这是我在意大利旅游三个城市当中住得环境最好的，管家也很nice，开窗就可以看到海景，大床房，空调凉，环境古香古色，一个拥有百年历史的建筑酒店值得被评价，也希望它越来越好，我的体验是满分的。

엑스트라 라지 더블베드와 더블베드가 예약함. 실제로는 더블베드에 무료 엑스트라 소파베드 줌. 수페리어 더블룸 대신 그냥 더블룸 받은 셈. 리셉션에서 부킹닷컴 번역 오류라고 앵무새처럼 말하고 차액 보상 해줄 수 있는 것은 없다고 함. 총 3인 예약했는데 1인은 여행 내내 소파베드에서 잤음. 베니스를 다시 간다면 메스트레 역 바로 앞 호텔에서 쾌적하게 숙박후 1.5유로 내고 기차로 왕복할 듯. 베니스 마지막 날 메스트레 역 앞 Hotel Plaxx에서 숙박할 때 이곳에서 시내 2박은 실수였음을 깨달음. 호텔까지 짐 들고 걷는 것이 멀고 불편함. 특히 여름에는 이 숙소 비추천. 답글에 대한 수정 : 말의 포인트를 돌리는데, 두개의 큰 침대가 이미지에 제공되었고 수페리어 더블룸에는 싱글베드 사진 첨부가 되어있지 않았음. 웹 사이트에 잘못된 기재에 대한 책임감 없음. 그리고 길이에 대한 불편함을 언급하지 않았음. 소파 폭에 대한 불편함을 언급했음. 현재 룸 제공 옵션을 변경했는데 기존에 제공되었던 옵션 이미지도 첨부함. 밤에 뷰를 기대했으나 맞은편 건물들 불빛을 켜지 않아 어두움만 보임.

The location overlooking the grand canal was excellent. The family room we had for our family of 4 had windows with a direct view of the grand canal and was magical. The location is central with lots of restaurants, bakearies and gekato shops at doorstep, and only 15 min walk to St Marks Square, and similar to Cannaregio. The room was decorated well in venetian style, and had all the comforts. The bathroom was fine with a bathtub and sliding screen which whilst ok for us, might be difficult for some to get in and out. There is a generous communal space where breakfast is served, and gusts can help themselves to water, tea and coffee throughout the stay and a balcony just over the Grad Canal. The lift is quiet small, however a major help to move luggage up and down. I would definately recommend this place just for the location, convenience and amenities.

The room was a tad small for family of 4. With the main bed and sofa bed open, there is only little place to walk around and relax. The floor of this historic building are not flat and slope a bit. Some might say it adds rustic charm, but suitcases tend to roll. Air conditioning was central, and whilst it worked and was perfectly adequate, we would have preferred local temperature contol to set it colder. Wifi is a bit patchy.

We loved our stay at Locanda Ai Santi Apostoli Sul Canal Grande. The hotel has a great staff and an interesting breakfast arrangement. It has a balcony with one of the best views of the Grand Canal. You could even see a partial view of Ponte de Rialto, and the view at evening times was breathtaking! The hotel’s location was indeed as awesome as advertised. It is nestled in a neighborhood where you get a peek of Venetian life, but the surrounding area is also a thoroughfare where most people would pass by on their way to Rialto Bridge. So, there were ample places to eat. We were about a 10-minute walk from Basilica di San Marco and Piazza San Marco, located south of us, and from F’Te Nove A through D docks, slightly northeast of us, where we took the water bus to Murano and Burano islands. There is a water bus station right by the hotel where one could ride in either direction, to Lido Island or Venice Santa Lucia Station and Piazzale Roma (Bus Plaza). It is also walkable (20-25 minutes) from the train or bus stations. We walked from Santa Lucia upon arriving and took the water bus to Piazzale Roma for the ATVO airport express. When we return someday, we would love to stay there again!

