Groot appartement, vloer kon iets schoner. Fijne ligging, rustig aan de rand van het overvolle Albufeira. Heerlijk zwembad, wij zaten in gebouw 2, met minder appartementen, heerlijk rustig.

L'Alfagar Cerro Malpique ci ha accolti per un periodo di 4 notti ad Albufeira con un rapporto qualità/prezzo decisamente superiore rispetto a quanto abbiamo potuto riscontrare per altre strutture ricettive nelle vicinanze, si trova molto vicino al centro storico di Albufeira e a circa 10 minuti dalla spiaggia. La nostra stanza era piuttosto spaziosa e illuminata, così come il bagno e la doccia - era presente anche una cucina ma non ne abbiamo usufruito.

Veniamo alle note dolenti, e purtroppo ne abbiamo riscontrate diverse nel corso della nostra permanenza qui: - La pulizia della camera lasciava molto, molto a desiderare al nostro arrivo. Erano presenti alcuni ragni in bagno, così come diverse formiche nella zona del lavabo. Nella zona del soggiorno con ogni probabilità nessuno aveva lavato a terra in quanto erano visibili orme di scarpe e ciabatte non nostre. Abbiamo trovato diversi capelli nella doccia e nel lavabo e in generale sparsi per la casa. Ho fatto presente la problematica in reception il mattino successivo e richiesto una pulizia approfondita, io e la mia ragazza siamo usciti e rientrati intorno alle 17:30 ma non era cambiato nulla; dopo la seconda notte ho richiesto nuovamente la pulizia ed un cambio di asciugamani, siamo usciti e rientrati nel pomeriggio ma l'unica cosa che abbiamo trovato sono stati, appunto, gli asciugamani nuovi appoggiati sulla tavola - letto non rifatto, bagno non pulito, solite formiche, motivo per il quale abbiamo iniziato a pulire noi stessi. Ho fatto presente la problematica alla reception e contattato Booking, nel giro di un'ora sono venuti ad eseguire una pulizia più approfondita e si sono scusati a più riprese per l'accaduto - sono stato persino contattato dal manager per sapere se ci fossero altri problemi, quindi da questo punto di vista posso dire che hanno più che rimediato agli errori commessi. - La struttura è davvero datata, avrebbe bisogno di un rinnovo completo di tutto il mobilio, dei materassi, dei cuscini e degli elettrodomestici, l'armadio perdeva pezzi di legno. - Gli altri ospiti erano piuttosto "vivaci". Schiamazzi ad ogni ora del giorno e della notte, lettini del solarium occupati per ore da fantasmi, cibo e alcol in piscina, non siamo venuti ad Albufeira aspettandoci la vacanza tranquilla per famiglie ma a tutto c'è un limite e abbiamo notato che il personale non faceva nulla per limitare certi eccessi.

I've stayed at this hotel in the past and it was lovely to come back again. It's as I remember it with nice spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The balcony was lovely to have breakfast with great views. The pool area is clean with plenty of beds and thankfully no sunbeds reserved. It's a short walk to the old town down some steps which unfortunately you use to come back up but if your even slightly fit they shouldn't be a problem. You can always stop halfway. I would come back here no problem if I'm in the area again.

Great location. Very near the old town and main square with bars and restaurants. Rooms very spacious and comfortable. Everything you need including ironing board and iron. Reception and snack bar staff were very friendly.

Pool area was very small for the number of people staying there. Snack bar at the pool was very basic. Not enough sun beds and a lot were broken and uncomfortable. We were also placed in a room in -2 floor with no view except bushes. We were there for three nights and we never got our room cleaned.

On nous a donné un logement la première nuit dans une annexe loin de l hotel sans parking, le messieur de la réception nous a emmene avec sa voiture,en plus c etait sale,ça sent de la moisissure,le lendemain après protestation on nous a changé de logement à l hotel principal. Les couvertures sont sales,la literie mauvaise, on a eu l impression de être arnaqué, bookign doit vérifier ca avec l établissement

Short walk to Old Town which was really handy. Beaches are not far away at all, you can walk to it. Really nice location with a lovely balcony view. Pool was also very nice.

Os colchões das camas estavam num estado lastimável. Sentia-se as molas e o próprio colchão afundava com o corpo. Informação esta que deixámos à rececionista.

