Extremely small rooms. They offer it for 4 adults. They should specify they would be all grouped in a small space. There is no refrigerator or coffee maker.The shower is very slippery and uncomfortable without a safety bar to hold. They require the “city fee” in cash.

THE BEST PLACE IF YOU WANT TO SEE VENICE. THE STAFF IS AMAZING, THE RECEPTION MANAGER NESS WAS VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. ALL THE STAFF WENT FAR AND ABOVE OUR EXPECTATIONS, THEY BOOKED OUR DINNER TO THE BEST RESTAURANT, THEY HELPED US WITH OUR LUGGAGES AND ALWYA GREET YOU WITH THEIR SMILING FACES.

WELL, WE KNOW THERE'S NO LIFT IN VENICE, SO THE STAIRS WE HAVE STRUGGLED. BUT NESS NAD HER HUSBAND LEX HELPED TO CARRY THEM BACK DOWNSTAIRS WHEN WE LEFT. AND THE OWNER POPPY, HE WAITED FOR US TO GET TO THE HOTEL WHICH IS AFTER OFFICE HOURS AND HELPED US CARRY THE LUGGAGES UPSTAIRS. THE SERVICE IS EXCEPTIONAL

Läget på boendet var väldigt bra, mycket var på gångavstånd och vi hade nära till allt. Rummet var rymligt och kändes fräscht.

När vi kom in på rummet så försökte jag tända lampan. Lampan sprack och det gnistrade till och elen gick. Personal kom och åtgärdade det smidigt men bemötandet var udda. Han vägrade tro att lampan sprack av att jag satte på den utan menade på att jag skulle ha gjort något. Gav upp tillslut då han vägrade tro mig. Sedan visade jag han att det var en pöl av vatten på golvet men han sa inget om det och gick. När jag sedan satte på ACn förstod jag var vattnet kom ifrån då den läckte ganska mycket. Med tanke på det tidigare bemötandet och att vi bara skulle vara där i 1 natt valde jag att sätta en handduk under och inte tillkalla personal igen. Väldigt udda och tråkigt bemötande faktiskt.

We had a wonderful stay at Residenza Goldoni. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Venice and within easy walking distance of the major attractions, restaurants, and shops. What truly made our experience special was the exceptional hospitality. The hotel manager was incredibly helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist with recommendations and any questions we had. The owner was equally welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing everything we needed for a pleasant visit. The warm and personal service made us feel genuinely valued as guests. We highly recommend Residenza Goldoni to anyone visiting Venice and would happily stay here again. Thank you to the manager and owner for making our trip so memorable!

E stato il soggiorno più terribile mai avuto !!! La signora della reception si è comportata molto ma molto maleducata nel momento del check-in e anche durante il Soggiorno , e stato uno stress infinito , disturbata sempre con dei messagi con delle regole senza senso !!! E stato un viaggio di lavoro in qui la sera dovevo tornare nella stanza e riposare e al mattino alzarmi tranquilla senza mille messagi di mille regole senza senso !!! Il Frigo non esiste nella stanza !!! Le pulizie giornaliere non sono state fate !!!! Come lasciavo la stanza così la trovavo alla sera !!!! Un incubo totale questo soffio!!!! Quando Ho fatto il check in mi a fato pagare la tassa di soggiorno ma nn la stanza , io Pensando che pagherò al check out se non a chiesto lei niente , dopodiché è uscita dal Albergo ed è venuta al Bar dove facevo colazione con gli amici ad urlare di tornare indietro perché nn avevo pagato il Soggiorno !!! Non mi era mai successo una cosa del genere !!! Sembrava quasi di dare fastidio dorimire lì dentro dopo aver pagato anche non pocco per il soggiorno !!!!la stanza sporchissima , non c’èrano gli asciugamani per il viso !!! Disponibilità zero !!

Quiet and extremely comfortable stay, the room was spacious and clean and the temperature control was great, including new floors and updated bathroom amenities, not a common feature in Venice!

