Unangenehmer Geruch aus der Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Zu bedenken ist, dass der öffentliche Strand ca. 25 Gehminuten entfernt ist.

De geur van het appartement! We hebben de ramen zoveel mogelijk geopend in de hoop dat de geur zou verdwijnen, maar door de hitte was dit niet altijd mogelijk. Er hing een zeer chemische geur vanaf het moment we binnen kwamen tot de dag dat we weg gingen. Het appartement was wel proper.

Wir hatten Seeblick gebucht , aber See ist kaum zu sehen weil Hotel zu weit weg steht. Ferienwohnung war in Ordnung von Ausstattung und Größe, Frühstück war ausreichend und Kaffee gut.

La qualité du canapé lit pourrait être améliorée. Des travaux de construction d’un immeuble dans la rue nous ont un peu gênés mais ce n’est pas de la faute de l’établissement

Gentilezza e la premura di tutto lo staff, dalla reception alle signore delle pulizie che fanno un ottimo lavoro, raramente ho trovato una cura e pulizia dell'appartamento e della struttura cosi ben fatta. Camera ampia con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Piscina raccolta e pulita. Posto auto compreso un bel plus. Posizione comodissima per il centro. Peccato aver passato solo un weekend!!

Excellent location, short easy walk to loads of restaurants, cafes, the ferry port and a beautiful walk beside the lake. Supermarket very close by. The property was very spacious, beds were super comfortable. Air con was perfect and easy to use. Staff were friendly and helpful, giving us a ferry timetable and map of the area upon arrival. We were really impressed at the private outdoor space we had - balcony space off of the bedrooms with side table and chairs, off of the living room was a large dining area, and sun loungers. We had the 2 bedroom lake view apartment. We loved everything about the property and if returning to the area would book it again without hesitation.

We saw few ants in the bathroom on a couple of occasions but we just disposed of them with tissue, the property was clean and it is an issue that could easily happen at home so it wasn’t something I’d raise as a problem.

Great location and the whole place was very well kept, clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful and the pool area was lovely and much needed in the August heat. Apartment was modern, spacious and had nice space on the balcony also.

The bed was very firm and I actually like a firm bed but this was very very firm. I think the cleaning only once a week only wasn’t enough for the price paid and they wouldn’t do any bins or kitchen either so we ended up with a lot of trips to bin area. Also they wanted all rubbish sorted which would be no problem but they should provide separate bins to do this in the apartment as I was searching around then for extra bags etc to bring things down, quite annoying. Also the small bar for snacks and drinks was closed for a few hours in the afternoon which is just exactly when we were at the pool and would have liked access to snacks and drinks during this time.

Byli jsme na dovolené na 9 nocí se 3 starṣ̌ími dětmi. Dostali jsme upgrade pokoje zdarma a terasa nám doslova vyrazila dech. Obrovskà s nádherným výhledem na jezero. Vše čisté, ručníky vyměněny 1x za pobyt také zdarma a bazén super, dostačující. Do města kousek a jako bonus podzemní garáž. My byli 100 % spokojeni a rádi bychom se vrátili.

We had a lovely stay here, the staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful and the apartment was immaculately clean. We were four adults staying in a two bedroom apartment and there was plenty of room, the bathrooms were great and there was a small area to do some cooking which was really helpful. The location was fantastic, just a five minute walk to the centre and there was a small supermarket just down the road.

We really liked the apartment but we would have loved to have the choice to have one on a higher floor with a bit more of a view, the ground floor apartment could be quite dark at times.

Sehr sauber, großes Zimmer mit Küche und allem, was man zum Kochen braucht. Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage im Preis inbegriffen. Pool sehr sauber, Klimaanlage im Flur vor dem Zimmer und somit sehr angenehme Temperatur. Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht, Getränke und kleine Speisen wie Pommes und Sandwich gibt es zum Pool nach Bestellung. Lage ist super, zum Zentrum sind es zu Fuß 5min.

