This is definitely a 5 star hotel. We stayed in about 15 different hotels during our North to South trip throughout Vietnam and this was the best. Starting with the Concierge taking us up to the room and ending with coming back after a late night on the town to a “turn-down” service complete with chocolates and fresh towels. Although the weather was a bit rainy and cloudy during our stay we still enjoyed the pools and the beach chairs/towels and the room service burger was delicious. The buffet staff were sweet, kind and attentive and took care of our cappuccino orders with a smile. All in all a great customer experience and we wanted to extend our stay but had to get back to HCM to catch our flight back to the US in a few days.

This resort is beautiful, the decor is a classic indochine style. Both pools are large with plenty of beds with padded loungers. The breakfast had everything you could wish for and you can sit either inside or outside. The staff couldn't do enough to make your stay memorable and I would recommend if staying in Mui Ne.

I stayed in The Anam for 6 days with the family and we had a great time. The hotel is a mixture of modern features with native designs, accessories and furniture, with cosy rooms of good size. Excellent breakfast, high quality a la carte dinners and a reasonable wine list. Buffet dinners are quite generous. Two swimming pools of nice size, a well equipped (albeit quite small) gym. Spa offers excellent value for money. The overall territory of the hotel is not very large, but is well designed/thought through and is meticulously maintained. The Saigon Bar is a great place to end the evening. The personnel are very attentive and helpful, there is always a visible effort to provide seamless service (even when the experience or language are not yet perfect). No negative comments to the hotel really. One should beware of the strong winds coming from the sea practically every day/evening, which raise waves (great for parasailing but not quite good for swimming in the sea). The sea itself is clean and warm, the beach is pure sand and is quite nice (also for a long walk), but the waves make it hard to swim. Also, very little to do outside the hotel, so be prepared to spend time within the hotel territory unless you organize special trips/excursions outside.

The most beautiful rooms and facilities. The buffet breakfast was exceptional, as were the staff working in the restaurant and the pool area.

There appears to be a discrepancy between the service of hotel staff. The experience would have been made better with better service at check in and check out, with support with transfers. The acoustics in the rooms weren’t the best.

The property was absolutely gorgeous and every detail had been thought about. Staff were so lovely and food was delicious!

My friends have their wedding here at the resort. My girlfriend wanted to check out the resort as well, so I booked it for 2 nights. It was very comfy. The staff are very friendly, polite and helpful. My girlfriend came late at midnight, they checked her in and brought her to the room. My girlfriend and I love the decor of the room with the bathtub in the middle of the room. I love going to the beach, however, I also love the facilities at the resort. The ceremony was in one of the ballroom. The reception was in the garden by the swimming pool near the beach. The lounge chairs are excellent as well. The only thing I believe could be improved is the food. The buffet was on a bit salty side which is not consistent with the food at the wedding. The wedding food was pretty bland. Overall, I would stay here again when I come back in the future. Highly recommend this place.

This was our first stay at the Anam in Mui Ne, which we transferred to from the Anam in Cam Ranh for the second part of our trip to Vietnam. We arrived with some trepidation as the Anam in Cam Ranh is truly exceptional, so the Mui Ne hotel had a really high bar to live up to. We need not have worried. The Mui Ne resort is much smaller than its sister resort, but is every bit as stunning. The rooms are really well equipped and maintained and we have never been anywhere that smells so incredible. The hotel is right on the beach which is superb and where it is amazing to spend time watching the kite surfers and relaxing. Despite being well positioned on the "strip" of hotels in Mui Ne, it never felt busy or noisy, but gives you many options for restaurants, local food and shops. The city of Phan Thiet is a 15 minute taxi ride away where you see the huge local market selling souvenirs and local products. The breakfast buffet is awesome and everyone will find something that they like to eat, to go with the amazing Vietnamese coffee! Within the hotel there are two pools, and there are plenty of sunbeds with umbrellas - never a problem finding one even when the hotel was full. On the beach, there are again plenty of sunbeds with umbrellas. We arrived on the eve of a national holiday, and were warned that the hotel would be very busy. It was, and breakfast was very well attended which anywhere else could have been a challenging experience. However there were a host of staff clearing tables, seating guests, serving drinks and checking all of the food offerings were fully charged, no easy feat but everything ran seamlessly, like a well conducted orchestra. We were very impressed. Our thanks to Mr Quoc for his outstanding care and delicous coffee and the ever smiling Mr Quan who was a ray of sunshine and gave the impression he really loved his job. Mr Duy on reception was very kind as we celebrated our wedding anniversary during our stay. The gym is quite small but very well equipped with new kit, and there are good options for running outside which we did every day - you just need to get up early to beat the heat! The stars of the show though were the amazing staff, who from reception, housekeeping, restaurant, gardeners and sunbed attendants were absolutely fantastic with nothing being too much trouble. Their only wish was that we enjoyed our stay, and their warm, genuine, friendly approach was perfect. Whilst this is a true 5 star quality experience, the hotel has a laid back feel where flip flops and shorts are perfectly acceptable giving a truly relaxing experience. This might not be as big as its sister hotel, but like a ship in a bottle, you have to wonder just how its done. It has applied care, attention, patience, passion, and a little bit of magic. This hotel delivers a wonderful experience, small yet perfectly formed. It is run with such precision by the Manager Peter Ye who has the superb team running to his exceptional standards of service. WOW! This is truly one of the top small hotels of the world, and we will return.

