Hotel City

The location was ideal. Staff were friendly and helpful. Decoration of the room was nice. Air con was also good. Bedding was comfortable. Kettle plus coffee sachets was a nice addition too. Maybe some decaff options would be even better.

Bathroom was a little cramped but we have had worse in the past. Lift was slightly cramped. There was no iron and ironing board.

Asukoht, suur tuba, rikkalik hommisöök

Localisation, staff

Breskfast would be better.

Sim. Bem servido e pessoal atencioso

Super comfy room, great breakfast, nice vibe, perfect location close to everything

Everything was perfect, location to the main street and ferry port was only a few hundred metres, The breakfast was the best I've had in a long time at any hotel with a wide range of choice, I would absolutely return and I definitely intend too, Overall an excellent stay

The location is excellent and it's less than 5 minutes to the water front area and ferry docks. The lobby is very stylish and they have bathrooms where we were able to clean up a little before heading out. Their breakfast has a good selection, including scrambled eggs, sausages, mini pancakes and waffles, fruit, cereals, breads, and juices. They have a mini-fridge, which came in handy for storing drinks. And they have water available in bottles for 2 Euro, which is competitive with the sellers in town.

The elevator is very small and it barely fit the two of us and our luggage, though I think this may be common in European or Italian hotels. This room actually uses a physical key to unlock the door! However, the key is attached to a plastic card with the room number on it, which isn't good security! If I dropped the key, anyone could pick it up and get into our room. They don't have full blackout curtains, but the shutters outside can be closed, which makes the room medium-dark in the morning.

The hotel was in a great location to the town & waterfront. Easy walk down from the train station. The bed was super comfortable & breakfast was plentiful & delicious.

The shower was too small.

Luogo molto curato e pulito. Posizione ottima

Viskas vuvo puiku. Nuostabus kolektyvas. Pusryčiai labai geri. Kambarys gražus ir patogus.

It was a really quiet location but only a few minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the lakeside and also the ferry.

Praktisch alles

Great location, very comfy bed, lovely decor and wonderful breakfast,

Frühstück war sehr gut Sauberes Zimmer

Parkplatz

2 minute walk to restaurants Old town and ferry port.

Hotel pierwsza klasa, obsługa pomocna zawsze, śniadanie smaczne dla każdego coś do wyboru. Możliwość zostawienia bagażu. Polecam 😊👍

Hyvä aamupala, oli hiljainen.

Vain yksi iso peitto parisängyssä.

Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast, and only a 30 second walk down to the town.

The showers were temperamental and awkward, our TV and fridge didn't work. Nothing to spoil the trip, just the facilities in the rooms a bit clunky.

posizione centrale, bagno ben strutturato.

Peccato!

Estar cerca puerto , estación y del centro

Ducha muy pequeña. Tipo camping , difícil entrar y salir.

Location was good,staff were friendly

Room was small and the shower even smaller,I suppose you only get what you pay for.

Location, service and air conditioning

Rooms are a bit as small and the bathroom is like a sauna

Ottima posizione ,pulito e accogliente, personale molto disponibile e gentile

Bagno cieco

Persoanele gentile, molto disponibile La stanza pulitissima e molto accogliente.

Modern, clean, comfortable rooms. Nice breakfast. Convenient location. Helpful staff.

The breakfast was great, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Very close to the lake and the central part, on a quiet street.

Everything was ameising.

Czyste pokoje i bardzo wygodne łóżko. blisko do centrum miasta i dworca. Klimatyzacja super.

Rien

Excellent location, staff were really nice and friendly. Exceptionally clean hotel.

Lift was very small, but manageable with two people.

Empfehlenswert!

Great location to the lake front, staff were friendly and gave us a few recommendations for restaurants which nailed our expectations, walking distance from train station which was essential, breakfast was great, would recommend this place to anyone

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room. Very comfortable. Great location just off the main shopping area. 1 minute walk to the lake and port. Generous Breakfast with even some bacon and eggs. Would definitely stay again and recommend..

Nothing to report here.

Emplacement

Closeness to the front and restaurants

Shower wasn't the hottest

The staff was very helpful. As soon as we arrived the guy at the counter showed us a map of the city, where to go and also recommended restaurants. Also the breakfast was incredible and the rooms were very comfy.

It’s missing a restaurant or room service. They should probably consider having a gym.

Great location near the centre of Desenzano and a 5 minute walk to the ferry terminal. Hotel is on a quiet street. Excellent selection of food for breakfast which was regularly replenished. Helpful friendly staff.

Great stay

Excellent location. Pleasant staff. Good breakfast.

Everything was good.

Lokalizacja super wszędzie blisko, do portu na promenadę

The hotel was great! Great location! Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean and breakfast was super. I recommend to others as it is great value for money.