La connessione internet non era stabile e la tv non riusciva a connettersi alle piattaforme streaming. Inoltre, la notte era molto caldo, ma lo split del condizionatore era puntato proprio verso il letto ( ed era anche un pò rumoroso).

We were extremely disappointed with our stay at Residenza Goldoni and unfortunately would not recommend it. We knew before booking that the property had stairs. However, the property specifically stated online that although there was no lift, someone would be available to assist guests with their luggage. This was important to us when making the booking. When we arrived and asked about assistance with our luggage, the man we dealt with was extremely rude and tried to deny that the property had ever stated that assistance would be provided. I eventually had to pull up the listing on my phone and physically show him where it said this. Only after being shown proof did he acknowledge it. The issue was never that we weren’t aware of the stairs the issue was that we booked based on the information they provided and then they tried to deny that information when we arrived. His attitude throughout the interaction made the situation considerably worse. Rather than simply explaining the situation or trying to help, he was dismissive and rude, and we felt extremely unwelcome. This is not the level of customer service we expected from an accommodation provider. The room itself was also disappointing. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and we did not sleep well, which made an already unpleasant experience worse. We ultimately decided we did not want to continue our stay and went to a different hotel after one day. The stairs themselves would not have warranted this review because we knew about them beforehand. It was the failure to provide the advertised assistance, the attempt to deny what was clearly written on their own listing, the way we were spoken to, and the uncomfortable accommodation that made our experience so disappointing. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not stay here again or recommend it to others.

Muy amables en recepción. Las instalaciones son algo antiguas pero muy bien cuidadas y limpias; con aire acondicionado y aíslan bien el ruido de fuera. Su ubicación perfecta. Sin duda, lo tenemos entre nuestros favoritos para una próxima ocasión.

Сподобалось абсолютно все, кондиціонер працював відмінно. Особливо складає враження інтерʼєр, я була в захваті адже саме цього і очікувала від оселі у Венеції. Круте місцерозташування, особиста ванна кімната, всі зручності які необхідні:фен для волосся, електричний чайник, є телевізор і що було важливо особисто для мене достатньо розеток: 1 у ванній кімнаті, 2 для вільного користування в кімнаті ( а якщо не користуватися настільною лампою та телевізором , взагалі 4 що дуже зручно якщо подорожувати у двох , виходить кожному по розетці на телефон і павербанк))

Не працювала сушарка, лише це викликало незначний дискомфорт. Випрана білизна та полотенця не висихали у прохолодному номері за ніч. І ще це вже особисте моє побажання, незнаю наскільки воно доречне, у шаіфбула додаткова подушка а ковдри не було. ( у шафі було достатньо місця тому надаю вона б не була зайвою)Для мене це був мінус, я з тих людей які без ковдри довго не можуть заснути і не почуваються комфортно.Я впевнена що на рецепції мені б допомогли вирішити це питання, але у мене не вистачало часу я дуже рано виходила з номеру і дуже пізно поверталася, тому вкривалась покривалом)))

La situation géographique, proche du pont Rialto, du concert Vivaldi, des gondoles, et a 5 8 min de la place St Marc. La literie et la climatisation était trés bien. Arrivée tardive possible.

Le petit dejeuner est trés léger, le croissant n'etait pas croustillant mais tout mou et rechauffé. Un yaourt au citron et un petit lu, café et jus d'orange.

On the 4th floor the room was very light and noise insulated. Without the minor mosquito annoyance it was easy to stay asleep.

The shower was almost unusable as it constantly splashed into the bathroom (as the shower screen had been partially removed/not replaced). The whole bathroom had to be mopped after each shower to remain safe. The check in was corteous but uncomfortably profit aware. We were allowed to check in 1/2 hour early (despite the room being ready at least an hour earlier than that). We were made very aware that this was a favour as it was done without charge.

Quarto escuro, ar condicionado não estava funcionando muito bem, as x deu umas falhadas. Conforme já mencionado pela acomodação não tem elevador, mas demos sorte de ficar no primeiro andar. Frigobar faz falta, ainda mais no calor.