Do facto da recepção ser noutro edifício e as chaves terem de ser apanhadas lá. O facto de não ter pequeno almoço disponível. Do facto das actividades estarem esgotadas.

A casa era grande, onde ficamos, tinha vista para o mar. Estava tudo do nosso agrado.

Na minha opinião, nestes lugares de grande rotatividade de pessoas é essencial que haja porta de vidro na banheira. A carrinha de duche não é higiênica. Foi a única coisa que tenha de negativo a apontar.

We liked the proximity to Old Town and walking distance to most places. We know albufeira pretty well and had an idea where we would be situated. The views are wonderful and the rooms are a great size. The bathroom seemed newly renovated and that was absolutely lovely.

What we didn't like... The steps become tedious but it is what it is. And then you get amazing views. The hotel is perfect for a short break-its not comfortable enough for anything longer (in our opinion) . It's fine! The pool area was fine ,the sunbeds need updating and the biggest thing we didn't like was there is literally ZERO facilities to get changed and sorted for a flight . So check out at 11 and no opportunity to keep room on and the 'facility' they do have is like some 1990 school locker room with a cold shower. This really REALLY needs addressing.

Our stay was wonderful. Great ocean view from our balcony. The room was very clean and spacious and the facilities were perfect for our stay. We really enjoyed the ease of access to the town and the friendliness of the staff who very kind and helpful.

The facilities and the cleanliness

We had a beautiful apartment overlooking the sea. The apartment had everything we needed for the 10 days. The pool area was perfect, small bar at the pool which was ideal for snacks and drinks and we always got a sun lounger. The apartment is in a lovely quiet area and it is only a 7 min walk to the town, down the steps. We got clean towels, toilet paper and rubbish taken away every 2nd day which was very handy. All the staff we meet were all very friendly and helpful. Also there's an aldi supermarket a 5 min walk away.

For us the beds were a little too hard to sleep on but we survived and the only other thing is could do with more pillows. No other issues everything else was perfect.

The luquechon was good no problem with parking and no far to walk to restaurant's in fairness good.

L'appartamento era spazioso e anche il bagno, in particolare la doccia. Anche il terrazzino è un plus, ma purtroppo il giardino adiacente era pieno di immondizia (mutande, bottiglie, assorbenti provenienti dalle altre camere).

Purtroppo il soggiorno è stato disturbato dall'elevato rumore notturno: mi sono svegliata più volte a causa degli schiamazzi lungo le scale e dell'eco nei corridoi ogni volta che veniva chiusa una porta. Inoltre, i letti si sono rivelati molto scomodi.

Bardzo dogna lokalizacja blisko plaży i centrum miasta. Mimo tego było cicho i spokojnie, w sam raz na wypoczynek. Hotel zadbany, a personel bardzo miło. Polecam.

Trochę słabe wyposażenie kuchni utrudniające zrobienie obiadu na własną rękę.

Je recommande cet établissement ! Le logement est spacieux et agréable, nottament avec le balcon qui donne une belle vue sur la mer. Se situe à 10min de la ville ainsi que de la plage. La piscine est un vrai plus malgré qu’elle soit un peu petite mais elle fait complément l’affaire.

Hotel i zagospodarowanie wokół budynku bardzo przyjemne. Apartament przestronny, czysty. Kuchnia wyposażona w podstawowe przybory kuchenne. Basen bardzo mały z różnymi poziomami głębokości (0,4 m- 1,6). Blisko do plaży, sklepów i restauracji (do miasta trzeba zejść schodami).

Mnóstwo imprezujących w hotelu gości przez co cisza nocna nie istniała. Ciężko było ze snem i odpoczynkiem. Basen mały więc czasami było tłoczno. Momentami brakowało leżaków dla wszystkich gości.

J'ai apprécié l'emplacement a 10/15min a pied de la vieille ville et de la plage, quartier calme. L'hôtel (studio) est bien pour passer quelque semaine de vacances pour 2 a 3 personne avec balcon vue sur l'océan. Le personnel es sympathique.

Mal isolé on entendait les autres vacanciers (pas mal d'anglais..) irrespectueux qui crier, claquer les portes, taper dans les mur le sol des 2h /3h du matin se qui nous laisser pas se reposer et dormir correctement la nuit, les enfants dés tôt le matin qui crie dans la piscine... Quelques invasion de fourmi dans la salle de bain et salon, le l'évier de la salle de bain qui était boucher. Quelque tache sur les rideaux et mur.

