Работники ресепшн очень плохо работали! Раньше в этом отеле было не плохо! Сейчас я боролась за тишину в номере каждый день! Охрана делала вид, что приходит к нарушителю и сама мимо двери проходила! Рядом жила ночная бабочка которая не давала спать ни днем ни ночью! Самая ужасная поездка была в Дубай! Работники ресепшена дали информацию о номере моем посторонним людям! Будьте осторожны!!!! Я не шучу!!!!

No parking available. It is very strange in Dubai that the hotel doesn't avail parking's to its customers. The hotel mentioned parking there based on availability but was not available during my 5 days' ⁷stay. Towels were not available upon arrival and need to call housekeeking/room service to provide Towels.

Шумно, охрана делает вид что решает вопросы, а на самом деле очень опасно находится в этом отеле! Сотрудники на ресепшен продали информацию обо мне как о гостье, в каком я номере!!!! Открывала кейс в полиции, все зря!!!!! Пока на букинг лично письмо не отправила, не регали вопрос

There was no parking available at all. In addition, there was no soap, shower gel, or shampoo provided in the room. Most importantly, there was not even a single towel available. I requested a towel, but it took approximately one hour for a housekeeping staff to come to my room. When he arrived, I was told that there were no towels available at that time. These are basic amenities that should have been available, and the overall experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Cet hotel est tres bien situé avec un acces facile dans Dubai. L'hotel est bien entretenu avec un personel au petit soin pour les clients. J'ai eu la surprise d'etre upgrader et j'ai profiter d'une suite sans supplement. Merci a Rania (management) et Youssef (reception) pour leur professionalisme et attention a la clientele.
IL y a un night club dans l'hotel qui est ouvert toutes les nuits. Les cliens qui frequentent ce club ne respectent pas les occupants et font enormement de bruits tard dans la nuit. C'est irritant quand on essaie de dormir ... a tenir en compte. Le dernier point qui est le plus ennuyant est le fait que le parking est payant!!!! IL a été revendu a un sous traitant par les propriétaires ... ca vous couteras 35 AED par jour.

Service was not good at all no valley parking or self parking no one helping for luggage and within check in no one explains which facilities are available and in which area, he didn't inform me which restraunt i shall take my breakfast as well as working time, additionally I received my room without any towel and i had been requested it three times and kept wait for half an hour to receive it , at night I can't sleep from the night club which was working till 4 am with too much noise

there was only one towel for feet. i asked 4 times to bring towels which expected in 4 stars hotel. i need to come down 4 times because using telecom not possible - nobody answers. after each come reception has new person. i asked each. ok sir i will tell to bring towels. how to they expected me to dry myself after shower w/o towels? like if you have so many receptionist maybe better to do not convey to others what need to be done and just take towels and go upstairs and give it to me. it cost 5 minutes. but unfortunatelly that is not their style. because who are we? just clients. nothing more.
