The staff at Anantara brings the stay at top level thanks to their outstanding and warm welcoming and caring all along the journey at the hotel. The quality of the hotel makes a lot in the wellbeing, everything is clean, beautiful and comfortable. The food from breakfast to dinner is delicious with diversity.

The customer experience is at high level thanks to the sweet attentions of the staff who warmly cares the clients from their heart. The premise is beautiful and extremely well maintained. An amazing garden with a natural ponds makes it unique. The food at restaurant was high quality and the choice at breakfast I rarely saw in any other hotel. The rooms are made with luxury materials that make the room very cozy.

Amazing place! Everything at this place is really amazing. Sin e the arrival the warmth of all the staff was simply beautiful. I can talk about anything you ask about Anantara MuiNe and I firmly believe that I will need words to describe all the attention, views, food, massage I enjoyed during my stay.

Everything was perfect but towards the end while checking out the reception lady was asking if we have taken the hats which were kept in the room since there was one missing and we told her right from the start there was only one hat in the room and she kept asking if we had taken the hat. But we told here there was only one and she spoke to some one on the phone and then told its okay, the point when some one comes and stays In a five star property paying so much money you don’t expect to be questioned like a bunch of thieves especially for a hat which hardly cost anything, if they cant keep a note of how many hats they have kept in the room then why even keep the hats, very disappointed by the hospitality.

The room was very spacious, comfortable, and well equipped, with all the facilities in good working condition. The bathroom was also spacious and very comfortable to use. Overall, it was an extremely relaxing and enjoyable stay with outstanding hospitality. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Vietnam, and we would be very happy to stay here again.

We had an absolutely perfect family stay at Anantara Mui Ne. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything exceeded our expectations. The greatest strength of this resort is undoubtedly its people. Every member of the staff was welcoming, genuinely kind, attentive and incredibly responsive. A very special thank you goes to Ms. Bé, the concierge, whose professionalism, efficiency and dedication made our stay truly flawless. No request was ever too much, and everything was handled with remarkable speed and always with a warm smile. She genuinely went above and beyond our expectations. As a GHA DISCOVERY Titanium member, I was also pleased to see that my status was fully recognized and respected throughout our stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We travel to Vietnam frequently and have stayed at some of the country’s finest resorts, including Anantara Quy Nhon Villas, Banyan Tree Lang Co, and InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort. While all of them are excellent, I can honestly say that the quality of the service at Anantara Mui Ne is even better. The staff’s warmth, attention to detail and exceptional responsiveness truly set this property apart. The breakfast is another major highlight, offering an excellent selection of high-quality dishes in a beautiful setting. We stayed in the Two-Bedroom Family Pool Villa, which was spacious, comfortable and perfect for a relaxing family vacation. I highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Mui Ne. We left with wonderful memories and are already looking forward to returning.

We are two families from Israel (8 travelers) who stayed at Anantara Mui Ne for four nights at the end o f our Vietnam trip, and it was the perfect way to finish. We stayed in the Two Bedroom Beach Front Pool Villa, and it exceeded all expectations - spacious, beautifully maintained, steps from the beach, with a sea view and a private pool that our kids practically lived in. The room was cleaned twice a day, and the housekeeping team always left a personal handwritten note - a small touch that made us feel genuinely cared for every single day. The staff deserve special mention: warm, attentive and unbelievably service-minded. Our daughter Daniel joined the kids' workshops every day and absolutely loved them - she came back each time proud of what she made, thanks to the patient and creative team running them. Breakfast was superb, both in variety and in quality - fresh, generous and something new to try every morning. Really, the staff make this place amazing. We felt like real VIPs. Beautiful resort. The beach was fun if you like waves and activities. The food was amazing. Our villa was to dream of.

The breakfast buffet was good. But it could be improved. Overall, we had a great experience and we differently come back on our next visit.

The surroundings are beautiful and natural. The staff were professional, very friendly, and supportive of our family.

Hotel was not crowded, even during summer, which is a plus point. The facilities were okay for family with teenagers, ample parking space, rustic vibes hold it all, however, the breakfast buffet can be improved to cater wider food preferences based on religion or beliefs. Pest control is a must especially during summer.

