Ідеальне розташування якщо збираєтесь подорожувати навколо: поруч вокзал, метро, зупинки атобусів та трамваїв. Досить гарний сніданок. Великий плюс - що можна завчасно замовити ланч бокс (хоча не завадило б давати одноразові ложки щоб з'їсти йогурт з нього). Зручне ліжко та подушки. Прибирання номеру кожного дня. Мінібар з досить добрим наповненням (смачні лимонади)

Шумоізоляція дверей: було чути як сусіди закривають двері (а вони досить важкі, тому гупають добряче), як прибуває лифт. Також хотілося б більшої чистоти рушників (при зайїзді один з рушників був з брудом - довелось кинути його на підлогу для заміни). В коридорі не вистачає пуфіка щоб взутися - доводиться йти у взутті по номеру - коли на вулиці дощ - це не дуже. Хотілося б щоб рушникосушарка працювала завжди коли гість хоче її ввімкнути - бо при високій вологості дуже довго сохло все. Не мінус для нас, але для когось важливим буде: від проїзду чи то метро, чи то поїздів, чи то трамваїв зранку до пізнього вечора відчутні вібрації в номері.

great beds, staff and amenities, for the price. the place was a little small but for the size it was the perfect hotel. the hotel bar was fantastic as well, also can't forget the breakfast, it was much more than we expected.

Hotel is very close to Milano Centrale, 15 minutes from the train platform to the hotel. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and were very happy with the meals. Breakfast had plenty of options on offer. The bed was big and comfortable, the bathroom was a good size and it was very quiet and clean.

Officially 4-star, but the overall experience is closer to a basic modern chain hotel. Rooms are clean and staff courteous, but sound insulation is poor, making it very noisy at night. The quality of the amenities overall is poor, including very basic bathroom toiletries. Breakfast offered a wide variety, but the quality was disappointing. Functional and clean, but ultimately I feel there are better options for this category.

Wonderful one night stay in Milan, very close to Milan Centrale main station. Easy to get everywhere via public transport or on foot from here. We chose this hotel as we wanted half a day to explore Milan before heading off on a train elsewhere. We arrived by bus from Bergamo airport, which drops you off outside Milan Centrale. It was a short walk to the hotel and then a pretty good night sleep before an amazing breakfast the next morning. Helpfully, and unlike other hotels, there is access to a microwave on the second floor, as well as a water fountain and ice machine. Maybe Americans are used to this, but I live in Europe and these things are not that common, but very welcome! They also provided slippers and nice toiletries. Also a free welcome drink in their roof top bar on arrival. Highly recommended, I would stay again.

The AUD$347 debited to our card six days before arriving and on departure paying the full amount of the quote; however, the AUD$347 was not available on our card till 31 days after leaving the premises.

Tolle Lage gleich beim Bahnhof. Sehr freundlichen Personal mit modernen Zimmern die alles bieten (inkl. kostenlose Minibar :)). Betten bequem und Frühstück alles was man sich wünschen kann in sehr guter Qualität. Zudem durften wir die Loft im 6 Stock noch am Abreisetag bis 17:00 für das warten auf den Zug nützen.

Unser Zimmer war in der nähe das Lift, den wir ein bisschen wie ein brummen der U-Bahn hörten. War aber nicht störend und in der Nacht kaum mehr wahrnehmbar.

The staff what’s attentive from the moment we walked into the property. They accommodated the needs even extended our stay !staff communicated about the amenities available to us.Give us for few complementary drink vouchers . Nos encantó la estancia. El día de mi cumpleaños tuvieron el hermoso detalle de dejarme un presente, algo que valoré muchísimo. Descansamos muy bien gracias a las camas cómodas y a la excelente ubicación, muy cerca de la estación Milano Centrale. El personal de recepción fue siempre atento y nos dio muy buenas recomendaciones. El spa y la zona de bienestar fueron ideales para relajarnos después de varios días caminando mucho y corriendo para no perder los trenes. También recomendamos la cena en el restaurante de la terraza. Además, al hacer el check-in, el hotel nos ofreció bebidas de cortesía y un descuento para el restaurante. Las bebidas y aperitivos del frigobar son de cortesía sin ningún costo y han salvado las madrugadas que uno busca saciar un antojo!

No hubo nada importante que no nos gustara. Nuestra estancia fue muy agradable y cumplió con nuestras expectativas.

Cleaning crew starts cleaning early and with rooms being very close by you can hear the noise but that’s if you’re trying to sleep in.

