Excellent location for Roma Termini, comfortable true four star modern hotel. Spacious rooms with comfortable bed. The air conditioning works! None of the annoying features (but also little of the historic charm) of many Italian hotels. Nice rooftop bar.

The room was a standard Best Western room. They allowed us to check in slightly early which was very nice as we just came off a long flight. The room was clean, beds very comfortable and very nice staff. The AC felt amazing in the Roman heat.

The hotel location was perfect for us near the train terminal in rome, and a 10 mins nice walk to into the ZTL area of rome. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. the breakfast is very rich and tasty, with a live station for eggs/omelets. There are also very nice/tasty restaurants around it, so no worries about eating well.

Anomala richiesta di deposito al check in, superiore al costo delle 3 notti pattuite, motivazione additata, se poi fai colazione (che non era compresa )se bevi qualcosa dal frigobar, se rompi qualcosa...sulle condizioni di vendita c'è però scritto: non è richiesto pagamento anticipato, segnala eventuali richieste di pagamento che ricevi prima del soggiorno ed evita di cliccare su link di pagamento. Al check out pago e mi consegnano lo scontrino con la cifra esatta ma la carta di credito rimane bloccata con la cifra superiore del check-in dal 25/08, data del check-in, al 31/08, data del check out. Viene sbloccata solo il 1/09 con la cifra corretta. A mia richiesta di spiegazioni dicono che loro hanno prelevato la cifra corretta e che dipende dalla banca. Mi consegnano una busta con gli scontrini dicendo che se ho ancora problemi posso rivolgermi a loro e mi indicano il nome e che se torno mi fanno l'upgrade...La pulizia non era l' ideale. Polvere sugli scaffali e 1 pelo appeso al rubinetto del lavandino e 2 peli a terra sul piano doccia.

Очень тонкие стены! Слышно абсолютно всех соседей, особенно если те посреди ночи не спят. Посыпалась постоянно ночью от разговоров из чужих номеров. И наш номер был возле лифта, поэтому каждый раз, когда кто то приезжал, было очень слышно.

Excelente localização próximo a estação Termini (5min andando) que liga várias cidades de trem e algumas de ônibus, estive durante 10 dias na acomodação. Muito bons restaurantes próximos com comida típica, além de lojas para compras de lembrancinhas e comércio em geral, apenas 20min a pé do Coliseu. Apartamentos sempre limpos com boa estrutura, café da manhã com boa variedade, recomendo 100% para quem busca limpeza, bom café da manhã e ótima localização.

AC worked so well. So comfy for sleeping. Elevators were great. Water on every floor to fill up your water bottles. And the staff was lovely. The hotel is located close to Termini station so it makes getting around Rome and back to the airport very easy.

Very close to the train terminal, very clean and well run. Our room (426) was lovely and had a great balcony as well. The shower was excellent and the room was very clean. The rooftop bar is amazing at the end of a long day sightseeing and does lovely drinks, cocktails and food. The buffet breakfast was also very good. All the staff were polite & friendly. This was our first visit to Rome, and this hotel helped to make it memorable.

Have stayed here 5-6 times, and even scored an upgrade this time. It's a very well appointed hotel, and location is great if you want to be close to termini, without being in the "bad area". Breakfast is always great, large variety of food. Water dispenser on each level.

There was a leakage in the bath room and the hotel send some maintenance guys but at night they could fix the bad mould odor/smell but changed the room next day.

Nous y avions séjourné du 5 au 8 aout 2026 et c'était parfait pour nous. Par contre lors de notre dernière visite du 12 au 13 aout c'était diffèrent

Notre dernière chambre était situé au dessus d'un débarcadère qui faisait la collecte des ordures. Nous n'avons pas dormis de la nuit et nous allions prendre notre vol de retour le lendemain. Très ordinaire. Nous avions choisi de retourner a cette hôtel car au début de nos vacances tout avait été parfait. Au desk après notre plainte aucun commentaire d'excuse ou autre.

