I am dissatisfied with the room upgrade procedure, as we were charged Ð150 for a single night despite our eligibility for a complimentary upgrade as Genius Level 3 members. Although we were initially informed that no rooms were available, multiple options suddenly became accessible upon payment; I trust you understand that such inconsistencies regarding hotel inventory management are transparent to experienced travelers.

The Gym and pool closing very early, also some rooms too much smelling by cigarets which is disturbing. Food 😁 I order pasta it came super spicy and I have stomach issues I can’t eat spicy I asked to re-do, the cheat add beshamelle but chilli stay there

They were charging for extra water bottles. Only 2 small bottles were provided for the whole day. Despite using do not disturb option. Room cleaner used to ring or knock the door early morning multiple times for room cleaning. They called one day before for checkout although I had one more night left.
