Came for shetty wedding and I was coordinating the entire event with my team the entire staff i met was excellent akum helped with quick check in and exceptional service he was well versed with the entire group coordinating and handled efficiently thank you for making a successful event for us satish/annesh and team helped with very smooth arrival experience

The Newley renovated rooms are nice.

The Indian restaurant was very good. Food was excellent although ambience was missing as we were the only guests in there .

The pool area was tucked behind a service corridor and was very difficult to find. It was also in the same direction from the lifts as the breakfast room which made it slightly uncomfortable walking in bathrobes past people full dressed after breakfast

Great location, great rooms, average service. Pros Location is great a lot of places close by, although the traffic just outside can be a mess, but im assuming that cause of the construction work. Rooms are very spacious and well planned. Toiletries are good quality Gym is good, well equipped and well maintained. They have a squash court, sadly I never got the time to play Sachin from house keeping was great. Cons: Below average service at the time of checking in.. checking out was better. The lobby security in the night tried to stop me from entering, ran after me, stopped me and questioned me. Was a little off putting. Not a big problem but its a Non smoking hotel.. which makes life difficult if you need an early morning cigarette. Swimming pool is a lot smaller than you'd expect and Access to the pool is through the restaurant, which is a little wried.

We had an amazing weekend staycation. From the newly renovated rooms to the delicious food at The Market, everything was wonderful. The dinner had a wide variety of food with many live stations and the next day’s brunch was equally enjoyable with lots of fun kids activities around. The hotel is also conveniently located with easy access to the city and KOPA Mall.

Pritam was amazing, really good service, so happy with the serve 5/5 stars 100%.

The hotel is nice and spacious - large rooms however the down side was the noise due to the ongoing renovations - they should have informed guests at the time of booking , which they did not ! That spoilt the impression of the hotel . The breakfast is good as is the fitness centre and Salon - getting out of the property is an issue due to roadworks and traffic . Would like to recommend Nitin in the gym , Shreya at Guest relations, Varun at Breakfast and Naushad at Levo Salon - they were very helpful.

Good business hotel with all the boxes checked: front office, f&b, housekeeping - all very helpful and gracious. Terrace suite well maintained, luxurious space. In room dining offers a decent variety, while The Market restaurant has a fairly abundant buffet for all meals. Housekeeping tends to be prompt and pretty efficient (just remember that the evening turn-down service is on request.) My two standout experiences included the "Service Express" number on the room phone - their one-stop contact for everything; efficient delivery of any service required (dining, booking, housekeeping, etc.) Also, the Marriott Bonvoy app messaging centre is prompt with responses. My other outstanding service & support came from Mr. Tara at the front office. Very helpful, service-centric, accommodating and obliging. All in all, a very good stay.

Everything here exceeded my expectations being the room or to be precise the Terrace Suite, the service, the staff, the hygiene, the food, the lounge, everything! Sanjay from the front desk was really humble and helpful and at my service, Atharva at the lounge who was the bartender was on his toes for all my servings, Rishabh the manager at the lounge during the happy hours and even during breakfast was fantastic, Alum was really sweet at the lounge who served us very well and was really professional, Pratik from back office attended my calls really well and made sure all my requests are fulfilled since it was Mother's Day and she was the happiest!! Thank you Team WESTIN PUNE for such an unforgettable experience, see you again real soon!

I recently stayed at The Westin Pune Koregaon Park from 11th to 12th April 2026 and honestly it turned out to be such a pleasant experience. A special thanks to Shreya Chillal for arranging an early check-in for me and not just slightly early, I was able to check in around 10:30 AM instead of the usual 3 PM. That really made a big difference after the travel. On top of that, she also managed to get my room upgraded, which was a lovely surprise. At the reception, Sanjay made the check-in process smooth and quick, and was very helpful throughout. The restaurant was great as well really good food and overall vibe. Shubham and Saurabh, who assisted with our in-room requests, were extremely polite and well mannered. Their service was prompt and always with a smile. During checkout, Aneesha and Sanjay again ensured everything was handled quickly without any hassle. What really stood out for me was the personal touch Sanjay followed up with a message asking about my stay, which you don’t usually see everywhere. And later, Vanshika called to genuinely understand my experience and if there was anything that could have been better. Overall, it felt less like a routine hotel stay and more like being looked after personally. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in Pune and want a mix of comfort, good service, and that extra bit of care.

