El hotel está bien pero tuvimos un problema con la reserva que no solucionaron por que no quisieron, pretendían que dejara fuera a mi hijo o un adulto fuera del hotel. Querían cobrar un 70% más para solucionar el problema, le di la opción de cancelar la reserva y volverla a realizarla con el aumento de precio que me suponía para solucionar el problema pero no estaban dispuestos querían que pagara la anterior y la nueva la reserva.

El hotel en general está bien, pero nuestra experiencia quedó empañada por la gestión de un problema con la reserva que, en mi opinión, podrían haber solucionado perfectamente si hubieran tenido voluntad de hacerlo. La solución que nos planteaban era dejar fuera del hotel a mi hijo o a uno de los adultos, algo evidentemente inaceptable. Para permitirnos alojarnos todos, pretendían cobrarnos aproximadamente un 70 % más. Incluso les propuse cancelar la reserva original y realizar una nueva, asumiendo yo el incremento de precio correspondiente, con tal de solucionar la situación. Sin embargo, tampoco aceptaron esta opción: pretendían que abonara tanto la reserva anterior como la nueva. Lo más decepcionante no fue que surgiera un problema con la reserva, sino la falta de voluntad y flexibilidad para buscar una solución razonable cuando había alternativas posibles.

The apartment itself was fab ; well equipped including a dishwasher and a washing machine. However, the 'balcony' was shocking. It was a room with bars and an air con unit. We complained and apparently all apartments were the same which was a load of rubbish. We couldn't sit on it at all as it was too hot.

Not enough sun loungers around the pool and a shame that children can’t use inflatables - it meant that we didn’t spend much time around the pool.

God plads i lejligheden til en familie på 4 personer. Fin størrelse pool. Personalet var meget flinke. God placering tæt på supermarket, ikke langt fra togstation, tæt på stranden.

Check ud var tidligt kl. 10 selvom vi spurgte om vi måtte blive en time længere, det var ikke muligt. Dobbelt sengen var meget hård og de havde ikke en top madras de kunne ligge ekstra på så jeg måtte ligge en dyne under lagenet så den ikke var så hård.

Jeśli ktoś chce w okresie lipca postawić samochód to musi liczyć się z dużymi trudnościami. Mimo ze parking jest przy samym hotelu - miejski, darmowy to czasem udawało się znaleźć miejsce od razu ale czasem trzeba jeżdzić po okolicy 20 min żeby postawić i to daleko. Ale taki problem jest w całej maladze wiec ok :). Taka specyfika tego miasta.

I would like to provide feedback regarding the way my family and I were treated by your night staff member, Adrian, during our arrival in the early hours of the morning 03/07/2026. We arrived at approximately 3:00 a.m. with confirmed booking documentation from easyJet Holidays. Despite presenting our confirmation and despite the easyJet representative speaking directly to Adrian to confirm that our booking existed, we were refused accommodation. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of empathy and professionalism shown throughout the interaction. We were a family with young children who had just arrived after travelling, yet there was no attempt to help us or explore any possible solution. Instead, we were left stranded outside the hotel in the middle of the night. It was also concerning that, despite repeatedly ringing the bell upon our arrival, there was no response for some time. Adrian only opened the door after receiving a telephone call, apparently from easyJet or another party. This created the impression that our arrival was not being attended to appropriately. I also struggle to understand why we were told there was no accommodation available that night, yet we were informed the following day that we could return to the same hotel. This naturally raises questions as to whether alternative arrangements could have been made when we first arrived, particularly given the exceptional circumstances and the fact that we had valid booking confirmation. The situation escalated to the point where the police were called, despite us simply trying to access accommodation that we genuinely believed had been booked for us. This was an extremely distressing experience for our family and one that could, in my view, have been handled with far greater professionalism, empathy and customer care. I hope you will investigate this incident thoroughly and use this feedback as an opportunity to improve staff training, particularly in relation to customer service, communication and handling vulnerable guests during difficult situations.

We stayed here for a three-night break to celebrate two friends' 50th birthdays. There were 12 of us, split across five rooms, all booked independently through various booking agents and arriving at different times. Unfortunately, before we had even finished checking in, we were repeatedly questioned about how we'd managed to book the hotel. We were told they don't accept large groups and warned that if there was any noise during our stay, we would all be asked to leave. We hadn't even collected our room keys. We were judged purely on the size of our group, not our behaviour. Throughout the entire stay there were no complaints, no excessive noise and no incidents. We simply enjoyed our weekend and respected the hotel and its other guests. To make matters worse, our room wasn't serviced once during the three days. No housekeeping, no fresh towels, no bins emptied and no replenishment of basic items, which was disappointing. After returning home, I raised these concerns with the hotel. Rather than acknowledging our experience or offering any apology, they dismissed the complaint entirely. Expedia, however, reviewed the case and offered a £100 goodwill credit, recognising that our experience had fallen below expectations. Good customer service starts at reception, and sadly this hotel failed from the moment we arrived. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone travelling as part of a larger group, even when booking separate rooms legitimately.

Cuando hice el check-out, me informaron que el importe sería reembolsado automáticamente a mi cuenta bancaria en un plazo máximo de un día. Sin embargo, ya han pasado más de cinco días y todavía no he recibido el reembolso. El importe sigue sin aparecer en mi cuenta.

