Near facility and train station

Location

Generell ein gutes Hotel in guter Lage. Es ist quasi direkt gegenüber vom Bahnhof Termini (eine Straße weiter) und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Wir hatten extra um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten und sind auf der Seite direkt gegenüber von einer sehr laut rauschenden Klimaanlage auf dem Dach eines Nachbargebäudes untergebracht worden. Zum Glück war sie bei geschlossener Terrassentüre nur noch leise zu hören. Trotzdem ärgerlich. Mein Mann hat sich einen Tag den Magen verdorben und es ging ihm wirklich sehr schlecht. Ich habe an der Rezeption nach etwas Reis oder Porridge und trockenem Brot gefragt. Das haben wir auch bekommen, aber für einen Teller Reis und ein Schälchen Porridge plus etwas Kamillentee mal eben 27 Euro gezahlt, weil man uns zehn Euro für den Zimmerservice berechnet hat. Das ist kein Drama, aber bei einem Preis von fast 400 Euro pro Nacht und einer solchen Ausnahmesituation empfinde ich das als unangemessen. Das Frühstück ist für den Preis auch nicht gut. Kein frisches Obst, nur süßer Obstsalat, keine frischen Säfte, nur billiges süßes Konzentrat, kein frisches Rührei (nur welches in einem Warmhaltebehälter, daher auch nichts Individuelles wie mit Gemüse oder Zwiebeln möglich) und leider schmecken auch die Süßspeisen nicht. Alle Kuchen waren ausnahmslos staubtrocken. Zudem geht das Frühstück bis 10:30 Uhr. Wir kennen es so, dass dann das Buffet geschlossen wird, man aber noch entspannt zuende essen kann. Hier wurden wir bereits um 10:40 Uhr angesprochen, dass wir gehen müssten. Alles in allem ist das für den Preis einfach nicht angemessen.

However. The area is a little sketchy. It's an uncomfortable walk with my girlfriend. Also, when I ask for coffee for the in room coffee maker, no one seems to have an answer One last thing. Room service food was marginal at best

Breakfast was very good. American eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles and more. European was variety of croissants (chocolate ones were excellent), salad, yogurt with fruit, nuts, etc., cakes, and the best crusty bread! The only negative was there were tour buses also at the hotel so the Coffee machine was always crowded and some people took a long time in making their decision. The staff could get you an espresso/cappuccino rom the back but sometimes they were so busy that it took a while. Breakfast is 7-10am

Wish you didn’t have to take the key out of the room each time you left, however we found that common in Europe in general. We were there for 3 weeks in the incredible heat and to walk into a cooled room would have been refreshing. It was a great location and great staff and even went beyond what we expected by giving us an upgraded room with some Italian cookies as a thank you

El hotel es muy bonito, la habitación es amplia, muy cómoda y se siente bastante privacidad. Llegar desde la estación de Roma Termini es muy sencillo, lo cual resulta muy práctico. Como punto a considerar, para visitar zonas como el Vaticano, el Coliseo, Campo de’ Fiori y otros lugares turísticos principales, es necesario utilizar el metro o transporte público, ya que el trayecto puede tomar alrededor de 30 minutos. Si la intención es pasar varios días recorriendo Roma, quizá convendría hospedarse en una zona más céntrica. En nuestro caso estuvimos solamente un día y de paso, así que fue una muy buena opción por su cercanía con la estación de tren.

We were very pleasantly surprised by our stay at UNA Hotels Decò Roma! ❤️ The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a 3–5 minute walk from Roma Termini, and both the hotel and our room had a beautiful, elegant feel. The buffet breakfast was amazing, with a fantastic variety of options. The staff were also incredibly professional, friendly and helpful. They were especially kind in preparing a takeaway meal for me to take on our long flight, which I really appreciated. Another big advantage was the option of a late checkout until 5 pm for an additional fee, which was perfect for us before our evening flight. Overall, a wonderful hotel with excellent service and a great location. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Rome! 🇮🇹❤️

We stayed here for one night while travelling from Canada to Sorrento. The hotel is a two-minute walk from Roma Termini and is very modern … it has everything you could want! We had drinks in the bar and the bartender Maurizio was very personable and welcoming! The breakfast buffet was amazing, beyond our expectations. I highly recommend this hotel!

Location to Rome terminal

I’ve been staying at this hotel for years whenever I’m in Rome and need to be close to Roma Termini, and it never disappoints. The location is perfect—just a very short walk to the train station, which makes getting to the airport or traveling anywhere else incredibly convenient. The rooms are beautiful, spotless and comfortable, the bathroom was immaculate, great water pressure, and the AC worked perfectly during the hot summer. Plenty of great little restaurants nearby as well. For a couple of nights or a quick stay while traveling through Rome, I highly recommend it.

急遽深夜に着くことになってしまいましたが、到着すると日本語を話せるスタッフの方が快く迎え入れてくださりとても安心しました。部屋は清潔で広く、駅も近くてとても過ごしやすかったです。

Excellent hotel in the border of a bad area of Rome. They have a front desk open 24 hours and extra staff to take you in and out. They gave a special deal for 118 Euros per room, which we appreciated. Nearby are good restaurants and coffee shops. It is located a couple of blocks from the Termini Station.

