffee

Location.

There was an error generated by Booking.com's algorithm that made me pay $300.00 per room for 2 rooms, because the error was not noticed prior to 25hrs. I was told that the motel was sold out for that night!

Location.

Price Lack of empathy with a situation.

Great location, clean, good value. Wide selection of hot and cold breakfast items.

The air conditioner was loud and rattling. The bed could have used a thicker duvet or comforter.

Fourth season returning to this facility. Really like the location off the highway north of St John. Quiet and peaceful. Close to has station, groceries and other amenities. Pet friendly. Always appreciate being able to park in front of the ground floor rooms.

Not as clean as I expected: there was a foul smell in the carpeted room and several dog waste bags from previous guests outside the back door. Always prefer to have flooring instead of carpet for lower allergies and easier cleaning. Would greatly prefer a medium bar fridge instead of the small one. Difficult to accommodate all the items that we needed to keep cold in the spring summer season. Guests are not able to access laundry room: cost is $15 for staff to do it and deliver to room, which we did not try so I can't comment on the quality of it.

Outdoor access from room

All good staff, comfort, breakfast. Price fair

Convenient location. Clean. Friendly staff.

No bacon at breakfast.😪

Good location, friendly staff

There was no water pressure in our third floor room.

We could not use the cafeteria during the as we had a crafting class there

Open the eating area during the day

Clean and great breakfast!!

Neighbors noisey

Room was perfect for a family

The staff was excellent, price was right and the facility was clean.

Food was warm well presented and tasty

We were informed on arrival that we were not entitled to sr discount or CAA because we booked through booking.com. Our room looked onto the air conditioning units that provided no view and were loud.

Neat, friendly staff. Breakfast was nice and yummy.

The room was neat and clean. The breakfast was delicious and alot of varieties for young and old. The staff were supportive and always smiling. Even after checked out they let us go in the room to collect our belongings that we forgot. The lady in the morning shift helped me to get it without any arguments or excuses. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

My son didn’t like and asked to write, “The tv has no channels except one”.

Breakfast was hot, and a good variety

We were very impressed by the size of the room and the cleanliness. Breakfast also had many choices which was great!

Beds were comfortable, entrance was clean. Breakfast was quite good.

Was not notified that the pool was down for maintenance. Not when we arrived or when we called the front desk at 7am to confirm the hours for the pool. After breakfast, we asked where the pool was and they then told us then that it was broken and no one would be coming to fix it (as it was a Sunday). The singular reason we booked this hotel was the pool. There were two in quispamsis that had a pool, and we chose wrong obviously. We went through booking.com because I am tired of paying for services not rendered. I agreed to a price for a hotel with a pool for my family and I didn’t get one. The hotel refused to find any reconciliation through booking.com. Won’t ever stay there again.

The breakfast was great. I preferred the Keurig coffee pods in the room to the coffee served at breakfast and in the lobby. I appreciated the gluten free cereal. The staff was lovely. The beds were comfortable and the room kept us warm enough despite the cold weather.

The pool was so cold. The fitness center could benefit from a fan.

Breakfast was not hot enough

Conveniently located for us . Clean and comfortable.

Good location.

The rooms were dusty. And I mean dusty. The walls caked with dust. Gross.

Clean, friendly, and in a great location for us.

We got there and there wasn't a reservation for us Even though we had a confirmation # and we were charged No-one has contacted us regarding this either No one from booking.com or the actual hotel I had sent an email the night it had happened Still no response

Quartos amplos, boa higiene e bom café da manhã . Estacionamento

Um hotel fora do centro turistico

The property was good

I didn’t like the staff to tell me that because I booked from 3rd party - it was cheap, there is nothing he could do for me. The issue - I was placed on a different floor with my children. It made sense for him, I am travelling with 6, 8 years old and it okay we are on different floors. That was very upsetting after a long drive

The location was good, the room was clean.

The television was not accessible in any way to be used via an HDMI cable so that I could use the TV as a monitor for my own entertainment source. It's the only room I have stayed in for the last 5 years that imposes such restrictions. This was not acceptable to me in any way.

Very comfy beds. Nice hot breakfast. Right off the highway. Close to some great restaurants.

The pool is only about 4 feet deep. Didn't really work for swimming.

Breakfast was a treat !

Great location and friendly staff.

No hot tub

The family suite was amazing especially as a young family!

The bed was so comfortable..

Very nice hotel, beds were comfortable and breakfast was good!!

Clean , very quiet location. Staff were great

Wish there was slightly more healthy variety for breakfast.

Not sure about pets, room was clean breakfast was good with self made waffle station.

Clean room and early check in

Very friendly staff. A great place to stay.
