Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einer tollen Lage direkt am Gardasee. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die sehr freundlichen, hilfsbereiten und aufmerksamen Mitarbeiter. Wir haben uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts sehr wohlgefühlt und wurden herzlich empfangen. Die Lage ist einfach wunderschön und ideal, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – wir kommen gerne wieder!

We chose the hotel for its location and that didn't disappoint. Very close to the ferry terminal and all the restaurants and shops. Perfect. The hotel included breakfast and there was an excellent and varied choice. Our room was spacious and very clean and the (huge) bathroom very modern with an excellent walk-in shower.

Would have been nice to have a room with a balcony - but they were sold out. Ours did, however, overlook Porto Vecchio, so still a loverly view from the window.

Super Frühstücksbüffet, es hat an nichts gefehlt! Auch am fünften Tag fanden wir nich etwas, das wir noch nicht probiert hatten. Man kann drinnen oder draußen sitzen. Den Balkon mit Blick auf den See und Hafen haben wir rege nutzen können. Das Personal ist ausnahmslos sehr freundlich und herzlich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Location was perfect, with a short walk to the main ferry port as well as plenty of restaurants and bars. Despite being on top of busy restaurants and bars it was very quiet. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful!! Breakfast selection was great too.

Good location in heart of Desenzano, great access to bars and restaurants, and also for the ferries. Quiet of late eve considering in a busy area. Staff lovely and very helpful. Shower was great in room, plenty of space. Room view over marina was nice and the partial lake view pleasant.

Strange plug sockets didnt fit eu plugs well. Breakfast okay. Tea and coffee making facilities in room could be better.

This hotel offers so much. Great location and warm welcome from the staff. Lovely clean room with a terrace to enjoy the lake view, sunset and people watching. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Definitely recommend and would return without hesitation.

The hotel location is right in front of the lake with all the restaurants and shops nearby. beautiful spot! Breakfast was very rich and tasty. Always wanted to have some more of it!! Arriving by car was very easy and there was enough space in front of the hotel to park and load/unload the luggage conveniently.

Me gustó todo, es un hotelito sencillo con mucho encanto, limpio y confortable, el personal muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, el desayuno estupendo, variado y de calidad y en una localización inmejorable, junto al puerto viejo donde se desarrolla la vida de Desanzano. Un sitio ideal para conocer el Lago di Garda.

Excellent location, booked room with partial lake view, had 2 balconies, fantastic large well equipped bathroom & good sized bed. Breakfast was fabulous, we’ve travelled in Italy for many years, & this is without doubt the best selection we’ve seen. Staff were very helpful but have to give a special mention to Aurora, who went over & above to help us navigate the lake & bus timetables!! Have stayed in Desenzano many times but this was the most central location.

There isn’t anywhere to sunbathe, no sun terrace, just pavement chairs in public area. As a hotel it lacks bar facilities.

Location is exceptional! Loved having our own terrace and balcony. Breakfast was fantastic! The staff were very friendly and helpful even arranging an early breakfast as we had an early departure.

There is nothing we didn’t like but the mattresses in our room sank down a bit and weren’t as comfortable as they should be.

Nah gelegen, gleich am See, unser Zimmer hat einen schönen Ausblick auf den See, Zimmer ist sauber. Personal sind sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet.

Der Fernseher hat irgendwie nicht funktioniert aber keine große Sache, hätten ihn sowieso nicht benutzen können, da wir fast immer draußen waren😉

Wspaniała lokalizacja, przepiękny widok z balkonu na jezioro i urokliwy port. Pokoje codziennie sprzątane, czystość na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Personel bardzo miły, pomocny. Podczas całego pobytu czuliśmy się zadbani, ugoszczeni, zaopiekowani. Bardzo urozmaicone śniadania, mnóstwo lokalnych rarytasów. U nas zadowoleni zarówno my, jak i nasze nastolatki. Czuliśmy się tu bardzo komfortowo i swobodnie. Chętnie wrócimy do tego miejsca.

The staff were most welcoming when we arrived and were unfailingly courteous throughout our stay. The hotel is ideally placed for the ferry and shops and restaurants. We would highly recommend Hotel Vittorio. This hotel is not cheap considering it has no pool and serves only breakfast - no other meals - but we still loved it.