Super emplacement, accès à au centre en quelques minutes et stationnement voiture facile et gratuit dans la rue.

Présence de fourmis dans l'appartement au niveau de la cuisine. Rien ne peut être laissé sur le plan de travail. Canapé lit moyennement confortable...

Posizione eccellente.. . vista mare...ottimi servizi... Relax assicurato... In pochi minuti si raggiunhono con bella scalinata... i locali e i negozi. Supermercati vicinissimi.

Personnel de la réception accueillant et très sympathique à l'image de tous les portugais que j'ai eu l'occasion de rencontrer. Emplacement stratégique pour aller au centre ville et la plage sans subir les nuisances sonores des bars. Emplacement idéal pour découvrir les autres parties d'Albufeira.

Le nettoyage de l'appartement n'était pas fait selon le calandrier annoncé, il fallait réclamer à chaque fois pour que la chambre soit nettoyée.

L’accueil était très agréable, l’appartement bien équipé et le logement relativement calme !

Great property, such friendly staff and the 24hr reception was handy. Great location, less than 10 minute walk to the old town however walking up those steps the way back is killer 😂 Staff were so lovely and friendly.

Only issue we had was with ants, we found them in one of the bedrooms and told reception, someone came to clean the room soon after and didn’t have another problem in that room. However we found more ants later on in the bathroom and sofa. We again alerted the housekeeper who called and said she would be back but never returned. Only issue we had though overall great stay.

pas grand chose à part la situation en hauteur par rapport à la vieille ville un peu fatigante en montée. la restauration n'est pas prévue mais des super marchés et le marché municipale ne sont pas loin.

I am blown away by the kindness and friendliness of the staff in ALFAGAR CERRO MALPIQUE!! A big thank you to Ibhram(hope I’m spelling it right) and his friend who was a super security guard protecting residents of the apartments while also providing a good sense of warmth and humour. For us alfagar wasn’t just any normal apartment, it was OUR home❤️. We seriously can’t praise the staff and our lovely spacious room it was the best accommodation I’ve ever stayed in in Portugal. Obrigada❤️❤️🇵🇹

Very nice apartment. I loved that we had 3 balconies. Kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable. Property was well located. Aldi and Ludl within walking distance.

There were 2 different blocks and on the first day our taxi driver dropped us at one of the blocks instead of reception. It was murder pulling our suitcases up the hill in over 30 degree heat. Thankfully we got a lift to our apartment which was away from the main reception. If you want to be near friends or family also staying there you need to request it when booking as we were unfortunately situated away from the apartments of our other family members. There was a separate pool also for each block.

Tout était parfait ! Les voisins du dessus étaient particulièrement bruyants, mais cela reste indépendant de la structure...

l’emplacement proche du centre, des commerces et du terminal de bus, la piscine, le personnel. Jolie surprise à l’arrivée où nous avions 1 appartement avec chambre au lieu d’un studio. Superbe salle de bain.

Jeunes voisins de chambres très fêtards et bruyants et sol de la chambre pas très propre, nous avions vite les chaussettes noires. mais ça n’entache clairement pas le beau séjour que nous avons passé.

We travelled as a group of 20 friends for a weekend break in Albufeira. Having researched the area well, I decided to pick Alfagar Cerro Malpique as it ticked alot of boxes & was not left disappointed. The apartments are very spacious & kept very clean but also thought they offered great value. It's located a 5 minute walk from the old town square in a nice quiet location which was ideal for us. (Just to note, access to & from the square is down some steep steps) All staff we came across were informative & helpful The pool area was nice & clean but also quiet so could easily relax in the sun for an afternoon. There is also a pool bar which is reasonably priced. I would recommend this accommodation to all types - friends, families or couples We would defiantly stay again if we came back to Albufeira.

Apartamento amplo, com terraço, cozinha equipada, cama confortável, chuveiro bom, roupa de cama e banho de boa qualidade, limpeza e localização . Não ficamos no prédio principal mas também tinha uma área de piscina. Este prédio secundário fica mais distante da escadaria que desce para o centrinho de Albufeira. Tem uma vista bonita já que fica na parte alta da cidade. Tem estacionamento.