Het zeer uitgebreide ontbijt is een groot pluspunt van dit hotel. Ook de mogelijkheid tot lunch/diner in de rooftop bar is zeer gemakkelijk. De ligging nabij het knooppunt van trein/metro/hop-on hop-off bussen rond Rome Termini is uitermate geschikt als uitvalsbasis om Rome te bezichtigen.

Hotel was so close to the attractions and staff where wonderful . Rooftop bar and restaurant was awesome and the staff where so accommodating would definitely recommend 👌

There wasn't anything we didn't like we enjoyed our stay there

Very central, walkable from the Roma Termini station with plenty of restaurants and shops around. The rooms were large, and for out family of 5, we had a connecting suite each with a king bed and a twin, which helped a lot with extra space. Service was nice!

The surrounding area isn’t the nicest but I didn’t feel unsafe walking at night. Wished the restaurant was opened at night. It’s a large restaurant and a bit confusing what it serves.

שומעים טוב מדי במקלחת מה שקורה במקלחת בחדר ליד. מכל המיטה יש בליטה בקיר עם פוטנציאל להתנגשות.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room and all the areas were very clean, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I really appreciated their kindness and would happily stay here again.

Drains in both lavatory and bathtub were not working properly. I asked front desk to move us to another room and they finally did.

We were greeted by Gabriel he was very helpful in advising/recommending restaurants walking distance and he was correct. Rooms are nice and spacious we had room with three beds only needed two. They offer breakfast at an additional charge if you like to stay. Now I did have one mishap the shower door opens out and is not like me home where glass is locked. I fell out of shower while it was not too bad and I recovered my elbow still hurts. Took baths remaining of my stay. I would recommend staying this is my third stay and not my last.

Perfect stay after our via Romea Strata from Vienna to Rome (62 days hiking). We were provided early access to our room. We got an upgrade, staff remembered us from three years prior after completing the Via Francigena (London to Rome). Great location near the trains and very comfortable room.

I already paid the city tax of 30 euro for 2 people for 2 nights to Booking.com. When I checked out, the hotel charged me the same taxes again. I did send the hotel an email to refund.me, but they are not even replying. If they refund me I will change my ratings

The bathroom had a musty smell, while everything appeared to be clean, the smell was noticeable.

Disappointing experience for a highly rated four-star hotel. We were woken at 7:00 a.m. by staff making noise, and when we returned at 2:00 p.m., our rooms had still not been serviced. After speaking to the manager, we received a fruit basket and an invitation to breakfast, which was a kind gesture. However, the hotel knew we were checking out at 3:00 a.m., and breakfast only started at 7:30 a.m., so it could not be used. The taxi request was also poorly handled. I only needed transport from the hotel to the airport, but there was unnecessary confusion and repeated requests for irrelevant flight information. Overall, the service and communication did not match the standard I expected from a four-star hotel.

Western offers spacious and comfortable accommodation, with a generously sized bedroom and bathroom. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and helpful, contributing positively to the overall experience.

The staff was friendly when we arrived and we were Able to upgrade a room. It is close to the train station and easy to Navigate to and from. Location is good if you want to see lots of different things in the city. Breakfast is was a magnificent buffet.

Booking üstünde sadece şehir vergisi ödenmesi gerektiği yazıyordu fakat depozito diyerek daha fazla para istediler. Odaların ses yalıtımı çok kötüydü, aşırı gürültüden uyuyamadık. Odalarda karınca ve sinek çok fazlaydı, süpürülmüyordu. Saç kurutma makinesi 5-10 saniye arası çalışıyordu. Terasa saat 4’ten önce çıkılamıyordu. Resepsiyon görevlileri ilgisizdi.

A localização é excelente, local extremamente limpo a equipe de limpeza e café da manhã estão de parabéns.