The breakfast was great, and so was the huge terrace in our room. It was close to the train station too. Concierge arranged a taxi to take us to the airport the day before.

The parquet floor in our room was heavily scratched, and we noticed black hair extensions scattered throughout the space. Both the room and bathroom appeared outdated, and the bathtub was unusually tall and you had to take a big step to get into it. The shower had a partial plexiglass door, which often caused water to spill onto the floor. Lastly, the neighborhood was a bit sketchy.

事前にメールで連絡があり、やり取りが細やかで安心できました。 駅から近く、買い物にも、翌日の電車移動にもとても便利でした。 日本語が流暢なスタッフのダニエルさんがチェックイン時に対応して下さり、「2回目のローマ訪問？お帰りなさい」との言葉にとても癒されました。 部屋は4人用のファミリールームで、とても快適に過ごせました。時差や暑さで、早めに観光を切り上げ、部屋で休みましたが、十分に休養できて安心でした。 朝食も十分な内容で、スタッフさんは笑顔で感じがよかったです。

強いていえば、眺めですが、駅前という便利さを優先にしたので、とくに不満はありません。

早くにローマに着いたので荷物だけ預かってもらおうとホテルへ行ったら、そのままチェックインもさせてもらえ、とても助かりました。 ホテルもテルミニ駅から近いのでローマ市内を観光するのに便利でした。 また、チェックアウトの際はフロントの方が、私たちが日本人だと気づいてとても流暢な日本語で対応してくださり、スムーズにチェックアウトできてありがたかったです。

良くなかった点と言うほどではないのですが、部屋の照明の消し方が分からず、ベッドサイドの照明はコンセントの抜き差しで対応しました。(照明全部オフのボタンを押しても消えなかったので…)ホテルの方に聞けばよかったのですが、コンセントで対応できたのでまあいいかな…と。

駅からのロケーションがよく、とても清潔です。特に朝食がとても豊富でチーズが最高に美味しい。

I didn’t love the location. The lobby was only fair.

Excellent breakfast with many options for all international travel palates! The room was large and on the corner so we had great views from the 5th floor. The room felt like a small apartment vs a hotel. Everything was modern and updated and clean! The staff spoke English fluently and helped answer all of our questions and even had a taxi waiting for us the next day upon our request. This hotel is convenient to the Roma Termini station so if you are traveling via train, consider it as a good and convenient option!

Location 2 min walk from termini + bus stops. Place was clean

No coffee in the room and breakfast place charges €4 for a cup of coffee. Shower handheld thing didn't work. They have one mirror in the bathroom and I was traveling with a friend, not a spouse. We had to wait for each other to get ready every morning. We didn't encounter this problem in any other place we stayed in Italy in the span of a month. They charge €7.50 per person per night for taxes. I stayed in other places in Rome during the same month and tax was lower in other places.

We saw people selling drugs beside the hotel and don’t ask the hotel to book you a taxi to go to the airport! The taxi charged us €92 when it says everywhere à taxi to the airport is €48!!

Camere pulite e spaziose. Staff gentile e disponibile.La posizione vicinissima alla stazione Termini è sia un pregio per la comodità degli spostamenti, che un difetto, per via della zona molto mal frequentata.

La vicinanza alla stazione Termini rende molto comodo il poter lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out e godere dell’ intera giornata. Per lo stesso motivo, una cortese room sarebbe un plus veramente impagabile.

The location and the service of the hotel was exceptional. Really love the staff accommodating for our needs. My three year old was not feeling good so he was not eating anything but they were trying to make anything he would eat at any time. The concierge very friendly and guiding us in any questions we had. Very affordable and the breakfast was great.

Fabulous upmarket hotel, close to the train station and lots of great restaurants. Super friendly staff, great breakfast choices. Room was big and comfortable, great bathroom with big shower, nice products to use. Easy to get around, need to be aware of undesirables close to train station, but felt safe around the area. Affogato and Lemoncello in the bar at the end of the night was perfect!

At one end you walk through the rough area, be aware of your surroundings and it isn't a problem.

Hotel perfetto per la vicinanza con la stazione Termini. Stanza molto ampia, curata e pulita. Letto comodo. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

La stanza risulta un pò rumorosa, sia lato finestre che lato parte adiacenti con le altre stanze.

The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and well maintained, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. You can tell a lot of care goes into upkeep, and everything felt fresh and well looked after. The location is also very convenient, about a 4 minute walk from Termini station, which made getting around Rome very easy. That said, the immediate surrounding area felt a bit mixed, with some less comfortable street presence a block or so away, although the hotel itself felt secure and there was security outside which helped. The only real downside was the staff, who did not feel particularly warm or welcoming. Despite that, the hotel itself is strong in terms of comfort, cleanliness, and convenience, and I would still recommend it for a short stay in Rome.

Central Location

Minimal breakfast options for gluten free guests. Bar prices 3 times more than restaurants in the vicinity. €15 for an Aperol spritz which we bought in a nearby restaurant the day before for €5. Extortion. Shower was over the bath and it was really dangerous to get in and out as the bath edge was very high and surfaces were slippery. Very noisy throughout the nights with people yelling in the street below.

Fabulous location. 2 minutes from Rome Termini. Close to restaurants and attractions. Helpful and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast.
