Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Non è facile valutare questo hotel perchè è la depandance dell'Hotel Gruner Baum. La struttura è carina, ma non all'altezza dell'hotel principale, presso cui bisogna recarsi per usufruire dei vari servizi, esclusa la prima colazione a buffet, che ho trovato abbondante e con una certa varietà. Ho apprezzato sicuramente la posizione tranquilla, immersa nel verde e vicinissima al centro storico. Un'altra cosa che ho molto apprezzato è stato il Bozen Sudtirol Guest Pass, che è comodissimo perché consente di prendere gratuitamente tutti i mezzi di trasporto (treni, autobus, funivia, etc.) in tutta la regione e di accedere gratuitamente a diverse attrazioni come l'Abbazia di Novacella (imperdibile), il Museo Diocesano e il Museo della Farmacia.
A parte la prima colazione, tutti gli altri servizi sono offerti presso il Gruner Baum, inclusa la reception e il ristorante, dove peraltro ho cenato benissimo. L'hotel Gasser è in stile retrò e potrebbe non piacere a tutti. I bagni sarebbero da ristrutturare. Le luci principali della mia stanza non funzionavano e ho dovuto accendere una piantana e la lampada sul comodino. Una cameriera ha provato ad entrare in camera per fare le pulizie senza neanche bussare. A fronte di tutto questo, mi sento di dire che il prezzo è eccessivo e che le quattro stelle forse non sono del tutto meritate (per l'hotel Gasser, non per il Gruner Baum). Inoltre, ho trovato pericolosi i tratti di strada senza marciapiede che è necessario percorrere per andare dalla fermata dell'autobus all'hotel Gasser e da questo hotel al Gruner Baum o al centro.

Arriveren met de auto: het is niet duidelijk aangegeven waar je de auto kunt parkeren; de logische plek daarvoor is gereserveerd voor bussen (zie foto’s); het is echter eenrichtingsverkeer en best druk, dus als je te ver rijdt, moet je weer 10 mins omrijden door het hele centrum. Dit kan echt beter!

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026The location was excellent. The room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was excellent. It was one of the best breakfasts I ever had in a hotel. There was so much variety and everything was fresh.
Air con would be good. Ther biggest problem I had was that there are no cover sheets. There is a very heavy doona that I wouldn't even like in winter, let alone in middle of a very hot summer. I couldn't find any staff member first thing in the morning, middle of the day or in the evening to ask for a cover sheet. First night I hardly slept. Second night, I took doona cover and used it as cover sheet, but it was too narrow and kept sliding off me. So, I didn't get good nights sleep on either of the 2 nights.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und auch am nächsten Morgen, als die Situation mit dem Auto noch nicht geklärt war, bestens und empathisch unterstützt. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich. Die Poollandschaft ließ uns den Stress vergessen und wir konnten das Beste aus der Situation machen. Tausend Dank an das Personal. Absolute Empfehlung! Brixen an sich ist auch fabelhaft!

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026C’ero già stato alcuni anni fa. Personalmente l’ho trovata peggiorata. Un quattro stelle non può non avere l’aria condizionata considerato che andiamo sempre verso estati più calde. Ha bisogno di una radicale ristrutturazione.
Le camere lasciano a desiderare, infissi rotti,la moquette e’ datata e lascia un odore poco gradevole. Mobilio scadente.

Dovendo lavorare al PC fino a tardi avrei apprezzato la presenza in stanza di un bollitore elettrico per poter chiudere la serata con una tisana calda.

Der Fernseher hatte keine ausreichende Verbindung, aber dank WLAN konnte ich die Sendung auf dem Rechner anschauen.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026Stayed here for 3 nights. Two of the days I had super early mornings, way before the breakfast buffet is ready. The staff members were extremely kind to prepare me take-away breakfast at 5am. Really appreciate their gesture. Overall, room was worth the money too, for the single room, the bathroom was very big, overall was very comfortable.
It is a boutique hotel, do expect some queaky noise from the floor. But overall, superb worth the money and this small fallbacks could be disregarded.

Il bagno è molto piccolo, aveva anche qualche malfunzioanmento, (ma quello può essere una sfortunata coincidenza), inadequato per la cifra pagata e lo standard dichairato la colazione della domenica molto poco curata, sopratutro rispetto a quella del giorno prima.

Wir wurden leider eher genervt empfangen. Das Zimmer, vor allem jedoch das Bad, waren nicht sehr sauber. Insgesamt ist das Haus sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Dies könnte auch seinen Charme haben, wirkt hier jedoch eher als hätte man seit 20 Jahren keinerlei Investition gemacht. Preis-Leistung stimmen leider überhaupt nicht überein.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura attratto dalle 4 stelle, ma la realtà è stata ben diversa. L'accoglienza è stata fredda: il receptionist si è dimostrato scortese e decisamente troppo frettoloso. La prima nota dolente è stata la sistemazione: siamo stati alloggiati in quella che la struttura definisce "dependance", una soluzione che è sembrata più che altro un modo per isolare gli ospiti in un contesto inferiore. La camera ha confermato il totale disallineamento con la categoria dell'hotel: l'arredamento è rimasto fermo agli anni '60, con un fasto ormai decaduto e decisamente datato. Nota di grande demerito per i servizi in stanza: l'aria condizionata era assente (sostituita da un semplice ventilatore da tavolo), il frigobar era fuori uso e il bagno era persino privo di bidet. A coronare l'esperienza negativa è stata la colazione, assolutamente non all'altezza di un hotel a 4 stelle. La varietà e la qualità dell'offerta erano più vicine a quelle di un modesto B&B che a quelle di una struttura di questo livello.

Sauber, aber Einrichtung doch in die Jahre gekommen.

Reviewed Mar 29, 2026Die idyllische Lage des Hotels und seine Nähe zum Zentrum sind wundervoll. Das Frühstück war zufriedenstellend, besonders der Entsafter - eine tolle Idee.
Die Ausstattung unseres Zimmers ist in die Jahre gekommen und die Dielen lassen bei jedem Schritt den Schrank knurren. Unpassend bis unheimlich war es , als heute Morgen um 7.30 Uhr jemand unser Zimmer geöffnet hat 😳🥺😞, aber zum Glück dann auch gleich wieder verschwunden ist.

Reviewed Mar 11, 2026Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Altstadt von Brixen. Die Ausstattung des Hotels mit Pools, Spa und Fitness Raum sind wirklich beeindruckend. Frühstück sehr umfangreich und extrem lecker. Halbpension bitte unbedingt in Erwägung ziehen, das Abendessen sollte man sich nicht entgehen lassen. Insgesamt eine sehr gemütliche Atposphäre und ein nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Ich war da nicht zum letzten mal.
