Mein Bett,aber das konnte man verschmerzen.

SEhr schöne Lage, direkt m Fluss und der Altstadt.

Das Hotelzimmer war schwer zu finden. Die Gänge dorthin waren wie ein Labyrinth. Die Flure - in der unteren Etage hatten schon bessere Tage gesehen.

Wellnessbereich mit Outdoorpool schließt schon um 19.30 (nach einer langen Tageswanderung bleibt da nicht mehr viel Zeit), teilweise etwas abgewohnt und in die Jahre gekommen, gratis Hotelparkplätze schwierig zu befahren (sehr enge Parkfläche)

Colazione ottima, ristorante molto buono, il buffet dei dolci era spaziale. La posizione è comodissima, proprio in centro. Piscina interna che apre alle 6 piccola ma molto accogliente!

The location was convenient to the bus stop. Nothing particularly stood out as exceptional. Our room was dated and stodgy. The property seems to have several different decoy styles, so maybe other rooms are updated.

Staff was aloof. Breakfast was just so so. They need better coffee. The machine kept breaking down.

Die Lage, deswegen habe ich wieder mal den Grünen Baum gebucht und natürlich der schön angelegte Garten mit Außenpool

Ich war gleich beim Check-In das erste Mal bedient, weil die Rezeptionistin wirklich sehr!! unfreundlich war, das kenne ich aus diesem Hotel nicht. Unser Zimmer war alt und dafür war der Preis zu hoch. Ich bin regelmäßig in Brixen und habe mittlerweile auch andere Hotels kennengelernt und werde sicherlich nicht mehr im Grünen Baum übernachten Ich möchte aber noch hervorheben, daß das Personal beim Frühstück sehr freundlich und bemüht war.

War alles ( was wir in der kurzen Zeit nutzen konnten) super. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war hervorragend, alles da was man sich wünscht. Unser Zimmer war wirklich schön und komfortabel, nichts zu meckern. Parkmöglichkeit ( auch in der Garage) war vorhanden, hell und sauber. Der Aufpreis ist ok. Die Lage perfekt zur Innenstadt, alles zu Fuß erreichbar… Wellness Bereich wird beim nächsten Besuch getestet…

Ein kleines Zimmer das gefühlt die letzten 30 Jahre keine Renovierung bekommen hat . Das Personal war, bis auf die freundliche Kaffeefrau und dem ausländischen Zimmerputzpersonal muffig und unfreundlich . Vielleicht war das Zimmer so schlecht weil wir mit kleinem Hund angereist waren. Jedoch erwarte ich für über 200€ die Nacht etwas besseres . .

Great location and just a few minutes walk to the centre of the beautiful town. Lovely hotel and our Junior Suite double room was lovely with a balcony overlooking the historic town. Breakfast was good with a wide selection of hot (although limited) and cold food. The indoor pool and new wellness centre was stunning and a real gem, nestled into the hill with views across the town. Some limited free parking outside the hotel.

Sometimes a little confusing to find your way around the hotel. Having to pay an additional fee for use of the garage parking.

Supertolles Frühstück mit leckeren Broten und Gebäck, reicher Auswahl an frischen Früchten, frischer Obstsalat, Fleisch und Käse, Gemüse, Müesli und Eierspeisen und süssen Gebäcken. Und frischer Apfel-Karotten Ingwersaft! Leckere und preisgünstige Mittagsmenus. Sehr freundliche Bedienung.

Die Teppiche und ein Teil des Mobiliars müssten erneuert werden.

Ottima posizione strategica, praticamente nel centro di Bressanone e molto comoda per visitare la città a piedi. Staff cordiale, disponibile e professionale. Sicuramente apprezzabili anche i servizi della struttura, in particolare piscina e idromassaggio, piacevoli per rilassarsi dopo una giornata fuori.

I parcheggi disponibili sono davvero molto limitati e, per avere la certezza di un posto auto, è necessario pagare un supplemento di 11,50 € al giorno. La colazione è abbondante e varia, ma la qualità di caffè e cappuccini è decisamente insufficiente per una struttura di questa categoria. Anche il menù della cena, a mio avviso, non è all'altezza di un hotel 4 stelle. La camera era piuttosto piccola e non c'era nemmeno una bottiglietta d'acqua di benvenuto (3,20 € una bottiglia da 0,75cl) e soprattutto ho trovato poco accettabile, per un 4 stelle, l'assenza di una vera doccia: nel nostro bagno era presente soltanto una vasca adattata a doccia, poco pratica e anche scivolosa. Considerando inoltre un costo complessivo di circa 1.580 € per sei notti, ritengo che il rapporto qualità-prezzo non sia adeguato. Nel complesso assegno comunque una sufficienza, soprattutto grazie alla posizione, alla cordialità dello staff e ai servizi, ma ci sono diversi aspetti da migliorare per essere realmente all'altezza della categoria e del prezzo richiesto.

