Lage neben stark befahrener Straße daher auch in d. Nacht laut. Das Zimmer war sauber aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Leider nur eine Elektro-Aufladestation (die war leider besetzt und auch der Tarif war nicht klar ersichtlich).

The lovely pool view from our room. The room was clean and the cleaner came in every day and provided clean towels. The breakfast was nice, plenty of choice.

The jacuzzi was same temperature as pool, so not as warm as usually or snd only 1 button worked so only a few jets working. Bar was quite too, but very clean,

Lovely medium size hotel, friendly helpful staff, well located only 10 minutes walk to the port, restaurants and to the bus/railway station. Nice swimming pool, great choice of food for breakfast and all lovely and fresh. Hotel rooms nice and spacious clean and well serviced.

Highly recommend anyone to stay here. Very close to the town- no steep hills (slight incline but very manageable). Spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Fresh bedding and towels each day. Free underground parking. Fabulous breakfast and great selection- even left us a take away breakfast on departure as we had to leave before breakfast. Lovely pool area and enough sun beds to go around. Staff are very pleasant and helpful, nothing is a bother. Overall a wonderful hotel and I will definitely be back.

Czysto, a jak na 3 gwiazdki - luksusowo ;) świetny basen, pyszne śniadania. Duże lobby z barem. Obsługa bardzo miła. Codzienne sprzątanie pokoju. Blisko do portu i restauracji. Pobyt rodziny 2+2 dzieci w wieku przedszkolnym - zachwycone basenem. Hotel do którego na pewno wrócimy.

the whole stay was perfect, we was due to leave early in the morning before breakfast and the staff arranged a little packaged breakfast to take on our journey.

Ottimo Hotel, ad una decina di minuti a piedi dal centro. Bella ed ampia la piscina. Nulla da eccepire sulla pulizia nonche' sulla disponibilita' del personale. Lo definirei un posto davvero rilassante. E' inoltre un bike hotel con possibilita'di ritirare la propria bici in un luogo sicuro durante la permanenza. Purtroppo fa solo servizio di 1' colazione, che comunque è ben organizzata sia sul dolce che sul salato. .

Meget sentralt. Stille og rolig (hadde rom «ground floor» mot bassenget). Rent over alt. Bassengområdet ble spylt og vasket hver morgen, og rommene ble rengjort hver dag. Ekstra pluss med badehåndkler og slipperser. God frokost, og også mulighet for å kjøpe lunsj. Meget behjelpelig og hyggelig personell. Vi reiste to voksne par. Vi kunne ikke hatt det bedre, og kommer gjerne tilbake.

What a fantastic hotel, very clean and well maintained. Staff are so friendly, rooms immaculate, great pool area, food and breakfast buffet fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel which is short walking distance to lake front.

We stayed at the hotel for 6 nights as a family of 4 with two girls aged 12 and 9. We’ve been to Desenzano before but this was our first time at the Nazionale. We caught the train from Venice which was easy and the hotel is 10 mins walk from the station which is very helpful. Location wise it’s a short stroll to the lake and the town. We had a superior family room which was large and had two extra beds in the room which was good. Room was decent enough and well cleaned. We did have massive issues with the aircon and spent the first 3 days speaking to reception constantly trying to sort it which was a bit draining. They insisted it was fine however the control panel kept coming up with an error code and the room wasn’t near cold enough. They called out engineers however they didn’t fix it! I eventually spoke to the hotel manager about the issue. In the end the aircon was bearable (engineer called out again) but despite being cooler still want working properly when we checked out. The staff were fairly rude about the whole issue at first but in the end were helpful and took some items off our final bill as a good will gesture. The pool area was lovely and clean, loads of sun beds. Very chilled out vibe. Prices for food and drink at the hotel are reasonable. Breakfast was great, lots of choice. Despite the aircon issue we did have a great stay, it’s a good 3 star hotel in a good area and ideally situated to explore the lake.

Czystość, obfite i urozmaicone śniadania, przestronny basen ze sporą ilością leżaków, miła obsługa, podziemny parking. Położony niedaleko jeziora, ale zdala od tłumów. Zdjęcia na stronie oddają rzeczywistość.

Szkoda, że nie było widoku na jezioro

Igazából a szállodával és a személyzettel elégedettek voltunk. A szálloda csodaszép, a tisztaságra nagyon ügyelnek, a medence környéke is nagyon tiszta volt. Segítettek, ha volt kérdésünk, tudtak németül kommunikálni.

A reggelivel volt gondunk csak, mert minden nap ugyanazzok a meleg ételek voltak: rántotta, sült gomba, sült virsli, sült szalonna, amelyek sajnos, nem voltak kellően melegek. Kicsit unalmas volt mindig ugyanazt enni majdnem hidegen, vagy a virsli például nem volt átsülve.

A great place. Location is perfect and very easy to get to restaurants, lake and small train station. Breakfast and staff were very good with a variety of sweet and savoury items - great coffee too. All staff were very friendly and genuine. The first week we were there was extremely pleasant, but as the next cohort of visitors arrived, so did the reserving of sun beds. Granted there were enough to go around bit a family regularly ‘claimed’ beds and disappeared off for the day leaving their towels and inflatable ring on top, which then had a knock on affect for other groups to begin doing it. Selfish and ignorant behaviour when not needed at all. I did mention this face to face at reception but bothering was ever done to stop this odd type and selfish behaviour. Maybe the hotel could begin reiterating this upon check in or if they see any of this happening - a quiet reminder perhaps? In summary - a super place with equally great staff and cleanliness. Thank you to all at the hotel.