El hotel esta muy bien, lejos del centro pero con muy buenas convinaciones. Esta al lado de la estación central de Milán y si si quiere ir al centro tiene todas las conbinaciones posibles, metro, tren, autobuses. Para nosotros no fue un problema. El trato muy bueno, el desayuno super completo, el servicio es muy agradable y atento. La habitación amplia y confortable y muy limpia.

Top hotel, personnel super, dejeuner et spa incroyables!

We stayed for only one night, and the main reason I would choose this hotel again is the excellent value for money, but especially its convenience. We were only in Milan for a transfer, so our main goal was to stay close to the Central Station and not move a lot with luggage and still be close enough to go the the duomo and places like that via Metro easily (10min) and be able to walk from the station to the hotel easily with our luggage. The hotel is only a 4-minute walk away on a very easy and direct route, which made our trip much less stressful. For this specific stay, convenience was my main criteria, and this hotel was perfect for that. In addition, the staff were very nice, we received complimentary welcome drinks, and the hotel was clean, modern, accurate to the pics and offered many facilities. I would definitely stay here again for a short stay in Milan.

The windows are actually soundproof, we were on the first floor and we didn’t really hear much outside noise. However, every time a metro passes underneath, you can hear a low, heavy rumbling sound, maybe every 5–10 minutes. I wouldn’t say it really bothered us at all, and once we were asleep, we didn’t hear it anymore. To us it was just in the background, and not annoying at all but if you’re very sensitive to noise, it’s something to keep in mind.

Τα παντα ηταν τελεια!!! Ευγενεστατο πτοσωπικο , πεντακαθαρο , φουλ εξοπλισμενο , καφετιερα , σνακ αλμυρα & γλυκα , αναψυκτικα , χυμοι. Καθε μερα γεμιζαν δωρεαν το ψυγειο του δωματιου μας. Ειχαμε superior δωματιο και ειχα ζητησει να μην βλεπει στο σταθμο , για να μην εχω θορυβο. Και οντως ετσι εγινε!, Φοβερα μαξιλαρια , στρωμα , μπανιο! Το πρωινο ηταν τελειο! Απιστευτα πολλα πραγματα και διαφορετικα ειδη!! Οσο για το χωρο ευεξιας τι να πω!! Να κανεις τζακουζι μετα απο εκδρομη στη Κομο και να χαλαρωνεις στο τζακουζι με θεα το Μιλανο!, Το προτεινω οπωσδηποτε για διαμονη σε καποιον! Κομβικο σημειο τοσο για τις εκδρομες οσο και για την μετακινηση στο Μιλανο! Σε 3 λεπτα με τα ποδια εισαι στο μετρο, στα τραμ , στα τρενα! Το Μιλανο δεν μας αρεσε καθολου! Μονο η Duomo για εμας αξιζε. Απλα η γεωγραφικη του θεση ειναι τετοια , που βολευει για εκδρομες. Κομο ,Λεκο , Βερονα, Μπεργκαμο κλπ Γι αυτο το ξενοδοχειο ειναι οτι καλυτερο! Ξυπνας , παιρνεις ενα υπεροχο πρωινο , μετα πας σταθμο σε 3 λεπτα κσι ξεκινας την εκφρομη σου ! Και το βραδυ χσλαρωνεις ειτε στο χωρο ευεξιας , ειτε στο μπαρ για ποτο , ειτε συνδιαζοντας και τα δυο!

We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend it! The hotel is conveniently located close to the train terminal and metro station, which makes getting around super easy. The area felt completely safe during our stay. Every single staff member we encountered was friendly and eager to help. A special shout-out to the wonderful lady who checked us in (we didn’t catch her name but she was from Palermo with long curly hair). She gave us such a warm, lovely welcome. The room is spotlessly clean and comfy, and the breakfast buffet has a good variety of options to choose from. Overall, a great mix of convenience, comfort, and hospitality.

It was located really close to the station which was very convenient for a short stay. The breakfast was fabulous and the free mini bar and cosmetics were very generous and good. Frond desk and easy late 11:00pm check in was convenient when travelling with our young kids.

It was quite expensive (most other hotels in Milan seemed to be expensive also though) a bit small and pokey in lift, corridors and room.

Personale gentile, attento, disponibile e sorridente. Posizione top tra la stazione centrale e il Pirellone; quindi si può raggiungere tutta Milano. Ottimo il prosecco di benvenuto al sesto piano! Al piano secondo, dispenser per riempire borracce con acqua liscia o frizzante, molto gradito. Bagno super comodo, spazioso, eccellenti i prodotti da bagno forniti e molto spazio anche per riporre le proprie cose. Ho soggiornato per una sola notte (un concerto) ma non mancheranno occasioni future!