Ми з дружиною провели в Locanda Ai Santi Apostoli два чарівні дні, які назавжди залишаться в нашій пам’яті. Готель розташований дуже зручно приблизно 10 хвилин пішки від залізничного вокзалу Santa Lucia. Завдяки детальній інструкції в Booking знайти його було дуже легко, навіть якщо ви вперше у Венеції. Сам готель невеликий лише близько десяти номерів. Завдяки цьому тут панує особлива,тиха, майже домашня атмосфера. Інтер’єр дуже автентичний. З вікон готелю відкривається чудовий вид на канал. Навпроти розташований один із палаців, який можна побачити у фільмі «Турист» із Джонні Деппом та Анджеліною Джолі. Окремі слова подяки хочеться сказати працівниці рецепції Марго. Було дуже приємно зустріти таку доброзичливу та привітну українку, яка завжди зустрічала з посмішкою та була готова допомогти. Сніданки. Усе було дуже смачно, свіже та якісне. Чудова кава, свіжа випічка, хороший вибір продуктів прекрасний початок кожного дня. Обслуговування дякую Марі (якщо правильно запамʼятав). Дуже уважна, ненавʼязлива.

Потрясающее место с восхитительными видами, что сделало наш (двое взрослых и один 11 летний ребенок) отдых ещё более незабываемым и фантастическим!!!! Ночевали всего один день, но виды на Гранд Канал и сама атмосфера отеля оставили самые лучшие впечатления!!!!! Даже без всякой программы можно сидеть и как импрессионисты рассматривать один и тот же восхитительный пейзаж в течении нескольких суток, и вы получите незабываемые эмоции!!!! В этот отел. Уже хочется вернуться, прекрасные завтраки, самый центр, из окна виден знаменитый мост, отличный прием и сервис, можно оставить свой багаж после check out, гостеприимны к собакам, завтрак тоже для Италии достаточно сытный и даже есть gluten-free опции!!!!!! Всем рекомендую!!!!!

I liked the hotel's structure, with an accessible seating area right outside the rooms and yet no noise in the rooms. The front desk ladies were extremely helpful, and communication was also via WhatsApp, which was very convenient. The rooms were well-equipped - I had everything I needed (each room is slightly different - some have a couch, some have a writing desk, so make sure to communicate what you need in advance). Great location - super-central yet quiet, with a private dock in case you wish to take a private water taxi.

I am not sure what to say about the breakfast: on the one hand, it was very generous, you can order a lot of things; on the other hand, it was not of high quality. We all thought it was okay. I must say it was relatively cheap, so it is a good solution for starting the day and eating the "good food" later. My room had a stuffy smell at first, but I got used to it, and it didn't bother me.

Breakfast was awful. Had to order the day before and then everything was put on your table so there was no room. Fruit platter was just whole fruits on a plate. Nothing was appetising, extremely poor for the cost of the stay.

Hotel je preskup s obzirom na ono što nudi te kvalitetu smještaja i samih soba. Soba je uglavnom bila čista, ali je namještaj star i dotrajao, a na pojedinim mjestima vidi se nataložena prljavština koju se očito dugo nije temeljito očistilo. Posebno je neugodan dojam ostavio velik broj ostataka ubijenih komaraca po zidovima. Nije riječ o nekoliko mrlja, već o zaista velikom broju, zbog čega soba djeluje zapušteno i loše održavano. Krevet također nije bio udoban. Madraci su vrlo mekani, stari i već vidljivo ulegnuti. Za hotel ove cjenovne kategorije očekivala bih znatno viši standard smještaja i opreme.

Ottima la posizione, così come il servizio e la colazione. La stanza aveva vista interna al palazzo, ma era ben fornita di tutti i comfort necessari per un breve soggiorno di una notte. Erano presenti anche un bollitore e delle bustine di tè e cioccolata solubile. In frigo anche due bottigliette d'acqua comprese nel costo della stanza. Molto bello il salone centrale con la vista sul Canal Grande. L'esperienza di soggiorno è stata molto positiva.

Не дуже зручне ліжко і дуже жорстка подушка. Кондиціонера не було. Те що вони вважають за кондиціонер - це схоже на звичайну вентиляцію. Але менеджер надала вентилятор, при цьому в нашу відсутність. Просто зайшла в наш номер і підключила вентилятор не попередив нас при цьому. Завтрак слабенький. Яйце варене, ковбаса, сир, круасани, фрукти , сік , чай, кава - це все з чого можна було обрати

Essendo struttura storica ha ovviamente necessità di piccole manutenzioni, ma durante il nostro soggiorno abbiamo visto che stavano facendo dei lavori in altre camere.