Lage absolut top! Das Appartement war super, die große Terrasse war genial! Unsere Kinder liebten den Pool. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, hatte aber keine Abwechslung. Nach dem dritten Tag hing es mir etwas zum Hals raus (rein persönliche EInschätzung). Hervorzuheben ist die kostenlose Tiefgarage!

Die Küchenausstattung könnte besser sein und das Frühstück abwechslungsreicher. Das ist aber Meckern auf hohem Niveau!

Locatia excelenta ,intr-o zona linistita dar la doi pasi de centru. Garajul foarte mare ,poti parca usor masina . Aerul conditionat functioneaza excelent. Curatenia impecabila. Patul foarte bun si comod. Terasa care da spre gradina este superba. Personal amabil .

Apartamentul in interior nu este de patru stele ,ar putea fi daca s-ar mai investi in el pt ca exista potential. Si un minus major este lipsa masinii de spalat vase ,in 2026 nu sta nimeni sa spele cu mana si lipsa unui cuptor (nu microwave).

Veldig fornøyd med leiligheten! Stor og fin, og supre airconditioner i alle rom. Eneste som skuffet oss var at det ikke var oppvaskmaskin eller stekeovn. Ellers helt topp!

The location of the apartment and its facilities are excellent. The staff were always so pleasant, friendly and courteous. The pool complex and apartments were always spotless. They are so well maintained and there were always sun beds available by the pool- in both the sun and shade. We used the laundry facility and borrowed the iron and ironing board- all very straightforward. Breakfast was excellent. We had an issue with our apartment on arrival but this was quickly resolved by the manager to our complete satisfaction. If we return to Desenzano, we will definitely stay at Il Sogno apartments again. They would be hard to beat.

Really spacious apartment in a great location. If you are looking for an apartment vibe with air con and a pool that’s within walking distance of the centre, then I don’t think you can do better than Il Sogno. 3 min walk to small supermarket that has all the basics. Really helpful staff that did everything to make our stay enjoyable. They provided extras for our toddler including a toddler toilet seat and baby toiletry set. Great air con which is a must with recent heat waves. Fabulous pool area that was very quiet during our stay. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment that had two large bathrooms and showers, and a really large balcony. We were a group of four adults and a toddler and it did not feel crowded. The apartment has everything that you need for a comfortable stay in Desenzano.

Everything was perfect. It is a slight uphill walk from the centre which might not suit some people with mobility issues. However it’s a really short walk (less than 5 mins) and I think you would have the same walk (or even longer) with other accommodation options. I managed at 6 months pregnant in 30+ degrees!

Heel gehorig, alles was heel erg gedateerd. Bed was heel erg hard. Toilet bleef hangen bij het doorspoelen, was gescheurd en zat los. Prijs/kwaliteit was ronduit slecht. Als je voor 4 nachten boekt verwacht je ook voor dat aantal dagen handdoeken, nee dat krijg je niet daar moet je voor betalen. Zwembad niet geweest, je kreeg het al benauwd als je ernaar keek. Wij hadden de pech dat er schreeuwers om ons heen verbleven, dus a-relaxt. Er is geen regel dat je na 10 uur stil moet zijn. Airco wordt centraal geregeld, ook niet fijn. Kortom, voor ons viel het enorm tegen.

This was my fourth time in this hoteland every time I'm really please with everything. The location is really nice, near by the Station and harbour area with restaurants. Shop for food arround the corner. The rooms are big and clean. You can find everything you need. The staff is friendly. Pool area is clean and big enough for my needs.

Location is perfect for beach, lake and restaurants.

