لم استطع الدخول إلى spa و ذلك لأن ألة pos لم تستطع الخصم من البطاقة على خلاف ألة pos الخاصة بالإستقبال في الفندق و التي كانت تخصم في القيم بشكل جيد

I enjoyed the stay. The staff are freindly, helpful and professional. A shuttle bus is available to the beach, which is an important point. The hotel location is central. The breakfast is sufficient. Everything was as expected from a reputable chain.

The staff were helpful and friendly, the beach was great and there's almost a shuttle every 1 hr which was good, the view was nice

The room and furniture might require some upgrades, the air conditioning system is quite old, and maybe adding some beverages would be nice

حبيت الهدوء في الفندق والعاملين لطيفين وسمحولنا نسجل خروج متأخر واطلالة السويت على البحر رووووعة وشاطئ الفندق الخاص نظيييف ورااااائع وخدمتهم جميلة

كان عندي مشكلة في مستوى النظافة في الغرفة والحمام ماكان بمستوى فندق هيلتون وكذلك عدم وجود شطاف في الحمام

The worst thing i have that the smoking is permitted at the reciption

• The beach is nice and well-maintained. • The rooms are generally good and comfortable. • Breakfast was good. • Most of the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. • This was not my first stay, and I had better experiences during my previous visits.

• Unfortunately, the sea water was extremely dirty and unpleasant, making swimming almost impossible. Since the breakwaters were installed, there are hardly any waves, and the water appears stagnant and unclean. • One of the two family rooms we booked had a very worn-out bathroom that clearly needs renovation. • The restaurant is too small for the number of guests, and the air conditioning was weak, making it very hot and uncomfortable. • Dinner was average, and unfortunately, the dinner on our last day caused stomach cramps and diarrhea for the entire family. • Overall, the hotel was average compared with my previous visits, which were noticeably better.

I was in room 812 for the first night: Staff loud communication at the resturant was unbelievable Room kettle doesn’t close when the water is heated, so you have to monitor that other wise !

البتش بجوار شاطئ عام برغم المجهود الواضح من الفندق.والاجواء ولكن مياه البحر غير جيده في البتش

الفندق يطل على البحر الشاطئ الخاص

- بركة السباحة صغيرة. - عدم تنوع بوفيه العشاء. - زمن بوفيه العشاء فقط ساعتين من الساعة 07:00 إلى 09:00 وهو وقت قليل جدًا ، كانت الشمس تغرب الساعة 08:00 والعشاء يبدأ والشمس لا زالت موجودة في النهار !! يجب أن يكون وقت العشاء من الساعة 08:00 إلى الساعة 11:00 لمدة 3 ساعات على الأقل.

الفندق ااوجيد لهلتن فريق النظافه لايكمل عمله من حط مويه وشاهي وسكر حيث يقولون ليس من اختصاصهم لابد ياتون خدمه الغرف يامنونها وهذا علط فريق النظافه كامعتاد هم مسولين فازعجنا هذا كثيرا

تجربة مخيبة للآمال كلياً ولا تستحق السعر – سوء إدارة وإحباط شديد للأسف التجربة في هذا الفندق كانت دون المستوى المتوقع تماماً ولا تعكس المبلغ المالي الكبير المدفوع، والفندق لا يقدم أي "قيمة مقابل سعر" مقارنة بالفنادق الأخرى بنفس الفئة والسعر والتي تُعد أرقى وأفضل بكثير. أبرز السلبيات التي واجهتها: سوء التعامل في البوفيه وتقييد المشروبات: رغم أن حجزي شامل الإفطار والعشاء ومدفوع بالكامل، إلا أنه تم التعامل بأسلوب غير لائق ومؤسف في المطعم، حيث يُمنع حتى شرب المياه أو المشروبات الأساسية مع العشاء، وهو أمر غير مقبول إطلاقاً في فندق بهذا السعر. ازدحام شديد وسوء إدارة للمطعم: المطعم يعاني من ازدحام خرافى وقلة تنظيم، مع ضعف شديد في تنوع الأطعمة وعدم كفايتها لاستيعاب أعداد النزلاء، مما يدل على سوء تخطيط وإدارة واضحة. سوء التواصل وعدم الاحترافية في الاستقبال: موظفو الريسبشن يفتقرون لمهارات التواصل وحل المشكلات، وبدلاً من امتصاص غضب النزيل ومساعدته يتم التعامل بسلبية، وأخص بالذكر الموظف (شادي) لعدم تعامله الاحترافي مع المشكلة. لا أنصح بالإقامة في هذا الفندق إطلاقاً، وتوجد خيارات كثيرة بنفس السعر تقدم مستوى أرقى وخدمة تحترم النزيل بشكل أفضل.