This was, without a doubt, the best hotel of our entire trip. The highlight is the absolutely stunning view of the Grand Canal from the shared dining area. Having breakfast or simply enjoying a coffee while looking out over the canal felt like a true Venice experience. The complimentary croissants available throughout the day were delicious. They were simple, but fresh and tasty, and always available in the common area. Tea, coffee, and drinking water were also provided free of charge and without restrictions, which was greatly appreciated. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. It may not be a gourmet restaurant-style breakfast, but there was a wide variety of options and everything you need to start the day before exploring the city. Honestly, I was surprised by some of the reviews criticizing it. We found it excellent. If you are looking for a luxury brunch experience, then perhaps your expectations are different, but for a hotel breakfast it was fantastic. The room was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. Cleanliness is extremely important to us, and we could not find a single issue. The woman at the reception was wonderful. She was welcoming, helpful, and recommended several great places to eat in the city, all of which turned out to be excellent suggestions. The location is perfect. We walked everywhere during our stay and never needed transportation. Everything we wanted to see was easily accessible on foot. What impressed us most was the level of hospitality. During breakfast, we forgot to order something in advance, yet the staff still made sure we received it without any problem. Small gestures like this made us feel genuinely welcome. We are usually very demanding guests, especially when it comes to cleanliness, comfort, and service, but even if I tried, I honestly could not find a single reason to complain about this hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we absolutely loved our stay. Highly recommended.

The staff was nice, the location was great, and the room was a good size and clean.

No air conditioning so it was really, uncomfortably hot

The location and view from the common area were nice, and the staff allowed us to store our luggage until 7 PM after checking out at 11 AM, which was appreciated and gave us more time to enjoy Venice. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience did not justify the high price. The air conditioning was not cold, and the building’s elevator was very small and complicated to operate, with a capacity of only three people. If you need to use the stairs at night, be aware that the area can be very dark, so having a flashlight on your phone is helpful. The room itself felt old and outdated, with some fixtures and picture frames showing signs of wear and deterioration. The shower area had mold on some of the tiles. Breakfast was average and required filling out a menu the day before, with limited choices. The only egg option was boiled eggs, and the fruit was served whole with stickers still attached, which gave the impression that it may not have been washed. This was the final hotel of our Rome–Florence–Venice trip and, unfortunately, also the most expensive. Compared with our other accommodations, it was by far the biggest disappointment and did not meet our expectations or provide good value for the price.

Great location & the hotel entrance and courtyard were rustic and enchanting. Bedroom decorated fine and liked having the use of fridge. Dining room clean and great for photos of the Grand Canal from the balcony windows. Bedding clean and simple and good air con in the room. Pleased to be able to check in earlier than planned. The lady who checked us in was helpful, friendly and gave us answers to couple of questions. The guy on reception was also friendly, smiley and helpful. The younger receptionist on the afternoon of the day we checked out didn’t engage with us at all really and looked totally uninterested in us. Maybe a smile as she said goodbye would have been polite? We also got up and left just a bit before 11 am & hoped to have coffee in the dining area but a team staff meeting seemed to be imminent and when I asked if we could sit to have our courtesy coffee before checking out, one lady looked a bit confused and seemed to have a projector screen on the wall, so we couldn’t sit near the window and felt like we were in their way. Perhaps start the meeting after the guests have all checked out? We felt in the way tbh.

The view is very good.

It is not easy to reach the property. The nearest water boat/bus station is across the Realto bridge around 10 minutes away by foot. The elevator is very small. The doorbell doesn’t have a name. The reception is only available from 8 AM until 8 PM. If you are arriving after 8 PM you will need to email your passport picture through email! Doing this is very unsafe for passport information. Then many hours after the request of me sending the image of the passport, and when I had already left the show I was attending, and missing out, the property told me they have a secure website through which you can upload your passport image--the question is why nobody told me before I left the show I was traveling to see and had only one chance to see it. If I knew this problem existed, I would have either reconsidered staying at the hotel or scheduled my day accordingly. I walked to the hotel and got there at 6:30 to sign in to the hotel. During that night around 8:45 and 10:30 pm I heard two different couples struggling with getting into their hotel room, they were trying the keys and it seemed they were very puzzled and desperate. When I checked the reviews just now I noticed there are reports of difficulty using electronic keys at this hotel, so I was happy that I went there early to check in in person; the last thing I needed after a long day was to get keys that do not work or are difficult to decipher.

Beautiful B&B in a brilliant location in Venice with the view over the Grand Canal from the communal area being just magical. It feltentral but equally slightly away from the crowds. The staff were so helpful and gave us lots of recommendations and tips. We were so glad to have found this hotel.