Die Lage zum Zentrum ist super, Geschäfte, Restaurants, der Gardasee, alles fussläufig zu erreichen. Selbst ein gut sortierten und preiswerten Supermarkt ist um die Ecke. Die Anlage selbst ist sehr angenehm. Nicht zu groß und alles vorhanden. Auch ein sichererer und kostenfreier TG-Platz ist vorhanden. Der Pool mit ausreichend Liegen ist ein schönes Extra. Das Appartement ist groß genug und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Ein separates Schlafzimmer, ein großer schattiger Balkon, was bei der Hitze klasse war. Die starke Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer und Wohnraum, die einzeln schaltbar sind, war erstklassig. Die Ausstattung der Küche war okay, zwar überschaubar, aber eine Grundausstattung für vier Personen war vorhanden. Nun zum Personal: Wir können nur den Hut ziehen, ein so aufmerksames, fürsorgliches und freundliches Personal haben wir sehr selten kennen gelernt. Es war so schön, regelmäßig wurden wir gefragt, ob alles zur Zufriedenheit ist, ob wir Hilfe für etwas benötigen. Für das Frühstück stand immer ein freier, gedeckter Tisch für uns parat. Die super netten Reinigungskräfte waren so bemüht, alles sauber und ordentlich zu halten. Zum Abschied bekamen wir an der Rezeption noch ein Glas Zitronenmarmelade geschenkt. Wir können nur absolut Gutes zu unserem 10 tägigen Aufenthalt berichten.

Einzig der etwas kleine Fahrstuhl ist für den umfangreichen Gebrauch nicht ausgelegt. Hin und wieder streikte dieser, wobei schnell die Reparatur erfolgte. Die beiden Fernsehgeräte sind an sich gut, allerdings ergaben sich Probleme, als nach einem Unwetter die zentrale Satellitenschüssel Schaden genommen hatte. Die Reparatur dauerte etwa 3-4 Tage und dann waren die ca. 5 deutschen Sender noch nicht vorhanden. Vielleicht gibt es noch beim Frühstück Potenzial. Alles sehr lecker und wird auch regelmäßig nachgelegt, allerdings keinerlei Abwechslung in der gesamten Zeit. Täglich das gleiche Angebot. Aber wir sind gut satt und zufrieden gewesen.

Great location. Lots of nice Restaurants and shops nearby in town. Supermarket round the corner which was handy for bottled water and lunch supplies. The Market on Tuesday is well worth a visit. The Apartment - Clean but basic. Kitchen - no mugs, toaster or wine glasses. Balcony was fine but no outside light. Bathroom - spacious and very good large walk in shower. Main bedroom was spacious with large double wardrobe. The living room / kitchen area was small with sofa bed made. Swimming pool area was clean and always plenty of sunbeds available. Breakfast was ok but limited choice and the same everyday. The hot options consisted of scrambled egg which was dried up, the bacon was undercooked and the tiny Frankfurt sausages were not nice. Three fruit options, 2 x meats, 2 x cheeses, tuna and some pots of yogurt. But the pastries were very nice. The time for breakfast was from 8am - 10am. We went one morning at 9am and hardly anything left and they did not replenish. Two girls were chatting at reception and we had to interrupt them to ask for cutlery as no tables had been cleared or relayed. mugs, and some yogurt as none left. On our last morning a young lad told us off for sitting at a table laid for four. so all in all not a great breakfast experience and not value for money We arrived on a Saturday and on Monday our towels and sheets were changed which was good. however. we had paid the extra change for them to be changed mid week on Wednesday. By 2pm they had not been done so had to go to reception to remind them and immediately the cleaned went to our apartment. The gentlemen on reception was friendly, and very helpful but was surprised nobody available after 7pm and the doors locked We loved Lake Garda and would definitely return but unfortunately not to these apartments

Die Lage ist seht gut, ca 400 m. zu Innenstadt, 500-600 m. zu Seeufer, und ca 250 m. zu Lebensmittelgeschäft. Sehr ruhig trotzdem Nähe Innenstadt. Perfekte Tiefgarage mit genug Parkplatz. Auto steht auf jeden Fall sehr sicher. Wir haben App.mit 2 Schlafzimmer und Seeblick oberste 4 Etage und große teilweise überdachter Terrasse . Sehr freundliche Personell und saubere Unterkunft. Sehr schöne und ruhige Poolanlage. Die Pooltücher gegen eine Kaution an der Rezeption erhältlich.

