Great location in centre of Catania. The apartment is modern, clean and comfortable, breakfast is fresh, typical Italian, cheeses, meats, fruit and lots of nice cakes.

The staff is amazing. The rooms are great. The breakfast is terrific, and the location is perfect for exploring Catania. The communication was quick and clear on WhatsApp. In addition, a family member had a medical issue and it was amazing to get translation help and we even got help to contact and schedule a local doctor. Wow! I can’t say enough about this place, the leadership, and the staff. I rarely write reviews. No question I had to do so this time.

There really isn’t anything, except maybe they could put a sign on the street sidewalk like restaurants do, but that is probably an ordinance issue.

Internally, the property was ecstatically pleasing. Rooms were spacious and clean . Hotel is situated in a great location in Catania. Easy walking distance to great landmarks, restaurants and other hot spots.

This hotel lacked the true essentials to make it feel as it was once named “Etnea Style Catania Luxury Rooms”. Keeping such a name would be a huge contradiction for this particular hotel and its current amenities. The rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious, however, even with the A/C on full, the rooms at night are extremely hot, not to mention the bathrooms lacking proper airflow/vents, which made it unbearable to use the blow dryer in the bathroom or simply to get ready in it as it became so stuffy. The hallways and common areas in this hotel also felt very uncomfortable again due to the lack of much needed air vents and Air Conditioning, which paying guests should not be having to experience regardless of warmer temps outdoors. These kinks are due perhaps to new Management cutting the wrong corners.

Excellent location on Via Etnea, walking distance to many shops and the Duomo. Room was nicely maintained and it had the best shower we've had recently in Europe. The staff was very helpful.

The elevator is very small but serviceable.

Everything was great except the air conditioning didn’t work well. Hard to sleep in 81 degrees at night

Centralt läge på Via Etnea. Personalen var otroligt trevliga och engagerade, och gav tips på vad man kan göra och se i Catania. Smidig in- och utcheckning och frukostbuffén hade många alternativ.

Vi hade gärna haft ett kylskåp på rummet, det fanns en minibar men det kylskåpet var inte särskilt kallt.

Posizione perfetta per visitare Catania e facilmente raggiungibile dall'aeroporto in quanto la fermata del bus per l'aeroporto è proprio davanti l'entrata. Host molto gentili e disponibili. Camera molto silenziosa, spaziosa e pulita.

Ragazza al check-in molto cordiale e disponibile a dare consigli sul nostro soggiorno. Camera dotata di tutti i comfort, pulita e moderna. Colazione varia e con prodotti freschi.

Il personale delizioso, la struttura molto pulita, la colazione abbondante.

E' la nostra terza volta. Struttura ben posizionata,al secondo piano fornita di ascensore. Personale grazioso ed accogliente,ci hanno fatto anche upgrade gratuito.

Se proprio devo far notare qualcosa curerei il portone e lo spazio in comune con il ristorante,un po lasciato andare. Ma lo straconsiglio.

A entrada do prédio ( o hotel fica somente no segundo andar) é feia e mal cheirosa, parecendo entrada para os fundos de um prédio velho e mal cuidado.

I loved the staff who were very friendly and helpful. It was super super clean. We couldn’t hear any noise from outside. The soundproofing worked very well.

The lift going to the second floor was very slow and you had to press the 2 button and keep your finger pressing on the number 2 button. If you lifted your finger, the lift would stop.

The property size was great for the four us. Its location was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. Having lift access was helpful with our luggage. The staff were welcoming and because our flight wasn’t until late afternoon, well after check out we were provided with access to facilities and storage of luggage.

The best hotel on our trip! Staff were extremely friendly, room was spacious and clean. The location is perfect! I highly recommend!

It was clean, but photos in add did not reflect room. Our room was very basic.

Location, across from Villa Bellini Park and Alibus to and from airport was perfect. Spotlessly clean and modern facilities in perfect working condition. Sumptuous breakfast. Alina was warm, helpful and gracious.

This is a lovely little hotel situated in the heart of Catania, so all the sights are within walking distance. It is beautifully decorated, it has a wonderful park just over the road, and it is surrounded by some great restaurants. Our very kind host, Maurizio, recommended one, just around the corner, where we enjoyed the best meal we had in Sicily. The Alibus, airport bus stops right out the front, the breakfast is fresh and varied, and the lovely Giada made a great coffee. Highly recommended 😎

La entrada al hotel, el ascensor, el cuarto de baño y decir que lo venden como lujo, pero no lo es en absoluto...

Cuarto muy cómodo y limpios con muy buen desayuno! Incluso el día que nos fuimos antes del desayuno avisamos y nos dejaron unos sándwich y cosas para llevar al día siguiente. Totalmente recomendando lugar súper seguro , limpio y cómodo! Al lado del metro el cual tomas para el aeropuerto o tren o buses

Lo único a mejorar que podrían poner repuestos para jabones los otros días

The staff. Maria was a gem and made us feel at hime especially when we checked out at 10am and didn’t eat breakfast. She insisted we eat and kept open the breakfast area past the closing time. It was very quiet at night and they helped us store our bags after checkout so we could explore the city more. Great location and safe.

Cheiro que vinha do banheiro, apartamento limpo mas parecia ter algum problema de esgoto pois estava cheirando mal quando chegamos.

A entrada assusta um pouco, o elevador mais ainda! O café da manhã simples e apenas um dia de nossa estadia, ele estava pronto no horário, às 7h30, todos os outros dias atrasado, quase 8h. Prejudicando nosso compromisso com o transfer ou nosso café. O banheiro espaçoso, porém o box bem apertado e um ralo que não funcionava bem, transbordando água por todo o banheiro, mesmo com um banho rápido.

Great location, next to a fabulous restaurant. Beds comfortable. Bathroom clean and shower had good water pressure. Fantastic free breakfast, with lots of options to choose from. Giada was incredibly kind, generous, and helpful after we checked out. She provided service keys for us to access the lounge area, where we were able to store our luggage and hang out while waiting for our airline departure later that afternoon.

There were no downsides.

Really clean place in a great location, directly across from the bus station. Breakfast was also very good. Giada and Alina were super friendly and helpful.

The only downside is the complete lack of storage space in both the room and the bathroom. There are just a few hangers and a small cabinet placed about 2 meters high – not very practical. I’d definitely suggest the owners improve this.