The concierge team was not up to the mark… Not very convincing and dint care to accommodate our needs.. All the answers were in yes and no.. Room service was very laid back the tea and coffee dint arrive which we orders while checkin.. And it seemed like no body cared.. lack of communication between the reception team and F&B.

Well I was in Westin for 3 days and I would say the experince was great where the stay, bar , morning meals and SPA was great. In the bar Rahul and Shubham has served some excellent cocktails which was refeshing with live music and the morni g breakfast all the resturant manager was very active and amazing. I used their spa for the massage and the therapist was amazing and had a relaxing message apart from that their Senior Service Manager Arpan was amazing to make my stay memeorable. Overall it was a great stay and would like to come back again.

This Hotel never disappoints me and makes me look forward to going back. We got upgraded and that always changes the mood for the better. It is a little perk but makes the Guests feel that they are important. Meghna, the fact that you remembered us from last year and went out of your way to write a handwritten note in Bengali ( a sentence or two ) made us feel so happy. This is what we take back once we leave the Hotel. Mrunmayee, you compensated for Chef Ritesh as he is not there . You spent time with us and made us feel comfortable as if this was our home. Vilas , thank you for stopping by to see us even though you were busy working somewhere else. Jayesh , our Server, was very attentive and took care of us very well. Gurpreet, it is not easy to stand outside and keep smiling in any weather but you do it with finesse. Rohit ( bell desk) keep smiling. Annesha , good to meet you too but Meghna you really aced the hospitality which this hotel is known to me for.

I recently stayed at The Westin Pune Koregaon Park with my family, and it turned out to be an absolutely memorable staycation. Stay Experience: My husband and I stayed in the Penthouse Suite, and it truly felt like a luxurious apartment. The space was incredibly expansive, with a beautifully designed living area, a dining section, and a dedicated work corner that was both functional and aesthetically done. The bedroom featured the signature Westin Heavenly Bed, which was exceptionally comfortable, and the bathroom was just as impressive. The highlight, however, was the large sit-out balcony overlooking the river, with soft natural light making it a perfect spot to relax. We also booked a second room for the kids, which was a deluxe room. It was spacious, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with excellent amenities, making the overall stay very comfortable for the entire family. Dining Experiences: The culinary experiences at the property were equally outstanding. We enjoyed a Yum Cha experience and a lavish Sunday brunch at The Market, both of which offered a great variety and quality. We also had two special dinners, one at Asilo, their stunning open-to-sky rooftop bar, and the other at Aafreen, their Indian restaurant. Both experiences were phenomenal in terms of food, ambiance, and overall vibe. Additionally, the high tea by the pool was a lovely and relaxing experience. Amenities & Facilities: The pool is long and ideal for laps, with beautiful panoramic views that enhance the experience. The property also features a well-equipped gym that is aesthetically designed and well-lit, along with a squash court for those looking to stay active. Design & Service: What truly stands out about the hotel is its design sensibility. Every corner, from the rooms to the reception, is thoughtfully curated and visually appealing. The service was warm, attentive, and truly exemplary, which elevated the entire stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and my family and I had a wonderful time. I would definitely love to return again for another staycation.