Das kleine Hotel liegt nur wenige Minuten von der Rialto-Brücke entfernt, man kann also wunderbar zu Fuß die Altstadt erkunden und hat die Vaporetto-Haltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Hotel liegt zwar sehr zentral, unser Zimmer im 4. Stock war aber sehr ruhig. Die kleine Terrasse haben besonders abends sehr gern genutzt.

Insgesamt machte das Zimmer einen abgewohnten Eindruck. Die ehemals goldenen Wandbezüge waren fleckig und grau. Die Klimaanlage war kaputt, sodass das Kondenswasser in Strömen an den Wänden herunterlief.

Perfekte Lage um Venedig zu entdecken! Nahe am Anleger Rialto, von wo man schnell das Parkhaus am Ortseingang erreicht.

Ottima accoglienza e posizione pulizia e letto comodo camera piano alto e silenziosa bollitore in camera. Reception non 24/24 ma ti viene lasciata la chiave con badge magnetico per l accesso.

Trattandosi di palazzi storici ovviamente bisogna aspettarsi rampe di scale ripide. La porta del bagno ha bisogno di una bella riverniciata.

Merdivenleri aşırı dik, çalışan aşırı ilgisiz ve günlük nevresim değişimi için 15 Euro aldı .ilk gün check-in sırasında Şehir vergisi verdim herhangi bir dökuman vermedi , sadece rezervasyonunuzu gostermeniz yeterli dedi bir kaç saat sonra rezervasyonu iptal etti . Bir tane polise denk gelmiş olsaydım kesinlikle yeniden ödeme yapmam gerekecekti . Even though I have a baby, they put me on the 3rd floor, and there’s no elevator. The stairs are extremely steep, the staff is extremely unhelpful, and they charged me 15 euros for a daily bed linen change. On the first day, during check-in, I paid the city tax, but they didn’t give me any receipt—they just said showing my reservation was enough. A few hours later, they canceled the reservation. If I had run into a police officer, I definitely would have had to pay again.

Al estar en pleno centro histórico, puede haber algo de movimiento en las calles durante el día, algo completamente normal en una ciudad tan viva como Venecia.

La ubicación es su punto fuerte por encima de todo. Está muy cerca de Rialto y la plaza San Marco. Somos una familia y las camas estaban muy bien ubicadas. Con una buena climatización. En la recepción nos guardaron el equipaje sin problema el día de la salida.

Nos tocó el tercer piso, con escaleras muy empinadas y sin ascensor. Si llevas equipaje voluminoso o muy pesado, es un poco molesto. La habitación tenía una pequeña gotera, creemos que debido al aire acondicionado. Que tuvimos que comunicar en la salida de la mañana siguiente ya que no había nadie en la recepción a nuestra llegada para comentarlo y que nos diesen una solución. Por suerte no estaba en la zona de las camas.

The city itself is extraordinary, but unfortunately many tourists behaved in a disrespectful and inconsiderate way, which took away from the overall experience. Venice deserves visitors who appreciate its history, culture, and unique character.

Small rooms with very small showers- we understand that. Turning off the a/c when client leaves the room for an hour - BAD. They knew that for a full day, water and power were being turned off and didn’t notify us and didn’t even offer to provide a bottle of water. Couldn’t flush toilets or brush teeth, etc. I notified them after 2 days that nobody had come to make up room or provide towels and they told me someone had already done it - I was in the room as proof. Putting older people on the fourth floor, even they had trouble helping us get up there with our bags - difficult. No fridges in rooms

62 steps to our room in the attic. We are both over 70. Hauling our luggage up the very steep and narrow stairs in the un-air conditioned space was awful. No help was available. The desk clerk was surly, rude and argumentative. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. We were without power and water from 8am to 4pm one day. The shower went from scalding hot to very cold and back continuously and to step out of the way of the scalding water required stepping onto a very slippery section of the bath/shower combo. Ant infestation in the bathroom and next to the bed. They replace the towels every two days, but don’t offer enough places to hang them so they dry thoroughly. Worst hotel and customer service experience I’ve ever had in 50 years of traveling.
