Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Location of the property is very helpful. Good food at the Resturant.
The property furniture and carpets are very old and need replacing. A full renovation is needed for the apartments. All carpets should be removed and air condition vents need cleaning. Bathroom and kitchen area is ok. The sofas and dinning chairs are in very poor condition.

We were told that the swimming pool was closed when it was actually open. Took 30 mins to bring towels to us although they knew that 3 people were checking in. Breakfast waffles were dry.

Reviewed May 11, 2026Very good hospitality and great location and food. Front desk was very helpful and courteous. Food service in the room was prompt and realiable. Having travelled with my elder parents this was perfect for their stay.
I only felt the hotel rooms looked a little tired and old, the caarpets need chaging, funiture was looking old and one of the chairs was broken. But the stay was very comfortable. Also the dishwasher had a spoon inside it which should not have been there. The welcome card in the room was not addressed to us. Minor points for me but if these are addressed it would score a 5/5 for me

Reviewed Jan 5, 2026Spacious rooms, stayed in two bedroom. Facilities were good with washing machine and drier. Kitchen was fully equipped. Large balcony with good size garden. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. Overall hygiene and hotel was very clean.
Swimming pool was really cold not temperature controlled and as buildings overhead exposure to sunlight very limited. Breakfast was the same each day mainly maharashtrian and south Indian. Eggs were well cooked to request and again staff would come to table to ask if we needed anything. As I stayed on ground floor, could hear local traffic which was a little inconvenient with kids with the traffic and honking of cars late night.

The food at Sorriso was exceptional, and I was particularly impressed by the live performances by the singer, who had a great selection of songs and ended with a beautiful finale. I'd also like to extend my gratitude to the Sorriso restaurant staff for their excellent service. Additionally, the breakfast crew at Senses PJ and Ester, including the Jr Sous Chef who personally checked on us at our table, ensured a seamless experience. Overall, it was a good stay, and I appreciate the attention to detail and hospitality provided throughout."
