Bedroom was nice , beds comfortable. Nice fluffy white towels. Air conditioning in room.

Reception staff not very welcoming. The dining area where you have the buffet breakfast was located in the corner of the dining room. There was no room for people to queue to get their cereals , juice, yogurt etc. Very badly structured. There was a so called private function upstairs above the bar area. The music was excellent but you had no choice but listen to it from down stairs while you were having your meal. Not everyone wants to listen to loud music. The restaurant had a limited food menu, while the bar area had a more extensive food menu which you would think it would be the other way round.

Bar is quite small. There was a private party in the bar which took over the upstairs of the bar so the downstairs was quite tight for dinner and drinks. Breakfast was to order not buffet style Reception staff appeared flustered at times although pleasant felt we were a hindrance

Angela at the front desk was so welcoming! She knew and greeted us by name and gave us great suggestions on places to see nearby. The meals were fantastic, both breakfast and lunch. One morning, I came down early to buy coffee. The cafe was not open yet. I went to the restaurant where the manager went to great efforts in the cafe to get my coffee. His coffee machine in the restaurant was being serviced so he went to the darkened cafe and got my coffee. That was much appreciated and unlikely to have happened at home for us.

The parking was ample but the spaces were tight for nervous American drivers!

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und hatten ein schönes, sauberes Zimmer. Das Frühstück war bis auf den Obstsalat gut.

Es hatte leider keine Klobürste und im Restaurant schmecken die Chips wie panierter Kartoffelbrei.Außerdem war die Wassertemperaturregelung beim Duschen schwierig.

Room was set for 2 ( as in tea and coffee facilities and bathroom items) however 4 booked in family room and paid for 4.

The check in staff were rude and not helpful at all the offered us a table for dinner at 845pm it was extremely busy night and not enough staff on at all we could get drinks from the bar but had to drink them either outside or in the lobby area..there was a wait for 5 or 6 minutes for a drink the table we were offered in the bar for a 845 dinner reservation was free upon arriving in the bar at 745 the whole hour was free..when we sat at 845 the waitress told us to quickly look at the menu and order as kitchen closed at 9pm..we could of had the table at 745 and not rush our meal...the breakfast next morning was cold and cold coffee i did get a barista coffee free of charge and this was lovely..its not all bad as the room was fabulous spacious and extremely comfortable perhaps lack of staff on such a busy night caused us to have a poor experience within the restaurant and bar. I would like to return on maybe a midweek night and see if a less busy night would be a better experience for us..

The rooms were lovely , large bright clean and comfortable.

I liked the hotel , the rooms were clean . The food in the bar was delicious. The staff at reception were pleasant however I found the staff in the bar where we ate were very rude except for one young lad who served us . Over all We felt like a nuisance.After the meal we were waiting 20 minutes to order a drink standing at a bar trying to get a bar staffs attention. No one seemed to know what was happening.No hospitality at all . I definitely wouldn’t recommend the hotel because of this experience. The staff had no people skills , one blonde bar staff apologised and she was very pleasant . However I felt like I was dealing with angry teenagers who didn’t want to be hassled . My husband said we spent over 600 euros in the hotel between accommodation, food and drink and were made feel very unwelcome. We were staying one night only and very happy to go home . We were with a few other families and definitely two of the other families had the exact same poor experience.

Room was lovely, restaurant is brilliant, the food was amazing. Breakfast is also very good. Kids movie room should have chairs though, we were on the floor and uncomfortable. Still bit pricey is the down side. Otherwise all was good

Too expensive. Kids under 17 not allowed in the gym and not allowed in the pool after 7pm so we didn't get to go. The movie room should have chairs, we enjoyed the movie but watched it on the floor, so it was uncomfortable.... Otherwise it's a great hotel and we really enjoyed our stay

We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel. Both meals were very good with the staff in both bar and restaurant being very helpful and attentive.

Long waits to be served for food, long waits to be served in the bar...lots of staff but no one actually serving customers. Tables not cleared of glasses etc for hours, in the end we took our used glasses and bottles back to the bar as no one was clearing tables for the 4 hours we were there.

The room was spaceous and clean, rhe bed was amazing and huge, the pool and jacuzzi was lovely

They seemed to be under staffed as the service wasnt great, the waitors in the bar where not very friendly both in the late afternoon amd the at breakfast in the restaurant the next morning, the chips where very greasy.

Staff were fantastic and very helpful - especially Angela and John. Really appreciated their understanding with our booking. Bed was comfortable and room spacious, but perhaps not for a couples trip away.

The breakfast was not worth including, sadly it was overcooked and flavourless, and extra to have anything more than a plain coffee. Worth noting swimming caps are compulsory in the pool area. Pool and gym are also a leisure centre rather than just for hotel guests.

Das Zimmer hat einen sehr sauberen Eindruck gemacht und war für uns als Familie groß genug. Auf Nachfrage haben wir sofort weichere Kissen bekommen. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und das Personal jederzeit sehr freundlich.

Das Schwimmbad war sehr voll und daher recht laut.

I didn’t want to stay in business section of Killeshin I prefer the second floor rooms it is more luxurious room instead. The tv didnt work and there was no air conditioning there was noise in business lounge all night.

Lovely hotel. Great pool & leisure facilities. Room was clean & comfortable.

I had booked & paid extra for a deluxe family room. It looked more spacious than the family room. There is no deluxe family rooms. They don’t exist there. It’s just a regular family room you pay extra for nothing. They use a picture of their “Spollen Suite” for the deluxe family rooms. My sister had an identical room next door for almost €120 less than what I paid for “deluxe”. Staff tried to convince me it was a deluxe room while also being a regular family room. How can it be 2 things. Felt cheated. Most staff unfriendly, some lovely. Breakfast was ok, but dinner was honestly just dreadful. Such a disaster I don’t even want to think about it. Hate leaving negative reviews. But it was such a disappointment & not what I booked. This was the 1st time in 5 years I could book a hotel due to one of my kids many health issues.

Stuff grumpy on arrival and food in restaurant fairly average. Forgot about our breakfast when ordered so waited about 20mins extra which didn't help.the experience

Main reception/lobby and bar had a nice, warm and modern design. Staff were very pleasant and friendly.

Restaurant breakfast serving area is too crowded and squashed into the corner of the room. Lobby bathroom really needs repainted, replastered in some areas, and better lighting in the cubicles. Bedroom needed repainted in some areas. For dinner, I had the chicken korma which was not great, extremely bland including the naan bread. The poppadom was inedible as it was soft, bendy and had a unpleasant flavour.

The hotel is very clean and staff are very friendly nothing was to much trouble.

It's was a lovely family mini break. We got a conjoined room as we had our 3 kids with us. The pool was perfect, and the kids loved it. The dinner in the bar was very reasonable price, just under 100 euros for the 5 of us (we didn't have any alcoholic drinks). The breakfast was lovely and a great selection. The location was great, and the hotel and staff were just lovey. We would recommend any family break.

Walls in the room were a bit scruffy but that comes with wear & tear. Again the shower area at the pool is a bit tired with broken lockers etc

Shower as NO pressure ... the bathroom fan kept going off all night and wouldn't be quite then you had kids like at 12 at night running up and down the hallway playing then these drunk couples came back from the pub shouting down the hallway asking her friend question 😠😠 did not impress me at 1am ... dinner wasn't great but looks nice