Hotel Vittorio is an absolute gem, if you can’t decide where to stay - choose this hotel! The location is perfect - right on the edge of the lake and a 3 minute walk to the dock where you’ll catch all the ferries to other parts of the lake. It is also a 5-10 minute walk from the nearest beach to swim in the lake, and around the corner from dozens of lovely restaurants, bars and shops. We were given a first floor room with a veranda which looked directly onto the lake and was an amazing view every morning. Breakfast was included each morning, and outdoor seating meant we could enjoy the view along with the delicious croissants, fresh fruit, meats and cheeses and more. Most mornings we were able to watch the group of swans who live nearby wandering past. The staff were beyond lovely, more than willing to help with any request - for us they booked our taxi back to the airport and because we were up before breakfast usually started, allowed us in early so we could eat before we left. There is also a small bar next to reception where you can order a couple of drinks to take to your room and enjoy on the veranda or balcony. The air con in the room was also a life saver in the 35+ degree heat as we visited during a summer heatwave! Desenzano itself is a stunning place and we are very glad we chose to visit, away from the busy crowds of places like Sirmione but an easy ferry ride away, and with so much to offer including a castle and some Roman ruins! I couldn’t recommend this hotel any more highly, we enjoyed every minute of our visit!

Camera spaziosa e pulitissima, stile moderno ma non fredda.Letto grande e comodo. Colazione molto ricca con ampia varietà dal dolce al salato. Staff impeccabile e affabile a cominciare dai titolari.

La mancanza di un balcone in camera. Altre lo avevano. Quando torneremo, e lo faremo, specificheremo la richiesta, magari vista lago.

Ideálne umiestnený hotel blízko centra a všetkého čo môžete chcieť vidieť alebo robiť. Útulné izby čisté a vkusne účelné zariadené a hlavne vynikajúco pracujúca klimatizácia. Veľmi priateľsky a ochotný zamestnanci. Na to že je hotel v centre mesta tak je izba veľmi tichá a žiadne z ulice nepočujete. Raňajky viac než dostačujúce a slušný výber.

Le personnel est très à l'écoute et accueillant. Le petit déjeuner est diversifié et bon. L'emplacement est idéal pour se balader en ferry. La chambre est spacieuse et agréable. La terrasse extérieure permet d'avoir une pièce en plus.

Quelques odeurs dans la salle de bain au début du séjour mais le personnel a réglé le souci. Le ménage du matin est un peu trop bruyant et nous a réveillé deux fois à 8h30 sans le faire exprès.

The hotel is situated in an excellent place.

This time I have to leave a very negative review. I have stayed in many hotels around the world, and this was the worst experience I have ever had while traveling. A few hours after checking out, we had to return because my young son (4 years old) urgently needed to use the restroom. As any parent knows, with small children these situations can become critical very quickly. I thought the hotel would be the easiest and most reasonable place to find a restroom, especially since I had just been a guest and my luggage was still there. I explained the situation to the front desk staff and told them that I was a guest and that it was an emergency. Despite this, they gave us a cold and immediate refusal. Denying access to a restroom to a four-year-old child during an urgent situation is, in my opinion, unacceptable. The staff hid behind a rigid corporate policy stating that the restroom on the ground floor was for staff only, completely ignoring common sense and basic consideration for guests who had just paid for a stay. I was forced to rush around looking for a nearby restaurant, and the situation became so urgent that we were on the verge of a real disaster. What upset me even more was the reaction of the hotel management when I made the negative review. Instead of apologizing for the complete lack of empathy shown by the staff, the owner chose to blame us for allegedly not making it clear that we were guests. That is simply a lie. I repeatedly explained that I was a guest, while my child was literally writhing in pain in front of me. This response suggests a management culture that is unwilling to accept criticism or acknowledge its own mistakes. I can understand rules, but hospitality should also include a minimum of humanity. P.S. I have just seen other negative reviews of this place, and there seems to be a real culture of blaming guests for the hotel’s own mistakes. I am curious to see how they will try to blame either me or my four-year-old son for what happened

The staff were amazing and so helpful. It was my birthday during my stay, and they surprised me at breakfast with cake and candles. I have no idea how they knew! They really went out of their way for us as well to show us to our taxi when the road was closed for a market. Really appreciated their help.