Classic Anantara "understated no bling-bling" luxury ressort. Super friendly and attentative service, pool villa and garden were beautiful and bed and linen as always at anantara ressorts great. spa massages super good and professional! area of improvement: while the restaurant staff were nice and friendly, there could be more systematics in the service. example: clearing the table, filling up the breakfast buffet, who does what? a check at the table every now and then etc. it felt a bit disorganized.

Great resort to spend your trip at. However, the price tag is a bit expensive, and the food at dinner is slightly underwhelming. However, very nice room, friendly staffs, great view and great location.

Wonderful experience, good facilities for whole family, esp. children. We enjoyed all the time in swimming pool and had the support from the resort team for my father's birthday.

We traveled all over Vietnam, and our last stop on the trip was Antanara Mui Ne. The hotel is beautiful and situated right by the sea with a long, wide beach. I recommend the higher-standard rooms with Butler service. Ms. Be Nguyen was able to accommodate every request. The service was incredibly friendly. The food was delicious. The menu is very diverse, and I think everyone will find something to their liking. And the only thing that kept us wanting to leave the room was the "lazy view," which we will miss immensely. Thank you, Antanara!

Phòng nghỉ sạch sẽ, được chăm sóc rất chu đáo với dịch vụ dọn phòng hai lần mỗi ngày (sáng và tối), khiến mình luôn cảm thấy thoải mái như đang ở chính ngôi nhà của mình. We had a genuinely pleasant stay and would return without hesitation. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. When we had a drainage issue and the room temperature wasn’t quite right, the staff responded immediately and fixed both problems with zero hassle. That level of attentive, helpful service set the tone for the whole trip. The team went above and beyond with bookings too — restaurant reservations and tee times at the golf course were handled smoothly, no back-and-forth needed. The pool area was spotless and a real highlight. There were activities for both kids and adults throughout the day, so no one got bored. Plenty to join in if you wanted, or just relax if you didn’t. And the breakfast… that was the standout. Perfect. Huge variety of choices, everything fresh, and free sparkling wine served daily. That little detail made mornings feel like a treat. Overall, a 5-star experience that lived up to the rating. Highly recommend.

Fantastic hotel for a weekend gateway with friends and kids! 2h30 drive from HCMC, gigantic pool with multiple areas, including pool for young kids. Private beach, beautiful view, amazing staff, great 5 stars service and super diverse breakfast, kids club with a lot of activities. Great rooms as well. A go to destination for a super relax weekend. Was the third time and not the last one.

Staff is very friendly. Trying to do their best for your vacation. They are taking care about each guest individually. Hotel is a very green. A lots of plants everywhere. Villas has a private bath and shower outside. It is getting you closer to the nature.

Unser Aufenthalt im Anantara war einfach unbeschreiblich und für uns das beste Erlebniss in Vietnam. Das komplette Personal ist sowas von nett und aufmerksam das man seinen Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genießen kann. Wir hatten wundervolle 5 Nächte und können das Anantara nur jedem empfehlen, hier fehlt es einen an gar nichts! Hervorzuheben ist auf jeden Fall das Personal denn dadurch kann man seinen Aufenthalt wirklich sehr genießen. Die Anlage ist so sauber und gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet und hat viele schöne Sachen zu entdecken. Kleine Aufmerksamkeiten zum Geburtstag unserer Tochter und auch zu unserem Hochzeitstag waren selbstverständlich. Wir hatten leider einen Unfall bei einem Ausflug mit unserer jüngsten Tochter und selbst in dieser Situation war jeder, wirklich jeder, im Hotel sehr aufmerksam und Hilfsbereit. Uns wurde alles zur Verfügung gestellt und sogar Termine im Hospital wurden für uns gebucht.

I absolutely loved my stay at anantara, I had stayed once before with my family and I loved it so much that I came back again on my own for a laid back and relaxing visit. Everything was absolutely perfect, all the staff were SO helpful and accommodating, and the atmosphere and grounds are stunning and beautiful. The food is delicious and the pool and private beach were my specific favorite things, all perfect for a special experience. I want to especially thank the staff member Ms Be, who personally looked after me and did everything she could To make my stay as brilliant as possible. I can’t recommend anantara mui ne highly enough, and cannot wait to come back again! :)

The Spa pricing was maybe a little off market pricing, but the service was excellent.

