Bra läge, personal i receptionen var och takbaren var trevliga.

Frukosten var otroligt ojämn, vi kom vid olika tider och mycket var slut och personalen var inte service inriktade. Takbaren öppnade väldigt sent 19:00, trist för det hade varit mysigt att sitta där då vi hade mycket bra väder.

Segunda vez nesse hotel, gosto muito pela proximidade da estação de trem e café da manhã bem completo. Equipe rápida e muito atenciosa. Apesar de ser uma construção mais antiga está tudo em otimo funcionamento.

The location is excellent. Very close to Central station and also not so far from the city centre. the neighbourhood has a lot of good places for dinner and it was a quite, not crowded neighbourhood.

the hotel is rather old and it shows its age. but even tough, the place is very clean and well maintained. breakfast was pretty limited in choice.

The room was old fashioned. The bathroom was quite old and had no ventilation system, which made it uncomfortable to use. It definitely needs some renovation and better ventilation.

No coffee making facilities in the room, and the breakfast although it was lovely, there were no scrambled eggs nor bacon left and didn’t get replenished.

Localização excelente, pois fica bem perto da estação central de Milão, ponto de referência e de encontro para diversos passeios. Tem a poucos minutos a pé a estação "República" que permite chegar na Catedral Duomo de modo rápido e econômico.

Achei a taxa de imposto turístico cobrado pelo hotel bastante elevado, mas para quem tá disposto a vir conhecer uma das mais belas cidades do mundo, faz parte do pacote. A central de ar do meu quarto apresentava um pequeno barulho constante quando o ar esteve ligado, além de suspeitar de ausência de manutenções periódicas na limpeza.

Quarto muito confortável, ótimo café da manhã, localização mto boa. Super recomendo

Walkable distance. Slightly further than other convenient hotels but not a big issue. It was located right opposite the grocery store, room was very spacious, mini fridge provided and also a seating area with a small table and view within the room. AC was working really well during our summer stay, which was essential. Bathrooms were great too with its own private door. Service was great. Friendly staff.

Ça fait ancien palace qui n’a pas été rénové, avec son marbre, ses beaux parquets , ses meubles en bois. Le roof top très triste , désert . Dommage . Je trouve le prix de la chambre élevé 658€ pour 2 nuits )

L’accès à pied de la gare. Et le fait de pouvoir aller dans ke centre de Milan en se promenant.

Nous avons tout aimé. Le petit déjeuner était un peu limité sur les fruits et le pain mais très bien servi par un excellent personnel souriant et attentif.

Bellissimo hotel che prenoto molto spesso. E non sono stata mai delusa. Consiglio a tutti! La posizione è fantastica, lo staff è sempre gentilissimo, la colazione è buona e varia.

The hotel is neat and clean, with a good sized room and good AC. Location is also good - close to main train station and an easy tram ride to Duomo and Galleria. Breakfast was also quite good.

The mattress was too hard and very difficult to sleep comfortably. The bathroom and shower were quite small (but not the smallest we've had in Italy!).

A falta de possibilidade de pegar o próprio café e/ou o cappuccino e do profissional acabar fornecendo apenas uma vez, necessitando ter que ficar pedindo. Isso torna o momento do café da manhã um pouco desagradável. Chuveiro sem suporte para fixação da água.

Le personnel est très sympathique, la chambre était propre et spacieuse. L’hôtel est plutôt bien situé, à environ 25min à pied du Duomo et très proche d’une station de métro.

What we liked the most are two terraces on 5th ad 9th floors. Fabulous scenery of the church. And pretty bar on the 9th.

La puerta de la ducha no cerraba bien y se salía el agua. Le faltaba una puerta al armario de la habitación.

Hotel muy bien ubicado cerca de Milano Centrale. Personal muy amable y atento. Las habitaciones eran muy cómodas y mucho mas grande que la media. En el 9° tienen un rooftop con lindas vistas a la Ciudad. El desayuno aceptable, podría mejorar. Volveriamos a hospedarnos.

No tener una TV smart en un hotel de 4 estrellas, si bien no es fundamental, son detalles no tan caros que suman cuando uno viaja con niños/bebes.

Le calme, le petit déjeuner et le confort. La literie est bonne, la salle de bain et très propre avec tout le nécessaire. La déco très kitch mais ça va dans le style italien et c'est super bien entretenu.

The property was central and very close to the metro. The rooftop bar was excellent and the bartender was great, very friendly and helpful!

Profesjonalny pomocny personel na każdym etapie pobytu od recepcjonistów przez serwis śniadaniowy po panie sprzątajace. Codzienna wymiana pościeli i ręczników. Duża dbałość o gości podczas śniadań, pyszna serwowana kawa. Lodówka w pokoju, dobrze działająca klimatyzacja i piękna łazienka. Dobra lokalizacja np. 10 min. piechotą od dworca Milano Centrale, okolo 20-25 min. od Katedry Duomo. Na przeciwko market.

Lekki pogłos w łazience, słychać sąsiadów, ale nie było to bardzo uciążliwe.

موقع الفندق جيد جدا فهو قريب من المحطة الرئيسية في ميلانو و مقابل الفندق يوجد محل سوبر ماركة للمواد الغذائية و المشروبات كما يوجد في الطابق الخامس تراس مع طاولات جلوس للمدخنين او شرب القهوة انصح فيه بشدة

It was well presented, very clean and bright. Breakfast was included which is always a bonus. Close to Centrale station.

The surrounding area is not very inviting. Only one decent restaurant we found which was excellent

Chambre propre et calme (nous avions demandé côté cour_le tram passe devant). Très beau hall d'entrée et belle salle pour le petit-déjeuner. Vue superbe du roof top. Petit-déjeuner copieux servi dans de la jolie vaisselle. A proximité du métro pour se rendre dans le centre (en 3/4 stations).

Manque d'insonorisation. Taxe de séjour (10€/jour/personne). Coût du parking (110€ pour 3,5 jours).

Flot hotel. Flot indretning, venlig personale, døgnåbent reception, fantastisk lydløs klimaanlæg som sikrer konstant behagelig temperatur om sommeren. tagterrasse med udsigt over byen er besøg værd. Gåafstand til centrum. Dejligt med beliggenhed tæt på Milano Centrale.

Der er ikke så god isolering i væg - vi kunne høre naboerne ret meget.

El aire acondicionado se activa por defecto al retirar la tarjeta. Al volver la habitación estaba gélida.

The check in was efficient and whilst the decor was traditional, the hotel and room were clean. The daily change of sheets and towels was much appreciated. The aircon worked well throughout which was a blessing in the august heat. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice and the coffee excellent. The rooftop bar at this time of year was superb and highly recommended. Leonardo was most helpful and I enjoyed discussing cycling tours with him. Overall, a good hotel in a convenient location. I would visit again if in Milan

Le petit déjeuner est bon rapport qualité prix et les chambres sont assez grandes. Le personnel est très gentil et la localisation est bien desservie.

Notre chambre qui donnait sur la rue était mal insonorisée au niveau de la fenêtre et le tram passe dans la rue.

Biten bir ürünün yenisi bazen 15 dk sonra geliyor bazen hiç gelmiyor. En büyük sürpriz ise odalara konulan sular ücretliymiş, çıkarken para istendiğinde şok oldum, bu kaliteye hiç yakışmayan bir sürpriz
