I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel has a lot of character and feels genuinely welcoming rather than impersonal. My room was beautiful, comfortable and exactly what I needed after long days exploring the Dolomites. I especially appreciated being able to relax properly in the evening after all the walking. The atmosphere is peaceful, the staff are lovely, and the location is perfect for discovering the area. I felt very comfortable here and I’d be very happy to come back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Adler Historic Guest house. I loved being in the heart of the historic district, but it did make finding the hotel and parking a little confusing. Once we confirmed you actually need to drive over what appears to be a pedestrian bridge, we had no issues finding the hotel and checking in. Our room was clean, spacious, and nicely appointed. The breakfast was extensive and tasty. But our favorite feature was the rooftop pool with a lovely view of the Weißer Turm (White Tower) and Brixen Cathedral. Our only regret was we did not have a longer stay and the opportunity to explore Brixon and the surrounding vineyards and castles. The hotel graciously accommodated my wife’s gluten-free restriction with many nice options.

Das Frühstück war großartig und hob sich von vielen anderen Hotels unserer Rundreise in Qualität und Quantität hervor. Frisch gepresster O-Saft ist hier ein Beispiel. Gibt es nämlich nur noch sehr selten. Eierspeisen, die man sich bestellen kann, sind ebenfalls sehr gut zubereitet. Auch der Service für die Hotelgarage klappte einwandfrei, so dass sowohl An- wie Abreise perfekt waren. Unser Zimmer hatte eine gemütliche Sitzfläche in einem Erker mit 3 Fenstern mit Blick in die Altstadtgasse, die wir gerne genutzt haben.

Die Klimaanlage stößt bei sommerlicher Hitze schnell an ihre Grenzen.

Unglaublich freundlichen, zuvorkommendes und hilfreiches Personal, wirklich toll! Darüber stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr zentral gelegen mit Parkservice, alles sehr sauber und modern, tolles Frühstück und und und... Große Weiterempfehlung!

Geräumiges Zimmer mit sehr bequemem Bett, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück mit viel Auswahl, freundlicher Service, beste Lage: an der Brücke beim Hotel beginnen mehrere Wanderwege, die in die Weinberge führen, zugleich ist man nur wenige Minuten vom Hauptplatz entfernt. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es mehrere sehr gute Restaurants.

הכל. מלון מושלם, החדר מהמם ומרווח, ארוחת בוקר הכי טובה שהייתי בה. הבריכה והספא מעולים. השירות היה מעל ומעבר, אנחנו שומרי שבת ודאגו להגיע לפתוח לנו את החדר כל פעם שביקשנו כי לא היה מפתח ואפילו הדפיסו לנו את הכרטיס כניסה למוזיאון.

(Achtung: Für Schwimmer ungeeignet, nur zum Entspannen bzw. nach der Sauna.) 3. From a frequent international traveler’s point of view, this hotel ranks as one of the highest. Recommended for superb experience. What makes it so - is first and foremost, Marika serving at the front desk. Going way beyond the call of duty. She gave smiling advice with nothing too much to ask. The rooms are simply beautiful. The amenities perfect and the breakfast service tasty and eloquent.

There was no desk in the room despite having plenty of empty floor space to put one. Pillows were large, flat, soft, and uncomfortable. The riverside path was right outside my window so had to keep the curtains closed all the time.

Everything! This hotel was absolutely amazing. I would give it 5 stars without hesitation. I honestly can’t imagine many 5-star hotels in Europe offering this level of service. During our 20-day trip, we stayed in several places, but our 4-night stay here in the Dolomites was by far the highlight. The hotel was beautiful, exceptionally clean, incredibly comfortable, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The staff were warm, professional, and made us feel truly welcome. This was the best property we stayed at on our entire trip, and I would happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting the Dolomites.