Excellent services and friendly environment facilities. I am also very impressed with welcoming and rooming service staffs of the resort who are very supportive and knowledgeable.

The resort is on a busy beach side, where there is a constant wind great for kite surfing and if you’re into that, then great, swimming is secondary. There was a caution sign alerting about jellyfish fish, but for the time there we see no issue. The amenities are fine though nothing to wow you. The resort was manicured and the room was spacious and clean The staff spoke English and were genuinely trying to be helpful On departure we were asked to pay for the provided insect repellent, and while the cost was not high, I found the ask to be out of line.

We stayed here for four nights at the end of a 3-week vacation in Vietnam. Just about everything met or exceeded our expectations. We particularly liked watching the kite surfing on what was a very windy last day.

Came back for the third time to Anantara Mui Ne Resort, expecting consistency in service. Booked a Deluxe room and specifically selected a king bed, knowing there was also a twin-bed option. Chưcked in around noon on April 29 and was assigned a room without any mention of an issue. Later at night, noticed something was off and asked, the receptionist admitted that the room provided was not actually a king bed, but two single beds pushed together and it was not what being booked. She also mentioned that they “sometimes do this,” which was surprising — not only because this was never communicated at check-in, but also because it directly contradicts the room preference I had booked. What is more disappointing is that the staff was aware of the mismatch but chose not to inform me proactively. This is not just a minor detail — it affects comfort and reflects a lack of transparency. For a resort of this standard, and as a returning guest, I find this level of seẻvice quite unacceptable. It makes me question whether guest preferences are genuinely respected, or simply treated as optional.

I had a wonderful stay at this Resort. The resort is absolutely stunning with beautiful ocean views and lush surroundings. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful.

We had a wonderful time at the resort. We stayed in a two floor apartment with a private pool. The resort is nestled in beautiful gardens with tropical birds and is maintained caringly. It's super peaceful and relaxing but a short walk to the strip with lots of restaurants and things to do. The staff make the place and were without exception, friendly and provided great service. We traveled with a one & eight year old; the kids club ladies, Muoi and Loan, were superstars. They were brilliant and took them a lot so we could enjoy a long breakfast. They also babysat for us many times and the kids loved playing with them. Food is of a high standard, breakfast was excellent and had variety. Drinks reasonably priced. Service at the pool bar was super. Only small criticisms would be slightly slow service in the restaurant and the gym was a bit basic. However for the price, this resort is near perfect. Overall, highly recommend!

Check in was very smooth and we were given a welcome fruit juice. We were also offered a choice of soaps for our room, nice touch. Hotel room was on second floor which was very spacious but no balcony. We just presumed all rooms had balconies. We will definitely book a room with balcony next time. Only negative and it’s a very tiny negative of the room was it could have done with more drawers in bedroom. Bottles of drinking water were placed in the room daily. There was even mosquito spray provided in the room. Bathroom was very spacious. In the evening the turn down service left cakes for our enjoyment and a goodnight leaf. It’s the little touches that make this hotel standout from the rest. We also noted that reading glasses were placed next to the restaurant menu in case you forgot yours. Breakfast was never too busy and lots of choice. The pool attendants/lifeguards were extremely friendly, as soon as they saw you coming they instantly had towels ready to put on beds. The guys in the swim up bar were just as friendly and they came round several times with glasses of water, ice lollies and fruit kebabs. This was so welcoming. All the staff we encountered were always very happy, chatty and friendly. There’s plenty of bars, shops and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. This hotel definitely provides a 5* service and we are looking forward to rebooking again for next year.

Great little place, charming old school resort.

Very luxury resort. Architecture perfectly integrated with nature. A very good restaurant and always smilling staff provide an extraordinary experience.

The Anantara is one of the best ever hotels. We stayed for 6 nights and I have to say the team were absolutely fantastic the whole time we were there. Every little thing was thought of from mosquito spray in the room to reading glasses placed by the restaurant menus should you have forgotten your own. There was also daily bottles of water in the room and small leaves placed by the pillow with a good night message on to name just a couple of great touches. This hotel gets all the big things right but also gets lots of small things right as well. Most importantly absolutely everything is done with a smile. The team are a really asset and made our stay special. Anantara Mui Ne, thank you so much we had the best time ever.