Paguei o valor integral da hospedagem cerca de três meses antes da minha estadia. Por isso, fiquei extremamente surpresa e insatisfeita ao chegar ao hotel e ser cobrada novamente, na recepção diante de outras pessoas. A situação foi muito constrangedora, pois deu a impressão de que eu não tinha condições de pagar pela hospedagem, quando, na realidade, o único valor pendente era a taxa turística local. Por um erro do hotel ou pela forma como a reserva foi descrita no Booking, tentaram me cobrar 1.350 euros (valor correspondente às quatro diárias) como garantia da hospedagem. Obviamente, me recusei a pagar um valor que eu já havia quitado meses antes. Mesmo após apresentar o comprovante de pagamento das quatro diárias, o hotel ainda realizou duas tentativas de cobrança desse mesmo valor no meu cartão de crédito, fato que posso comprovar por meio do extrato. A situação só foi resolvida após o proprietário da agência pela qual fechei o pacote em Roma entrar em contato com o hotel. Ao final, paguei apenas o valor realmente devido: 60 euros referentes à taxa turística. Infelizmente, essa experiência foi extremamente desagradável e constrangedora, especialmente por envolver uma cobrança indevida superior a R$ 7 mil REAIS, que foi totalmente paga meses antes da viagem.

Recepcionistas prestativos e gentis. Quarto confortável e limpo. Há bebedouros nos corredores (disponibilizam uma garrafa de vidro para ser usada no quarto) e diversos restaurantes próximos ao hotel. É possível ir a pé para o Termini e para lugares históricos. É a terceira vez que ficamos nesse hotel.

Not the best best western Ive been at. The stuff was tired, we bought fruit bowl 8€ for half an apple, few strewberries and a small cube of pineapple. Somehow this is how it feels there, paying a lot, but not getting the service you expect of this brand.

The room was spacious for our threesome. I booked this hotel for one night specifically because it was near Termini and because it had a refrigerator. The air conditioner was very efficient and adjustable. The rooftop bar on the 8th floor was a surprise and very pleasant.

The shower head couldn't be positioned in a way that centered over the user. You had to hand-hold it or constantly adjust it on the stand. The refrigerator didn't get very cold and there didn't seem to be a way to adjust it. Note that there was no freezer. To get ice, go to the 8th floor bar terrace where they will graciously give you a bag (not a bucket) of ice, which you can store in the refrigerator for a bit.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per due giorni e siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti. Tutto è stato perfetto: struttura accogliente, cibo ottimo e personale gentile. Un ringraziamento speciale a Simone per la sua disponibilità, professionalità e simpatia. Consigliamo questo hotel e ci torneremo volentieri!

I stayed at the hotel with my family and we had 2 rooms next to each other which was super nice. The hotel was super clean. Staff was super nice. It is 5 minutes walk from the train station which we used the morning after staying at the hotel. Each room had sleepers, robes and anything I could need to have a great stay. The AC at the hotel was amazing considering the fact that it was super hot.

Das Frühstück hat keine Wünsche übrig gelassen. Sehr gut. Die Zimmer waren zum Glück klimatisiert und an sehr guter Lage. Es hat sehr viele Restaurants rund herum und der Bahnhof Termini ist fast daneben.

Tutto. In particolare l'aria condizionata!!! Il bagno pulito e attrezzato di ogni comfort. Letto comodo, personale gentilissimo.

Metterei l'aria condizionata anche all'ottavo piano, e' stato piacevole gustare un ottimo espresso ogni giorno dopo le cinque del pomeriggio e guardare il panorama, ma faceva molto caldo.

Upon check-in, they asked for a 100-euro deposit by card. Upon check-out, they took 46 euros from the deposit and said they'd returned 54 euros to the card. A week later, the money hadn't arrived and they said to wait 5-7 days. In the end, more than a month has passed, and the money still hasn't been returned. The hotel has stopped responding to support chat and won't provide a payment order for the refund. I consider this a scam.

Die Lage ist super (vom Bahnhof zu Fuss erreichbar), das Hotel ist sehr sauber und angenehm. Reichhaltiges Frühstück. Schöne Rooftop Terrasse mit Bar und Restaurant.

Der Lift ist bereits älter und blieb mal stecken. Wer ein Taxi benötigt: Öffentliches Taxi verlangen. Sonst wird je nachdem auch ein privates teureres gerufen.

I thought the property was nice. We did wish there was a pool. It was nice and quiet. I would definitely stay there again.

I didn’t like that we couldn’t watch any TV in English or even have the option.