Éramos em 3 pessoas , para um adulto, o sofá cama na sala não é muito confortável, precisa renovar . O retorno para o hotel caminhando é um pouco puxado por causa da escadaria. Para estadias curtas seria bom ter a possibilidade de café da manhã pois supermercado, padaria tem que ir de carro.

Apartamento completo, limpo, espaçoso e bem localizado.

On arrival, the lady was very polite and offered us a room upgrade which was nice. We upgraded to a one bed apartment which was really spacious. The hotel provided water through a water fountain which was a plus. Small supermarket 2 min walk away (cash only) for essentials. Old town was super close but does include quite a lot of steps.

The kitchen could’ve had a couple more bits such as salt and pepper, kitchen towels, better washing up liquid (was watery) but was fine. We were only allowed one clean of the apartment for the 3 nights we were there and were frowned upon for asking for fresh towels. When the apartment was cleaned, all that was done was bed made and new towels - no floor clean or wiping down of bathroom. The pool was quite loud with a lot of young boys arriving every day with a speaker around 2pm til late which wasn’t very relaxing but was fine.

Herbergið var mjög rúmgott og hreint. Frábær sunlaugagarðurinn með smá bar þar sem hægt er að fá drykki, ís og samlokur. Þvottavélin var óvænt ánægja og hægt að kaupa þvottaefni.

Reykingar á sundlaugasvæðinu voru óþolandi. Það ætti að banna að reykja við sundlaugina.

The staff were very friendly. The apartment was exceptionally clean and well equipped. The pool area was a lovely place to spend our day. For the evening, it was a short walk into town.

We came in June but the stock on bar was not up to full trading yet, which was a shame, we’d have spent more money there. That is the only negative I could give.

Una piacevole scoperta. siamo rimasti pienamente soddisfatti della grandezza del nostro monolocale. con doppio balconcino, ed esposto a sud, quindi sempre illuminato. siamo stati freschi nonostante i 30 gradi esterni e non abbiamo mai dovuto fare affidamento al condizionatore. Vicino la reception c'era un comodo erogatore di acqua filtrata. Abbiamo usato anche la cucina per cucinare senza intoppi. Parcheggio gratuito all'interno della struttura era davvero piccolo, ma abbiamo trovato posto sempre facilmente direttamente davanti la struttura.

Letti non proprio comodissimi, soprattutto la brandina del divano letto che era piuttosto piccola come dimensioni.

Great location, there is some serious steps up and down to the square but very manageable. The pool area is great. The apartment was spacious and modern.

Housekeeping was good for changing towels, just a small thing but floors were not cleaned during the 7 days.

Room was absolutely perfect very spacious and comfortable. Really close walk to the old town which was very handy. Staff were incredible Was so grateful that there was no problems with getting sunbeds by the pool , everybody got up when they wanted and were able to get a sunbed without any of that getting up at 6am for a lounger business.

Aircon stays on unless window/balcony door is open. We did try to turn the aircon off but it wasn’t working so at night it did get quite cold in the rooms due to the aircon running all night which can make it hard to sleep when u dress for warmer weather temperatures , it was either have the aircon on or leave windows open and hear noise . In saying that it wasn’t entirely noisy there at all in fairness but I say that as a personal preference as I would prefer to keep windows/doors closed at night.

Cuesta mucho llegar caminando al centro por las subidas. Nos tocó una habitación en el -1, no teníamos vista. Pero contaban con.muchas habitaciones con vista excelente pero no tuvimos suerte.

Bien situé , loin de l'agitation du centre ville , prévoir des baskets car hotel situé en haut de la ville et c'est très pentu. Chambre située au -2 , pas d'ascenseur . petit parking gratuit devant l'hôtel. personnel très agréable Petite piscine non chauffée , avec un petit bar pour se raffraichir.

Rien de spécial. Par contre, facile d’accéder au vieux quartier mais difficile à remonter.

Nous croyons avoir vue sur la mer mais tous les studios sont au sous-sol avec vue sur un toit. Fourmis sur le comptoir. Hôtel située dans le milieu d’une côte, pas évident pour les personnes à mobilité réduite.

It was not clean at all. The floors were not swept, the couch was full of crumbs and the kitchen was not clean either.