Nach zwei Tagen Hotelaufenthalt bekam ich eine heftige Diarrhoe. Das Hotelmanagement stritt aber strikt ab, das Virus könne ich mir in einem der Restaurants zugezogen haben. Nachweislich habe ich aber die Anlage nie verlassen. Ich habe also zwei Ferientage verloren und bin zusätzlich auf den Arztkosten sitzengeblieben. Dem Management war ausschließlich wichtig die "heile Weltsicht" zu erhalten, da passen solche Vorkommnisse bedauerlicherweise nicht rein. Keine Fehlerkultur, schamloses Auftreten im Konfliktfall.

Das ist wirklich das Beste was Mui Ne zu bieten hat! Das Design ist stilvoll, zeitgemäß und traditionell zu gleich. Die gesamte Ausstattung wirkt hochwertig. Wir sind große Fans der Small Luxury Hotels und haben schon einige besucht. Auch in diesem wird man nicht enttäuscht. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Anlage ist weitläufig und doch kompakt sodass alles schnell erreicht wird aber man dennoch nie das Gefühl bekommt als sei es irgendwo überfüllt. Es waren immer und an jeder Stelle liegen frei. Das Essen in der Restaurants war ausgezeichnet und auch das wahnsinnige Frühstücksbuffet konnte auf ganzer Linie überzeugen.

Der Service ist, wie überall in Vietnam, etwas nachlässig. Womit niemals die Freundlichkeit gemeint ist, diese war immer ausgezeichnet. Es geht eher um die Sichtbarkeit und die Proaktivität. Das gilt vor allem für den Pool-Bereich. Am oberen Pool gibt es Knöpfe um den Service zu rufen. Durch eine kleine Karte auf den Tischen wird man sogar explizit auf diese Möglichkeit hingewiesen. Leider funktionierten die gesamte Zeit über die Knöpfe nicht sodass man immer zu Bar oder ins Restaurant gehen musste. Nach einem kurzen Gespräch mit der Rezeption waren aber zumindest regelmäßig Kellner am Pool und haben Bestellung aufgenommen. Dabei wurde uns gesagt, dass die Knöpfe aktuell nicht funktionieren. Allerdings wurden die Knöpfe auch nicht entfernt. Ich bitte mich nicht falsch zu verstehen: Ich habe keineswegs ein Problem damit an der Bar zu bestellen. Wenn mir aber suggeriert wird, dass ich am Pool bestellen kann und das dann nicht funktioniert, dann ist das frustrierend. Was mir am Pool außerdem gefehlt hat war ein permanenter Wasserservice. Dies bin ich von Hotels ähnlicher Kategorie gewohnt und finde es, ehrlich gesagt, ein Muss bei solchen Temperaturen.

Het is een heerlijk hotel aan het strand met lekkere bedjes. Ook het ontbijt was waanzinnig. De gehele sfeer is ontzettend ontspannen en fijn. Wij hebben genoten, mega aanrader!

We booked a grand premium king room and it was lovely, with everything you would expect from a hotel of this class, including fresh fruit every day. The standard of service in the hotel is top quality and the staff always have a smile on their face. It’s also a great location and you can easily walk to lots of local restaurants, bars and shops.

I think the hotel would be even better if the pool nearest the reception was the dedicated family pool and the one nearest the beach adults only as children playing noisily spoiled the vibe. There is also a large number of Russian clients in the hotel and they can come across as being dominating/rude to others.

Everything was amazing, we have been here twice in the last three years, one of the best hotels we have stayed in and you can bag a great deal, everything was immaculate and done to the highest standards, we will go again for sure

Новый отель со своим пляжем. Удобные лежаки как на пляже так и под пальмами недалеко и рядом с бассейном. Улыбающийся и готовый помочь персонал! Очень вкусные блюда в ресторанах отеля! Потрясающая ванна в номере! Полотенца меняли дважды в день! Большая кровать: чтобы добраться до второй половинки нужно было сделать несколько оборотов 😀. Также был настольный теннис🏓

The hotel’s interior is truly beautiful — stylish, modern, and very inviting. Breakfast was great and definitely one of the highlights.

However, everything else was quite disappointing. The staff is polite, but extremely slow. I had to chase every waiter for even the simplest request, and I waited 20 minutes just to check out. Overall, the service really doesn’t match the quality of the interior, which was a letdown.

The hotel garden is very well maintained and really nice looking. Meals in restaurants were very good and portions large.The policy that you may reserve the sunbeds only for 30 minutes when you're away made sure that sunbeds were available every time we wanted. Watching kitesurfing at the beach was a really fun bonus!