1-Location inside the city, with front sea view . 2- lovely staff members the valet & reception and concierge. 3- very good breakfast buffet, although more tables in the restaurant are required. 4- Hilton sand beach is clean and organized with good activities.

1-The Backside entrance location. 2-Sea water was not clean at all, couldn’t swim in it.

THE COFFEE everywhere in all outlets,bitter,feels reheated..bad blend. The rate that changes every day according to occupancy,I tried to extend my stay for a third night with the same rate,but found out that my room rate was risen by 20% overnight which I find a bit ridiculous. Thankyou,I was treated very well to the extent that I wasn't allowed to pay for my in room dining dinner while I was checking out and ready to pay my extras.

There was a very bad smell from the leather on the bed frame..they tried to clean and spray but the smell didn't go

الإقامة جميله فى الفندق

The view from second room was lovely. Some service staff was excellent. While the breakfast buffet was great, the service staff at the buffet had a hard time keeping everyone in turn and would just service anybody who cut in and was speaking to them even if they interrupted someone already waiting to be serviced, which was frustrating to say the least.

There is a nightclub that is apparently linked to the hotel that opens from 1am to 5am and the bass is heard all throughout one side of the hotel and would wake us up. Also did not help that our first room was not appropriate as it overlooked balconies and the a.c did not work properly, and the telephones in the rooms did not work, not to mention the curtains did not shut all the way. When they transferred our room, it took a huge argument to speak to a manager to get this done, and then there was an issue of paying to extend our stay which was not recorded accurately on their systems and I was told I would receive a refund and I would need to find another place to stay which is a ridiculous thing to tell a hotel guest. Then once a duty manager finally contacted us he resolved the issue and explained that the reception staff was incorrect. They frequently were. Also they do not accept egyptian cards? Only visa and credit cards. And the ATM on site did not work. This was not an issue with my card but their ATM as I used the same bank's ATM at a separate site and it worked fine.

Интерьер отеля и персонал - всё отлично, 3 отличных ресторана и кафе на пляже, готовят вкусно, есть небольшой, но комфортный спортзал и открытый бассейн. Мы приехали для пляжного отдыха, кроме открытых душей на пляже имеются хорошие чистые отдельно стоящие туалеты и душевые домики . Пляж хороший , комфортный , было немноголюдно и очень спокойно. В общем всё понравилось, остановились бы снова здесь.

В душевых домиках на пляже в женских душевых нет ни одного крючка или вешалок для одежды или полотенец, нет ни одной полочки для принадлежностей, и это очень неудобно. Если бы были комнаты , где можно переодеться ( сменить одежду) это бы было бы хорошо. В общем всё понравилось, остановились бы снова здесь.

Hotel is wearing out and loosing its shine. Require renovation especially in the bathrooms. Only shampoo and shower gel available. I suggest to put hygiene products such as earpods, toothbrush...etc The salads in the dinners get recycled in the morning not partially but fully. I would suggest to put in each meal fresh salads. Seats in the balcony are hard, I would put seat softner or pillow. The price is not reflecting the level of rooms and board....

- مساحة السويت صغيرة جداً لا تكفي 4 اشخاص اشخاص كفاية. - مستلزمات الغرفة غير مكتملة ويجب طلبها وبعضها لا يعمل. - اماكن النوم غير مريحة.

Все понравилось, еда вкусная и разнообразная, очень чисто, убираются каждый день! Свой пляж чистый, цены в ресторане дешевле чем на улице!

Mahmoud the receptionist was so kind we had easy check-in and comfortable check out.

We ask for exchange money machine and they had no idea about that even though there’s one in the hotel

Food was excellent, beach was very nice

The windows are not soundproof, some of the staff need to smile to the guests.

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Als sie vom Geburtstag meiner Frau erfahren hatten, schenkten sie uns einen Kuchen. Das hat uns sehr gefreut. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
