Bassengområdet er lite med kun fem solsenger og et par stoler. Flere solsenger på takterrassen, men uten direkte adgang til bassenger (man må kle på seg og gå ned tre etasjer og gjennom resepsjon for å komme til bassenget). Ingen mulighet for lunsj på hotellet, noe som gjør utvalget veldig begrenset dersom man ønsker å tilbringe dagen der.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Me gustó la piscina, la verdad que despues de todo el dia visitando la ciudad e inmediaciones que tenga piscina es un acierto total, además que estaba limpia, aunque es pequeña, se estaba muy agusto. La habitación era con terraza, si que quizas no es la cama más comoda que he estado en todo el viaje, pero el hotel está muy bien. La zona de la terraza, el jacuzzi estaba cerrado, pero las vistas a la ciudad son preciosas.
que el jacuzzi de arriba estuviera abierto, pero en general estuvo de maravilla, la pena que no fueramos más dias

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026Hotel není nový, určitě je ale po zdařilé rekonstrukci. Je blízko u vlakového nádraží, pokud byste přicestovali nebo někam chtěli na výlet. Ale blízkost Vás vůbec neruší. Do centra je také blízko. Centrum je malé, ale hezké. V centru je přístaviště, odkud se lodí dostanete po celém jezeře. V hotelu i jeho okolí bylo čisto, k dispozici v hotelu byl výtah a placené garážové stání. Jako i jinde pro větší SUV bylo ale parkování trochu složitější. Snídaně byly standardní, nic nechybělo, všeho byl dostatek, pravidelně personál dle potřeby jídlo doplňoval. Pochválit musíme ohřev hrnků na kávu, což není běžným standardem. Personál je milý, usměvavý. Úklid pokoje byl denní, bez nutnosti výtky. Klimatizace byla při našem pobytu potřeba a fungovala skvěle, lze volit teplotu i rychlost větrání.
Kolem bazénu před hotelem a na střeše, kde byla jacuzzi, bylo málo lehátek. Byla tam křesla, v dostatečném počtu, ale musíte sedět. Ani u bazénu, ani na střeše nebyly slunečníky, takže byl problém se stínem. Pokud se rádi opalujete, ok, nebudete to vnímat, pokud opalování berete jako doplněk a spíše se chráníte před sluncem, jde to, ale míst se stínem je opravdu málo.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026The hotel is beautiful. 1 block from the station and about 15 - 20 minutes walk to the Lake. The facilities are wonderful. A pool on the ground floor and sun terrace and jacuzzi on the roof. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with a huge choice of cooked products, pastries , yogurts, fruit and more. Room was spotless and comfortable.
The sockets in the room were mostly Italian (type G?) so travellers from UK beware, our adapters were no use.

Les photos et la description de l hotel sont trompeuses, au point qu' on doit s'interroger sur les notes et commentaires. La piscine, plutot le bassin, est minuscule et au vu de toutes les chambres. La salle de bains est tres petite au point qu il est inconfortable de se doucher. Les meubles ,modernes,sont en fait des meubles de cuisine .Enfin la presence permanente et insistante de la "proprietaire" est desagreable. Rien d un hotel 4 etoiles . Nous sommes utilisateurs reguliers de booking.. ce classement est usurpé voire suspect.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026È vicino alla stazione dei treni 170 metri a piedi quindi 2 minuti ed è comodo. La colazione non è male.
Lo staff (tutti a parte Vittorio il portiere di notte) è MOLTO scortese. È accaduto che avessi occupato 2 posti sul lettino in piscina per me e mia madre per 10 minuti e il receptionist con gli occhiali Francesco mi pare si chiami si è permesso di riprendermi sollecitato dai Deutscher sostenendo che la regola generale fosse non prendere posti...quando in realtà nella stessa situazione una coppia inglese ha occupato con i teli mentre andava a pranzo e nessuno ha fiatato. Allego foto ovviamente! Il figlio della proprietaria dovrebbe seguire il bar ma chiacchiera con amici che vengono in visita e non saluta. Ci vuole un quarto d'ora per un caffè con il bar vuoto idem per un toast. Anche la signora proprietaria non è delle più amichevoli, anzi. Inoltre nonostante sia un 4 stelle durante il giorno spengono l'aria condizionata in camera e non è possibile accenderla circostanza molto negativa per mia madre che riposava nel pomeriggio avendo una età.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Het personeel was vriendelijk en de kamers erg schoon. Helaas wel harde bedden, ook vonden we het zwembad best klein en weinig ligbedden. Maar het dakterras maakt die helemaal goed, leuke plek op s’avonds met uitzicht nog een spelletje te spelen bijvoorbeeld. Het ontbijt was goed, alleen niet zoveel gezonden opties. De ligging is perfect dus al met al een goed verblijf gehad.

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026Eccezionale! Moderno, pulitissimo e servizi al top! La struttura è nuovissima e con una pulizia impeccabile ovunque. Le camere sono ampie e molto moderne. Colazione ricchissima e squisita, perfetta soprattutto per chi ama il dolce! Palestra super: nuovissima, pulitissima e super attrezzata (tapis roulant, cyclette, manubri di ogni tipo, elastici, materassini e persino gli asciugamani per allenarsi). Bellissima anche la Jacuzzi sul solarium, tenuta in condizioni eccellenti. Un plauso speciale al personale, squisito e gentilissimo. Consigliatissimo, torneremo!

Air conditioning in our room was really effective, we would not have survived the heat without it. The hotel was extremely clean overall. And the location is perfect for train travel but you will be out of breath walking back from the town in 30 degrees heat.
The weather was too hot to be able to enjoy the roof terrace with jacuzzi but that is really not the hotel’s fault!

Alla reception, colui che ci ha accolte si è sempre rivelata una persona molto cordiale e attenta ai bisogni dei clienti. Molto cordiale e disponibile il personale delle pulizie.
Il bagno non era all'altezza della struttura: impossibile usufruire del telefono della doccia. Il lavabo perdeva parecchia acqua. La piscina in superficie presentava insetti. In terrazza, troppo piccolo era l'idromassaggio (max 2 persone).

In der Schweiz wäre dies ein gutes 2-Sterne-Hotel. Die Angabe von 4 Sternen ist irritierend, da man zu hohe Erwartungen hat. Personal hat nichts von sich aus erklärt, ID nur auf Nachfrage zurückgegeben, beim Frühstück nicht auf uns zugekommen. In Dusche/WC am Morgen unangenehmer Duft.

Bad viel zu klein ,sehr eng ,hab mir den Finger eingeklemmt , Heizkörper gleich an der Tür im Bad .( Ebenfalls Verbrennungsgefahr am Bad Heizkörper beim Eintreten ins Bad ) Duschvorlage konnte man nicht nutzen,da sonst die Duschtür nicht auf ging .aber sonst war das Bad schön und modern