My CNS, stomach, and eyes were in a constant three-way war until they all surrendered! The "JadeK" Recovery: A massive thank you to the vivacious F&B Mgr Jade and the hands-on Kishor (under Lead Anshu) for engineering the "JadeK Protein Power Punch." It’s a high-protein shake paired with a 2-egg omelette and an Egg Royale (salmon + poached egg). If you’re here to feed your muscles, ask for the JadeK by name! The Powerhouse Minds: Director of F&B Arpan Kakde is an absolute gentleman—calm, approachable, and the mastermind orchestrating this massive engine alongside Exec Chef Raj Panda. Their menu concoctions are truly royal. The Legends on the Ground——->>>> A "vessel" this fine needs an elite crew, and GM Victor Chen is navigating it beautifully. 1) The Healers: Chef Atul & Sous Chef Rohit are culinary diplomats. Atul’s customization for my recovery when I was under the weather was better than a doctor’s visit! 😉 2) Grace Under Pressure: Utkarsha & Priya and other hosts (missed their names) are the epitome of multi-tasking and grace under pressure—handling the flow with total professionalism. 3) The Service Stars: Anshu and his team ensure every guest is genuinely cared for, while Dhananjay & Vishwas at Asilo are such elite "recruiters" I cleared my Saturday night just for their Gin cocktails. 4) The "Diet Saboteur": Bhuvan (Server) is dangerous! His passion for the desserts was so infectious I ate three. He was 100% right—they were divine. Thanked him a lot. The "Founder’s Note" for Optimization (Room for Growth):———>>> As a Lifetime Platinum guest, I’ve noticed that while Indian properties excel in service, they often lag behind the US and Europe in terms of the "X-Factor" for elite members (rewards, perks, discounts and that extra 'wow' factor). To truly hit the 11/10 mark: 1) Hydration: In the summer heat, having electrolytes or fresh coconut water readily available is a functional necessity. 2) Recovery: The Sauna needs more heat; it felt a bit light for a true recovery session. 3) Work-Life Flow: I’d love a standing work desk area carved out near the pool or open light area for productivity. 4) Vibe: The lobby is so quiet I could sleep there! It needs more light, energy, and a vibrant pulse to feel truly inviting. The Verdict:—->>> The entire staff—including many unsung heroes on the floor—treated me like family. In 72 hours, I felt like I'd known them for months. Go for the JadeK shake, stay for the people, and try to find a reason to ever leave.

The textiles in the room (carpet, chair, bedstead) were tired and sticky with grime. I had to cover everything with fresh bed linen to cope. For a supposedly high end hotel it was disgusting. I cut my stay short because of it and moved to another hotel. Restaurants was good and the staff was helpful, that's what rescued from a 1 star rating.

We stayed at The Westin Pune Koregaon Park for three nights with our family during our wedding reception celebrations, and the experience was truly exceptional. The wedding reception at the banquet was curated beautifully by their team. Every detail was thoughtfully managed, leaving absolutely no room for complaints. The arrangements, ambiance, and seamless coordination reflected their expertise in handling grand family occasions. From the moment we arrived, the professionalism and warmth of the staff stood out. The reception team at the hotel lobby was extremely receptive, courteous, and efficient, making our check-in and overall stay smooth and pleasant. The food was excellent — consistently delicious and well presented. The service throughout our stay was truly par excellence. Every staff member displayed professionalism blended with genuine humility. A special thanks to Sri. Shubham from housekeeping, who did a stupendous job. His attention to detail and prompt service ensured our suite was always immaculate and comfortable. The suite we stayed in was one of the most spacious dwellings we have ever experienced. Clean, elegant, and thoughtfully designed — and the balcony was simply perfect for capturing some beautiful family pictures during this memorable occasion. What touched us the most was the care extended towards our six-month-old little one. The team was extremely sensitive and attentive to our needs — arranging a crib, providing an induction stove to sterilise items, and even supplying fresh fruits for the infant. Such thoughtful gestures reflect their genuine hospitality and commitment to guest comfort. This stay added immense comfort and joy to our family celebrations. We will certainly choose The Westin again whenever we are in Pune. Highly recommended for family stays, weddings, and special occasions

I had the honor of staying at the Westin for a full week and being such well care by the team, specially from the The Market for breakfast was a dreamy experience. The farewell desert in my last day and the take away pasteurized box for a long airport flight ahead was a special touch that make me definitely want to return and enjoy even more this amazing hotel and twirl amazing staff.

We came for breakfast today. We had a good time. The staff was very nice. Aniket, Anuja and Lakshman chef stands out in giving us the best experience. Special mention and appreciation for making the chocolate pastry for us in a short span time. Really made a good start of the day.