Mooie ligging, kortbij haventje en centrum. Opstap boot naar andere plaatsen op 100 mtr afstand. Mooie kamer met balkon, was klein maar gewoon goed. Goed formaat badkamer met regen shower was top! Ontbijt was echt super met veel variatie, Gelegenheid om binnen en buiten te eten. Personeel was heel vriendelijk en altijd bereid om uitleg te geven. Parking voor auto was 5 min verderop maar goed te doen. Top hotel🫒🍍🍕👍

Sijainti oli erinomainen suoraan Gardajärven rannassa, lauttalaituri oli lähellä sekä kylän keskustan kaikki ruokapaikat aivan vieressä. Hotelli oli siisti, viihtyisä ja työntekijät ystävällisiä. Aamupala oli monipuolinen. Kahden hengen huoneisto oli erittäin siisti ja toimiva ilmastointi oli iso plussa.

Huoneistossa oli liian vähän henkareita/koukkuja, johon olisi voinut ripustaa vaatteita.

Ungene følte seg veldig trygg på personalet. De svarte også veldig høflig når jeg skrev melding til dem før ankomst med noen spørsmål. Vi likte veldig godt frokosten og at markedet var rett utenfor på tirsdager. Det ligger veldig sentralt i forhold til spiseplasser og om du ønsker å ta båt ut for å utforske Gardasjøen.

De locatie van dit hotel is top! Midden in het centrum van Desenzano ! Personeel enorm vriendelijk ! Behulpzaam en attent! Ontbijt is erg goed en heel veelzijdig . Dit hotel is een echte aanrader !

Het ontbijt spant de kroon maar de kamer, de receptie en de medewerkers zijn voortreffelijk. We komen volgend jaar weer terug!

Lite synd att det inte finns parkering till hotellet, men vi hittade ett toppenställe som va lite billigare och väldigt smidigt. Dock en liten promenad genom torget, men helt klart värt det!

Siistiä ja viihtyisää. Valtavan hieno paikka lähellä rantaa ja kaupunkielämää, silti todella rauhallinen ja hiljainen. Erittäin monipuolinen ja hyvä aamupala, ei kannata jättää väliin.

Ligger centralt och nära till alla restauranger och hamnen där båtarna går ifrån. Vi gick från tågstationen till hotellet och tog bara 10-15 min. Jättebra frukost och trevlig personal.

Det luktade lite märkligt i vårt rum. Oklart om det var lukt pga mögel eller något medel de städade med.

Nestled right on the lakefront, this hotel offered easy access to numerous restaurants and the ferry port. Every morning breakfast boasted a vast selection. We were also kindly helped to book a taxi to the station, a real comfort on our return journey in the heat.

Perfekte Lage, schöne Zimmer, sehr nettes Personal! Das Frühstück war auch gut. Empfehlung!

Es gab nur ein flaches Kissen pro Person. Zum Glück gab es noch ein extra Kissen im Schrank, aber eben nur eines, also wenn beide Leute gerne erhöht schlafen, könnte das ein Problem sein. In der ersten Nacht war außerdem bis Mitternacht laute Musik von dem Restaurant vor unserem Fenster. Da kann das Hotel natürlich nichts dafür, aber wer empfindlich ist, sollte vielleicht zur Sicherheit Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen

Central Location was excellent for restaurants, bars & ferry terminal. the staff were so pleasant & helpful when we were planning our day trips with the ferry. The decor was lovely & modern. The bedrooms & bathroom were tastefully decorated. Breakfast was fantastic. The bar was great to have some evening drinks. The reception area was lovely with seating areas & even a TV so our son was able to watch the World Cup matches. A discount for a nearby restaurant was made good use of during our stay too. Air con was good in bedrooms, daily cleaning & lovely big fluffy towels is always a bonus.

A pity there isn’t a swimming pool but we knew that already. We had the platinum suite which had a beautiful terrace (although the birds also liked it so maybe a table wipe would be good inbetween different guests) but really that was minimal.

Amazing place! The location is excellent, the breakfast was absolutely amazing — fresh, beautifully presented, and every single bite was worth it. Waking up to this magical lake view was unforgettable. We truly fell in love with this place. 💖