We had a great holiday week here and I just want to say it was in a large part to Sergio at reception . When we arrived we had been allocated a very dark room with bars on the window and no outside space . We very much like a balcony and this room just wasn’t going to work for us . Sergio went out of his way to find us a great room which given the type of hotel and how busy it was at this time of year we really appreciated . The room was 322 get it if you can . The apartment was well appointed / decorated and laid out . The shower was good with decent towels . The location is good not to far from the beach and near paloma park . The balcony is only big enough for a table and 4 chairs not loungers but it is a total sun trap from 2pm onwards . Cleaning was good but a bit strange it says it’s done 3 times a week but your first day counts as day one . So we arrived on Wednesday and the cleaners came on the Saturday and the Monday . Air conditioning was good as well although the outside box is located on the balcony . There was a bit of street noise from cars going up and down the hill but only when the balcony door was open ( if you haven’t been to benalmadena before it is very very hill ) . The pool is not huge and is a bit odd as you can walk in at one end but it gets deep very quickly . This worked great for me as I used it like a kind of plunge pool , when I got to hot I just jumped in the deep end . There was never really a problem getting a sunbed except at the weekend when the complex got very busy with Spanish visitors . Overall we had a great holiday however if I’m being honest there were a couple of things I didn’t like or understand. . There was not one parasol to be had around the pool and this was punishing as the heat was well into the 30s . ( I may stand corrected but apparently this is a rule from the owners . ) we had our 3 year old grandson with us and he spent a lot of time hiding under his towel . The pool doesn’t open till 10 am that is to late . We are early risers and would usually be down getting the not so punishing morning sun especially with a small child but this was not possible . There is no pool bar as such there is a gate to the next door restaurant but even its terrace is not really the place you can grab a cold drink in your swimwear . This meant drying off going back to the room or as most people did meant bring drinks down from the apartment which all became a bit of a pain . Last but not least if you don’t like small lifts room 322 etc are not for you as it says it for 4 people but I found it strangely claustrophobic . In summary we had a great holiday and we had partially visited because a relative had had a time share here over 30 years ago . Will I be back possibly if I knew I was getting a room with a sunny balcony and the pool opened at 9 and I could get a parasol .

Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung. Die Lage ist absolut top und der ideale Ausgangspunkt für alle Unternehmungen. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die hervorragende Sauberkeit, denn die gesamte Wohnung war blitzblank und sehr gepflegt. Auch der Service war einfach erstklassig, wir wurden super herzlich empfangen und der Kontakt war total unkompliziert. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen definitiv sehr gerne wieder!

Apartment was spacious and spotless! It was great to have the fridge/freezer especially with a child to keep ice and ice pops on the hot days. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

We had an apartment, with everything we needed and because we had access to a cooker, we could eat whatever and whenever we wanted, rather that being in a hotel and being told what time breakfast is. We also had drinkable filtered water straight from the tap, so no carrying gallons of water. Having a washing machine was also useful given the amount of sweaty clothes we went through. We had access to a gym, a gorgeous pool that invited you in. On one side we had views of the Mediterranean and the other was Mount Calamorro which we ascended in a cable car to see an incredible falconry display. Parque De La Paloma has to be visited if only for an incredible display of cacti. The parque is also home to terrapins and ferel green parakeets. Staff as the Royal Oasis were so friendly and contagiously happy. When was checked out on our final day at 10.00am our plane wasn't until the evening but receptionist Jose Arana, invited us to leave our luggage in the Royal Oasis Club, use the gym and pool and even shower before leaving to the airport. A cherry on quite a remarkable cake.

Early check out time but having said that the Royal Oasis Club did make up for that by allowing use of facilities and storing our luggage.

Está super cerca de la playa, las instalaciones son excelentes. La limpieza se nota nada mas entrar. La piscina está super bien, si tienes niños pequeños hay una zona super bajita en la que pueden jugar sin problema. Supermercados muy cerquita.

El trato del personal es excepcional. Son muy amables y simpáticos en todo momento. Nos dieron la oportunidad de guardar las maletas, aprovechar la piscina el día de la salida e incluso facilitarnos las duchas del gimnasio. Las instalaciones muy bien, piscina, gimnasio, spa… todo muy bonito y cuidado. El apartamento que nos tocó era muy acogedor, vista al mar, limpio, reformado y actual, te daba la sensación de estar en casa. Muy equipado, plancha, tostador, vajilla, lavavajillas, lavadora… En recepción nos informaron que era uno de los mejores y es difícil pillarlo, así que volveremos pero rezando por estar en el mismo.

La salida a las 10:00, pero te dan opciones para que aproveches ese día como he puesto anteriormente. Encontramos una cucaracha pero seguramente entraría por debajo de la puerta de entrada, ya que por debajo había mucho hueco. El apartamento se vea muy limpio, revisamos por si había más y ni rastro.

Lovely apartments and garden with a small kitchen and lounge so it has everything you need for a self catering break. Good location with bus taxi and trainline nearby. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Nice pool and bar and restaurant next door.

From a lovely check in from Daniel and Sergio, until check out five days later, our stay was brilliant. We had a lovely Appartment with an outdoor dining table and separate terrace with our own private sun loungers. The entire place is spotless. Lovely bed linen and the largest soft towels I have seen in a hotel. A special thank you to the man on reception in the evening, ( sorry I didn’t get your name) who was a great help when we had a medical emergency . The apartments are across the road from a beautiful park, great for a morning walk. We were treated like royalty from start to finish, and I would love to visit again.

The location was excellent, close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The place was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay.

The Wi-Fi connection could have been better, and there was sometimes noise from outside at night. A few more kitchen amenities would also improve the experience