Zimmer etwas älter ausgestattet. Toilettenspülung sehr laut. Duschkopf hat nicht in der Halterung gehalten. Duschen war dann schon sehr umständlich.

淋浴间的下水管道半堵状态，洗完澡水都快溢出房间了。找客房服务给了我们几条浴巾自己擦水。

Ik had een kamer voor 1 persoon. Die was wat klein maar eigenlijk voldoende. De prijs voor zo een kleinere kamer is misschien wat hoog maar een van de beste hotels qua faciliteiten. Verschillende zwembaden en leuke wellness. Verschillende dingen voor kinderen zoals kleine muur om te klimmen, kicker, speelplek, enzvrt. Geen extra betaling daarvoor. Het complex is wel een labyrinth. Voor ik het buitenzwembad vond had ik eerst de wellness gevonden en daar wat blijven plakken. Airco. Proper. Veilige buurt. Mooi klein stadje. Heel kleine parking voor de deur. Gratis. Ik had geluk en had plaats. Er is ook nog een betalende parking achterin. Vriendelijk personeel. Goed ontbijt. Kortom heel goed.

Wat langs de dure kant. Kamer niet speciaal maar echt wel ok voor een 2 of 3tal nachten. Wat verouderd maar dat is niet echt een probleem. Het is ook een historisch gebouw.

La colazione ricca e varia , l'area pool esterna curata e le piscine interne. L'acqua esterna era leggermente riscaldata temperatura ideale per rilassarsi.

La moquette nei corridoi ma soprattutto in palestra non ci deve essere, non solo per una questione di igiene ma anche di sicurezza, inoltre in palestra le bottiglie d'acqua in dotazione non avevano il tappo sigillato , un dispencer d'acqua come quella in aera welness sarebbe stato più pratico e affidabile. Il primo giorno si fa fatica a capire come recarsi dalla camera alla spa zona pool welness area esterna e viceversa ,il tragitto è piuttosto lungo , forse basterebbero indicazioni più chiare e visibili soprattutto nelle scale e ascensori. In camera manca purtroppo un bollitore e il frigo bar potrebbe essere fornito con il minimo necessario di bibite e snack a pagamento mentre l'acqua almeno un paio di bottigliette da mezzo litro dovrebbero essere gratuite come dono di benvenuto, lo fanno anche nei modesti b&b, poi magari le successive a richiesta a pagamento, però insomma cosi mi è sembrato un servizio abbastanza scarno .

Hotel caratteristico a due passi dal centro e di fronte al ponte dell'Aquila dotato di tutti i comfort. Stanza comodissima con divano e affaccio sulla città. Spa e piscina bellissime con giardino distribuito in varie aree, piacevoli soprattutto le varie stanze relax riscaldate e con un bellissimo panorama. Ciò che ci ha colpito di piu il cibo ottimo, materie prime fresche e piatti eccellenti. Staff e personale gentilissimo e disponibile ad ogni richiesta.

Krásný pokoj, objednávali jsme dva pokoje na poslední chvíli, bylo pro nas milým překvapením, že nám vyšli vstříct a pokoje byly blízko sebe… Bazén krytý i venkovní je bezvadný - funguje do 19:30h, je možnost se přesunout do menšího staršího, ale na plavání voda akorát.

Het zwembad was een goede temperatuur, het is heel dichtbij het centrum dus dat is leuk. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid. Het personeel was echt super aardig en behulpzaam!

De tafels bij het hotel waren heel dicht op elkaar bij het ontbijt, dus oogt erg druk. Verder is het hotel wat verouderd, maar is het nieuwe zwembadgedeelte heel mooi

Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig! Die Lage ist auf Grund der Nähe zum Zentrum ebenfalls toll. Das Zimmer war eine Zumutung.

Die Austattung von Zimmer hat den Preis/Leistungsverhältnis nicht entsprochen! Was aber am meisten gestört hat, waren die lauten Nebengeräusche, welche die Klimaanlage verursacht hat. Eine schlaflose Nacht war das Resultat. Das Parken im Innenhof ist eine Klasse für sich, -solch eingeengte Verhältnisse erlebt man nur sehr selten. Die Hin- und Abfahrt bereitet einen schon alleine wegen dem sehr engen Torbogen große Bauchschmerzen!

This hotel is in an outstanding position right on the edge of the 'old town'. it's a bit of a rabbit warren so make sure you enter through the actual front door (the navigation on their directions leads you to the side of the hotel and if you enter there, you're going to be confused!). There's spa facilities, pool etc (we didn't use) and a plentiful breakfast. Room was a good size also.

Location is perfect. The breakfast was first class for quality food and the staff were vert helpful and they made sure you had everything you wanted. The rooms had an olde world charm.