The fresh water pool did not have a shower. It would be nice to take a shower before and after a swim. We didn't see any issues with the water quality so this wasn't a big issue.

The staff did an excellent job. We felt very welcome and excellently hosted. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide selection and high-quality products. Fresh fruits and freshly prepared fruit juices were a highlight. The ambience during breakfast and evening hours was enhanced by a pianist and violinist, creating a pleasant and memorable atmosphere. The hotel offers very nice facilities and well-designed lighting, showing a clear and consistent concept throughout the property. The location is a beautiful venue for weddings and special occasions.

Overall, the stay was pleasant, but there are several areas where a 5-star hotel should improve: Bar prices felt excessively high compared to the overall offering. Sun loungers are being reserved by guests as early as 7 a.m. without being used for hours. Stricter rule enforcement would greatly improve fairness and availability. The fitness room is too small for a 5-star facility and does not match the expected standard. Cleanliness in the fitness room could be improved. The gym would also benefit from clear guest rules (e.g., equipment etiquette, towel use). Outdoor showers near the pool should be installed or better enforced so guests shower before entering the pool. The sand area between pool and beach is often dirty and should be cleared of objects and debris more regularly. These improvements would significantly enhance the guest experience and better reflect a 5-star standard.

We stayes in the Anam during the christmas holiday period and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel’s facilities are outstanding—modern, clean, and well-maintained. The kids club was very convenient for my toddler, offering a safe place to play with all sorts of toys. The pool area is stunning, . The food, especially the breakfast, was delicious and diverse, catering to all tastes and preferences. The staff was friendly and attentive.

My experience was significantly marred by the check-in and check-out process with one particular staff member at the reception. The process was painfully inefficient and unwelcoming. Upon arrival, I was asked for all sorts of payments, which felt unnecessary and created an unpleasant start to our stay. At check-out, despite my request to have the invoice prepared in advance, the same staff member proceeded to count every single invoice in front of me, making the process unnecessarily tedious and frustrating. This lack of professionalism and consideration was disappointing, especially given the otherwise high standards of the hotel.

The interior, rooms and restaurants were beautiful. Nice staff and beautiful pools, good food and spa.

Hotel does need to enforce the rule that beds are available for other guests if not used in 30 min. The consequence of not doing so is that guests occupy beds very early and then leave and do their thing… this is not ok for a 5 star hotel. Also the entrance and service at arrival could be better.

The positives, it’s a lovely hotel, nice rooms, beautiful manicured gardens and great staff who will do everything they can to help…… but it’s not perfect.

It’s very expensive to eat and drink in the hotel, so in the evenings the restaurants are virtually empty with little atmosphere, the prices more what I’d expect to pay in the UK, but not in Vietnam. As a result we ate out every day, but a limited choice of nice eating places within walking distance. It needs more sun beds - they are all ‘claimed’ by 8:30/9:00, after that you have to go the beach which is very windy in the afternoons. You don’t come on holiday to watch TV, but it’s nice to have a range of channels, but there are no mainstream western news channels like BBC, Sky, CNN etc., however does have Russia Today and Planeta RTR, (which does reflect the majority of the demographic of the hotel customers whilst we stayed), but an alternative as a choice would be nice.

We spent 6 days in the resort during Christmas. Our private pool suite was great with a lot of space; the staff was super friendly; breakfast was abundant with a lot of choices; we used all the amenities (pool, kids club, spa, restaurant) and spent most of our stay in the resort as the surrounding of the resort are less fancy

we had a very unpleasant check in and check out process with the same person at the reception. not a nice way to start nor to finish the stay; the person was acting as an accountant and not like a hospitality professional; very disappointing

По моему мнению лучший отель в указанной локации. Стильный и сдержанный, утопающий в зелени. Комфортный номера, оборудованные всем необходимым. Особенно хочу отметить качество текстиля - полотенца и халаты в прекрасном состоянии, которыми приятно пользоваться. При заселении в номере ждали тапочки (сланцы) и комнатные, пляжная сумка из рафии, традиционные головные уборы. Территория очень ухоженная, сотрудникам ухаживающем за таким обилием зелени респект! Оборудование у бассейнов и на пляже в прекрасном состоянии. Beach boys очень внимательны и аккуратны, всегда благожелательны и спешат на помощь. Завтрак отличный, включающий в себя блюда, как азиатской, так и европейской кухни. Пляжная линия широкая, чистая и достаточно протяженная для прогулок.

Просто волшебное место! С момента первого шага и вдоха прекрасного аромата в лобби отеля! Все очень эстетично, атмосферно, по вечерам играет пианист, а утром модно услышать звуки скрипки. Безупречный сервис, вкусная еда. Несколько ресторанов и баров на территории. Красивых два бассейна и выход к морю, лежаков хватает всем. Спокойно, без лишнего шума и суеты. Стильный, современный дизайн номеров и общих зон. Отзывчивый персонал! SPA процедуры - 🔥 Отдыхом остались довольны на 200%. Когда вернемся снова- выбор отеля очевиден! Только the Anam Mui Ne!