None - only 1 thing that they should keep there spa time from morning to night.

das Frühstück ist vielseitig und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Extras kann man auf Wunsch dazu bestellen. Toll. Die Zeiten finde ich als Langschläfer auch hervorragend. Die kleine Pool Terrasse ist ein schöner Rückzugsort und dass Spa mit den Ruheräumen- herrlich.

Ich hätte gerne noch mehr Schattenspender- Sonnenschirme/Segel, da es aucf dieser super schönen Terrasse ganz schön heiss wird.

Das Design und die Atmosphäre des Hotels hat mich verzaubert. Liebe zum Detail auf ganzer Linie. Das wundervolle Dach-Spa und das hervorragende Frühstück machten den Aufenthalt perfekt

Eine Oase inmitten dem Städtchen erlebt. Sehr zuvorkommend empfangen worden - Sonnenschein pur. Wir sind auf einer Rundreise und mussten Richtung Gardasee und Zürich weiter - hätten im Adler gerne noch ein paar Tage angehängt ✨🍾😃

We had the most wonderful stay in the Adler Historic Guesthouse. The hotel has been tastefully renovated using quality materials, with a contemporary, minimalistic design. The atmosphere is very tranquil, and we enjoyed all the beautiful facilities - gym, spa, pool. We felt so welcome from the very first minute, and all the staff members are so helpful and kind. Even our dogs were greeted in a very warm way, and they had baskets and bowls waiting for them in our room. Our spacious and bright room was lovely, with a pretty view of the river and the mountains. The room was very clean, the bathroom really nice, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide range of options. Also the breakfast room staff were very attentive, and happy to help with any requests. The valet parking service is very convenient, and smooth. We would recommend this lovely hotel to friends and family, and we will definitely be back.

Es war alles wunderbar. Wir haben sogar ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein größeres Zimmer bekommen. Personal extrem (!) freundlich und bemüht; ganze Ausstattung für unseren Hund (Hunter!) direkt am Zimmer. Wir haben uns mit unserem Hund selten so willkommen in einem Hotel gefühlt. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Tollen Frühstücksbuffet

Es war alles wunderbar: die ruhige Lage in der Fussgängerzone der historischen, wunderschönen Altstadt von Brixen, die Parkmöglichkeit im Innenhof des neu renovierten Hotels mit Ladestation für Elektroautos, die alten dicken Gemäuer des edlen Hauses, die schönen und herrlich ruhigen Zimmer mit den grossen und überaus bequemen Kingsize-Betten (wir haben herrlich geschlafen!), die leise, gut funktionierende AC, das geräumige Badezimmer mit grosser ebenerdiger Dusche bis hin zu einem mega feinen Frühstücksbuffet mit allem, was das Herz begehrt (frische Früchte, knusprig gebackene Brote, frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen, Lachs, Käse, Schinken, Gebäck, und und und…). Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder hier wohnen!

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und wunderschön sowie zentral gelegen. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend, aufmerksam und sehr, sehr freundlich. Mit einer der besten Unterkünfte in denen ich war.

Wunderschönes Ambiente, neue Zimmer, gute Lage in der Innenstadt, mit Liebe zum Detail vorbereitetes Frühstück, super nettes Personal, also eigentlich alles.

The staff were extremely helpful, the cleanliness was outstanding (which is a particularly high expectation for me), the breakfast was magnificent, and everywhere we went there were smiling people who simply made life feel joyful! Their restaurant was phenomenal as well. I can only recommend it to everyone. I would give it 11 out of 10 points if I could!

Haus und Zimmer richtig schön geschmackvoll gestaltet. Alles hat Qualität.

In unserem DZ war platzbedingt nur ein Sessel. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt wäre das nicht fein gewesen. Das ist aber Jammern auf hohem Niveau 😉

O hotel fica na principal rua do centro histórico. Tudo novo. Prédio limpo e decoração de bom gosto. Funcionários extremamente cordiais. Café da manhã completo e da melhor qualidade. Quartos amplos , novos e limpos. Banheiro espaçoso. Chuveiro muito bom e roupa de cama agradável e boa qualidade.