We were hiking the Alta Via 2 for two weeks and we wanted to leave our car in their car park. We were staying in the hotel the night before and the night after the hike. We confirmed this request thru email and were willing pay the cost per night. On arriving we asked about the parking, but were told it was not possible, even though we were willing to pay. We were leaving for the hike the next day so we did not have much time to arrange alternative parking. It was very stressful. Their car park was not full or anywhere near it. It was very disappointing.

Der Pool war sehr schön

Als Booking.com Kunde bekommt man definitiv die schlechtesten Zimmer, die nicht renoviert sind. Beim Einchecken hat man sich nicht mal die Mühe gemacht, etwas über das Hotel zu erzählen oder was könnte man so alles machen könnte. Die Bademäntel und Handtücher waren vergilbt und mit Flecken. Frühstück verstehe ich nicht, das viele Leute kommentiert haben, es wäre sehr gut. Es ist eins der schlechtesten Frühstück, was ich bis jetzt gesehen habe: Riesenplatten mit Wurst, Käse etc. lieblos draufgelegt. Keine warmen Speisen außer überkochtes Rührei. Alles in allem ist es sehr fraglich welcher Preis hier pro Nacht verlangt wird.

Breakfast and related service was good quality.

Check in was a train wreck. There are two locations. My bags were dropped at 10:00 a.m. at one location and I informed the desk through the booking app. However my reservation, unbeknownst to me, was at the other location. The booking Desk didn't pay attention that they did not have my bags. After my hike I checked in at 9:00 p.m. and had to track down my bags myself. Then when I got to see the room I didn't recall that I had booked a twin bed. I returned to the desk to ask if there was a mistake and I was met with snide hostility. When I saw that there was no productive way to talk to this person I walked away and she continued to yell my name three times as I walked down the hall .Very unprofessional. I had also been given directions to walk to the second elevator to find my room. I was exhausted and those directions were not nearly effective. It would have been more clear to be directed to read the on-screen monitors and that the elevator was over 70 m away.

Breakfast was great. Location close to downtown great.

Paulina was very unfriendly and unhelpful. She should not be working at the check-in desk. Parking was difficult - we were fortunate enough to snag a spot. Overall, the hotel was way too big for my taste.

Das Zimmer war groß und geräumig mit tollem Ausblick vom Balkon auf Brixen. Die Lage an der Adlerbrücke ist nah am Zentrum von Brixen. Auch der Hotel-Pool war toll. Gerne wieder.

Mein Zimmer im ersten Stock war nicht gut...kaum Luft, da ein Enzimmer.....die Klimaanlage konnte das nicht retten. Das man dazu in einem so kleinen Badezimmer (Waschbecken dazu extra im Zimmer) ein Bidet vor der Dusche, ist ehrlich gesagt komplett daneben. Das Zimmer entspricht nicht der Qualität des Hotels.

Die Lage

Die Ausstattung spiegelt alle möglichen Style wieder. Vieles davon ist überflüssig und sorgt dafür, dass man sich kaum mehr bewegen kann. Bitte mal einige Container bestellen

Sehr gute Lage nahe der Fußgängerzone, sauberes Hotel, gutes Frühstück mit frischen Lebensmitteln, Gartenpool ist sehr nett. Mitarbeiter nett und hilfsbereit Grundsätzlich ein gutes Hotel

Das Hotel ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, Zimmereinrichtung alt (aber sauber!), Teppichböden abgenutzt und die Einrichtung in den allgemeinen Bereichen fühlt sich "zusammengestückelt" an (Ausnahme ist der obere Wellnessbereich) Dafür war der Preis einfach viel zu abgehoben. Erst nach einer Renovierung wäre dieser wieder angepasst.

Schlechtes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis für die Junior Suite. Beim Check In 2min das nötigste abgefragt,Karte ausgehändigt und "Tschüss".

Frühstück: sehr reichhaltig, auch Saft zum Selberpressen Lage: fussläufig zur Stadt, leider an einer sehr befahrenen Strasse Zimmer: Ausstattung und Bad perfekt, schöner Balkon, leider zur Strasse hin Wellness: schön gelegener Aussenpool, leider umständlich zu erreichen

Das Hotel ist sehr unübersichtlich, da offensichtlich ständig erweitert wurde. Die Wegweisung zum Aussenpool ist nicht ausreichend, um Verirrungen zu vermeiden. So schön das Zimmer mit dem Balkon zur Stadtseite ist, so schlecht war die Geräuschbelästigung bis spät abends und auch früh morgens durch den Verkehr.

Die Zimmer Richtung Fluss sind sehr laut und warm

Die Lage des Hotels war super. Nur 5 Minuten zum Stadtkern. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig. Die Zimmer waren sauber und groß.

Das Hotel ist sehr verwinkelt. Die Zufahrt nicht ganz leicht zu finden. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind etwas begrenzt. Die Tiefgarage kostet extra.