Hotel is spotless, our room was cleaned to an immaculate standard each day. Breakfast was really nice with a great choice which included a wide range of pastries each morning. Staff were very friendly, they make you feel so welcome. Pool area was fab, no rushing for beds and again spotless clean.

עיצוב מיושן, ואין כיסא תינוק אלא התאמה לכיסא שלא התאימה לבת שלי. בנוסף צריך לציין שיש בנייה ליד המלון למרות שלי היא לא כל כך הפריעה.

La camera matrimoniale Superior é spaziosa, l'abbiamo trovata molto pulita e accogliente. L'hotel é a 3 minuti a piedi rispetto al centro di Desenzano, in ottima posizione. Perfetto il servizio a buffet della colazione con opzioni adatte a chi é celiaco. La piscina é un valore aggiunto per godersi momenti di relax. Il personale é disponibile e cordiale e la possibilità di posto auto o garage inclusi nella prenotazione sono stati molto apprezzati. Consiglio questa struttura e la terrò in considerazione se dovessi tornare nuovamente a Desenzano.

Aamiainen oli todella hyvä. Baarin snack lista myös. Sijainti millä tahansa kulkuvälineellä liikkumiseen loistava ja kaikki palvelut lähellä. Lauttalaiturille kävellen 5min, juna-asemalle 10-15min. Kauppa aivan vieressä. Täydellinen hotelli sekä rentoutumiseen että aktiivisempaan lomaan. Siisteys oli todella hyvä. Viihtyisyys myös.

Great location for Desenzano centre and for train station. Clean and comfortable room and lovely pool area. Breakfast great as was pool snacks when required.

Feels like hotel unfinished at the back in refurbishment as front looks great and much cleaner. Most staff very friendly but a few seemed to be lacking in personality and preferred only to communicate with guests when they really had too.

All the positive reviews convinced us to book this hotel and we weren’t disappointed. Deserves more than 3 stars, it was rated higher by the company we booked with. All areas of the hotel are spotless, the bedrooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable and the bathrooms well equipped. We stayed in the heatwave and the air con was excellent, as was the pool area. Which at times was busy but always a pleasant area with adequate sun beds. Staff were all so helpful and pleasant. This really is a beautiful hotel in a great area only a few minutes walk from the numerous restaurants, ferries, trains and buses. Really would recommend.

Good location a short walk from centre, good air conditioning (it was very hot) and large room, great breakfast. Also a nice pool and plenty of sun loungers around it.

Wir waren mit dem Hotel rundum zufrieden, für ein verlängertes Wochenende haben wir das Superior Zimmer gebucht, das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet. Es war besonders schön direkt mit Balkon/Terasse am Pool, in dieser Lage hat man auch von der Straße nicht viel gehört. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut gewesen, es gibt viel Auswahl und das Personal ist sehr bemüht und freundlich. Besonders praktisch sind die Parkplätze wenn man mit dem Auto anreist, die Tiefgarage bietet einen sicheren Abstellplatz. Sollten wir nochmal in Desenzano sein, würden wir dieses Hotel wieder buchen!

This hotel is perfect, perfect location less than 10 mins walk from the main prom, 10 mins walk to the train station (uphill), the staff were more than helpful, the rooms were cleaned every day, the pool was clean & the pool area was cleaned every morning, the bed was comfortable & bathroom & shower were off a good size. If I returned to this area I’d def stay here. The only thing I’d say is although the breakfast was adequate and fresh, variations in same would be good. In saying that we certainly didn’t starve!

הכל! נתחיל בזה שהחניה חינם ונוחה מאוד. מיקום המלון קרוב מאוד לטיילת ולמרכז, ממש 5 דק הליכה. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה טובה וטעימה. כשהגענו קיבל אותנו פקיד נחמד, היה מסביר פנים, הסביר על העיר והמיקום, הציע לנו שובר של שתיה חינם מהבר לכבוד הירח דבש שלנו וכשעזבנו הפקידה הנחמדה בקבלה הציעה לנו 2 בקבוקי מים בחינם, ממש לא מובן מאליו ומאוד נחמד מצידה. גם נראות המלון ממש יפה.

מעלית ישנה וכמעט נתקענו בפנים.

The staff in the hotel were very accommodating, the hotel was spotless and was kept that way throughout the entire stay. The hotel is set less than a five minute walk from the lake front so it's right between the lake and the train station. It is so easy to go on a day trip to Verona, Venice, Bologna with trains servicing the station very frequently throughout the day. Then in the other direction you're only 5 minutes walk to the main dock where you can easily visit one of the other towns on the lake for a morning and be back by the quiet pool by lunchtime. We were already very impressed by the hotel but the cherry on the cake was when we were about to head off walking to the station at midday because there was no available taxi and the manager decided to drive us up because it was very hot. 10/10 for hospitality.

This was not an issue for us, and shouldn't be for most as there are any amount of restaurants on the lake front, but for someone who wants to have dinner in their hotel at night it is good to know that there isn't a night time food service.

The hotel is in an excellent location, away from the business of the town but only a few minutes walk from it. Nearly all of the staff we came into contact were friendly, warm & welcoming. The breakfast staff were lovely, as was the breakfast - lots of choice & delicious.

Spent a lovely 5 nights at the Hotel Nazionale. The hotel is very clean, staff friendly and very helpful, the breakfast was great and we loved the pool area. The hotel is in a great location, a few mins walk from the lake and the centre of town and about a 10 minute walk to the train station, with great rail links to Verona, Milan etc. Would definitely recommend the Hotel Nazionale and hopefully we will return one day soon.

As tomadas da cabeceira da cama não funcionam e não tem espelho no quarto. Cafe da manhã apenas mediano, os itens não são gostosos.