- Nội thất: ánh sáng trong phòng rất tối, tôi đi với con nên khá bất tiện để sinh hoạt cùng con hay chăm cho bé vì ánh sáng rất tối, giường lún nên nằm đau lưng, được cái ban công hướng vườn nhìn ra cây hoa giấy rất xinh. - Ngoại thất: Vì resort nhỏ nên không có nhiều không gian vui chơi như bãi cỏ rộng hay sân rộng cho các bé chạy nhảy vui chơi, cũng không có đường đạp xe đạp, nhìn chung tạm chấp nhận được nếu lưu trú 1-2 ngày đổi không khí. - Nhân viên: Nv ở đây thái độ rất ổn, dễ thương nhẹ nhàng nhưng nghiệp vụ customer service thì không chuyên nghiệp. Tôi ăn tối ở bbq ngoài biển nhưng khi xin bộ chén dĩa nhựa cho bé thì bạn nv bảo "em quên đem từ nhà hàng trong kia ra nên chị dùng đỡ", cùng trong 1 khu nhưng bạn cũng không gọi điện cho bạn khác trong đó cầm ra cho bé tuy việc rất nhỏ và dễ xử lý. Ngoài ra nv đứng quầy crepe/waffle/pancake ở khu buffet sáng quá tệ, 1 khách Tây yêu cầu crepe, nhưng bạn có vẻ ko hiểu crepe là gì nên vẫn làm pancake, tôi thấy vị khách Tây đứng quá lâu để đợi vẫn ko đúng ý nên có giải thích giúp với bạn nv để làm ra được bánh crepe khách yêu cầu.

We stayed here for 4 nights in March. The accommodation, pool and beach were fantastic as was breakfast which had changing local food each day which no other hotel in Vietnam offered during our 2 week stay. Only downside was the lack of atmosphere in the evening but the hotel was quite empty and the comparatively very expensive drinks. We went to the kite surfing club next door on the beach and a little restaurant 2 mins walk away and paid 15000 dong for a large beer while the hotel wanted 110000 for a small one. We would stay here again though as this was the only negative. Defiantly worth speaking to reception for restaurant recommendations, we were advised to go to Bi Bo fish restaurant and it was a fabulous meal.

My 7th trip here and I really enjoyed myself once again. Fantastic grounds create a very peaceful environment. The staff are great and go out of their way to support guests.

I spent two days trying to book two Ocean Suites through the hotel’s website and app. On multiple occasions during that time, the rooms showed as available, but every attempt failed at the third step of confirmation. As a Minor Hotels Discovery member, I contacted the reservation team for assistance. Instead of helping to resolve the issue or secure the booking, I was simply told the rooms were no longer available and was offered alternatives that did not match a single one of my original criteria (different room types and dates). There was no real effort to accommodate my request or acknowledge that their system had displayed availability for two days while failing to complete the booking. I expected much better support, especially from a loyalty programme member. The response felt dismissive, and the experience was frustrating and time‑wasting.

Fabulous resort, the rooms, service and food were all excellent. Breakfast includes a glass of mimosa or sparkling wine, but we were not informed of this until the last morning! This was the only niggle for our stay, we will return if we ever visit the area again and will be looking at other worldwide Anantara resorts also.

This was the first time we stayed at an Anantara resort and we're now converted, it was an oasis of calm and relaxation, the two bedroom villa was large, well appointed and situated overlooking the beach. The resort was quiet, easy to navigate with great amenities. Breakfast was the most relaxing experience we've ever had in a resort, the evening dinners were excellent and also very calm and enjoyable. The resort is in a good location with a selection of bars and restaurants close by. I would also like to say a special thank-you to Butler Ms. Be Nguyen, who assisted in helping to repatriate an I-pad that I unfortunately left charging behind a curtain, she contacted me to confirm that it was located, packaged it and arrange to return it to the UK via Fedex, what amazing service and communication - five stars!! We hope to return in the not too distant future.

Хорошие завтраки! Очень качественный ресторан, иногда обедали или ужинали в отеле. Самая классная часть пляжа. У бассейна можно взять все от мяча до солнцезащитного крема, хорошее обслуживание в баре у бассейна. Отель расположен в окружении ресторанов, аптек, массажных салонов, все в шаговой доступности.