El desayuno es malísimo. En Italia hay de los mejores quesos y aquí sirven el con menos sabor, croissant de baja calidad, pan mediocre, el jugo no era de naranja fresca. No te dejan servirte ni siquiera un café. El baño tenía hongos? O algo negro como moho

Das Frühstück wird nach Auswahl serviert. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Lage vom Hotel ist gut. Das Hotel befindet sich im 3 Stock, ein kleiner Aufzug ist vorhanden. Wir hatten unsere 3 Touren über Booking.com gebucht und das hat alles toll geklappt.

Das Bad ist in die Jahre gekommen, und die Ablagen, WC Deckel waren sehr locker. Im Bad hätte wir uns mehr Sauberkeit gewünscht. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung.

Ein Gefühl von zu Hause mit Blick auf den Canale Grande! Nur 9 Zimmer im 3. Stock (mit Lift) eines ehrwürdigen venezianischen Gebäudes mit gemütlichem Salon, von dem aus man abends noch mit einer eigenen Flasche Rotwein den herrlichen Ausblick genießen kann (hauseigene Bar gibt es keine, aber Wasser, Tee und Kuchen/ Croissants stehen rund um die Uhr kostenfrei bereitet, jedes Zimmer hat einen kleinen Kühlschrank).

Da gibt es nichts zu erwähnen!

Amazing location close to multiple vaparetto stops and the Rialto Bridge. This made for a great launching off spot for our trip. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean but the bedding and furniture was a little worn. Access, check in, and check out were very easy.

It’s Venice! Breakfast room overlooks the canal! Historic building with terrazzo floors that slope and very easy location- near sights but not overwhelmed by them. There is a lift though it’s tiny! Lots of walking! The staff was kind to me!

Note that there is no 24 hour desk so the virtual might not work. My plane was rerouted and arrival delayed until after midnight and it took another 30 minutes to get in when I was finally able to awaken the on site staff. The breakfast was minimal.

Das einzige, was wirklich schön war, war die Aussicht vom Frühstückszimmer.

Als Stammgast in Venedig war das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis extrem schlecht. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der Rialtobrücke, was vielleicht von Vorteil war. Das Zimmer war klein und mit direktem Blick auf das gegü. liegende Dach und Gitter vor dem Fenster. Man hatte irgendwie eine Alcatras Atmosphäre. Bei 3 gebuchten Übernachtungen hätte ich mir schon ein besseres Zimmer erwartet. In der Dusche machte sich Schimmel breit, die Lampe beim Spiegel hing aus der Fassung heraus und die Armatur war mehr als in die Jahre gekommen. Ein 4 Sterne Hotel sollte anders aussehen. Fürs Frühstück musste man am 1. Tag auswählen was man haben möchte und das wurde dann jeden Tag zum Frühstück serviert. Es war ok, aber wir kennen andere Hotels in Venedig die ein sehr gutes Buffet anbieten …. leider war zu dieser Zeit kein Zimmer mehr frei. Dieses Hotel ist mit dem zugeteilten Zimmer sein Geld nicht wert. Einmal und nie wieder.

Вид из окна на крышу, слышимость когда соседи или персонал заходит или выходит рядом с нашими дверми. Завтрак вкусный, но не удобства, что надо выбрать предыдущий день позиции, которые хочешь на завтрак.

We’ve stayed at this hotel for the third time, and it continues to be our favorite choice for accommodation near the city center and close to the canal. Everything is within easy walking distance, which makes the location absolutely perfect. The hotel itself is a beautifully preserved historic palace full of charm and atmosphere, and we were once again truly impressed by its unique character. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always eager to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would happily return again and highly recommend this wonderful place to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay.

We first stayed here in 2017, when breakfast was served as an excellent buffet with a wide selection and much higher quality. Unfortunately, already last year we were quite surprised by how much the breakfast experience had declined and felt rather outdated. For Italy, the quality of the food served was disappointingly poor. The ham, cheese, butter, jams, and pastries all seemed to be the cheapest possible options, and the coffee was truly disappointing. The staff were clearly trying their best, and we honestly felt sorry for them, as the issue did not seem to be their fault. After a quick breakfast at the hotel, we would definitely recommend enjoying proper coffee and fresh pastries at the wonderful local cafés and bistros nearby instead.
