Reviewed May 10, 2026الغرفه لا تستحق المبلغ المدفوع اثاث مهتراء سرير غير مريح.دوره المياه غير مريحه بتات صغيرة المساحه جدا بحيث أن الباب لايفتح باالكامل ولااستطيع الحركة فيه بحرية.وجود اصلاحات غير مكتمله في دورة المياه لا تستطيع استخدام المكان.وقدمالمكان باالكامل.

Reviewed May 5, 2026Room was great , large size and view of the pool. Room service Breakfast was good. Quiet room. Check-in was smooth and quick. Staff is very cooperative and all requests were replied to promptly. Restaurant food was great. Good clubs with great ambience and staff.

Абсолютно отвратительный отель. Руководство конченные люди. Пришлось писать заявление в полицию, в отдел по защите прав потребителей и министерство туризма, а также вкатывать им иск о моральном ущербе через суд.

Reviewed Jan 20, 2026The style of interior was elegant and traditional. The drapes , the furniture and lighting . The carpet all very nice . The staff were well manned. The location was ideal for Downtown, especially Bab Al Bahrain.
The nightly Arabic music club played every night. The volume of noise was extremely loud . It began at 9 pm and finished at 02.30am every night. The noise was very clearly loud . The hotel has just 2 floors of rooms and I was on 2nd. I was massively impacted by the extremely loud volume every night. I couldn't get any sleep at all until after it stopped . It made my sleep worse and suffered mentally and physically because of this . I complained 4 times but nothing happened. It ruined my peace and ability to get sleep . Very unhappy and disappointed with lack of support and concern over sleep deprivation and unhappiness through my 6 nights .

Nous ne savions pas que c’était illégal et il nous a « aboyés » dessus comme quoi l homme En question risquait d’aller en prison et nous a poursuivis jusque dehors à nous harceler. S il L’avait fait correctement et avec douceur nous l’aurions pris et compris son mécontentement mais inutile de crier . Le reste était très bien 😌 personnel, espace de la chambre, peux mais le wifi est très moyen .
La connexion wifi qui rame .

Reception staff is friendly . Valet parking is available.

Nescafe, but also the room fridge crapped out and 100-120 riyals worth of Thai and Nepalese food I planned to bring back to Saudi was ruined. I was surprised and disappointed that some form of compensation wasn't offered.

Reviewed Nov 25, 2025الفندق جميل للي يحبون يتسوقون بدون سيارة يقع في وسط المنامه مقتض بالأسواق والخدمات جميييل أنا اول مره اسكن فيه بس صراحة ماتوقعت يكون بهذا الترتيب والنظافة والموقع ايضاً فيه عيب واحد فقط وهو وجود ملهى ليلي في الدور الأرضي ماينفع الأطفال يشوفون مناظر النسوان وصوت الموسيقى مره صاخب بالليل اما الفطور ونظافة الغرف والترتيب والخدمة والرسيشبن روعة ماعليها كلام وسأكرر التجربة

Reviewed Nov 24, 2025Room, pillows were smelling of smoke of smoke. They are old. Hot water was not working properly I had to open it 10 min before using it. Very noisy, I had to ask to put down the music of the clubs. Staff was very helpfully.