Окна номера выходили на дорогу, ранним утром было немного шумновато.

We liked the grill partiess (butcher and seafood).Perfect breakfest. Relaxing pool area :-( A lot of kitesurfers in the sea, if it is windy. They did not respect beach area. The resort would have to close a part of the sea.for swimmers. Quality and offer for dinner in the restaurant was poor.

This was a beautiful hotel, with stunning landscaping, and extremely friendly staff, and the room was incredible value given its size and amenities, including a private pool and an outdoor bathtub. Mui Ne is a very fun town with excellent seafood and bars. We would absolutely come here again.

These are through no fault of the hotel, which was excellent all round, but Anantara is in a busy area - not particularly quiet or isolated. Also, the ocean in Mui Ne is very hard to swim in due to the wind and the windsurfers. This is a great place to hang out by the pool but not ideal for someone looking to spend lots of time on the beach.

My wife and I LOVED our stay at Anantara Mui Ne Resort. We stayed in beach villa 601 with great facilities and point blank amazing view of the beach. Staff were amazing and responsive. The Villa was luxurious, large and clean. Bathroom was big with a fabulous outdoor shower, bath and pool. Everything at this location was top notch… a 5 star experience from the moment we arrived. The breakfast included a wide variety of quality foods and the staff was attentive and remembered you and were quick to provide what they knew we liked which was a cafe su da. The beach was private and offered nice access to swim or wade in the water. The resort is located in the heart of the Mui Ne strip.. with easy access to all the local shops and Vietnamese and International cuisine. We highly recommend Mui Nei as a laid back and cultural experience and personal piece of paradise in the Anantara Resort.

The only thing was the bathroom mirror and basin area is too dark for hair, face and make-up. It needs more light. Needs to be brighter

We came here for 3 night stay at the start of our Viet Nam holiday. Check in very smooth after a long taxi ride here from Ho Chi Min We were in room 303 with a view of the gardens. Our room was spacious and a big balcony. Very comfortable bed. Big bathroom with excellent shower. Plenty of hanging space in the wardrobe. Safe , mini bar. Tv. Everything spotlessly clean the housekeeping staff do a great job. Absolutely stunning property. Beautiful gardens immaculately kept. Really great pool. With a pool bar and beachside restaurant. The beach itself was lovely on the stretch in front of the hotel. It gets quite breezy and there was lots of kite surfing going on here. We had breakfast included and I think it was fantastic. Everything you could possibly want on the buffet. Also an egg station. We also had one dinner here in the restaurant which was also very good. Other meals we liked to try restaurants outside of the hotel. All in all we had a fantastic stay. This was our first Anantara hotel but I will definitely be seeking them out in the future. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. We will definitely be coming back, especially as there is a local airport being built.

Beautiful setting and a real classy resort. Spacious rooms, comfortable and well appointed and plenty of loungers by the pool. Staff were great too and allowed us to store our bags on our day of departure so we could continue to enjoy the facilities after checking out.

A dedicated vegan menu would be good, I was struggling for choices and although I appreciated the almond and soy milk options at breakfast it would’ve been nice to have soy yoghurt and some more hot vegan options at breakfast.

great hotel in a good location, good service, quality rooms, good quality room cleaning, wonderful hotel area and beach. too many reservations for sunbeds at the pool without control. A lot of Russians in the area. Lots of garbage on the roadside in the area. Good affordable restaurants near the hotel. Grab taxi services operating in the area. Traffic confusing and dangerous

Very nice hotel with luxurious rooms, private swimming pool, directly at the white sand beach. Good food with various options and buffets. We stayed for New Year’s buffet which was impressive and tasty with superb presentation. Good fitness room, very nice and helpful staff Ideal place to relax à few day and for surfers but not so much to visit in the surroundings.

