Staff were amazing and so friendly. Pool was lovely and food great.

The foldout bed was uncomfortable and rooms exceptionally warm. Not smart TVs so movie night with kids was not an option and very disappointing.

Very disappointing experience. I called ahead as I was arriving around midnight and was assured reception was staffed 24/7. When I arrived, the door was locked and nobody answered the phone for 20 minutes. I was left outside in the rain until other guests arrived and let me in. There was still nobody at reception, and I waited another 15 minutes, tried to rang over and over again, knocking on reception door, before someone appeared wearing a big headphones. No surprise he didn’t hear a thing! No apologies, just: I was setting up the conference room. Completely unacceptable!!!

The one positive was that the hotel allowed us to check in at 1:00 p.m. instead of the normal 3:00 p.m. check-in time, which we greatly appreciated after a long journey from New York.

Unfortunately, things went downhill from there. I booked a Superior Double/Single Room through Booking.com for two adults, specifically listed as having one full/double bed and one twin/single bed. When my sister and I arrived at our room, the twin bed was simply not there. I immediately returned to reception, assuming there had been a mistake. I was told the hotel was full and that because I had booked through a third-party site, the room configuration I selected was not a guarantee but merely a “suggestion.” I found this response extremely frustrating. I did not make a special request for two beds—I specifically booked and paid for a room type that was advertised as having two beds. I asked whether a cot, rollaway, or any type of extra bed could be provided. I was told no, because then “someone else wouldn’t have a bed.” As a result, my sister and I had no choice but to share one full-size bed for three nights, despite having booked accommodations with separate beds. The room also appeared to have been prepared for only one guest. There was only one set of towels, so we had to request additional towels. In addition, a used room-service/food tray was left in the hallway outside our room for approximately two days, which did not give a good impression of the hotel’s attention to cleanliness or housekeeping.

I liked the chicken and chips, and the rooms were comfortable and the staff were really nice to us and cleaned the room up extremely well

The rooms were nice up untill the sofa bed it was extremely uncomfortable the metal was poking in my back/side and maybe the pool times should change for the under16 to later but it was all okay because the chicken and chips were lovely but the breakfast wasnt all that good I found the dinner way better even though I had it once you should tell more people to get the chicken and chips for dinner but the lighting in the room was extremely poor only small lights not any big lights

The sofa bed for a family room was atrocious and very uncomfortable. There was no extra blanket available because the hotel was full ?? The sink in the bathroom was clogged, slow draining. Some of the public areas could do with a deep clean.

1 chipped glass tumbler in the room also a dirty mark on one of the hand towels in the bathroom.

Prima hotel voor overnachting met een uitgebreid ontbijt. Ook kun je gebruikmaken van het zwembad en gym. Parkeren geen probleem.

Er is geen airco zodat het bij hogere temperaturen ‘s nachts warm is op de kamer.

I liked & loved the Hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, convenient just a lovely place to stay!! Would definitely recommend people to stay & would go back to stay myself.

There wasn't much I didn't like at all in all honesty. It just would have been nice to be able to have Internet on the television to watch something from my own tablet. But I would not say that's a bad thing at all!!

We love to stay at this hotel. All the staffare amazing, friendly. Our little boy gets so excited when he sees it and they always remember us.

Hotel was in an excellent location and staff were really friendly and helpful.

Stay here as an overnight stop. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Very good for my daughter, who is ceoliac. She was delighted with what she was able to have. Would definitely stay again. The swimming pool was great, too.

Very hot, no fans, expensive for a basic room.

Arrived at 11pm after landing on a flight in Dublin. Wanted to stay just to break up my long journey home. The hotel door was locked and nobody would open the door. The receptionist was there but not at the desk. Seemed to be chatting in a room to the left of the desk and ignoring me. After about 30min of trying to get someone to open the door I left and completed my journey. 150 euro wasted. Also the hotel is looks to be operating as an IPAS centre. The lobby was very busy but they clearly weren't expecting guests. Ive stayed there years before and it was fine. But its not a hotel anymore it seems

Everything, excellent hotel, run with super efficiency. Staff are so welcoming and friendly and attended our every need. Absolutely spotless and breakfast was delicious with lots of choice.

The electric kept going off in the room and we had a baby and had to make bottles for her but couldn’t because plug points kept not working .