Frühstück konnte mehr abwechslungsreicher sein ( jeden Tag immer gleiche 2 Sorten Käse, ebenfalls 2 gleiche Sorten Wurst/Schinken). Die Auswahl war nicht schlecht, aber alles jeden Tag dasselbe. Für uns alle leider sind die Matratzen zu hart gewesen. Die sind wirklich sehr, sehr hart. Im Bad gab’s leider kein Kosmetikspiegel mit Vergrößerung. Sonst alles gut.

A szemelyzet nagyon kedves és segitökész. Nagyon tiszta , az àgyak kényelmesek, van mélygarázs ami plusz pont. A belvàros és a tó tényleg pàr perc sétàra van ,talàn egyik legjobb szàllàst talàltuk meg a környéken.

Lage super, ca. 5min in die Stadt und zum Hafen, wo die Schiffe für Tagesausflüge abfahren. Gleich um die Ecke (2 Gehminuten) ein Supermarkt. Auto kann in der Tiefgarage (sehr geräumig) geparkt werden, d.h. Das Auto hat immer die perfekte Temperatur zum fahren. Personal war immer und alle sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit. Pool war warm und für uns völlig ausreichen, sind nur am späten Nachmittag für eine gute Stunde gewesen, da wir sonst viele Ausflüge gemacht haben. Frühstück war sehr gut und man hat alles bekommen, was das Herz begehrt und war mega lecker. Apartment war sehr geräumig, Küche gut ausgestattet und sehr großer Kühlschrank und sogar Tiefkühler. Man hatte genug Ablageflächen im ganzen Apartment, sogar im Bad. Betten war sehr gut und auch die Bettdecken waren kuschelig. Balkon war mit Sitzgelegenheiten ausgestattet und mit Wäscheständer - ich kann dies nur weiter empfehlen.

Excellent location and facilities. First impressions upon arrival were very positive with well kept gardens and entrance. We were greeted at reception by a lovely young lady who made the check-in process fast and simple. She gave us good information on the facilities available and the fact that there was a market in town that same day. Professional, friendly and welcoming. Our room was spotlessly clean and well appointed. I would thoroughly recommend these apartments to both couples and families to use as a strategic base for a holiday in the Lake Garda area. EXCELLENT!

Great hotel in a fabulous location. The rooms are a good size, fairly basic but it has everything you need. The hotel is in a great location for exploring the lake, it is positioned a 10 minute walk from both Desenzano centre and the train station. The underground parking was great and easy to access. The pool was lovely, it was quiet most days, water was on the cool side but it was nice to cool off. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to explore Lake Garda.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Sehr freundliches Ambiente. Wir wollten zwei Tage verlängern, auch das hat das Personal möglich gemacht. Die zudem auch sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend sind. Kann dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Mann konnte von der Tiefgarage mit dem Aufzug direkt in die Unterkunft. Sehr komfortable mit dem Gepäck. Matratzen waren sehr bequem ( nicht so hart ). Frühstück hatten wir nicht gebucht.

A nice spot to reach when arriving by train that is in easy each of the main town and restaurants. The staff were really nice on arrival and we slept well each night.

The apartment felt a little sterile and could maybe do with some more character, but we'd definitely stay here again

Bellissima struttura a cinque minuti a piedi dal centro. Personale gentilissimo e professionale. Siamo rimasti un solo giorno e non abbiamo usufruito della colazione che comunque è possibile fare in una zona comune. È presente anche una piccola piscina molto carina e pulita. Il nostro appartamento era spazioso, pulito e fornito di tutto quello che può necessitare. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti.

Alles sehr schön, Dame an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und charmant. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Die Matratzen waren unbequem. Für diejenigen, die gerne kochen, wäre zu wenig Geschirr da. Uns hat es gereicht.