My family and I stayed at the Anantara Resort in Mui Ne, Vietnam for four nights over New Year, booking two interconnecting double suites. The rooms were incredibly spacious and beautifully designed with dark wood finishes. We especially loved the outdoor space, complete with sunbeds and chairs, which made it easy to relax. The minibar was adequate with standard drinks, though I would strongly recommend avoiding the wine—it was not good. The food was overall pretty good, though our dining experiences were mixed. One beachside dinner was disappointing, but breakfast and lunch at the Grill were enjoyable. Breakfast service, however, was a little lacking: long waits for coffee and certain items (like pancakes/waffles) made it feel understaffed, also many items would be empty. We have to wait for them to be replaced. Service throughout the resort was warm and hospitable. We were greeted kindly on arrival, and the spa team and management were excellent. While English proficiency varied, communication was generally fine. One of the highlights is the resort’s direct access to a massive beach, which was full of windsurfers—great fun to watch and experience. That said, the surrounding area is quiet, with a lack of quality dining options nearby. While I enjoyed the resort itself, if I were to return to Vietnam coast I would choose a different area, such as Hoi An, rather than this part of Mui Ne.

Wow - a truly beautiful property in the heart of a Vietnamese beach town. Even Anantara’s base level rooms are very well-appointed - the beds comfortable, the deep bathtub, and the spa-like shower. Service was fantastic, even just staying there 1 night, our servers and front desk rep remembered our names. I have deducted 1 star from my rating due to some service issues surrounding food. Pack your patience for the in-hotel restaurant and pool bar.

We just spend a fabulously relaxing 9 nights in the Anantara. We were a family of 6 so we had a family pool villa and a deluxe room. The villa was superb for the 4 of us and we would strongly recommend this if that fits your budget. The staff were all fantastic but a special mention to Be at the reception who made our arrival and departure very straightforward and to Dhung who always seemed to be around when we needed something for lunch, dinner or help. The team in the hotel made everything very easy prior to our arrival as we had booked an excursion to the local white & red sand dunes in 2 open jeeps which was great fun and we had preordered our wine requirements ahead of our arrival so we could simply call off what we wanted. The beech is beautiful, clean, soft sand and very inviting sea temperature. Are only suggestion is that an additional restaurant would be good as with only 1 and half (the grill only opened 3 days per week) restaurants to chose from the choice is limited.

Be’ was an exceptional hostess… taking time to review everything at the property including an escort to an exotic villa. Which you must experience from the private pool and the relaxing private garden. The breakfast included a wide variety of quality foods and the staff was attentive and remembered you and were quick to provide what they knew you liked in the was of coffee or cafe sua or tea. They were great. The beach was private and offered nice access to swim or wade in the water. They had a nice pool area and the staff was responsive. The resort is located in the heart of the Mui Ne strip.. with easy access to all the local shops and Vietnamese and International cuisine. You must choose Mui Nei as a laid back and cultural experience of the South Vietnamese.. and the cherry on top would be to choose the Anantara Resort as your personal paradise.

You won’t be disappointed at this resort, from arrival to departure we had a wonderful stay. The staff are always smiling, happy to enquire about your day and always looking to help, they are an asset to the resort. Celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary a lovely surprise in our room of a cake, bed decoration and welcome drink, very much appreciated. Our room was extremely spacious, large bathroom with a powerful shower and large bath. Towels were changed daily. Each evening at the turndown service a sample of cake was left explaining the history. Breakfast is amazing, so much choice and always wonderful fresh produce. Grounds and pool area were kept tidy, towels provided around the pool which had plenty of sunbeds in both the sun and shade. We had a wonderful time at the resort made even more special by the staff, thank you.

This is lovely, calm hotel located 3 hours drive from Ho Chi Minh City that provides a wonderful experience for relaxation and resting by the shore of the East Sea. Most importantly the staff are very friendly and provide excellent and attentive service and can’t do enough for you. Our room was exceptionally clean, great facilities and a good balcony for a perspective out to sea! (Room 343!) The breakfast is amazing with a very wide choice of local and international food. The a la crate dinner is also very tasty. We had the meat barbecue down by the ocean one evening and that was amazing- both in terms of food quality and the setting by the sea. You can also take advantage of the beach area, with soft sand and great views up and down the coast. The pool is huge, with a small “tub” you can sit in, a great place to unwind. As is the spa, I arrived with some very tight neck muscles and left feeling very calm and zen. Definitely recommend this hotel as a place to unwind after a busy tour or just for a restful break.
